I am getting laser hair removal done with Dr.Hashmi. so far I have had 3 sessions and I am really happy with the results. Dr.Hashmi ensures that she is modulating the treatment depending on the patient and the body part. Its important since everyone has different pain threshold.

Despite confirming an appointment during my last laser session with both the technician and the receptionist, I was informed on the day of the session that it was not booked. They promised to call me back after checking with the team, but I never received a callback. When I followed up, I was told that the person responsible for booking appointments was busy with a session. The wait time for laser sessions is consistently two months, and despite repeated promises, they never follow through. The only time I receive calls is when its time to renew services. Overall, the service has been extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend any of the VLCC branches.

It was a great experience for me. I had randomly went just for consultation and meet Anjana she guided me very well taking through the slimming session process in detail. At first I was hesitated as I always check the reviews before taking any decisions but given an assurance from Anjana I took a chance.Further I met Soorya she was the best, polite, understanding and definitely has A game in knowledge. I book all my sessions with her and in no time I lost 4kgs in less than 2months. She is best, knows where and what exactly I needed to lose weight and treated me as per that. No doubt she will be my go to person for all my sessions ahead.Over all it was worth very penny!!

I have been doing laser sessions at this branch with my technician Hashmi. She is great and makes you feel very comfortable. I have finished 12 sessions and am seeing good results. She is very attentive and will take care of every detail and assist you in the process. Hashmi is also very kind and mindful of the pain during these sessions so she does the job carefully so that you experience almost zero pain. Highly recommend her!!!

My technician Hashmi has been good. She goes on leave and here comes the real face of vlcc szr clinic’s unprofessional behaviour. The lady Daren has a problem of forgetting and flipping things. She would call you to reschedule your appointment and would never come back with revised date and time and then will call you on previously scheduled appointment date to fight with you that you have not come for your appointment and we could take another client. Really, i wonder how do such people even get a job in customer facing role. I wanted to speak with someone senior to escalate the issue to which i was told she is busy and will call you. Her name is Anjuna or something, nobody called. I hope someone could tell me a way to cancel all my remaining sessions with these guys. I appreciate the technician but rest of the team is very unprofessional. Pathetic !! I need my refund now !

Extremely poor service with literally zero results after 4 sessions of Morpheus 8... on the top after 3 sessions they started selling another procedure Sculptra ....only bothered about extracting huge money, DONT fall in their trap !

Customer service or happiness is not applicable at this place because I signed up for 5 sessions, and if you want to cancel or reschedule your session even before 15 days in advance. They will not give you a date and keep telling you they are fully booked. You have to probably beg them for a session coming next. So, they’re doing a favour on the customer. Also, they call you at any given point to change your session timings and give you no certain reasons for the changes. You will reach on time for your sessions and then find out it has been delayed, or the laser machine you wanted is taken by someone else, etc.Basically, in terms of customer happiness it’s unimaginable and they will do how and what they feel like with your appointments or sessions, you will make yourself forcefully somehow finish the sessions and find a better place. Even a clinic will happily reschedule because they understand but over here - if you miss or reschedule for 2 months your sessions aint coming and then they throw a favour on you by allotting you one.

The worst salon!I was directed to a place to be seated and then literally I had to go and ask them where is the lady who is supposed to do threading for me. Then the receptionist was like, eh? You were inside????After that one lady comes to do threading for me. Without adding powder or anything, just straight away harsh threading. She was doing it so abruptly, without even a cue that she is going to start each time. My face is full of cuts and bruises now. I had already mentioned that I have a sensitive skin.

I am not sure where to begin. The whole experience has been more than disappointing. Age old and primitive weight loss methods. Unclean and dingy rooms. Incompetent and untrained staff. The account manager who refuses to listen and I find myself constantly chasing her. Overly expressive for rubbish weight loss treatments.

Good luck booking a laser appointment. Been trying for weeks and I keep getting “the technician will call you” and they haven’t called. I’ve called every day for weeks.Update: it’s been 3 months. No appointment. No call back. No reply to this review lol

Hashmi the laser technician at barsha branch missed my laser appointment yet again. This is the usual experience I get from VLCC. I have been asked to pay the entire amount upfront and the fee is not refundable.There is no value for customer’s time. This is the third time in a row that my appointment has been confirmed and after reaching the clinic, the appointment has been denied due to technician not being available or the machines being faulty.It was a mistake to choose VLCC. Only because I was forced to pay the entire fee in advance and it is not refundable, I have to go through this kind of service every month.Would not recommend VLCC at all. Poor equipments and poor service.

Complete scam ! They are fraud ! Don’t pay a penny before you get the service or forget about your money! Also definitely don’t do laser cause they will burn your skin.

