This has been the worst decision I’ve made—paying for and signing up for their weight loss program. And it was not a cheap program, despite the promises made when I purchased it.The concept is simple: you lose weight on your own, and they’ll allow you to get the weight loss treatments. However, if you don’t lose weight, they won’t allow you to receive any sessions. The logic doesn’t make sense because I paid for the program specifically because I couldn’t lose the weight on my own. The whole point was to seek professional help.I was told it was an “unlimited package with a guaranteed X kg loss,” but I later found out it’s not actually unlimited. Every time I attend a session, it feels like a stressful experience. The staff treats you unwelcomingly, constantly reminding you of how many sessions are left and arguing that the package isn’t unlimited.To make matters worse, the centers are dirty and old. The entrance looks like the back of a restaurant, and there have been cockroaches on a few occasions. The space is disorganized, and I’m left to put my belongings wherever I can find space.Overall, this has been an extremely unpleasant experience. I didn’t get the promised results, and I didn’t enjoy the program at all.I would strongly recommend avoiding this company. It’s a waste of money and time, and it will only bring you stress and frustration—not the results you’re hoping for.I work in the same licensing industry, and I know that companies failing to provide adequate services as per their licensing requirements can face suspension if there are official complaints from customers. If youve had the same experience as I did, I highly recommend filing a formal complaint to DED.

It has been a great experience with my laser sessions with Priya. She is knowledgeable and courteous. I took a package for full legs and arms and after 6 sessions the hair have reduced almost 80%. Very happy

Nurse Priya, who does laser hair removal is really good at her job. She is very thorough and does not rush to just quickly finish the procedure. On top of doing laser, she also does the IV drip. She very carefully handles the needle and ensures that the client is comfortable. I always ask for her during my visits.

I have been undergoing laser hair removal sessions at the Marina branch, but I am not seeing any results in the bikini area. The branch manager, Adyasha, has not been receptive to my concerns. Additionally, the staff has been very rude. On one occasion, during my session, I was asked to come back the next day in the middle of the treatment because the clinic had scheduled two clients at the same time. My messages are often left unanswered, and to secure an appointment, I am forced to call multiple times before I am able to get one.

Very bad service, most of the staff dont have even basic manners and they they dont care about their patients/ customers, fake advertisements, no reason for their high prices, very low quality of service and products.They display their schedule 9-9pm, but if you go there after 7 pm they tell you sorry the nurse left.After my review the same attitude continues.Ive put official complaint and no answer received and when I am calling to ask for my receipts and appointment to finish the session and the reception argues with me

I highly recommend VLCC for laser treatment. Priya is very professional, friendly, and highly skilled. She always take the time to address my questions and ensure the treatments are tailored to my needs. The results are consistent and exactly what I was hoping for.

Worse and Unsafe Service Ever. Do Not Rely on them servicesI booked an 18-session package including electrostimulation, pressotherapy, and heat sauna. In the last session, the technician attached the electrodes to my muscles but didnt check the machine settings. All the stimulators were on and set to high power, and I received two intense shocks before I could remove the electrodes. I experienced muscle vibrations for two days. I told the manager I no longer felt comfortable receiving treatments there due to trust issues. They said they couldnt refund the service and asked me to give it another try. I requested a replacement for the electrostimulation service and their customer service number but received no response. I need help obtaining a refund as I find the company untrustworthy. I am undergoing physiotherapy, and every time my physiotherapist places electrodes on my knees, I panic because of the incident at the wellness center.Despite being understanding, they showed a lack of care for my health and their procedures.

Amazing service from laser technician Priya! Makes the session super smooth and easy. There is slight difficulty booking appointments other than that very good service.

Mashal is a very nice loving and hardworking Physiotherapist . She give proper time and treatment. She know how to deal with the stubborn fat i did my 1st session with her i lost 600 grams weight it was pleasure to me

Overall, they’re very accommodating. Priya, one of their skillful personnel who’s very knowledgeable on what she does. She gives advices and suggestions. She’s just not professional but very friendly as well.

