Very bad customer service. I have been a client with VLCC for almost over two years now. But always, it is such a struggle to get an appointment. The answer always is you will get a call back, And never you will get a call back. You will have to call again twice maybe twice and if you’re lucky, you can get an appointment. Today I called twice to fix an appointment for tomorrow because I’m In a bit of a hurry. And until now I have not received a response from them. But this has always been the case. Just sharing my experience

I’m VLCC client since last 6 months & have reduced in weight & size considerably. My therapist Shella is extremely professional & very supportive. The other staff at client service namely Hema , Ritu & Shelly are also very soft spoken , kind & ready to support always re the appointments. Overall it was a very happy experience for me & I will recommend all to join VLCC for their various treatments & products.

Very bad experience with them. Poor system, Unprofessional staff, unprofessional therapists. I will definitely go for the legal complaint. Taking money only from me and no improvement is seen .whenever I am calling them for book an appointment they were always busy . 3 times Changed my diet plan but not an effective at all . VLCC is the most famous chain of cosmetology from India. The entire facility is really good with a varied amount of treatments and options to chose from. Some facials are really good to try for. Have tried the inchloss sessions but couldnt take a many sessions. Overall a great salon/clinic but would also be better if the staff is not too pushy. Yet to try skin and hair treatments. Looking forward some day

I have been coming to this location for help with weight loss. The staff is very supportive and aim to guide and help as best they can. The facilities are being updated which will help the space feel a bit more updated.I am enjoying the services and the guidance they are providing. I’d happily recommend the staff here.

Very unprofessional people from follow up calls to the actual appointments, I saw a slimming advert on Facebook on approaching them on whats up I get a follow up call when it was too late , I sourced other alternative, I told the lady I could try other services as my facial routine was due she told me they have a 199 promotion for hydrafacial , I agreed and booked an appointment for the 17th Nov 11:30am , a day earlier I get a missed call , returning the call the staff asks me if I had an appointment which I confirmed to her she tells me I am booked for 1pm , I told no my appointment is 11:30 ,she telks me but its with Noura ,I told her I do not know who Youre is its my first time at your clinic , with the small analytical skills I knew there was an issue, so I told her kindly cancel the appointment, I get several calls which o did not pick ,then a whats up message saying I am the one who booked yoyr appointment and you are scheduled for 11:30 which i reconfirm attendance. Giving them the benefit of doubt I went to the clinic , to my surprise ,Ms Noura who was assigned to me wanted to know my religious status my nationality ,wether I work or not ,which I did not mind at the time as I felt she was probably trying to be friendly, when the session started I could tell there is a problem, I asked what she was doing she said exfoliating , I told her I came for hydrafacial with my experience this seems off ,regardless of the equipment a clinic owns ,she said we do it differently, she convinced me to be patient but as we proceeded her removing black heads from my nose with tissue paper and her fingers was the height of it , no steaming nothing , no hydra vacuuming was a shock . Immediately I told her to stop . Her manager was called only to tell me we have different machines and that was hydra cool , but I booked for hydrafacial and the machine was right outside the door of the treatment room as I walked out but they decided to impose a different treatment on me without my concent . I wish I could add photos but I was too angry to think of it .Visit the clinic at your own risk

Amazing laser services, highly recommended. The laser technician Nagia is highly professional and very humble. The Manager, Neha is extremely humble and sweet and gives amazing offers for all kinds of services.

Worst service I ever faced in my life. I have booked slimming session for my daughter with a validity of 6 months. They verbally mentioned that breaks can be taken with prior information and hence the validity can be extended. My daughter took break during exams and for summer holidays which was sent by email. There was response to the email whether the break is approved or not. We presumed it is aceepted and went for vocation. When we came back from vocation VLCC mentioned that our validity is finished and it can be extended only if we book additional sessions. why VLCC has not replied to the emails whether breaks are accepted and validity is extended. This is a way of cheating customer and make them spend more. Disaster service. Not replying the email is a cunning way of cheating customer

