I want to tell this happens with me I had very bad experience with them they take your money and no one is bothered about you whether you are given the treatment you have paid for here no one is listening .Doctor is changed so frequently they can change package in between the give appointment than they forget. They reschedule it without informing youSeriously don’t invest your hard earn money here you will regret .

My VLCC journey started in 2017 when I purchased a weight loss package and also indulged myself in some bespoke facial packages. I must say VLCC as a skin therapy center ranks among the best! They have a variety of facial services that cater to a vast range of skin types. My consultantations with their Trade Center branch Ms Shailaja have been so satisfactory and comforting.. She takes the time to listen to you, explains everything properly, and then suggests the treatments that are good for your skin, hair, body type. VLCC also has hair, body, weight loss management, filler, botox, laser, mani-pedi, and many more services. Their variety in different facials available is simply awesome! Special mention also of Dr Shumez who is a wonderful dermat doctor, and guides you accurately regarding which service will be best for you according to your skin requirement. I have literally stopped going to any other parlor/salon/clinic for any kind of aesthetic/grooming requirement since 2017. They are simply too good and a complete body care solution center.

I had a wonderful experience. I had my haircut done by Vishwanath. He did an amazing job in giving me a fabulous look, the way I wanted. Gonna visit for more hair treatments.

It has been a wonderful experience for me in Vlcc karama branch. My hair has literally transformed from damaged and dry to smooth, long and thick. I have to specifically mention Bhagyalakshmi whose efforts are commendable. I travel all the way from Silicon Oasis to Karama for my salon appointments as its been worth it. Honeymol is one of the best therapists I know of, she knows one’s skin like the back of her palm and uses products accordingly. She’s invested, committed and very efficient, not to leave, out very punctual. I highly recommend her

I did HIFU with them several months ago and they gave a good deal. I only wanted to do chin but they convinced me to do whole face as they said it would tighten and improve the skin texture from acne, some scarring, pores, and more. Biggest mistake ever, I now have crows feet and strange lines along my eyes and several on my upper cheeks when I smile which was never there before. it might just be the person who worked on me who made a mistake and touched places she shouldnt have but its not worth getting permanent damage that couldve been easily avoided.

My experience with VLCC was indeed great! The staff are friendly the place is neat and clean. The location is okay easy to Locate (Inside Spinneys in Karama)I went their to have weight loss through their advance technology services! They also offers which is great for those who wants to continue their maintenance of weight loss!

The after-sales service is severely lacking, with no response to calls and multiple cancellations of appointments. Promised callbacks never materialize, and staff members seem uninformed. Each visit results in a different technician, adding to the frustration. Despite repeated feedback, theres been no improvement. They only follow up for package renewals but neglect to schedule appointments. They dont prioritize bookings, even if you havent had an appointment in the past six months. The customer service provided is extremely poor.

Vishwanath - hair service is too good, I felt relaxed, my hair became smooth, damage free and in good condition.

What to share pathetic pathetic miss vandana luthra if you can read it your staff is really worst they make clients but they are working with no interest. Sheila, you are just amazing in how you explained me about my laser and went ahead with the process. I was recommended VLCC and Sheila by a friend, and I dont even have a single complaint... I took full body laser for 8 sessions and I saw positive results in 5 sessions... Amazing lady by heart and her work too. Surely recommend Sheila for Laser Treatments.

I had a wonderful experience, I got my hair cut twice from vlcc ( from vishwanath )he did an amazing job. Just because of my haircut i honestly feel a lot of change in my personality. I feel more confident with the way I look .

I would like to rate vlcc for the following:1. Laser - I got very good results and I have renewed my package. They are very meticulous about chasing every single hair on the body.2. Beauty- their facials are very good, the therapist works very hard, products are top notch, however securing appointments is not easy and they need more staff to handle beauty division.3. Slimming, I joined their 10 kg package and so far Ive lost almost 6 kg. Vlcc has transformed and got lot of new modern machines for weight loss that jumeirah clinics charge kidneys for. Alot of people only know about the sweat machines and not new age machines. And their slimming division is most hygienic and responsive.I have never faced any side effects and I can see noticeable difference in skin ,hair and fat. Onlydraw back is chasing them for appointments they are quite informal but they will ensure you get the bang for your buckI also wish they had a steam room for some more advanced packs and therapies, and I wish they reduce their botox charges and also offer more information for peels etc.