This place is scam! Do not pay anything till you receive your service. I paid for laser and madeotheraphy. For laser I paid after they confirmed their machine will work for my skin type (I am tanned and with fine hair), but once the technician saw my skin in the appointment she said laser might not work and burn my skin… their manager tried to convince me otherwise but obviously the technician was extremely hesitant so I refused to risk my health and requested the refund… which they keep telling me they will get back to me. For madeotheraphy, they said their sessions are 60 min on the phone , which was their first lie… they did 35 min… after second session they said their AC is broken and they promised to book me ASAP and it’s been more than 1 week and now madeotheraphy won’t work cause you have to do every 2-3 days for 6-7 consecutive sessions… such a waste of money and time… I will go to legal authorities for sure but do not go to this place , they said their staff is pyshiotherapist as well but honestly I doubt that …

I came for my slimmind sessions . Mashal did my session it was soo nice . She is very good and competent in her work . She knows how to do the treatment in the proper way . She also guide each and everything medically. I highly recommend her.

When they are doing consultancy, they never see whether the hair are fine or thick, will go or not for laser hair removal. Once I booked my sessions for full body and paid them already, in first session, they told me , it’s fine hair, better not to touch. If they would have told me earlier, why would I pay for full body? There are many other options where clinic charges as per requirement. So I would say, it’s a type of little scam. And when I talked to them, the behavior was quite different and humiliating. So dissatisfied and disappointed and would not recommend to anyone for sure.

Few months ago I went in this bad clinic. My personal experience is about the laser hair removal package. I paid for a package that I didnt use because my skin is very sensitive and had a reaction (folliculitis) despite this I was advised to have the second session. Same result and I also had to pay a dermatologist to fix the problem in my legs. I went to the clinic and told them if I could have the refund (rude administrative staff). They didnt accept that and I was forced to do other treatments. I did the consultation with them to decide, and they impose a treatment on me where I had to give more money. Hearing from the employee that I have cellulite and it is better for my body. I refused as I did not want to give even one more dirhams. I decided to have body massages. The girl was very nice. But each time they decided what to do to me based on the availability of the room and the professional. So also unsolicited services. Also these massages cost me more than when they do with other clients. I sent a friend of mine for information and the price did not match.I conclude by saying: spend your money in competent and customer-friendly clinics.

Today I was there I have a appointment 10 am and no one in the reception after I was spoke with one girl there and she say that we are fully booked so for what I make a appointment I don’t understand very bad experience and place looks very bad I m not recommended that place

I opted for 6 laser sessions along with 2 maintenance sessions at VLCC Marina, and the experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. In my second session, I endured burns on my face and legs, requiring weeks to recover. I promptly reported the incident to the reception, leading to a consultation with their visiting doctor, who confirmed the inappropriate treatment and assured strict action would be taken.Confronting the technician in the next session revealed her apparent surprise and lack of awareness regarding the issue. In the third session, the technician significantly reduced the treatment frequency, rendering the laser session nearly ineffective. Notably, there has been zero reduction in hair growth.Attempting to book the next session has proven to be a constant struggle, with either a month-long wait or vague issues preventing scheduling. My last appointment was close to 8-9 months ago, and this ongoing ordeal feels like an outright swindle of hard-earned money. Despite reaching out to the customer service manager a month ago, who promised a resolution, there has been no further communication.I am not interested in empty promises. I demand a prompt refund of my money. This level of incompetence and negligence is unacceptable, and I expect a swift resolution to this matter.

Worst experience ever. Place looks cheap. Second the staff looks inexperienced even though they tell you that are experienced. Machine was not working in the beginning and the ladies were fixing it by trying to laser themselves. Third they give you this small towel to cover your body instead of a robe and on top that the lady was shouting on the phone while pointing the laser to my face. She did not use a white pencil to mark my body and when she did she scratched my entire body with the sharp pencil because she was too rough. The laser all in all was not good the spots she layered off her back after one week came back and did not even fall. i have done 7 sessions of laser throughout my life around the world and this was the worst. Thanks to VLCC has ruined my last session completely given the fact that I shaved entirely for absolutely nothing. I do not recommend they offered me a refund but honestly I would even go back even for free.