A Terrifying Experience at VLCC QusaisReview on behalf of my wife: The only 2 stars are for the best therapist Iris. She is the most genuine person working there. My wife was under a fire hazard yesterday where she was kept under a machine for trial, and while her treatment was on she heard sparks from the machine, she rang the bell for help but there was no one who came to her rescue and by the time someone came the machine had burnt and made a loud sound, she was screaming and then they came. The shocking fact is that the manager on duty Hema was also not in her sense to shut the machine instead she was trying to untie my wife. Luckily Iris had her presence of mind and switched of her machine. My wife is someone who is very empathetic and did not react the way she should have since they calmed her down and simply lied to her tht they were finding out which room rang the bell, whereas they can see room numbers but they have a bunch of lazy people who dont even bother the rings! To add to it the senior manager was trying to brush the topic by complementing her nail paint, while she is still traumatized with what she went through! My wife was the one who simply said she needs someone next time with her till the session completes, however from their side Hema kept saying nothing like that happened before and just kept saying sorry! Who is responsible if anything would have happened to her??? You guys are not even maintaining your machines??? Lieing tht youll dont see the room number ringing the bell in todays day of advanced technology??? Its 3:52 am while i am writing this since my wife is traumatized and unable to sleep! My only suggestion to everyone, DO NOT trust anyone there, specially Hema and Shabila, since they create lies within seconds, there have been other instances as well previously which i kept ignoring. My wife is very gullible since she believes she wont get a good service if she speaks up and so she kept ignoring, however this time VLCC Qusais has crossed their limit!!Finally thanking Iris and the in-house nurse for having the right presence of mind.

I had laser treatment earlier in different place, experience was so painful that though I paid for five sessions, went only two.However after a gap for six months, tried again at VLCC, Dr.Nagia is a very good doctor. The laser treatment which I had for six sessions was pain free and effective, definitely recommendable.

I paid more than 9000 AED on a package as per the doctor’s instructions to treat melasma but I did not get any results whatsoever ~ the doctor was just selling more packages for the clinic ~ doctors kept changing and I faced million issues with each one of them rather than any improvement ~ with one doctor I got an infection, with another doctor, he was thinking that overdoing the microneedling with dermapen will remove the melasma immediately so he messed up my skin even more and I had to get treatment from another clinic ~ I still have many sessions with them but because I do one session every two weeks or once a month as per the doctor’s instructions, the package lasted more than a year and then they said now it expired you have to pay more to get anything done!! My skin is worse now than when I first started the treatment at this clinic ~ it’s one of the worst experiences in my life!! Don’t walk away from this clinic, RUN!

I am currently undergoing slimming programme with VLCC. My experience so far has been positive and it has helped me to achieve my weigh loss goals. I lost around 10-12KG and a saw a noticeable reduction in inches. Therapies and the machines provided good start to my slimming journey. The staff are friendly and supportive contributing to a great overall experience.However, some of the gadgets sometimes don’t function as expected.I would recommend VLCC package for those who are committed to follow the advice given by dietitian and exercise.Thank you VLCC. 😊

I have taken face treatment here for a year here and their services were awesome. I realized this fact when I started my treatment in VLCC Khalidiya Abudhabi branch. VLCC Quisais is far better than VLCC Khalidiyah in terms of quality of service, staff’s behavior and appointments. I request VLCC management to sent your whole staffs in Khalidiya branch to Quisais branch for training of treatment, customer care and delivery of services

I did hydrafacial at their place , they did not clean the black heads on my nose. After the session, I got a lot of pimples so I called them to share my experience, however, they did not show any kind of care and did not reply. I regret that I took a package of hydrafacial at their place.

Had been to try their hydra facial which was on offer.. they were insisting me to take packages from them… I somehow thought that I would check their facial and then book … glad that i dint take any of their pakages… hydra facial was not even 3-4 steps…no glow nothing… dint even enjoy the process.. it was such a cold room uncomfortable… when asked them to provide some blanket at least to feel warm she just put a thin bedsheet. That too after long . which dint help …. no glow on my face… would have got better hydra facial from any small beauty salon..

She takes the time to explain each procedure thoroughly and has answers to all your laser related questions. She made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process, which I really appreciated. Not only did I notice significant results after just a few sessions from the laser treatment, but the equipment they use made the process virtually painless. Not satisfied with the slimming session at Al Qusasis branch, no weight reduction happened to me even with 6 months time. I have seen the dietitian only once at the start then no follow up or suggestion were given for weight loss. Attitude of the staffs are un professional, when ever I ask them why there is no change in my weight they informs me to upgrade the session by paying huge amount. Also they try to postpone the main therapy’s ( body therapy and tummy tuck)for the last by saying no weight reduction. When I questioned them about this they argued to me many times. Strongly will not recommend this to anyone.I had a very bad experience there.