I’ve tried their protein treatment for hair from Karama branch. Amazing service! Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable but they are super super expensive compared to other salons/clinics. Also, please make sure on the price before you do the service. I got charged different amount than what their sales team mentioned.Service is good but the sales/reception teams are very unprofessional.

Have been doing my laser sessions at VLCC karama branch. Very good service by therapist Sheela, she understands the hair type and does the session according to it. Got amazing results in my sessions with her. Highly recommend.

I have been a long time customer of VLCC.lately the service is very very poorVery very poor. The reception never picks up the phone. Even if they pick up they never call back. I came a long way for a service and when I reached I was informed that the time is not correct. I will have to wait for one hour. I wanted to complain, but there was no manager. There were few young girls who do not have any clue what is going on. It has become a circus. I do not think I will take any service from VLCC again.

The technology that they have for laser hair removal is ineffective.On top of that their customer service is the worst. It takes forever to get work done from them.Getting appointments is another headachePretty sure other laser hair removal centers are much better than them.If you do decide to go, I recommend taking Sheela as your technician as she has good experience and knowledge

If there was an option of negative star or black star, i would have given that.Today I under took my 3rd session of laser with MS Sheela at VLCC Karama branch and almost say she is not at all professional and gentle.1. She was running across to complete my laser just within half an hour as if she had to win a marathon.2. I paid VLCC for laser treatment and for the aesthetic experience from the professionals workings in this branch, but I was given a very substandard and below average service.3. No refreshments like water or Tea/coffee was asked unlike other therapists do, upon requesting for water, she directed me towards the water dispenser and told me to help my self.4. The therapist Sheela, has an attitude problem, she treated me as if she did a big favor by doing the laser and she told me if I want Sheela to do it, then this is how she will will deal with me. First of all I did not request her to do my laser, secondly I was not dying to get may laser done under her hands.5, while doing the laser for my upper lip, she closed my nose with her fingers without give me a heads-up,It made me soo suffocative. She should have given a heads-up as well as used a wooden spatula to cover my nostrils.6. I hope the management looks into the matter. The mngt in general are very proactive in communicating the offers and continuously follow up with clients to undertake packages, but donot communicate the problems faced by the clients. so i hope they will show same proactiveness to this concern.7. There were other inconveniences i faced, which cant be mentioned in public forum, which was negative experience and sub standard experience.8. I told Sheela several times to be gentle and do it peacefully, so that I dont experience the painfull prick, but she wanted to win some sort of marathon and get done with me.I would rather recommend other aesthetic centers for laser or buy Philips hair laser, which is way reasonable than getting the laser done at VLCC.#vlcc #complaint

I have been taking services since 4-5 months and very disappointed and dissatisfied with the services they provide. Taking and fixing appointments is always a problem with them. There is always a problem in the appointment every single time. A big no no to VLCC Bur Dubai branch. Will not recommend to anyone

My technician was Shiela who was knowledgeable and was very patient throughout the process. Always checking if I was comfortable. I am through with 7 sessions and happy with the results.

I took a package of pigmentation injection, have done two sessions until now and i can definitely say that i have seen good difference.. i have done peeling from different clinic before but its the first time i am happy with the result

STOP SIGNING UP PEOPLE IF YOU CANNOT RESPONSIBLY DELIVER.On recommendation I picked VLCC and I regret it.Getting an appointment is like moving mountains. I have got 2 sessions of laser and 1 hydra facial done.Apart from the first session, there was and is no peace of mind! Hydra facial booked like a month in advance when turned up for the service, they did not have the schedule booked. 2nd laser session, I reached on my appointment.. the machine was not available. And now I’m struggling to book my next session!!!! Called in twice, today at 3:30pm and the lady said she’d call me back which I should obviously not have waited for. I am sure now when I call next, it will be an appointment in another 10 days. They keep no track of the period in between the laser sessions I feel.