Dr. Anjana is such a kind and helpful person. Her behavior with the clients is very good and positive, she’s very professional and well versed, she is the best. The services provided by Ms. Deepika are excellent and she’s very professional and committed to her work and satisfying the clients.

I took a hydracool facial.. Ms Anjana had told it would be 1 and half hour. But it lasted one hour and no face mask was applied. When questioned they replied For this facial(advance) its a machine session we dont use face pack.. when I said that other clinics offer face pack.. they did not even reply back. They are nnot clear and open about the services involved in any package that we take.

I like this vlcc branch and have heard excellent things about it. Hashmi is my technician for laser, and she is quite skilled. Always ensures that my appointments are scheduled on time and calls me one day in advance to remind me. She is very professional and efficient at her job. Ive had excellent results with her and plan to continue working with her.

Im excited to share my experience for the hair laser treatment at VLCC. I did a full body hair laser treatment with Hashimi, who took care of me, and was absolutely amazing.The place is very clean, which made me feel comfortable right from the start. Im currently on my seventh session, and Ive already seen a reduction of around 90% in hair growth. Hashimi was so nice and comforting, always ensuring that I didnt feel any pain during the sessions and provided me with a follow-up treatment. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fantastic hair laser experience.

I started my VLCC weightloss and body toning journey in Feb2024.I was 85kg and had a body fat percentage and BMI of 29 and waist to hip ratio of 0.94 and loose skin in the abdomen area.This was all above the right levels.Though i was regularly into fitness my weight and the indices had plateaued. Now 5 months later iam 72kg with a BMI of 24, Body Fat Percentage of 19 and waist to hip ratio of 0.88.My waist size reduce from 100cm to 89cm-thts about 4 inch reduction.The abdomen skin is much more toned as well.I would like to specially thank the weight loss department especially Mr.Ajay along with Mr. Ratheesh and Mr. Prajeesh and the dietician who so professionally manages the department and has been so instrumental in my journey with vlcc.Also special mention to Ms.Anjana who helped in selecting the right package at the optimal pricing for the best results.Last but not the least any weight loss/body toning journey cant reach the desired results without exercise and diet which needs to be followed in tandem with technology.Machines alone cant fix your weightloss.So keep in mind that exercise and diet are equally important for the best result.Once again thanking Mr.Ajay and his team in VLCC-SZR road branch!!!

I had an unsatisfactory experience during my six laser sessions at VLCC SZR. The establishment appears to be overcrowded, and both the staff and clientele were unhelpful. From the very beginning, I explicitly requested that my laser technician remain consistent throughout the sessions. However, despite my request, I had to deal with four different technicians over the course of the six sessions. To make matters worse, there has been no noticeable improvement in hair growth reduction, and the shedding remains the same. I feel like I wasted my money entirely.Once payment is made, the level of service drops significantly. They are unresponsive to phone calls and inquiries, showing a complete lack of customer support. The machines they use are of poor quality and have yielded no satisfactory results. Despite voicing my concerns to the manager, who displayed an arrogant and dismissive attitude towards customers, I received no assistance whatsoever. Instead, I was advised to book additional sessions, which is unacceptable given the poor quality of service I have experienced. It is clear to me that I need to seek out alternative clinics that employ professional staff and possess superior equipment. The bikini area, in particular, showed no improvement due to the inadequate performance of untrained personnel. Wish I could do -100 rating! The first technician kept using her phone on my session and paid zero attention to me, the other one called me for the session I drove 1 hour to reach & she said machine is not working today!!!!!! I have never experienced such service in Dubai. Guys save your money and time and never choose this place!

They’ve guaranteed the best result for what I have paid, they’ve explained everything, they’ve even showed good results from some of their customer but as per my experienced there’s NO, not even a little good result for 2 sessions, damn!! just waste of money. They have set a 3rd visit and I did asked the doctor if I need to pay again and she said NO. But when I visited the clinic someone told me that the next procedure is not included in my previous package! And I need to speak to the doctor again!! For what? To convince again for best result and to pay!!!! They have wasted my time either. Never again VLCC!! Your not even worth for single ⭐️ but just to post this!!

These guys are a money making centre. The service is beyond worse. They is no automated appointment system and after calling n number of times and fighting with them to get each appointment you finally get through to unbelievably rude therapists who have no appointments for next month almost by then the skin condition is worsened for which you have actually paid them in the first place. Dear Mrs. Vandana Lutha, you need to do something to improve your company ,their staff and services for the money that you are asking your customers to pay. This complete injustice!!! At least the Shk Zayed Road centre is the worst

I do not recommend their slimming services as they did not work for me especially the fat freezing techniques. They guarantee fat removal from stubborn areas but I was left with internal pain for weeks. The Massage services however are good. The best massage therapist is Chris, the rest are just good. I have been a client with them for an year now and have tried several services. And now I am only with VLCC because of the therapist there who is simply exceptional and is so well trained and extremely knowledgeable.I have done several researches on the subject of fat remover through freezing or melting and these techniques are used to only treat injured players have no effect to fat loss. Hence save your money and please, stick to the massages or actual workouts to lose weight.

