Unreliable and Unprofessional ServiceI had an extremely frustrating experience with VLCC Clinic, and I cannot trust them with appointments at all. A week after booking my appointment in person at the reception, I discovered that it was never booked. When I rebooked, they messed up the timing, claiming that I was late, even though it was their error. As a result, they refused to give me the full treatment.This level of disorganization and lack of accountability is unacceptable for a clinic. If you value your time and expect basic professionalism, look elsewhere. VLCC clearly doesn’t prioritize their customers or their commitments.Additionally cant get refund for the useless treatment.

My experience at VLCC( Nad Al Hammar branch)exceeded all expectations. The staff , creates a professionalism and friendliness welcoming environment. Each team member took the time to address my concerns, explain the treatments, and offer personalized advice tailored to my needs, especially Ms. Mariam who is my dietitian is truly exceptional. She monitors my diet so I should be on track towards my weight loss journey. Their knowledge and expertise were evident, and I felt confident in their care. The range of treatments and programs offered at the clinic is impressive. The treatments were not only effective but also comfortable and well-explained. I appreciated the clinics emphasis on combining modern technology with a holistic approach to weight management.

I am quite happy with VLCC. I saw considerable reduction in my waist size and tummy as well. Ms. Maha was quite helpful in suggesting the treatments that I have to go for slimming. Ive been visiting VLCC for over 10 years now. Ive had the opportunity meeting some great individuals and VLCC has a range of services both for beauty and slimming and their packages are affordable and the team can help you with that. My dietician Maryam and my therapist Roch have been amazing and their professionalism has been outstanding. Thank you both for making me feel happy and for your services.

The location is good with enough and more parking. I go there for laser hair removal. They give good offers and are very professional. Just had the first session which was good, quick and Preema makes you feel comfortable. Will update about results in another 2-3months.

My experience was unprofessional and a waste of time and money. I wouldnt recommend this to anyone looking for a reliable, high quality service.Especially the “branch manager” (Mouna) and (Maha) they are liars and rude.

I opted for Keratin service from VLCC. I would go to VLCC just for Hayat from qusais however as she was on leave, tried going to the nad al Hamar branch. The hair stylist behaved in a very unprofessional way. To begin with, No plastic was wrapped around my shoulder or back. A towel was kept and the used treatment was thinner than shampoo, very watery and was dripping all over , even on the floor. The stylist used a used towel to clean the floor using her legs 😔.Application was kept for more than an hour and when asked to check, she said it’s still not dry(considering the thickness, it would have taken the whole evening to dry). Anyways she was busy attending other clients despite me having an appointment with her. Hair wash wasn’t done properly, leaving all the cream behind my ears. Check the picture, I know that keratin doesn’t provide straight hair. However it makes the hair smooth and removes frizz.I got the treatment done on 27 august 2023 and today is exactly 3 weeks to this treatment and look at the results. It was the same after the first wash itself. Extremely disappointed as we go to well know salons to provide better care for our hair and skin. However that service level isn’t maintained by VLCC. Hope something would certainly be done and my issue would be looked into. I wish I could have given them negative rating. Hayat from qusais is the only best employee they have. Rest don’t take any responsibility or care for their customers.

They need to improve their customer service and their appointment booking system. Appointments are not always accurate, they need to be more organized. I bought a treatment package of 6 sessions and did 2 sessions then they informed me that machine will be moved to another branch and will be returned back after 15 days. They are much better options than this center.

I am currently trying the slimming/ weight loss package at VLCC, and I am really impressed with the experience. The staff are incredibly nice and committed to helping me achieve my goals. Special thanks to Maha, Maryam, Suma, Sara, Crystal, and the entire team for making each session enjoyable. When I go for a session, it truly feels like ‘me time,’ and I look forward to it every time!

Started my laser hair removal with Prima at Vlcc Al Waha. She is sooo nice and gentle. Now taking my daughter also. Prima is super nice. She even guides when it is or is not suitable to do laser. Remember to ask for her when going to this particular outlet.