Very bad customer experience from the branch .They are focusing only to take the money from the customer.Once they made an invoice , they are like rude and they need to complete the package anyway,If we don’t like and we ask for the advance cash return they will tell that , we never return the cash and the same is mentioned in the invoice, but the invoice will get only after payment.Before making the invoice they will not tell about this.So if any one is going there , please make sure to ask everything .They are not professionals and do not have any business ethics to its customersOnly mindset is making money anyway…

Very nice staff and services - friendly and pleasant. Specially want to mention the new center manager in Karama branch, Shailaja who is extremely helpful and a very nice person. Would have rated even higher if it was only for the hair stylist Mr. Vishwanath there. Id been taking services from here for years and unfortunately I am not happy with the results of laser and cool tech sessions. I had stopped taking any other beauty or slimming sessions from there after a few negative experiences. However, would still go there these days for the hair cut with Vishwanath. I am disappointed with the way they deal with appointments, initially one person gave me a tentative appt and told will call back ,but she never did , then when I called them another one gave me an appointment date and then when I called on the same day as there was no confirmation from their side.. there was no appointment, later I finally got one, 2 weeks later than the initially proposed one .. and after all the trouble the lady did a poor job with my hair … totally not happy … do not recommend this place at all

The services were provided on time as per request. Hygiene was well maintained during pandemic times. I have got help with my acne scars and extremely thankful to Dr. Ramsha! Super friendly and kind staff. I am currently in the midst of my Laser Hair removal treatments and found the service warm and professional. I have darker skin and was a little nervous about my skin being burned or potentially damaged by the laser but that has not been the case at all! Services are good quality. Though sometimes little confusion with communication with appointments. Once done, attenders are well trained. I know Mr Kamal Chhetri from whom I take sessions is very polite, humble, very experienced and informative. He has served me best till now.

I started here for a hydra facial with Ms Iffat, with the first session itself she proved to be a very professional therapist who will check and recommend treatment as per skin type. What a pathetic services these guys are providing, you cant even believe I took their services once (which was not good at all) and they deducted payments 3 time and no one is responding now. I called multiple times to them and now no one is even picking my calls. Think twice before going there they are actually robbing.

Her work is amazing. Every facial done with her each time gives abundant satisfaction & a magical glow.She has blessed, soft & magical hands, must say.RUMSINA is highly professional, her techniques are very scientific and being from a medical background myself I am very well able to assess the quality & confidence she displays with the slimming machines. One of the reasons I’m enrolled & continuing my slimming sessions here at VLCC is because of RUMSINA.Both Ritty and Rumsina proved today that at the end of the day it’s the quality & execution of ‘work’ and not just ‘words’ that matters!Hats off to both of you!

**AVOID at all cost***Worst customer service I have experienced in my 11 years in Dubai. I bought a package for laser hair removal on 17 Jul...is 1st of Aug and they couldnt find an appointment for me...different excuses given. When I call they pick up the phone and hung up without answering (it happened 3 times!). Very disorganized. When I managed to talk with someone for a booking they said if you come right now we can do it, she is free now but has an appointment in 20 min!?. How can they have a free slot is they claim to be always fully booked.Once they get your money... Thats it they forget about customer service and manners!

Be aware.. misleading and false commitments.. never had such an experience with any service provider.. if you reviewing the comments for a laser suggestion, take this as red flag and choose any local clinic and they’ll be more efficient!

Ridiculous Customer Service by the team and ZERO follow up! One Ms.Shailaja who enrolled me for a package and I wish the same enthusiasm was shown during the process too. It’s been almost two years since I paid for the service and yet to complete it. They keep giving me a date and reschedule or cancel based on their convenience and the excuse they say is either the machine isn’t working (the standard excuse)or the staff is on long leave. Guys, you are doing a business. No matter who joins a company or leave, the show must go on. The promptness is only until you make a client pay for the services and then boom vanish. What’s the point in doing a laser treatment once in 9/10 weeks gap where it is supposed to be done in fixed intervals of 5/6 weeks (as per your recomm) for the best result??