THE WORST service. THE WORST customer service. 1. You can never get someone to answer to your concern. 2. They say they will call you back every time and no one ever calls you back. 3. To take an appointment it’s mission impossible and when you finally get in touch with them, the appointment is as far as 2 weeks MINIMUM. 4. They dont know how to speak to customers whatsoever. 5. When i finally got a hold of them to take an appointment for laser which was after 2 whole months and 2 weeks, They called me ON THE DAY of the appointment 1 hour before appointment to say that their machine is broken. Very unprofessional. Never ever again. They should have someone who can fix the machine. Why do they even have 1 machine? What an AWFUL company. The WORST.

If you are doing laser, I would highly recommend to consider Hashmi as your technician as she is the best. She is very professional and does an amazing job. She always answers my questions and makes sure I’m not in so much pain.

If zero were an option i would choose it. Wasted over 2 years of my life with laser hair removal here and all I got out of it was no improvement and first degree burns. The staff at the front desk were horrible at helping schedule appointments and just made my whole experience 10 times more frustrating than it had to be. Do not recommend. Don’t waste your time and money here.

Very bad service and awful organization. Good luck with getting an appointment although I purchased two packages, one for body laser and one for facial treatment. I called at least 10 times and they always say we will call you back. Stay away from this ?BEAUTY? Center, it may be cheap but you are not getting even half of what you are paying for. I learned the lesson and I would pay now much more to have a decent service and product.No organization, the guy in the reception could not care less, he doesn’t even answer the WhatsApp messages anymore. In summary stay away.

Hashmi- I have done full body laser with VLCC which was done by Hashmi. I have seen great results within 2 -3 sessions. My skin feels soft and very less hair growth (almost nothing). She is really patient, polite, cheerful and does the work very well. She also gives good instructions post the laser session. I strongly recommend her.

I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience with this centre. They charge you super 5 star rates but the quality delivered is very poor. I find the environment not clean ( cockroach in bathroom) not upto the mark and since I started I also developed a health issue. After the money is taken it’s just a formality and there is no personal touch. After spending so much money and Time the result is still zero. Also very few therapists and they are just doing job does not justify the charge they take per session. After multiple complaints I have asked for refund of half as my experience has been very dissatisfactory and I donot wish to invest any time or money on this further.

I always wanted to get rid of unwanted hair and have smooth wonderful skin. So the question was where...Finally it started with VLCC SZR in April and is still in progress. I am happy with the results. When I had decided to go under laser I searched for many places and also read google reviews. VLCC SZR too had mixed reviews as every other aesthetic center had, but I booked with VLCC SZR as I got a good package & promised great service. Almas (my beauty and laser specialist) is just amazing. Now I can just say I aint repenting on going with VLCC SZR. Initially I had some issues with bookings as appointments are always pre booked. Hello there!I visited VLCC Shaik Zayed Road in March 2023 with great apprehension and doubt if any slimming and weight reduction approach or center would EVER be able to help me with my obesity, a big tummy which got me embarrassed most of the time and made me get into loose fitting clothes / over sized clothes all the time.However, the folks at VLCC ,Shaik Zayed , Dubai changed this feeling that I had bycreating a strong impact.They have world class and SAFE technology which is manoevered by very knowledgeable therapists who can work wonders on slimming down your body and shaping it up.I must make special mention of the Center Manager Ms. Nandini who explained to me patiently about the pros and cons and the mechanism of weight loss in a safe manner .After I signed up at an existing obesity level of a 109 KGs,still with a sense of disbelief ,I got introduced to my therapist Ms.Desiree who knows her job and is excellent at it.She has the ability to make her clients comfortable and relaxed and makes sure their health and trimming goals are met to the fullest .Four months later I have lost 8 kgs and still am losing. The worst services ever,the customer service they don’t know how to deal with customers, not listening, cannot solve any problems and you have to run behind them to speak with them every days and can extend to months because they promise to call you back and never happened specifically the assistant manager called Angen was worst customer service which cannot solve anything 👎🏼

I am really disappointed at the clinic. I have paid the full amount for a hair removal laser package around two month ago and have booked an appointment twice. Both times I was told that the appointment was not on the system. I got no message or call to confirm my appointment and had to call them myself to hear that it was not in the system. The laser technician did not know about my issue. They gave me multiple excuses. Its been two weeks that I am requesting for a refund and they are not responding. They keep on telling me to wait for a call but no one has called me. Worst experience ever.I do not recommend anyone to visit or book an appointment.