Ive initially visited the VLCC clinic- Al Qusais after consultation I booked a Vizzo Keratin treatment last week of Aug 2021 , after that 2-3 times I contacted them and they are giving different suggestion’s finally I decided to go ahead but the same time the hair specialist again demotivating for doing the service which initially I did the booking she said if I am taking that it will last maximum by 1 month and I will regret like why u did the treatment , so changed my my mind I paid double amount for another treatment and proceeded . my real hair was curly and frizzy even long & virgin hair also the main purpose for this treatment coming month I am getting married tats the reason since 2010 – 2021 I was over thinking & doing more research finally I choose VLCC.Then 19th Sep I visited them very polite way (actually they are not deserving tat ,as customer- it’s completely they cheated me with bad product) I explained the staff ‘s everything ,even they didn’t give a sufficient time to explain the things they started to argue and blame on me .. and they are giving new information’s like one sitting keratin is not enough for my frizzy air take 2-3 more sitting , nobody informed me this thing prior booking and same time every wash I need to apply mask and do hair spa etc. usually most of the people prefer this kind of treatment for time saving –we would lik to have manageable hair . then they had informed me branch head is not available so they can’t take a decision behalf of her and try to contact her and discuss directly .since 20th I tried to reach their staffs for Branch manager’s number-Ms.Ambreen . most of the times calls or messages are not answering and finally I got her number the same issue along with all pictures I shared with her and till the time, personally I don’t have any other intention to spoil their name reputation anything. I am requesting them to refund my money I don’t want any second trial on my hair even I don’t have sufficient time also for me few days remaining for my wedding. . , so I would like to contribute my superb experience from hell (your clinic) , the brand is a high reputed position in the market but the same time the service which I got it is ridiculously bad.customer care Ms.Hend, I explained everything from beginning I do remember I called her on Friday and she told its off day and even she doesn’t have system – See customer care should ready with their service 24* 7 hour ( if they have different job schedule its all their internal lookout )they are unable to refund .. they will able to do the service once again !!!!!!!!!!!!! and our final conversation there is no more discussion thank you for everything don’t call me again I will proceed with review etc , then she replied no issue mam , you can ….I have complained to the almost every staff of your branch but I didnt even get an apology they are simply saying sometimes it happen it seems , why should i victim for this. due to their poor product, as a specialist they should advise the client and guide with good quality product depends the hair texture.The top management kindly look on the service / product serving by your staffs to client , when I was asking them regarding the same first I did the average price package then why did you advise for this expensive one – the answer which I got from your staffs its only the difference of AED 400- 500 only !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! so I think they doesn’t have any value for money … if same like me if they paying and getting this kind of service from any other service provide the same way they will think and respond????????????????So well go ahead with your business with customer satisfaction.. keep in my mind “ CUSTOMER “ is the base for a service provider .All in all, I would not recommend this place. In Al qusais branch , I will never recommend to anyone for any services, before taking the services and packages they would call every day and convenience us, after that if we try to book the next service everytime they said will call back but no one call back....who ever was attending the call, her attitude was really horrible.....really disappointing....

I would never ever recommend anyone in vlcc .. it’s just a name but the service which it’s provided is not good at all..I did laser few months back .. n I got zero result .I felt like I just waste my money .. after taking 5 session there was no result . It’s just wastage of time n money. Apart from that the staff behaviour is also not good.(specifically reception staff ,fair lady with makeup,Hindi speaking ) her attitude towards thecustomer was not good not an approachable behaviour.. I agree everywhere Der is waiting time but the way of talking show that they don’t care about their customers. If anyone’s going for their laser sessions and have never had an experience I’ll definitely recommend her name..she does her work so professionally well and make all her clients extremely comfortable.She deserves to be acknowledged by the company for the same!!

First of all don’t take the package for any kind of services 2nd staff behavior is ver bad specially once you already took the package after you can see the real face for all of them.And if you want your package cancelation there is no refund policy.And now I already did my 4 laser session but there is no good results and whenever you want appointment they deny to you and they will tell it’s fully booked which is not true am really disappointed and I waste my money.Now am keep calling them but no answer..

I kept calling VLCC to get an appointment for laser treatment which was more a 15 min maintenance session than the whole package…..they were never available. The technician was either not available or it was always “fully booked”. Finally moved on to a better place in Madina Mall which has much better service and they’re not trying to sell you thousands of dhs worth slimming packages or the like. So glad I did and the price points are so much more economical too with the same (or better) machines.

This place has made me lose 5250 dirhams, my time, and my effort, many hours of physical and mental pain, stress, didn’t lose any weight, and yet the staff is not willing to refund me the rest of my sessions that I haven’t used yet because I realized that this is all a scam, and none of these sauna suits lipozero machines will help you lose weight. Unless you are calorie deficient you will not lose the weight, which means the machines are not doing anything for you. You can do it on your own. You will lose weight if you’re calorie deficient so save yourself the money, time and effort and mental health. Also, the staff has very poor hygiene, rude and take advantage of your vulnerability of being frustrated that you desperately want to lose weight they will use that against you to take your money with nothing in return, I once spent an hour in a sauna suit that smelled like a sock worn 1000 times and not washed a single time. I’ve complained multiple times about the hygiene and the fact that I’m not losing weight every time they were able to convince me to stay with them and continue my sessions and over and over again I was disappointed, no results unless I am calorie deficient and starving myself, which means, again, the machines don’t do anything. These people will try to sell you the dream of losing weight with these scam “technology” but it’s all lies