I had a package for slimming and they told me it was expired as i didnt book from one year. Then they told me to reactivate i get the same sessions back and get the sessions i paid for. I reactivated and they told me as long as you keep using your seasions they will not be expired. Now they are telling me your new sessions are expired and you have to reactivate them again. She told me you only have 200 days to use them then they expire even if you had sessions recently. And when i told her i was not aware of this even when i did my first package she said we have your signature on the fine print. They are scammers and whenever you want to book they tell you it is full. When am i supposed to boom my sessions ???????

They are scammers . Worst clinic . Appointment booking system is a disaster. The goal of this clinic is not helping people improve themselves, their goal is just to earn money. I took 4 peels and 5 facials and I asked to give me a discount , an employee named ayesha said I can add 1 additional facial . I agreed and my biggest mistake was I trusted her and did not check the bill right there . After I took all my peels , I started facials and then I was told that I have only payed for 2 facials . I can’t believe a clinic in Dubai can scam like this . Horrible

Laser hair removal was quite aggressive, especially since I was doing it in my sensitive areas. I was nervous going there for the first time, and the atmosphere and the lady doing the laser for me did not make me feel comfortable at all.

It’s very difficult to get in touch with them for changing appointments. Not very professional when it comes to booking appointments as they rescheduled it multiple times due to some internal confusion. Laser treatment as a service was good.

Very professional team in the slimming department; Mrs.Maha was very helpful and supportive and the therapists Rachel and Sara. The sessions helped me to escalate getting the dream body shape.

VLCC Festival City one of the places which i trusted for my weight loss journey and I am extremely happy that I did. Best machines, therapists and nutritionist who guide you properly on what is best and what is not. A special mention to my nutritionist Ms. Maryam and my therapist Ms. Rochelle…they are super amazing and have helped me lose a lot of weight. Highly recommend them and the center

Every time I make a package after a couple of months they tell me it expired and I need to renew, this has happened several time. This is the third time they did this and I will not renew again as this is a scam. I do not recommend this place for anyone other than people who want to waste their money. If there was an option to give 0 stars that would be the suitable choice for this place.

I have learned my lesson.. I should have read the feedback before going anywhere and pay money! I took a package of 3 sessions of laser hair removal, firstly the result was very much under expectations, secondly they have the worst customer service skills, as soon as you pay the money they show the other face!! For one of my sessions it took my almost a week just to book an appointment!!! I do not recommend this place at all!!

I do my Lazier session in Vlcc with Prema and I am very happy with the results and with Premas work. She is very detailed and on time. The results are great and I recommend it

The lady name Aruna convinced u to take package for 5 facial and tell u that she will u 1 extra on that so plz buy and when u buy the package she will give u just ok service and try to convince u to take u to buy some 1500 aed package for the glow n clear skin and if u say no then she will never respond to u in any way......that my advice for especially Indian pakistan ladies who she think is dumb heads and easy to convince.

Honestly, one of the best saloons I’ve been too. The people there were very professional and welcoming. I had an appointment today and my hair stylist was on time not a second late. Her name was wafa was my stylist for the day might I say she did an amazing job. My hair looked so healthy so shiny once she finished and don’t get me started on my curls she did a phenomenal job at bringing out my natural curls. And the cut came out just like I wanted. She was very nice such a wonderful and lovely lady.I also had a technician for pedicure manicure. She really took care of my cuticles my nails looked so well taken care of like honestly it’s so hard to find people like her these days and she also did my feet , got all of the dead skin, took care of my cuticles my feet looked like a new born baby’s foot. The lady was very nice and professional she was extremely caring a polite. Her name was JessieHonestly all the people at the saloon were very kind and welcoming 10/10 definitely recommend. Also they have an offer so it was very affordable.

Relatable and am happy with the service .All the staff are good and monitoring .And the physiotherapist Ms Sarah and synthya ,dedicated to their work .Also great support from Ms Maha .and dietician Ms Maryam will guide u at any time .Am so happy to suggest .