I would like to say thank you to Ms. Des of VLCC Sheikh Zayed branch, all my slimming treatments was amazingly done by her. my cravings from all the fatty foods have been reduced as well by giving a good advice to maintain fit and healthy. The worst center and pathetic,ridiculous,psycho and cringy center manager.Forget about getting appointments and all which is an impossible thing.Everytime the center manager uses so bad gaalis that I cannot even talk being a man.Once I even found her taking out her sandal and threatening her employees saying Ill slap you with this when I went to the center for my session.Most of the time I see her abusing her staff.She made the entire office so toxic place to work.Rather than spending money on the designer things,why dont you consult a doctor?Man!! you got serious mental issues.As a client I get so scared when ever you enter the office though Im the one paying the money.Im very much concerned about the poor staff (not everyone though as there are some chamchas who keep praising you for everything) working under you.Ms.Nandini you need to consult a psychiatrist asap and try to get your mental related issues resolved.If its within you it is another thing,but making everyone around you suffer is a sadistic behaviour.You are a patient with some serious issues related to mind.Just introspect yourself what kind of life are you living!I doubt if there is anyone in your life or around you who are comfortable talking to you (except your chamchas)?You are not happy from within and youre spreading the same negative energy in your entire surroundings.Also I heard you saying that everyone in the center is a waste..no body is here to work..If that is the case why dont you only run the entire center and take everyones salary instead?Learn to respect your employees and treat them like humans.Nobody likes to be treated in such a way.Go out talk to people.Take the treatment,get your issues resolved.Trust me this is gonna bring a lot of change in you from within.Spread positivity and positive vibes.Dont let your financial status get to your head.Dont be so arrogant and harsh and rude and pathetic.Be humble be grateful.I know all this is not gonna bring any change to the way you behave and I know youre deaf to listen to such things but just wanted to take time and write a review for the second time keeping the poor center staff in mind.I feel so pity for your staff.When I first met you,I was so happy and pleased with the way you spoke.But not much later I realised you are a sugar coated knife and you were nice just for money and money cannot buy morals and ethics (and common sense too in your case).You surviving in UAE with such a ruthless nature is a real blessing.One complaint to the authorities and your career is done.Get your issues rectified before your blessing turns out to be a curse.And then there is this receptionist Janice who is a third class citizen with reckless attitude who might as well think that she owns the company and man the hair stylist Natasha I guess, who is arrogant to the core and does nothing apart from killing time in the social media.Most of the staff are items here.Id never recommend this center.Terrible experience ever

The services are ok, the problem is that their management is bad. They kept losing my file and calling a wrong number. The dermatologist here is excellent, a bit more expensive than the average though. I did Lipozero which didnt really work and the laser for hair removal is fine. Ill just stop going because I got appointments canceled many times even when I was already at the venue.

It has always been a great experience with VLCC especially Sheila with the hair treatment. She really friendly,knowledgeable and professional. Her observation of the clients’ real requirements is amazing. She explained the treatment end to end clearly along with the expected results. I do notice the difference and so happy with the outcome in short period of time. I visited Darin for my laser treatment and she was absolutely amazing. She is thorough, meticulous and very professional, but most importantly, I did not feel any pain and Im extremely happy with the results. I cannot recommend Darin enough!!!

Bought a laser package and a slimming package. After 6 sessons of laser, I saw no results. It was like money down the drain. With the slimming session I had a allergic reaction to their injections so i stopped them and decided just to go there for the LipoZero. It is very difficult to find an appointment with them, I call several times for them to answer. Today I told the lady who answered please call back to discuss my appointment because everytime I call they tell me we will call back and they never do. The other time I went to discuss what other options csN they give me because I had an allergic reaction to their injection, the lady there tells me well dear your package has expired already if you want to unfreeze it you need to pay 1000 AED. What!!???? I spent more than 5000 AED at ur center, you can barely get me an appointment and then I get the expired card. A complete waste of money, I am very disappointed and I dont recommend anyone going there.

Choosing VLCC for my Double Chin was the worst decision of my life. I spend AED13000 and gone there every week over a period of one year. Nothing literally nothing. A fat dissolving injection was done and just because of that my chin has doubled again. I wasted an year there. Thats it not at all worthy.

I do not recommend this center. Please be carefull.The team at first was nice and very supportive. Yet:1. The slimming therapy was not effective. Although 10kgs weigh loss was guaranteed and I followed their instructions. I did not lose any weigh with them.2. In my first sessions I had minor skin burns.3. After 15 sessions I had symtomps of a health issue so i stopped the sessions immediately. I asked for a refund for my remaining amount. They refused to give me my refund, after 3 months of follow ups they wanted me to submit confidential health files that I do not wish to disclose.Please be carefull avoid using any of their services. As they might give you serious health issues.Cheers.