I had an absolute horrid experience with VLCC laser sessions. I purchased 3 full body laser sessions and while theyre never been up to the mark with technicians complaining about actually having to honor doing all the body areas and not just the limbs, the most recent session was horrible. Not only was the technician completely unprofessional, she rushed the session without giving any pauses before covering huge areas like upper thigh though I was clearly in discomfort. She refused to shave some areas with small left over hairs citing license cancellation reasons and now Im left with some blocks of area on my body with hair clearly left but laser somehow done over them?? She also did not cover the bikini area and just did it on the edges despite reiterating that I would like for it to be done properly. My back had been completely untouched and when I asked about it she sent me out of the room saying it was time for the next client. Horrid experience, do not recommend VLCC. Zero value for your money. Will definitely not be going back here next time.

Worst experience ever!I am especially writing this review so those looking for slimming sessions can pls save their money and pls dont get into this place. Highly unprofessional, no management or organising of your sessions. A standard diet plan given to all, a complete scam and i lost no weight at all after 5 month package. They will never get back to you regarding anything. It caused me a lot of mental trauma being in this place. The higher management really needs to look into this and replace the unprofessional staff. Otherwise its really against humanity for this place to continue operating. I would strongly request and suggest to not opt for this place please

When I first met Mrs. Latha in VLCC, Marina branch, I felt so comfortable. She has been my facial therapist for 6 months now and She is professional yet friendly and calming and is always making sure I feel comfortable and happy throughout the procedure. I am Extremely happy with her service.!!!

Terrible customer service.Everytime they change the appointment time or reschedule.There is no call or message for reconfirming appointments.My daughter booked for laser for today.I have been calling since yesterday to reconfirm and today they tell me that there is no appointment for her even though I booked a month ago with a lady called Shalini who is apparently the branch manager.Very unprofessional!

I came personaly 2 times and try to make a booking with the manager for a lazer procedure and she said that someone will call me but never happened both times. Then I called and make a booking by myself. Lady who did a lazer procedure was great, very polite and attentive. When I came to pay the price shocked me as it was different then lady manager mentioned to me the first time. It was just excuses that they have these prices and I never saw the prices black and white, even can not find it on line.In all professional spas and clinics prices are given as per body part which you want to do a lazer and packages if you wish to have more sessions. But this place does not have it.Very unprofessional place, never will be back even is a few steps from my home.

I visited this clinic 1time in summer and opted for abdominal slimming treatment. after the session, the lady upsold me for 5 packages, for price of 1.8K if i am not mistaken. I visited for 2nd treatment in fall and felt the process was completely different. The girl who did the massage for 10min, plugged me into something and left the door closed. i felt suffocated, body started to sweat, instant cold fever and BP increased in minutes, i tried to call their landlines no one answered (luckily kept mobile in my hand). Called via WhatsApp no one answered, kept calling for 20min and i was not in a good condition by that time. i started shouting and no one came to open the door. the session was for 90 min in general, however, i nearly died within the 1st 30min. The girl who left did not keep the calling device/remote on my hand, she kept it elsewhere where i could not reach as i was wrapped in some heavy material and overheated. Finally the manager came in and apologized. no one was at reception and i ran out of the space with fear and frustration, was very dizzy and weak. My silliness that i did not report to hospital neither to the police. I requested a refund for 4 packages which is 1155dhs. nothing has happened till now and no one seems to care, blame gaming each other. but here i am, suffering to get my own money back. they should be grateful for not getting sued. i have no more words left but just a disappointment.

I have booked my full body laser treatment with “Tia Sy” in Marina branch and it has been the best session I had compared to any sessions I had previously done. Almost painless, as she’s very well experienced and trained. She uses laser techniques that I have never seen executed before which makes it comfortable yet effective. Definitely worth the package and she’s highly recommended.

Worst service at the worst laser clinic!! The receptionist, Lani is terrible at her work, doesnt know how to book an appointment, doesnt know how to follow up, doesnt respond to call or messages and constantly cancels a confirmed appointment. This clinic was only good when Jabeen, one of the laser technicians was working there, who used to make sure her appointments are confirmed. After she left, this place has terrible service whether in terms of the laser session or booking an appointment. A friend of mine got her laser done recently with a new technician and came back with terrible burns all over her body. The manager doesnt reach the clients directly even when asked repeatedly to do so. They hold back the money and make excuses to refund even after their obnoxious level of service!!! 👎

VLCC is a great place to come for meso and laser. I’ve been coming for 2 years and don’t regret it. My skin feels amazing and growth has define you decreased. Lani is great at following up on appointments and the service is exceptional. Definitely recommend. 👍

Does not even deserve half a star. Service is pathetic. I signed up for the laser hair removal. They hounded me to make the entire payment upfront. After that they just didnt care - did not even care to schedule appointments, cancelled confirmed appointments after having given an appointment months before, the staff is rude. There are 100s of salons in Dubai - run far away from this one!