I went there to book 6 seesions full body lazer removal and when I reached the Karama branch they welcomed me and i spoke to the manager and she said why you pay 5000 AED and book only 6 sessions while you can pay 7085 AED and book unlimited sessions with maintenance , and she said we do this offer cause we trust in our equipment and the techology we have that the hair will be all removed after the 8th session and you might need just to visit us every 2 or 3 years to make maintenance . I said that sounds great, I will book it . then I make the paiment and then I was waiting for the receipt , she told me oh sorry the system is down just do your session tomorrow and i will give you the receipt tomorrow but for now just take the machine card receipt that you paid this 7085 AED . Anyway to cut it short , I found out that i was only allowed 6 seesions and every time i come to book appointment they say they are fully booked and the staff who is doing the lazer always complain that she is not receiving her salary since 4 months and they didnt make her resident visa yet and she dont have money to eat and manytimes after i book an appointment they call me and say it has been change to other date however i booked it one month before !! and when i go for the appointment the lazer technician was always late and after i finish the 6 sessions and find out i am not allowd more and the woman who i booked with left the place , literally it was very unprofessional .It is a Scam , they will promise anything and lie to make you book the package and once you do you will be surprised that you are not taking 20% of the things they promised .

It has been always my sheer pleasure to take sessions at VLCC. I have the Therapist MaryJane, Juvie who are so well aware of the Techniques they follow and they always make me feel comfortable during my sessions .These all beautiful Women work in such great Harmony and Collaboration that has given me amazing results and I am sure many others must have got. Thanks to all of you for all your amazing efforts and kind help for my weight loss Journey. I am almost 10 kg down and feel more enthusiastic to reach my goals faster.

While the initial consultation will sound very promising, none of what is promised will be delivered. Zero at service, treatment and poor results. And no one at the center seem to be paying an attention for feebacks or complaints. Please save your money and trying local centers will be a better option.

Very disappointed in the customer service. I am taking an effort to write this so that others dont suffer. I had taken a laser hair removal package in December 2018 at VLCC Nad Al hammar branch. 4 seesions went by there which was absolutely great, smooth and good results. For my last 2 seesions I shifted to Burjuman spinneys branch. Firstly, they made me wait for like 30 mins bcoz they couldnt find me file. After my 5th session I had hair growth so much on my arms like I have never taken any session before. I spoke to their councellor Sanam, who wasnt helpful at all and said lets take one more session. The therapist didnt even bother to write the readings on my chart. I let it go. On my last session 2 weeks back I specifically asked them to Mark the readings and do the session properly. Yet after 2 weeks hair growth is back.Yesterday Personally I went down to their office and met the Manager Prerna who promised me that she would look into it and give me a call by evening. But no call at all.Pease do not get any treatment done in this branch.

A well organized and systematic center. Staff are very polite and helping. Specially liked the greeting and kind gesture of Mrs. Ribecca who properly explained about the therapy and packages to my wife. My starting weight was 120kg with the help of VLCC and the all the staff namely Roopesh I managed to lose 16kgs. I never imagined I would lose so much in the time scale which was down to all the help I was given. I would recommend this place as it’s really changed me for the better.

It’s been around one and a half months since I joined VLCC and I am very happy with their services. I have lost around 4 to 5 kgs and I am working on losing more with their help and guidance. The way they provide suitable diet according to my body type and weight and how effectively they check my weight and other details is incredible. They focus on everything in detail. Ms. Kusum is the one looking after me and she is so understanding and makes sure I am working towards exercise and loosing weight in a healthy way. I am very grateful for having such good and efficient people looking after me and helping me to achieve my goal. Thank you VLCC!!