Extremely dissatisfied. They convinced me to get 6 laser sessions package and after that they renew it by themself, I have been waiting for the appointments for long time and they are not responding my call and messages. This clinic is just to making money and giving pathetic services.

I took mesotherapy with Hashmi. She did really very well. . I had a glow on my face. It was noticeable because people who had seen me without makeup could tell the difference. My skin became smooth.Thanks to Hashmi

Really disappointed with their approach!Did botox treatment with my boyfriend, they told us to come for touch up in a month. In few weeks to follow up for the appointment the consultant miss Sumer said they don’t provide first touch up for free, which was not information she gave at beginning. After that she advised to come cause they do touch up for free as she told us in offer first time.Coming back to clinic to get comment from doctor touch up its not needed for both of us, coming for nothing.Unprofessional, not serious about their work.Even the attitude they show its not something I would recommend to anyone to spend their time and money.Its not about product they need to improve their hospitality and approach to clients!

I had a great experience at this center. The staff is very warm and helpful. They just assisted in what I needed. Samar, the wellness counselor gave me great advices and recommended the perfect packages. I am loosing weight regularly with the slimming package I got. I highly recommend this center for everyone looking for slimming help.

I am a regular to get my haircut and hair treatments done. Mohamed is really good with his work and is passionate about his clients. I have been getting my hair done with him for the last 3 years. Very professional slimming studio. A wide variety of treatments, a flexible schedule, and a welcoming staff. Also, VLCC offers valet parking, which is a convenient and stress-free way to start a wellness session.For machine treatments, ‘I favoured INDIBA and LIPOZERO. Both are completely pain-free yet very efficient. You’ll feel results right after the first session.As for hand massage, you must at least once give Modero and Body Therapy a try. I highly recommend getting an appointment with Chris. She is by far one of the best massage therapists I met in years. Her sessions helped me to perfect my shape and contributed greatly to my overall health. Thank you for your talent!

I bought a laser package includes 6 sessions which was really high price.they said me to i will get %90 positive results but I can say that it was only words.I highlighted to continue same person for every session but just got 2 times same person by my force.After 6 sessions of laser, I saw no results. It was like money down the drain.They are just cheating people with empty words.I can say their prices are 50% higher than the current market.

I have been doing laser for the past 2.5 years and i did around 15 sessions (full body laser) and the results are very TERRIBLE!!! Everytime i go to the center, i explain to them my concerns and how my results are bad but they don’t take any responsibility! Also, They shaved areas that are not supposed to be shaved and did laser over areas that now became denser in hair! (I tested my hormones over 3 times to make sure its their laser that is not effective and yes i was right) I strongly discourage their laser and would not recommend anyone for this service at vlcc. Wasted so much $money and time. Besides their terrible management ( no appointments to book as they take in clients over the availability for slots to be booked so sessions take longer than supposed to be, no call backs whenever i have questions, losing files, bookings errors (they once gave me an appointment that was already booked for another lady). Overall, not professional. So disappointed! So frustrated!!!Noor khalifa

I have taken hair vitality treatment from Thuy at VLCC Shaikh Zayed. She’s an amazing therapist. She guided me with what is required for my hair and explained to me every step of the treatment. She is also an excellent hair dresser and knows very well what is suitable for me. She is a very hard working and dedicated . I’m impressed with the way she handles her work and treat the clients. This is the worst beauty center in the UAE in regards to their customer experience.The customer service is unreliable and the state of the facility dodgy. ( doors is broken, bathroom light flickering). I have booked an appointment and when I reach there the doctor said she wasn’t informed. She said it’s ok I will take you anyways and left me hanging with anesthesia cream on my face from 11:45 until 1 pm !!! This is not my first hump with the customer service in this branch, ( burnt during full body laser, waiting incredibly long before an appointment... ) but I had paid a 9000 aed package which I had to finish because they don’t have a refund policy.

Ive always had a great experience with VLCC for different treatments. Ive had tummy tuck, gel therapy and lipozero, all of which has an amazing after effect. The center is great for cellulite therapy. I was doing Madero massage therapy mainly with Chris and she was really good at it. They have a big variety of slimming machines and keep chaging therapies until they find most effective treatment plan for your individual condition.

It was a Great place for slimming. Very friendly staff and good atmosphere. All therapists are excellent and I mostly have Jennifer and Donna to do my slimming treatments. But now situation has changed and all the old staff resigned made customers in Trouble and worried about the sessions

Doctors (Doc Anjana), staff and nurses at VLCC are knowledgeable and professional. Their experience and expertise show up in their overall tasks. I always return from there with a smile and contentment. Nurse Hashmi is the best for Meso and IV drip procedures

After starting with VLCC for laser treatment I have started to see a major improvement in my hair growth. My technician Daren knows exactly how to approach each part depending on the type of hair growth and shes lovely. Always keeps me entertained when we chat so that I dont feel the pain! Definitely recommend her. The only thing about VLCC is that it is so busy! So be sure to make your appointments well in advance so they can fit you in :)

The staff is helpful and keep checks every 15 days. My weight loss journey is going successful , specially the Dietitian Saba is monitoring my progress closely and guiding me to achieve my desire weight goals. Highly recommend to all those who thinks they can never go below a certain weight.