I’ve never seen such an unprofessional place in my entire life. I bought a package of 3 treatments. First mistake as I should have had one and decide if I like it or not. Every time I got there for my appointments, I was right on time and they made me wait a minimum of half an hour. They never knew who I was, what treatment I was there for and were asking out loud in front of other customers what treatment I was there for. No privacy whatsoever. They brought me in a room with another client and talked to both of us about our treatments. We both felt it wasn’t professional. Today, I had booked an appointment with the manager of the branch on WhatsApp so I had everything written. I didn’t want to make the mistake of booking on the phone as they lost my previous appointments 3 times. I wasted an hour of my time for finally being told they don’t have the machine for my treatment. I requested my money back. If you want a treatment with professional and caring people, please avoid this place. I’m very surprised about the good reviews. Happy that these clients had a good service. I guess I was very unlucky on the 3 occasions that I booked my treatments.

During my initial consultation with Ms. Wissel, I had informed that Ill be moving out of the country in probably 7-8 months and she convinced me to take 6 sessions of laser hair removal treatment which will be completed by March.My second appointment was in November and since then Im following up for next slot.And now I don’t get any response to my WhatsApp texts.Since Im moving out next month, I want refund to be processed ASAP.This is extremely frustrating and will never recommend anyone to take up any service with you’ll! I don’t even see any change in my hair growth probably cause of such a huge gap between sessions.

Very bad organizational skills. They treat the clients as the stupidest people ever. They take ages to book the appointments, never call you back for any assistance and in the eleventh hour when you call them (they aint calling you ever), they cancel your appointments and change the technician without any prior notice. I am stuck with Vlcc coz I had paid the amount otherwise once my sessions are over I would never go back to any Vlcc branch in UAE. Pathetic Service!

Worst staff are in this clinic. They are lying since November and this is end of December. Telling us we have appointment and one day before appointment they call and give reasons. Either technician is off, machine breakdown. One staff at last told us the truth. There was no appointment booked at all ever. They were just dodging.Kindly go somewhere else I think VLCC in general fooling their clients or else this wouldn’t be the situation

I’m having a good experience here at VLCC marina. It’s cozy and comfortable. Latha, is my facialist and she’s lovely and kind and very thorough with her work. She explains things properly and is very patient and careful with my skin. My only criticism is the facility is a little outdated but it will be renovated in the coming months.Otherwise good to go!

A horrible clinic, ripping off clients, dirty location, disgusting bathrooms, over promising results, very disorganized with appointments, an absolute horrible place!! And at the end no result whatsoever!!!

I am really impressed with the service of Ms. ZAINAB - The laser technician who did my appointment today at Dubai marina. I greatly recommend her for all clients, By far this was the most effective session for me, she really had a friendly , supportive approach and was so keen to give best client care and support. Very unprofessional Reception Team.How many years I’m being customer at this clinic only because of my Doctor Dr Manal. She is very professional and I never changed to another doctor. But unfortunately, today I had experienced very bad customer service. Couple of weeks ago someone called from Same SZR brunch and offered some facial treatment I’ve said maybe I will check on my next visit and using the moment( which is always hard to get back call From Reception Team for your appointment, they never call back to confirm or decline) I’ve booked my appointment as usual for laser for same doctor and they confirmed, I came on time and Reception Team didn’t had any clue regarding appointments. They ask me to sit and wait without asking even my name and which treatment I have. After waiting 15 min I went to desk and asked if I’m going to have my treatment. They ask my name and which treatment I have. Then they called me to start my treatment and I find out it’s different doctor. So even without informing they just changed my doctor and confirmed my booking. When I complained, instead of bringing apology they said Doctor on emergency leave, so option is to do the treatment with another doctor. Very sad to see careless staff who doesn’t know how to deal with clients.