Absolutely awful experience I wish I could give them 0 stars. They tell you one thing and then do something complete different saying it’s not included in the package. The massage section makes excuses for their lack of service blaming the client. Came for a massage twice and both times the masseuse tells me how my skin and cellulite look really bad and I should take service to fix it. Incredibly RUDE comments that I did not need or ask for. On top of that she rushed through both massages as if she just wanted to get out of there and didn’t work on any of my problem areas until I told her to go back to that area. Incredibly insulting and demeaning experience.

The worst clinic I have ever dealt with. They are good in taking money from the patient only. After paying the full amount for the package, they will be fully booked and there is no any available appointment. I dont recommend them at all.

I have been visiting the store from 2021 and taking facial services. Aruna has been wonderful and meticulous in providing the right kind of facial for my skin need. She explains everything well and also provides the much needed relaxation required from the facial service. Highly recommend her for any beauty treatment with VLCC

Was disappointed to experience such underwhelming service from a reputed brand. I took a package for mani, pedi, hair wash and blow dry after confirming availability and midway the hair technician came up to me and said she doesn’t have time and is fully booked when I had even spoken to her before starting my session. She then continued to yap away with her one client, showing reels and videos to each other. She clearly could’ve finished my hair wash and blow dry but chose not to. Very unprofessional and inefficient. I requested reduced price for the package as fault was on their side but this was also refused. I will not back and would not recommend. Even the manicure, pedicure was very average.

I would recommend vlcc to upload videos of your exclusive treatments to avoid miscommunication between vlcc consultants and customers. Or show them the video before billing. My experience- they suggested 5 session dandruff treatment without assessment ( just look in to the hair from 1meter away)and what the consultant explained is different from the procedure. If you can suggest without assessment or consultation then please display your price on the website. They will deny refund of balance sessions after one session even if you unsatisfied with the procedure. Dont go there just because you trust the brand name and do not come with any expectations!!! That what I heard from there😷. Treatment comparison normal salon or less. I can upload bill here🤒

They seemed to not be aware that I was coming (to Al Quzais branch) even though appointment was made.I do give them 2 stars for free consultation, however the price they gave for skin booster treatment for 4ml, was outrageously high. About 5 times as high as the standard price in Dubai. I mentioned this and the lady then wanted me to negotiate the price, but my confidence in the place was unfortunately gone. I got the feeling they didn’t know, I have experience with this and have done my research.

Had an exozome treatment, and the experience was great with Dr.Azad and Nurse Achamma ,with great results.

I went there recently for my laser treatment and hair cut.. both were quite good.. mae is a very honest and efficient laser technician. wafa did a fabulous job with my hair. Over all good experience, getting an appointment is a hassle though.

Not much result I have to say, even after buying multiple packages, and trying most treatments..stopped going due to travel and nobody called me for 3 months, until they just did to tell me that i lost my remaining sessions and i can get them back by buying more sessions!If you do sign up, make sure to choose sessions with Arshad in Nadd al Hamar branch, he is excellent!

I had my first experience with vlcc (festival city branch). I did hydrafacial. I have not had such a satisfying experience in a long time. All thanks to Aruna who did an outstanding job, was very professional and is an amazing person. I will definitely recommend going to vlcc and looking forward for my next visit.

There are always issues with their appointments. Now when my technician is on her holiday they are not giving me an appointment to see someone else. Are you not supposed to manage all this or you make the customer wait for more than a month!!Even after complaining to the manager about another experience she didnt bother to check back nor did anything about it. On the other hand, I have to follow up for my appointments.They are only interested in selling their packages but not bothered about the rest of the experience.Not the place one should recommend to anyone.

I went VLCC Festival City for facial & for their promo of 99drh for Hair Blowdry, classic mani & padi. I would say my exprience was okay but after I went home I noticed some rush on my neck & assumed that it was from the towel during my facial session however after 4 days now I noticed that it has spread to my shoulder & upper back it looks like something serious. I feel like the towel wasnt cleaned properly maybe. I need to check with Derma as its getting more itchy as well. Very bad exprience really to add on top of that the nail polish I put started getting off on the second day.