Unfortunately did a botox treatment in this clinic. I was said to come in month for touch up, booked by doctor after procedure was done. Week before the appointment the consultant miss Sumer said there is no appointment and no free touch up after treatment. After discussion about what she said at first place she concluded that they did said that and to come do it.Once i come in clinic they show me attitude and made me feel everything except welcome. Doctor didn’t accept to do touch up apparently it wasn’t needed. So in first place why to call me to come do it to tell me nothing is needed.No words about their way to deal with people, once you pay they are done with you.Disappointed. Would not recommend at all.

Had a very good experience for stomach fat reduction. Their physio therapist who attended me, Dr. Godwin, is very experienced and professional and went a long way to help me reach my goal and showed me real resultsI intend to continue for other amazing services they provide as they do all with an aim to help reach our goal and not just promise sky and deliver nothingI am very satisfied with their service and I hope my experience helps others too

The most worst center VLCC - SZR, I visited by reading positive comments and reviews and ended up with atmost frustration and dissatisfaction. Lady named Sheilaja was the person whom I interacted and paid payments for Slimming service .This lady never cared for appointments until I calld her thrice( genuinely working hours) or message her repeatedly for every single sessions and in return she gave personal reasons as her job negligence.I still left with paid sessions.She fixed sessions when no expertise was available, after reaching I called her, she said she will get back to me with in few mins. Took 1 hour no response from phoned her twice Messaged her. All my taxi money to and fro was wasted. After 1.5 hrs she said she promised to compensate the class.. And that never happened.I informed and went for vacation for 1 month, came back and attended 1 session asked her to give remaining classes detail. She never bothered to reply back. Sent reminders through message. Never bothered again. Neither fixed appointment for remaining sessions. After repeated calls she informed me that she got transferred to different location and never bothered to give me alternate contact for session.I wasted my money. They dont value clients money . Very very unprofessional.

Getting a weight loss treatment from Shirin Khalil. She is always there for good advice and guide me on my weightloss journey.Its really difficult for me to continue my sessions due to busy routine but she is always so supportive and accommodating.All the staff is very friendly and it feels like home visitng them.

I do laser with Manal and she is honestly the best. I have done 3 sessions with her and i already see a difference with my hair growth. My experience with her is really good, she is welcoming and comforting. I highly recommend doing laser with her.

I called up to cancel my services due to a work related situation and kept following up for a week to get a response since they didnt seem concerned even after stating I didnt have much time left. When I managed to get a call from the manager a week later after a miffed up conversation with one of their colleagues, she gladly said they dont refund and was trying her best to cajole me into continuing with their services months later after my work related situation. Its not been the best experience since I started going to them back in April; staff are constantly resigning or moving elsewhere, calling them during the procedure is another minus as theres nobody at the work station to relieve you to use the bathroom or ease the pain so you literally have to wait whilst youre intertwin cords etc . To schedule an appointment is a nightmare, they never call back if they promise to and they make sure to get the full payment in advance whilst enrolling from the first time so you dont have a choice when you want to stop going for their services. The cost you incur is very expensive for the kind of services offered, stay woke! Utterly disgusted and would never recommend them.

I went to VLCC just to do laser as my friends had recommended it.. one session of laser with Manal proved it to be true as the results started to show..I slowly started to get to know Saeeda who encouraged me to do beauty treatments and since then I have been addicted with the facial treatments with her team, Ruby has been so kind to make sure I always get the right care and knowledge about the treatments. I also get hair treatments with Sheila and the results are tremendous.my hair is growing and Sheila gives me great advise on how to maintain thick and long hair.As you can see, I have started to do all my treatments at VLCC as the staffs all seem to be well trained and know their roles and also ensure that the clients have the best experience.

Meena is the 1 who gave me an amazing haircut after so many tried n tested with others.I highly recommend her .She has made me change my opinion about a great comfortable trustworthy hair dresser.

I would like to recommend Mr. Godwin Vimalraj working for VLCC Noor Bank Center. I was impressed by his skills in physiotherapy. I really benefited from his advices and I am glad he helped me in regaining my fitness level. I was deeply impressed by his knowledge in different solutions which VLCC is providing. I was also impressed by skills of managing multiple appointments and handling different clients at same time. Thank you Godwin, you deserve the best always.

