The best hair salon in Dubai! Amazing staff that are thoughtful, kind and incredibly talented. A very welcoming atmosphere. Amazing prices and the results speak for themselves. I had my hair cut and balayage done and came out a different person. Dont miss out on it!

My wife and I were passing by and wanted to have a look, we were given a warm welcome by the receptionist, she took her time to listen and showed us what services were offered. She then managed to book my wife for a very nice blow dry, she was pleased. We loved everything about this place. Thank you Sarah for your assistance and professionalism, we will certainly be coming back when we visit Dubai again.

One of the best beauty salons in Dubai! I had an amazing hair color service with the professional colorist. The staff is super professional and highly qualified and do a very good job. I was extremely satisfied with the results of my hair color as i wanted to get rid of the yellowness of my hair. The salon itself is super beautiful and they use high quality hair products. I will not recommend at all if you love your hair.Plus they are not professional and rude. I don’t know where they take the pics. It’s not what they do, they ruin my hair and did not even test your hair before doing the procedure. My roots looks a disaster for being bleach for virgin hair. Please run!

Me and my mum had an absolutely wonderful experience getting a massage from Susan! From the moment we arrived, her warm smile and friendly behavior put us at ease. The massage itself was incredibly relaxing and enjoyable – she has a true gift for creating a soothing atmosphere. Every part of the session was amazing, and we left feeling completely rejuvenated. I am editing this review since the salon owner just challenged n just sent me a message about giving bad reviews. I paid full amount and this owner still want to report me cz of bad reviews. I am not going to post this if they take this case professionally. Check his message screenshot.At first he telling me he will report me .thats what owner texted me for texting him to make sure to take responsible for what his hair stylist did to my hair. Hair colour on roots faded so light after one week. Informed the owner and he doesnt want to take responsibility.in the end only when i ask for 50% refund then he ask me to come but due to ramadan i cant. Now when i text him he telling me he will report 😂His stylist blocked me and also not responding on igThis happened after paid full amount .Look at the roots and endsAnd they dont want to take responsibilityFor sure i am not going to take any refund but definitely i will never go to this kind salon in dubai !

I used to come to this salon once in a while since 2018 or somewhere like that. Results were ok with the reasonable price. This time I booked for haircut. The service was ok, nothing outstanding. But my mistake was not to check what would be a total price before. They charged me a price for a haircut and almost the same price (!) for blow-dry. So I had to pay almost double the price. Even though I didnt check, but I still believe they had to inform me saying that I booked for haircut and if I want my hair to be dried and styled it would be additional x-amount. Honestly, I would refuse from this service then. Cz it didnt cost that price. I asked for volume at the roots and I didnt get one, no thermal protection has been used, no detangle spray, so my hair was pulled so many times. I cant say that my haircut was so bad, but this blow-dry thing for this crazy extra cost they inform u at the checkout was a disappointment. And I dont understand how come you can have a haircut cut without the blow-dry including, while they wash your hair before it. Obviously nobody would leave with the hair wet and messed after haircut, this is stupid. And even if you charge something - make it reasonable, not almost the same cost as the haircut. So final impression - disappointing, will never come back again, and will not recommend this place, as I did many times before.

I have been coming to Robert for my hair for over ten years now. I even fly back to Dubai to do my hair as he really is a master at blond hair. He is able to u sweat and what a client is looking for with minimal fuss and makes you leave feeling like you’ve stepped off the catwalk! It’s a gift to leave clients feeling beautiful and glamorous and he and Mansour have perfected this. Highly recommended.

The master hair dresser was so aggressive. I kept telling him to be gentle but he kept pulling and popping my hair. He didnt even put any heat protectant before blow drying it. I didnt even let him finish. I left early before my treatment was completed because of how much pain he put me through. I cant believe I paid 250 dirhams for that.

I got the digital eyebrows done by Tahreh she was super informative and accommodative with the process. Explained everything so well. I was happy with the result . Even her staff were so nice, I had a lil cough and literally the whole team came running with water and tissues, so thoughtful and considerate. I really appreciate the staff and the service.

A total disappointment. 30 minutes of cutting hair (extremely quick service) for AED 500, and blowdry cost more than the haircut. Iwent on Sunday, and the salon was empty. The whole week afterwards, when we went past it on our way to the hotel reception (Habtour),there was no single customer. And I now know why! Avoid!

A very disappointed regular and loyal customer of many years lost due to really terrible service. I have sent many friends there too sadly but never again. Rude and arrogant attitude by the unprofessional receptionist who overcharged me and then shouted and argued that I’d always paid the same amount despite me showing her previous receipts. She absolutely refused to listen or understand and shouted over me then stormed off. Such terrible communication and poorly handled by the manger too, he should have made her apologise and rectified the situation by offering his loyal long term paying customer something to correct the bad situation. But no she seemed to have more authority over him! Very Bad experience, I’m very grateful I found out now that I will not be contributing to her salary anymore. Will miss Souyah but I refuse to pay for such terrible service and attitude by a poorly trained receptionist who sits on her phone all day looking in the mirror at herself. Too many great salons in Dubai with excellent service to try for the same prices! Good luck!

I used a Groupon voucher for half head highlights with blow dry. My experience with Bassan was very good. The colour was very good, natural and exactly what I requested. I was also given a toner, which I have, in the past, paid extra for.

I got a Cobone for highlights and haircut and was a bit apprehensive for what I would get for that price. I am very happy with the results he did exactly what I asked for the color was exactly what we discussed, the hair cut was ok I just wanted to trim the ends so nothing very elaborate. Very satisfied!

George fried my hair! I went for a full head of highlights and he extremely overprocessed the highlights to the extent that some strands got chemically burnt and I lost half their lengths! My hair looks extremely thinner and the strands that survived are extremely brittle and weak and super light, and now I have no option but to cut it :( There should be a law or penalty against ruining a customers hair :(

Totally agree with all comments regarding Groupon customers. They are ready to do anything for regular clients, but for G customers they literally spend 10 min to do a haircut and after that u have to go to a PROPER SALON to fix the horror they did.Please, don’t go there, u will regret!

Very poor one. Plus rude staff, especially receptionist. Also they are lie about Groupon offer and look for every excuse to not invite you in with Groupon voucher. I had the feeling that for them Groupon clients are worse and less worthy attention. Bad experience

Very bad mani pedicure experience I’ve had in my whole 3years stay in Dubai !! The groupOn I bought is showing reflexology and of course I didn’t get any like treatment . So in hurry to finish my pedicure and go for her break even if my mani pedi booked at 3pm and of course I knew it because she just simply talking About it to the lady working with her who was Far from us and not once but 3times checking with her who will go first. It’s not a ladies saloon because men working in the other men section close and open to the ladies salon area they can go wherever they want. Would never come back there !!! It’s not honest at all this groupon deal