I am still under treatment of weight loss in the Festival City Al Waha branch. So far its been a little over 2 months and i have lost over 7 kg. The staff is friendly and professional. They use lastest gadgets and techniques. I would like to highlight the contribution of Mr Rafi who has been meticulously helping me in my weight loss journey. He makes you feel so comfortable.

Customer feedback is horrible. If you need to change any appointment you need to leave all your work and just get into this because nobody replies back even after calling hundred times. they may be very good for their service, but they have overbooked with patients and they have limited therapist so in case you want to change your appointment it is a nightmare. Unfortunately, I have paid for all the services, so I am stuck with VCCC but anyone thinking of doing any treatment here please think twice.

This is my first time I joined for VLCCNad Al Hamar branch for the weight loss and it was one of the best experience that I received. I would like to thank renjitha ravinn (Physiotherapist) as she was is a good mentor and treated me like a family member and not just a patient. She is a person who take the time to check out by calling me to see if I am fine or not after the service. She infact adjust her timings for example staying late in order to finish my procedure.

Overall my VLCC Nad Alhamar experience has been great . I always get my laser treatments done by Preema, she’s very professional. I highly recommend her.

I had the facial with Aruni from India, and it was a great experience. It was my first time getting a facial, and she was very good at explaining what she was doing, and making sure I was relaxed throughout. I also have very sensitive skin so I was expecting redness or a strong reaction, but nothing like that happened! My skin feels calm and healthy :)

If I can spread this information to everyone i would put it in the newspapers. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! VlCC clinic is a joke. I was taking the slimming treatments Lipozero and Indiba.The therapists are unable to provide any proper informations regarding the treatments. I also had therapist who was convincing me entire session to purchase another package and sent me the link to pay for it before our session even finished, its forcing clients to take another package.During the treatment i developed very aggressive skin reaction due to the cream they are using.They have the doctor dermatologist there. She managed to see me. Had a look at my abdomen what was full of red sore pimples and recommended Betadine. I wanted the refund of my unstarted package which i purchesed against my will and now i was unable to take due to allergic reaction. The doctor said :kchallas we do HIFUWhen i consulted with her she only said : dont worry its good resultShe never explained the treatment, it was such an unprofessional approch i never experienced before from the doctor. Ive done HIFU treatment before and i know the results and how it suppose to feel. The machine in VLCC clinic was out of date, old version. The treatment does absolutely nothing. And the doctor looked like she was doing it for a very first time. That was horrible experience.Yet again it wasted my money. The VLCC clinic is overpriced without the results, unprofessional approch of the doctor and therapist.Find other clinics, dont make the same mistake as i did

The customer service experience was disappointing. Despite promises of a callback, I never received one.They always say theyll call you back, for any query like price related or even for appointment but they never actually follow through. Went in for laser hair removal. Had consultation with Ms. Poonam. She was very professional. Gave all the information clearly and answered all my questions and concerns. Started the treatment with Ms. Reema. She made me feel at ease. Had so much patience with me when I couldn’t stop laughing because it was so ticklish. I probably was the most difficult customer but she was amazing. Would totally recommend this place.

I’ve been a regular at this Centre for nearly 5 years now, always leaving every session feeling deeply satisfied and worth my time and money. Special mention to my go-to therapists Arunaji (facial), Reema (laser) and the wonderful masseuses who make my ‘me-time’ special everytime.. :)

Very poor customer service and actual service. For more than a month now, I have been asking for schedule for a touch up of hair laser removal and facial, and they could not give a schedule. In one instance, a staff kept on knocking at the door while a technician was completing a session of hair laser removal, and the staff wanted the technician to stop because she said it was already two hours. The technician was not finished yet, and he was asked to work on another customer. Another technician took on the work, and she burned the face of the customer. Client scheduling was poorly managed. Have reported the issue with the customer care, and it was forwarded to the manager. No follow up was made by the center. In various instances, we also asked the technician to do touch up on body hair laser removal, since it looked like a complete section of lower leg was not lasered properly. After that, we kept on filming the service to ensure that they will properly do the laser.