I have bought a 3 cool tic slimming package from this center for 3000+ derhams with promises that I will witness a great loss in my belly fat after the first session. It was all a big lie. No noticeable effect after completing all sessions, I tried to get back my money after first session but they refused and convinced me to wait till the end and added more sessions of different types of messages but all waste of time and money. They never follow up with you, so hard to get next appointment, AC is usually broken in Marina center, stuff always fighting together, high staff turnover, totally unprofessional. Once the one did my session while I’m in period without checking first which caused me bleeding and when I reported this to the center she called me and fought me. They will ask you to follow a diet to lose weight and claim that this why you don’t lose your belly fats. However I’m not fat at all I just have stubborn belly fats that needs tuning. If I need to lose weight I would not go to them. Cool tic is a a limited procedure for specific area. Totally useless. All they care for is to take their money telling you lies by their consultants in the first meeting. Total loss of time and money.

Went here for laser hair removal with my partner. Picancha (sorry if name is spelt wrong) helped me arrange my appointment and for my partner at another clinic. She was very professional and gave great care and advice. The two laser hair removal technicians were also really lovely. Very good experience and will be back again when Im in Dubai

I have now completed 5 sessions of Laser hair removal and my experience with my technician Jabeen has been great. She is very knowledgable about this procedure so advises you well in order to obtain the best results. (5 stars for her).The only reason I have given three stars is due to the VLCC admin management, Ive suffered multiple mismanaged appointments and lack of communication from the branch regarding some internal maintenance work being carried out, resulting in my appointment being negatively impacted. For such a large organisation they should be managed more proficiently in order to attain best customer satisfaction.

I did my full body laser from VLCC MARINA branch through Almasa and she was sooo goood! She knows her work very well, she recommended the right ways to me and made me very comfortable!

I just had a laser hair session with Princhan and I must say she is such a great aesthetician. I was so nervous before my appointment but she made sure to make me feel so calm and relaxed which left me with minimal pain throughout the session. If you’re looking to book an appt here, I’d suggest her 100%!!!!

Have been visiting this place for nearly 8 + years now. Quality service, professional people.. Am regular for my manicure pedicure and hair services for hairfall treatment, coloring and more. Sonu is great with all the services, very good with nail art work and takes extra care to ensure good service, Lizanne is great with the hair color and treatment and she did an amazing job with my hair highlights, Latha is good with facial and RF for the face. Overall a very pleasant experience with the manager Meenakshi who is always smiling and welcoming ! Its my go to place for all my beauty requirements!

I regret buying a 6 session laser package (only chin). The worst place to get an appointment. Forget 2 mins (time they claim they will call you back) , even after 2 hours or 2 days or 2 weeks you dont get a call back.I have a good mind of just popping by n cancelling my package deal. This is the last that I am going to deal with then

I would recommend to combine all of your types of beauty needs to leverage discounts on packages! Packages can be used at any time (even past a year). Also, it helps to schedule different types of treatments which can be done in the same time ;)

I have had couple of good packages with VLCC at Dubai Marina. The experience has been very positive so far. There are those two lovely ladies there Sunandha that assisted my PRP sessions and made them feel painless even though i have a sensitive skin and not very needle pain prone. And Thea the lady that did my massages very attentive to my needs. They both make me feel like home!

Been going to this place for around 2 years now for full body laser hair removal. After my 3rd session, Jabeen was assigned to do my laser. And since then the reduction in hair growth and its evident result has not let me switch to any other technician now. Jabeen has always been fully dedicated and invested in carry out the laser treatment, she is very friendly which makes the session easy and comfortable.Also, another big shout out to Lani for always been super helpful in getting the appointments as convenient to ones schedule.Thanks team VLCC Marina-Ayesha Yousuf

Worse service ever!! They keep getting new clients and they dont even have capacity to fit the appointments. Even if they confirmed the appointment, they always tell you one day before that your appointment is on waiting list or that the technician is sick. If you send them a whats up, it takes them a week or 10 days to revert. I dont advise anyone to deal with them

The one star I have given here is for Lata and nail technician sonu.VlCC Dubai marina branch is really good example of poor communication, poor customer service and unprofessional staff (some of them).Please dont fall for their package offers. once you paid entire amount for package weather its slimming or beauty, which they convince you to pay in advance, their manager and other service staff done with you. You wont get any response from them.I am their customer since 2018 roughly and since then getting an oppointment is big task,they always have some kind of excuses that they missed to book it.Their facial room feels like a storage room.No soothing music during facial service. I am fed up of this bad customer service and poorcommunication.Will not recommend!