I had put up a review two years ago and am editing the same so that my current feedback can override the previous one and I can actually pen down my feedback for others to view.Me and my husband have been clients for a good while now and my husband probably a decade - whilst I may not comment over the Mens section(Im meant to believe that its certainly professional) the womens section does a very poor task at meeting customer expectations. Around two years ago VLCC had provided me with great results along with adequate and knowledgeable staff that would actually ensure that the clients track records are monitored by the week. You could be assured that your dealing with professionals and it is only professionals that guarantee results.Cant say the same anymore- you may be invited and pursued to purchase packages but then its all about you following up for sessions. Dont be alarmed if you hear reverts as packs are not available or staff isnt around to accommodate you even thought youve booked slots in advance.All in all -for the price you pay and the reputation theyve established historically - its a sorry state of affairs at the moment and hence this is certainly my last time as a client in VLCC.Im certainly able to find other wellness/fitness centers that pack a punch when it comes to service - at more attractive price.

After having spent over AED 30,000 throwing away even more money is not an optionI have been going to VLCC Trade Centre for over 2 years now and have to be the only person who has had to buy larger clothes.After every treatment ends then all they do is try to sell you another treatment, only interested in the money and not the client. My therapist is good and knows what he is doing however he can only do what management tell him to do.The last money I paid was AED 5000 and with 24 sessions remaining they are trying to sell me even more, Then when I have 5 sessions left I received a call from the manager offering AED 12,000 for only AED 5000. Fantastic offer let me think about it. The reply was the offer only stands if you accept & pay immediately, disgraceful treatment for any client.Any promotions only ever seem to always seem to apply in the ladies sectionWill I be spending any more money or recommending VLCC the answer at this moment in time has to be NOI get feedback messages on a daily basis and have been requesting a call back with no response and to date still none

Very disppointed with the service and with staff. I have joined vlcc karama branch for my laser service last year in nov 2018. 1st two serivces went will than I have to struggle for my appointment.I have got my 3rd session appointed after 3months and the day of my service one lady maria called me and said the girl who has to do your laser session has some visa issue so we dont have anyone else to attend you... we will re-book another day for you and will call you back soon. After 2weeks pass I called up and they said sorry for not calling me back and gave me appointment date after a week at 11am. I went 30mins before the time and was keep waiting for the staff to come.she came on duty at 11:20am and started my session at 11:30am and she was rude and harsh with my skin becuase her supervisor scold her of being late on duty. I felt so bad and was disppointed that i wasted all my money on vlcc. I stopped her because i could not continued that... and i asked for refund but their new manager said we dont have refund police so you have to continue the service with us and we make sure you will get a good serivce experience on next appointment.Friends I had a very bad experience with VLCC make sure you choose the right clinic for your skin.

DONT BUY VLCC coupons I had the worst Salon experience in my life. I purchased the VLCC coupon and took appointment at their Karama branch for a haircut. When I showed up the coupon, their hairstylist, looked at me like I was asking him for a free haircut. The guy should learn to hold the scissors first. He dropped it twice, once he caught it hitting my chest. Then he got on a call and disappeared for a while. He turned back and said the service is over. When asked to shorten the hair more, he was convincing me instead. He again started the haircut, received a call, again disappeared. He wasnt there for further services. The parking board says 1 hour free, but the gate system starts charging after 30 min. To sum it up, the VLCC coupon is a spam which gave a disastrous salon experience.

Ive been a regular customer at VLCC for years now and Ive done various therapy sessions and I must say for the most part the service is very good and especially my therapist Mr. Vishwanath is wonderful and very good at what he does. I used to go to Ghusais branch and now moved my sessions to Karama because my therapist moved there. 👍👍👍

I called to ask about one laser removal for my upper lips and the manager told me it is 100aed per session, so I booked my appointment and when I got to the VLCC karamah (spinneys) I asked him again to confirm that it is 100aed per session and he confirmed. So when I came to pay after he took my details I was surprised by the receptionist when she told me 600. Turns out I have to pay for 6 sessions to get the 100aed per session. I confronted the manager and told him that this is not right, telling me its 100aed per session without mentioning the package, but he kept on lying and telling me that he did inform me about the package. So I ended up yelling at him and leaving without doing my appointment. Very bad service and communication will never recommed it to anyone. And on top of it all I complained about the incident but no one took any action.