The worst experience ever! We have tried all locations/branches of VLCC just to make sure we do not misjudge the center, however all branches and staff had failed to provide satisfactory service. First was at karama where we went for body slimming service and they started the treatment without even checking out our BMI or measurements, not to mention the machine was not working and no one came to check and after waiting till the time was over I have informed the technician about the machine not working and she had changed me to another machine. Second time at SZR branch they booked us for 1 hr foot massage and when we went the treatment took only 20min. Third time we went to Festival branch for laser treatment and that was the only time which we had no issues and the staff were nice and cooperative! Fourth and LAST time was at SZR again when we went for RF face tighetening, appointment was booked at 5pm meeting with a dermatologist and then the session.After waiting for 15min they told us our appointment was not booked(even though they called and confirmed a day before and also called when I was waiting there) for face tightening and the dermatologist was busy. After back and forth the lady who did our foot massage last time comes out and asks me to enter for face tightening session and when I asked what about my meeting with the dermatologist first she says we do the treatment and then you see the dermatologist!!!! R u kidding me??!! How can I enter for a radio frequency face treatment for first time before seeing the dermatologist first, specially knowing the person who will do the treatment is the same person who does the foot massage and mani pedi!! What kind of center is this. They are a joke!

Dr. Godwin not only did an excellent professional job, but was also an absolute pleasure to talk to. Great results and I was always looking forward to the next sessions and peoples reactions have been amazing :)Combine treatment with gym and healtht food for amazing results!!

I have been with VLCC for 10 years. The Laser specialist Manal is a wonderful expert lady. So glad l invested in sessions with her.They have wonderful staff like Rubi, for facial treatments, Thuy, for hair salon but their slimming section is getting worse by the day. They are losing the good staff because of internal financial issues. Bad management l guess. What a shame. l still have so many sessions to do there but not renewing them anymore.

The staff they have Unprofessional and the quality of service really not good , they need to get training to learn how they can handle the work. , I’m doing laser with them , and the result really bad , I’m not recommending to any one to visit this clinic ,Also in this clinic the management not available and give the responsibility to one Agent his name Dileep ,and he doesn’t know any thing about work and even he did not have any knowledge Related to management skills and i regret there Staff doesn’t have medical knowledge and they gave medical advice , which is considered a big violation

I hated my increasingly frizzy hair, so, recommended by a friend, I went to Shehla for some hair kindness. She gave me a fantastic cut that suited my natural hair perfectly. I also did a hair treatment course with her. Fab results! Great to have found a hair stylist who actually listens and delivers. I would recommend her any day.

My experience is very bad with VLCCI had a short unclear consultation where the employee advised me to pay for 6 laser sessions to shape my beard.She said I have to pay for the 6 to fix an appointmentIt was like a 5 mins discussion when I made the decision based on my wrong perception about the placeOn my appointment, I had another consultation from the technician.She was very detailed and then I discovered this is not the service I am looking for.So I decided not to start and requested for a refund.Unfortunately till now I did not get my moneyThis was almost 3 weeks ago now and the centre is refusing to commit to give me back the money and they do not give me clear timelines for when they will do this.I am shocked that this could happen in Dubai, I will be filling a report to consumer rights department in the government tomorrow and I wish they would be able to fix this soon.

My experience with Thuy, the senior hair stylist at VLCC Shk Zayed Rd branch, has been pleasant and consistent. She is abreast with cuts and colors and recommends fresh looks as per the season. I must admit, I am not an easy to please customer, but I have been super pleased with how my hair has looked after each visit to Thuy.

I have been getting all my hair treatments with Thuy for some time now. She is very knowledgeable about the products on offer and only ever recommends things she knows I need and will help me. She listens to what I want and cuts hair really well

Been a VLCC client for over 10 years. The Sheikh Zayed branch has been my local branch for years now for most beauty treatments. My favourite there is Thuy. She’s the best! Most gentle, best massages and handles the hair perfectly when doing all the tresdfments. I just leave my head to her once I get there! Also love her manicures and pedicures! 🙂

Ive been using the services of VLCCs beautician Meena for more than 8 years now and I think she is the best in her field. She is very experienced, efficient, and skilled in her job. Be it facials, hair colouring or haircut, she does it very professionally. In fact my daughter never gets a haircut from anyone else other than Meena!

Had joined for weight loss. Godwin and his team are great and have done really worked hard to help me with the weight loss. Such a bad experience at the VLCC Clinic for my girlfriend. She paid a package,they took the money and they never gave services that were paid for and the ones they were promoting.Always the delays and postponing , recieving last minute calls to cancel appointments because machine missing or a nurse missing,hairdresser not available or any other excuses. Indeed such a fraud clinic , I truly dont recommend anyone to go to any Vlcc branch anywhere in UAE. Such unprofessional and liers.As for the customer service Mrs HEND is the only one dealing with customer complains but she is never helping or doing anything but very nice promises on the phone and never disclosing any information,please DONT GO TO THEM AT ANY COST. You will be treated in absolutely unacceptable way and there will be nothing that you will be able to do about it because they are very good at ignoring and like I said cancelling appointments. Do me a favour and find another respectable and trustworthy clinic and stay away from VLCC as far as you can.Never pay any packages upfront as they only care for the money they will charge you.