Very happy with the fat freezing therapy package which is including radio frequency sessions with the massage. Staff is really very professional and very friendly as well!This therapy has gotten me very firm and toned skin which was the one of my aim of coming to this clinic. Very bad experience. Their tag line is what we promised we delivered it is not at all true. Slimming department is not at all professional. No trained staff. Under staff.No proactive staff. Even sales team who need to make sure smooth parh also very unprofessional. No value for client time. While taking package they do all big claims but then nothing delivered. Very bad experience, unprofessional staff still waiting for the manager to call me back for more than a month.I booked for full body Lazer 8 sessions. First they lost my file and they told me that I finish all the sessions and after many calls even I went to the center with the bills to show them I still have 3 more sessions. I thought the problem was solved and I did 2 sessions and now they are saying that I finish all the sessions but I still have my last one to do. I complain but they didnt response and the manager didnt call me back. After 7 sessions I still have more than 50% of my hair body.Very bad experience, and I was shocked that vlcc center hire unprofessional staff and I didnt get the results I expected.

I recently did my laser session with Princhan...she was very efficient and did a very good job. Very comfortable and she did take regular feedback. She is very knowledgeable technician and Id recommend her for laser definitely.

I had scheduled skin treatments with them since last year. They have no system of scheduling appointments and keeping track of progress. They changed the doctor three times and each time I had to begin the process again. All I wanted was a refund but they wouldn’t give it . They have taken from me 4K since last year with no successful service completion .just earning interest with my money for free.

Not good experience, they rip you off. I was shocked to know the price difference they have between different countries.The same session in Bahrain is 3300 dhs and same here in Dubai is 6000 dhs.The best answer she could give me that we have different prices in each Country.What, same machine , same technology but 2 time the price.I think this is not fair .

Got a package for Laser and so far things went well. Jinaab is a technician for laser and she did great job so far. I recommend this place for laser 100%. I also did eyebrow threading and it was one done perfectly as well.

Did a haircut there. Nothing special. They rescheduled me few times during the day starts from hour before my appointment, which is unprofessional. At the end master has 30 min for me only because of next client. Coffee that has been offered its just a bit milky water. If you offering coffee make it coffee or dont offer at all.

I got a package for mesotherapy. Face. Everytime the give me an apointment i come 15 minutes before time and i wait for so long. They give same apointment for 2 peopol. They never call to remind you boit your apintment. Room busy they keep changing u from one room to another.. Very bad service

Bad experiences. They pretend to be almost all the time fully booked while they lack staff. They sold me a package and then no follow-up on my appointments, which are never convenient to them.

My favourite treatment is the hydrafacial out of all the treatments I take. Lani who sits at the front desk is the best whose always accommodating request. I would recommend them 😊

They are very unprofessional I had a request they, replied after 4/5 days then they call me to ask if I want to have on of the treatment that I don’t need. And one of the person that is working on the clinic took my number and text me from her personal number different information. So this clinic is a mess. I ask about their brands that are using on the clinic someone said one brand the other employee of the clinic said other brands. Super scary they don’t give you confidence.

After making advance payment, they never gave proper appointment on time. Further for permanent hair removal laser, staff is not at all properly trained and machine keep on getting damage.

I visited VLCC to get laser hair reduction, the service is amazing. the staffs are very professional, hygienic and the quality of service is very good. They have attractive slimming and wellness packages, excellent beauty and dermat services.

They cheat customers. After they charge you for the 6 sessions of laser, they don’t follow up or bother about your existence. If you try to contact them they don’t have any information about you and will tell they’ll call you back which will not happen unless you call them again twice. I had opted for upper lip laser and the place didn’t have any time to do. But they make several calls to lure you to buy their other offer services lol. Sayeeda, the consultant promised me and I trusted their service. Dr. Seher didn’t not what to speak and had no answers. Instead was ready with her own reasons and didn’t bother to know what happened to me. HORRIBLE and PATHETIC UNRELIABLE PLACE. Just got my money after 4-5 months of fighting. Vlcc is hopeless in Dubai.