I am always excited to visit VLCC for their professionalism and warmth. All the staff members are very polite especially Ms Neha, who is ever ready to help, be in regular touch for guidance for the treatments and accommodating best possible appointments.

I did my hydracool facial with Iffat, she is just amazing at her craft.She is knowledgeable about the machine and will carefully take u through the entire process.Hydracool is a four part process and she makes sure that she explains what you r getting into and what to expect at the end. Her massage is great and towards the end… u definitely are well relaxed.She gives you the time that u deserve, and is very patient, always welcoming and always has a smile on her face.I am highly impressed with her skill.Another person that i would like to mention is Muskan. Very talented young lady who got me hooked to vlcc. She is very sweet and has been ever so helpful. She has never just sold any service to me unnecessarily. If u need something then she will gladly assist you (even on her day off).Vlcc has found two gems and great assets. Kudos to that.

Extremely poor customer service. Once you pay, no representatives are available to schedule your appointments despite calling multiple times. And if we happen to get blessed with a miracle for an appointment to be scheduled, the team will reschedule it at least 4-6 times due to the unavailability of their specialist. Please go somewhere else. Not worth your time.

Terrible attitude from the side of the Dietician Sarvani Avula. I needed her help with something, but her attitude was entirely unhelpful and it bothered me a lot.I trust this is not the way that VLCC wishes to conduct business with valued customers. I have been a customer with you for the last 3 years and have never encountered such treatment before.The only reason I did not give a one star review is because there are others on the team who I have a good relationship with.

My experience with VLCC has been great as a result of my therapist Rinu. Rinu is actually a dermatology nurse so she applies her in-depth knowledge when treating different types of skin. She is patient and very precise and will make sure you achieve your desired results. Another shout out to Shailja at the mankhool branch who is very helpful and kind.

I am very old client of VLCC but my experience at Bur dubai Mezzanine floor branch was horrible. I took the appointment for manicure n pedicure and wanted to avail my voucher .As per the voucher I can avail the services worth AED 350 and I chose Manicure and Pedicure , But to my surprise the service which they gave me not worth of Aed 50 also.Normal saloons give much more good service then VLCC.I even can’t say that they did cleansing.It was so disappointing. It was severe waste of my time as well as theirs.I gave my feedback at the reception and tried meeting their saloon Manager.But she was too busy with her staff only . I waited for some time and she was not even bothered to come out .I suggest VLCC should not give any free vouchers to anyone and if they give please be committed to your clients.

Been at vlcc for a decade now on and off m. The staff is indeed friendly and professional, I receive calls prior to sessions and have never had issues with the sessions. Most of my experiences were with rupesh and Kamal and I must say that theyve given me their utmost best in terms of service delivery. Ive been only comming back because of staff like them.

Shout out to anyone who is thinking to go VLCC Karama branch, be aware as they are cheating customers. My experience was worst with the whole team, took money in advance and did not give me service and when I ask for refund they dont have refund rule in the company (its funny) its been more than a month now and I have not got my money back and in the end I ended up complaining about them on DED. Stay away guys not worth it else you will be ended up having review like me.

Dr Dimple is fabulous.. gentle and strong at the same time! She made me so comfortable with my face PRP, that although its supposed to be a very painful procedure I didnt realise when it started and when it ended! The other services offered are very satisfactory indeed! All their staff are super nice and helpful. Their CoolTech package is the best. Its helped me immensely! Elixir & Bamboo therapy are simply too good! Ask for Rebecca, she has amazing hands for massages.

A complete haressment. I paid good amount along with my gulf news vouchers and bought few services at the spinneys branch. They couldnt give an appointment in the last week before expiry of the 200 dhs voucher saying they are fully booked. Had called 4 days before voucher expiry date. When visited them they said buy additional service then they will accept the voucher. Now inspite of paying and buying the services have been facing lot of troubles to get appointment. Extremely poor customer service.