The hairstylist Thuy was amazing. You get pampered with a head massage while she washes your hair. And she does a really good blow dry lasts a long time. Plus the hair treatment works wonders.

Disappointing service!Really had a very hard time in booking appointments with them. Until we make the payment the promises they make are too good then when post payment the behavior towards customers changes completely. After payment is made we have to go behind them to complete the sessions there is not even follow ups.

Been doing laser hair treatment for over 6 months now with one of the best laser technician in Dubai name Manal, she is amazing and I think my skin has never felt or looked better, from the time I walked in to vlcc and met her I knew I was in the best hands, I would recommend her hands down. Been going here for my laser hair removal and PRP for my hair, have to say Dr. Dimple and Manal are both amongst the best reasons to stick with VLCC. They make two otherwise painful procedures worthwhile and almost fun. I look forward to meeting these women every month. The results are amazing and speak volumes for themselves.

Doctor Godwin is a marvellous doctor and a wonderful soul. Started my experience with this particular doctor in Vlcc and have lost almost 5kgs in four weeks or so. In addition to this there’s a noticeable change in body measurements. I would strongly recommend Dr. Godwin for the optimized results. Thanx Doctor once again and looking forward for the completion of successful completion of my journey to smartness and healthy living.

Slimming procedures are ineffective.Spent a lot of money in vain. The staff is careless.Left me in pain after cool tech procedure. Simply closed the door from other side while I was screaming and crying of pain. Though they assured me that is painless procedure. Do not recommend. I did not see any results...

I highly recommend this place. I went for laser treatment, got a very supportive staff Dileep. He made sure I get a slot available on weekends if Im unavailable on previously booked weekdays. The sessions ended on time and I am very happy with the result. The area is tidy and safe to visit.

Highly NOT recommended,They told me to take 6 sessions and after 6 sessions they told me to take again 6 session. My hair growth was already less and even in 6 session they were not able to remove hairs.I didn’t have hair’s on my cheeks by after this hairs start growing on my cheeks and now I have to do shave more often the earlier.They are just wasting our time & money.

The worst place ever. I wanted to boom sliming sessions and every single time this clinic is changing something, told me to book sessions upfront which i did, then every single time they say “but madam machine is not booked” and this happens with each appointment. Awful customer service and reception team that dont know how to manage schedule

Amazing experience at VLCC. Thanks to the high level of professionalism and in-depth knowledge showcased by Godwin whom the credit needs to go to for his continuous availability and courtesy. He’s so thorough and detailed in his approach and explanations of the whole processes of the treatment. He’s also very good in maintaining relationships by giving honest feedback and suggestions how to get the best out of the treatments . In a nutshell , VLCC is successful and reliable because of Godwin who overcomes all the challenges that I face with the rest of the staffs

What an exciting Journey this has been! My weekly visits and visibly obsersing the work of the lovely, cheerful and joyful Dr. Shirin on my body gave me great satisfaction. Terrible Terrible Terrible...long 2 months and very painful procedure to lose wight, I didnt lose anything and ended up with a burned skin on top of that!!! 2500 AED wasted!!! And then they said they will pay me back but I didnt get anything... DO NOT go there!!! they have very old useless machines and theyre not professional at all, nothing works!!! Youll just waste your money, every time you go for a procedure and see not results they ask you to go for another!!! to take more money from you!!! and give you false promises and absolutely 0 results.VLCC should be closed by the government.

I’ve been visiting this place for 3 weeks regularly and whenever I step in, they all look at me in surprise and ask me if I have an appointment. I say ‘yes’ and say nothing more, but inside I am seriuosly questioning why anyone would be there without an appointment at 9:00 am on a saturday morning. When I convince them I have an appointment, which in some cases were hard, since my appointments never seem to make it to their calender, I wait for them to figure out what they are supposed to do with me. At work, when I have a meeting, the least I do is, check 2 min before with who that meeting is and what it is about. So I wonder why, they wouldn’t do so. Hypothetically, my name is written there on the calender, my file is there, so it shouldn’t be that hard for the reception to greet me once with a warm welcome instead of surprised looks, and show me what’s in store for me, without 10min long loud shoutings back and forth.I still have 6 weeks to go. I’m hoping at some point they’ll eventually tackle the whole appointment, greeting and preparation process and make my experience worthwhile.They might be trying wholeheartedly in there, but this is how it looks from outside… the best I could do is give them a 3-star, mediocre rating, for them to build on…