Staff are very accommodating, the reception, the management, and those who are doing treatments i.e. slimming, derma, facial, mani/pedi. Booking is easy and fast. Parking is free (limited slots only). So far I am satisfied with their services

I am a regular Laser customer and am very happy with the Laser Specialist, she is a genuinely amazing, caring and jolly person, despite the ill - treatment she receives from the manager. It is utterly disgusting and horrible to watch her being bossed around, sweared at and even called names; it is very childish to be honest, unprofessional and just inhumane! The manager asked me to review their branch, at a time when I was very happy with them and I did; but when I saw how she scripted and told me exactly what to say, I was uncomfortable and backed out - but I was forced to! I couldnt imagine the hell the staff go through...Its just too sad to even begin to imagine. And as a customer to witness this, I mean, it should be embarrassing! This is a problem that needs urgent and immediate attention. If it weren’t for the rude and inconsiderate manager, I would be writing a review on here with positivity and appreciation!!!

Im a fed up slimming client. Why is it so difficult for VLCC to keep good dieticians that understand their job. You keep on changing dieticians like clothes. Im an old client for a very long time and to be honest i have met many dieticians. How do you even expect your clients to lose weight when today they speak to one dietician and the next day is another dietician. some are knowledgeable, some only want you to purchase new package but they give you the same type of diet plan . Ever since i joined VLCC when i ask for a diet plan, its just a copy pasted one from the previous one. what a shame!!!!! Now there is only a part time dietician that i rarely see because not every day she is there. The manager there will make you buy a new package, give you empty promises about losing weight, good diet plans etc only for you to end up not losing weight. Even at the hospitals they never change dieticians like this. There were only two good dietician at vlcc marina one Pilipino lady miss Rhona and Kenyan lady miss Sarah, they will give you the best diet plan ever according to your illness, suggest the best treatments, do proper follow up with you, they were very knowledgeable. Those are the type of qualified registered dieticians we want not just any dietician. VLCC pull up your socks, I will just finish my package and maybe go to a hospital get proper treatment from qualified dieticians that will not leave you half way. Many clients are also complaining about this Im not the only one. Very disappointed slimming client!!!!!

Honestly I was really upset and angry with the expirence .... when they promise 100% results trust me its not even near 5%. I had taken package for acne and facial hair, and after spending around 6000 AED i.e 5 sessions for acne and 3 sessions for laser facial hair removal what change I see NOTHING :(P.s - Its all about spending money and vlcc people can show off how helpful our health center is ... its just STUPIDITY

I have received zero to extremely bad customer service at this branch in Dubai Marina. They dont pick phone calls very often and their manager will never call back. I am extremely disappointed in the service provided by VLCC dubai Marina branch. My wife has subscribed to a package , however due to to a family emergency , she had to travel back home in order to take care of her family. It is unclear at all when the medical condition of her family member will go back to normal. Not to mention that she lost her job due to COVID-19 and is currently without any income! VLCC did not help me get a partial refund of the package! ( even though they have a no refund policy), VLCC were extremly strict and did not consider the case. Most corporate companies , banks, public sector entities were extremely flexible with their customers due to the unprecedented situation that we are facing! However VLCC showed thay they are all about the money and not the customer!Think twice before subscribing to any package that they offer!

Hi. I just tried the Cooltech and it showed good results. The best thing about it is that a portion of fat cells are depleted forever from the site where you want them to loose :)The staff too is friendly and efficient.Thank you VLCC.

I had an appointment at 10:00. No one knew who I was and the consultant I was supposed to see wasnt in at all. Sat for 15min waiting for them to help me and then was told the consultant will only be in, in another 15min or SO? Totally unprofessional and would never trust this company.

It’s really a sad place. They do not have any clue about what they do. Staff is so very rude. It’s been 2 weeks I’m waiting for a call from them to book an appointment, and inspite of paying them in full. Sad!! All they say is I have called you, but no answer!! Ridiculous.Please don’t ever go to this branch n waste your time n money.

I have done hydracool plus facial and melanowhite facial from vlcc marina . After hydracool plus i could defenitely make out the brightness in my face . Awesome .Guys go for it .