I have been there, the service is excellent and a well trained staff. Using the formula of theirs I successfully lost huge amount of weight by their training program.I recommend to visit Dr. Maha, with vast majority of her experiences it was worth it.

I joined VLCC in the hope of reducing some weight but frankly speaking it is a big scam. They charge you the complete amount upfront so you have no chice but to be on their mercy. They promise a lot but deliver nothing. Everytime you go there in the hope of availing some good therapy but unfortunately the lazy staff just puts you on the weight loss machine for 45 mins. All they have to spare is 5 mins to connect you to some blasted weight loss machine and go away. Its you who have to call them after 45 mins. They switch off the machine and you go home feeling stupid.If this is what they are charging so heavily for then i would rather please don’t even bother considering this scam company with lit of lazy scam artists there

Really upset with the service at the Spinneys branch. I had an AED 200 voucher - today was the last day to redeem it. I’ve been calling all the branches to book an appointment - all branches answered except for the Spinneys branch.I had to physically go to Spinneys only to be told by the consultant that no one wants to sit at reception these days because so many calls are coming in. When I went in, the phones were ringing and one of the receptionists just wouldn’t answer any of the calls.I would have been a repeat customer if not for this experience.

Declined a massage after a hell lot of bargaining to get an available slot since several weeks, just because Im on my period. Not sure what their reason is but its the first time I have heard of a massage being denied for being on a natural thing as period and certainly not one one the heavy days. The reason given was it isnt good for your body and the flow can increase !!!

Very disappointed with the customer service. First of all, you run through all the troubles of getting an appointment and then once you do..there is no reminder to inform you of an appointment which is due next month.And God forbid, if you have any concerns that you want to highlight. Nobody listens! Calls are disconnected and there is no call back. Really disappointing!

Also I called may be 10 times to talk to their manager Priya and to book a appointment at the earliest as I hd to travel. But she didnt bother to come on call or even call me back... Pathetically managed worst vlcc centre I have been to... Dont even try to book any appointment here... U will get no response..

Vlcc is not efficient enough to handle clients then why do they issue vouchers. I called so many times they have no appointment available in any branch and for any of their services. Half the time they do not answer calls. Since almost a month i have been calling the voucher expires tomorrow. In a month they must have answered my call only 3/4 times. Staff dont speak well.

Very poor after sales service. I have been following up regarding my sessions .... no response from them. Have been a client with them for a few years now. Will not go any more.

Poor service, delays and long wait time. Unacceptable behavior with customers with ZERO customer service. Appointment commitments not met.

VLCC service was very good as the treatment went very well. Vishwanath was very helpful and kind with his service.

Such a horrible, pathetic n unorganized service...I have booked todays 5 oclock appointment for my husband I booked it on Thursday. .I have not recived any booking confirmation..No ph call nothing..today I called to insure wether they have booked the same or not...I called and can make out they have not booked it n lady told me somebody will call back me ...but its almost half n hour no body called me....thank God I called n saved my husband time.....Such a horrible experience ...this is what vlcc is.....v v disappointing this is how they treat the constumers ..they dont value the customers n there time at all....

Its very nice experience I have in VLCC they are so good ,friendly and good service and good receptionist Maryann and most good laser technician maricel Miranda for sure I will come again thank you VLCC karamA team...

As many of the reviews state , VLCC Karama branch is horrendous , the frustration that comes along when calling them up or dealing with their Staff is mind boggling to describe where all of them clearly lack customer service ethos skills and professionalism , frequent double bookings frustrated technicians , last minute cancellations ,reasons stating system is very slow to accept appointments , the sales staff would definitely push you to do more sessions or services but when it comes to actually getting appointments it never works , started my Laser Dec2019 and with covid and constant cancellations due to no appointments have been able to complete only 5 so far in 1.5 years .. so one definitely needs to consider this branch before paying upfront for services

I have to say that the customer services at VLCC is very poor. they just dont care about customers. they charge a lot but their services are not upto mark. they behave just like any low class beauty clinic. the staff is discourteous and inefficient...very poor service...