Update 07.01.2023. The most pathetic and unprofessional staff I’ve seen by dubai standards!!!They called and apologized after my previous review but again after 3 days of continuously scheduling appointments their therapist didn’t come. Mind you, they call to confirm the appointment the night before…and yet again today the same story. I need the management to take accountability of why their staffs don’t come to work and why no one is organized to call and inform elderly residents who travel the distance to just wait and wait and get turned down in the end!!!Horrible customer service!!My mom was a regular at this particular branch until end of Jan. Where she was booked in for an appointment but upon reaching the facility their system didn’t show the booked session and she was mistreated saying she came without a booking. Not only this, they didn’t give her proper treatment for which has paid, and finally after hours said okay will give you a massage go and get ready. After she waited in the room there standing for almost 20-30 mins the attendants come in and say now we can’t do the massage because we have another client. Like seriously what is this service? She is old and was treated with a lot of disrespect upon discussing this issue even the manager. They kept repeating don’t come without appointment.And did no kind of apology for their mistreatment or the fact they made her change for massage and left her standing .. instead suggested her to shift her branch.I have already raised a complaint in the consumer rights.Pls save your money and invest in better facility where they respect their customers. I hope the management takes serious action and replace the staff there.Update: Dear management VLCC I’m still waiting for that phone call you said I’d receive from the branch .. my sessions are still all pending and my money blocked.

I have been visiting their Festival city branch for different types of facials and had wonderful experience so far with the team. After my third session itself I could see visible changes on my face. The hyperpigmentation has reduced significantly and skin feel rejuvenated. Thanks to Aruna 🙏. Highly appreciate all her timely advises and sessions. She has been patiently helping me understand the process. If you are going for any kind of facials please book for Aruna, she is much experienced and can do wonders with her relaxing facial massage. This five star isnt for the branch, it is for kristyl as when I booked weight loss with VLCC, when i did my counseling i paid a lot of money and the sessions they provided didnt meet what i needed, until kristyl (the therapist ) has recommended the solutions needed and the right packages because she understood what i am looking for and what my body needed. She’s very friendly and very helpful and i would recommend her to anyone.

Ive always gotten my facials done from here. My technician is Aruna. Shes the best and keeps my skin fresh and glowing every session.

I booked full body laser with them around a year back. Initial sessions were good. After which I shifted to India, so I wanted my file transferred. Saba (counsellor) and the manager promised that it will be done in a month’s time. It’s been a year and nothing has happened. I paid for 12 months, hard earned money while looking after COVID patients. They have no regard for your time and I would highly suggest anyone who want to get any service done there, please think 10 times before doing anything. Not just this branch but any VLCC branch. They have the worst service ever.

I have been frequenting VLCC for many years now, excellent service and friendly staff, the prices and offers they have are competitive and every once in a while they give even better offers for their packages. Unlike other businesses the management at VLCC is very flexible and have often allowed me to shift to different packages with the same price (according to my needs). My go to person is Asha you can always be sure that she will give you the best service packages and help you deal with any concerns you might have. The therapists there are very professional and friendly. Just be sure to book your appointments before hand and show up on time or a few minutes early and I am sure you will have a great experience !

I received an amazing hydrating facial from aruna today. She is highly skilled and knows what she is doing. She will make you feel completely relaxed and she gives the perfect advice. I am very thankful that I got her. 10/10 I will definitely come back to her soon!

All the staff at VLCC Nad Al Hammar branch are extremely professional. If you are planning on slimming I highly recommend consulting with slimming therapist Farah who will accurately guide you as to which package to take. She will follow your entire weight loss journey.I highly recommend using Mae for the laser treatment; she is systematic and has a professional etiquette when conducting the laser procedures.Aruna is the go to beauty therapist for facials, she has a wealth of experience and a magic touch. I usually get my facials done by Aruna she never fails to make my skin look perfect for occasions, shes amazing.

If I can give I would have given zero for their pathetic customer service. They will keep calling you until their installment is completed for booking the laser appointment. Once the installment is over, they will not even bother to call and when you call them they to book the appointment they will fix and a day before they will call and tell that the technician is not available and we will be canceling the appointment. Then they will fake promise by saying that they will call back which they never do. You have to keep calling again and again Their technician is fully booked most of the time. How is this possible?? Entire day?? Whom they r trying to fool? Seriously?? When you ask them tobgive refund then they say thats not possible. Seriously?? Do not go there for laser. They will take ur money and never get back to you and ya they will put you on hold and then close the call.

I’ve been a customer with VLCC for at least 3 years now, when it comes to their laser its the best! But customer service cant even get worst than this! I mean for three+ years no matter what is the time you will call to get an appointment no one answers the phone?! And dont even get me started with “ill take your name and mobile number and the laser department will call u.” and no one EVER calls you back! Do i really have to pass by to book an appointment and then come back again for my appointment?! What year are we living in?? Seriously the worst customer service and what does the whole laser quality means if the service is this bad?

I have been with VLCC for more than 5 yrs and keep taking their services as they are reliable. Staff is friendly . Especially Deena and Aruna they are amazing , they treat customers well and very friendly and welcoming. Always updating me. Taking care of my hair and face. I am very happy with them and will definitely recommend more people to come and avail the services.

If I can give 0, I will. They messed up a whole service package I paid for. They said I can use the money to do anything else. So I was satisfied. To get one appointment I had to check in with them 10 days in Advance. They never ever ever give you slot. They do not have a menu of everything they offer with price. This is purely because they want to tell you random amount and not make it even. I wanted to go for mani and pedi. Lady told me there’s only one option for it, told me I can do this for 90dhs. There’s another person sitting next to me doing a deluxe pedi and mani for 210 which was something I wasn’t even offered, I wasted 2500dhs and so much time. Save yourself from ever visiting here. ABSOLUTELY HATE THIS PLACE

Initially i had an issue with appointments, as i had to follow up and confirm my appointment but after attending several sessions, things went smoothly, thanks to Saba, whenever i have an issue with the appointment i would msg her and get it sorted.So far the quality of their services are excellent, my therapist and Doctor looked into my skin concern (if i had any issue with the products used or method etc) and were flexible with their procedure. I have been with VLCC for almost 10 years using and availing their slimming, hair and beauty services. All staff are professional especially I can personally recommend Imelda for relaxing massages, Deena for keeping my hair healthier and Aruna who provided excellent facial services.

Paid for 7 laser sessions and got 6 only, no results at all and the hair grew back thicker than before even. no proper follow up or evaluation of work by the staff of the specialists who work there, at least they should check on their clients to see if the work they did yielded results or not, they just care about over charging customers rather than sustaining them.

Worst beauty center ever. They only want to collect money and no quality with their services. I tried body, face and hair treatments. I didnt see any good results but the opposite. Their treatments do nothing. If you really want to see results or maintain what you have go somewhere else. I wasted a lot of money on backages that i will not go for any more.

I go here for laser treatments and unfortunately am stuck with VLCC until I finish my paid for sessions..The place DOESNT follow basic hygienic protocols so am not sure how much of COVID protocol is followed. The massage tables are not sanitized between clients and stink of sweat!I did complain about my experience to the manager and got a basic unapologetic response with no follow up ! Dont waste money here especially in these times.

But VLCC festival city branch forced me to do so.I will never recommend this salon to anyone.I have book 3 sessions for full body laser treatment and my 2 session experience was worst the lady was doing like she doesn’t know how to do it. Not all hair stylists have same level skills, some of them are so rough they pull ur hair like they are in battle with you, u take package with one of them cause u like her work but then she left and have no option except the one who’s available. 2 stars for original products they use and complete service set they offer.

I have done laser hair removal treatment and graphico peel treatment in VLCC Festival City branch.This 5-star rating is for the technician Preema who does the laser treatment.Absolutely professional in her work and works according to the comfort of the patient and very friendly too.I have previously done by sessions in the same branch and even now for the maintenance sessions,its done by Preema.Thank you for the lovely professional service and its highly appreciated.But when it comes to other treatments such as the graphico peel that i did in the same branch,absolutely it was waste of money.There was 0% progress or result seen even after the sessions and even after following the post session rituals.As a feedback and as a honest opinion i would say,its good to have better professionals for this kind of services and the treatments should be promoted only if it result oriented.And many at times i have felt,the urge is only in making the customers buy the package but there is no solution or effort taken to bring out the results.

My wife went for laser hair , the 2 ladies aasha & poonam dealt with her , never agree for anything verbally , they will trick you and then ask for proofs. If results are zero they will say it’s hormonal issue , I got my self checked with specialist and the doctor said there is no hormonal issue. BIG REGRET getting services here We thought they will do justice with there brand name but it’s so shameful to see how they behave when the services are finished. VLCC May God save ur name as your staffs are making sure to finish it. They will only respect you when you are purchasing any service after that they will only trick you & ask for proofs to claim, what a low technique to spoil customer relations.

This was one of the worst experiences I have had. I had booked an appointment at 5pm and arrived 15min late. At the reception the hair dresser allocated to me Wafa -VLCC festival city kept arguing that he shift will end at 6 and she cannot take a client. She told that I am late and she has to leave at 6pm. Somehow she agreed to do the service and as she was so frustrated she was washing my hair like washing clothes. The service was as booked for a hair spa with the gulf news voucher. After washing my hair and applying the treatment for 15 mins she rinsed my hair. I was told the service was over and She left me to go home with wet hair. When I asked to atleast comb my hair and dry it a little she give a comb and a dryer in my hand to do it myself as drying is not included in the hair spa. This was the most shocking experience of my life and if Vlcc u have staff like Wafa working at Dubai festival city branch then u are surely going out of business. I would never recommend or will ever step into Vlcc ever again

I don’t recommend you to go there. Waste of money, effort and time. Their machines are not even working properly. You will never lose weight with these machines. When you tell them that you are not losing weight, they will tell you that you are not exercising and following youe diet. If I want to exercise I will go to a gym not to you guys. Don’t even spend 1dirham in this center. Once you paid, they will not even see you anymore in the center.

I didn’t like the dermatologist. I had 15 or more sessions, at least 4 times she told me I didn’t have a session anymore just because my file they prepared was so mess and she couldn’t read what she wrote. We argued few times. And I felt like she didn’t want to communicate with me at all. I would have continued if the doctor had been different.

VLCC clinic are incompetent dealing with customers you keep calling over and over just to reach customer service and once you get hang of them to get an appointment, I never get a call back to be reminded of my appointment, also when I ask for a specific machine for my upcoming appointment and get a confirmation it’s available, the moment I reach there I get taken to another room and they claim the machine that I’ve requested for is unavailable.I purchased a package from VLCC and used some of them and forgot how many left from my package, not once I got a call from VLCC to remind me that I have sessions left and when I’d like to come and use them. All in all I had a horrible experience and I regret even buying packages from them and had to deal with call center who never calls you back.

We have been visiting Nad Alhamar branch and buying a lot of their services but there customer service is so bad they convinced us to buy them and see good results but soon as we started attending our sessions after a lot of delays because of their bad skills at booking the sessions they were not professional at doing their services I dont recommend anyone going to this clinic and especially Ms Poonam branch .

Worst customer service tried before other services in other branches its the same they call they follow and welcome you once you are convinced and paid the service no one cares afterwards.. Currently went for hair plazma price higher than outside but poor service and no result and they propise after the 2 1st 2 miso u will stop loosing hair and when i asked why i still facing this they wanted to convince me to buy another product and treatment.... 3k went for nothing and everyweek they call to cancel appointment while should be eacg 2 weeks.... I really regrette that I came and asked friend of mine to join and promise to give me a gift and every time i ask yes we will yes we will.... I Give -2 on 10.... REGRETTE