Waste of Time & Money, literally!unprofessional staff, mannerless manager, the doctor who will give you service will shout and insult you after begining to start your session. shameless people running the show. when i called to cancel and asked for refund, they made me wait for months and told me there is no money back.i have opened a case in cunsumer court already.just want to help the new customers to stay away from them.before you sign up, they will tell you all good things and that everything is perfect about the session, no side effects and that your skin just needs few sessions etc etc.in the 1st session itself the doctor will tell you there is no 100 percent guarantee that you will see any difference, and then he will tell you about the side effects if the treatment goes wrong which they didnt inform while taking your money.after few sessions they will tell you that your skin is not reacting the way it should, and will ask you to take another package, pay another 1000s of dirhams.they will call you for appointment without communicating with their doctors, and once you are ready in the treatment room, their doctor will suddenly come and wll start yelling at you, telling you that her time is up, and her company doesnt give her over time, and that her last bus to home already left and that i should have come early blah blah blah.. things that you absolutely have nothing to do with will be told to you and she will make you feel is if its your mistake that you went to have that session from her that day.i atleast expected the branch manager to apologies or a curtesy call, but no they are all the same..literally no sense of how to communicate with the client, no respect no ettiquettes, no manners nothing.before joining me and my wife had a different image for VLCC in our minds, cant believe we were so wrong.i didnt wanted to write this negative review, but believe me guys you broke our trust. You ruined it.

They tricked me to buy expensive packages which later on I had no other option but to convert to other services because they wouldn’t refund my money. I even had to fight to get the most commensurate value out of that conversion else I’d loose more money.Earlier sessions were actually good but then good therapists are disappearing from time to time until later on I struggled to get my appointments because of lack of staffs.Bad manager!Bad management of appointments! Highly recommended for weight loss, I have lost 10 kgs within 7 months. Also I have desirable inch loss in specific areas. I would have given a rating of 0 stars.I was unable to hit Post without providing one star.Veryy BAD experience..The lady manager of this branch has a terrible attitude..They are a bunch of money-minded people who cant do their jobs effectively, and dont bother giving clients the necessary information they need so they can keep all the cash. After the second laser treatment, which was awful, I stopped going for it. I had considered getting a hydrafacial, but they persuaded me to get a facial that didnt meet the minimal requirements of a normal salon..AWFUL AND HORRIBLE!!i would never ever recommend this branch of VLCC..

I usually go to VLCC Qusais branch for my laser treatment..The salon is maintained very neat and tidy. The staff always welcome you with the smile and they make you feel comfortable.I always make sure I get an appointment with Ms. Nagia as I find her very good at her work.. She does my treatment with perfection! Moreover what I like about this gentle and soft-spoken lady is that, every time before she starts the work she quietly whispers Bismillah.. Though Im not a Muslim, I find it really nice when she says it.Altogether it was great and a special thanks to Nagia for the wonderful treatment.

I took lazer sessions from them it took 1 month to book my first session.They keep saying we will call you back within 5mins and never get a call back.I always have to call them. Worst customer service.Worst choice to go with VLCC.I would never recommend!

Fantastic laser service by Ms. Nagia. There was no pain at all as they are using advanced tech machine and I have successfully completed 2 sessions of full body laser. I have always felt very comfortable with her as she does it very patiently. I recommend everyone to try this latest laser treatment.. Its amazing..Maryam is a very good physiotherapist and good physical advisor.. Very cool and kind person to deal with..Fayeza is a very good dietician and very cool and warm person to deal with...Both ladies will give importance and preference to each and every client personally and thier suggestions to healthy way of living are very effective..The way VLCC serves the clients is definitely very good and its a place i would prefer to go every day as the atmosphere, people working there, the way they deal and co-operate with everyone is appreciable .. For the name it has, VLCC is doing a horrible job at trying to maintain it. Having used their services for over 2 years now, I’m throughly disappointed. Not only do I face multiple issues with my appointments (unable to locate my file, follow up on confirmed appointments), I’ve also had to walk out of sessions due to faulty machines being used (even burnt my skin).In the pictures you can see how my laser technician was trying her best to help complete my laser session but unfortunately the front desk team or manager wouldn’t agree the machine was faulty.And to top it all, after having walked out from my last session because of the faulty machine, I’m yet to receive a call back from their manager, as promised.Safe to say, I would NOT recommend them.

Unfortunately I paid for my 6 sessions of lazer at VLCC. You don’t get appointments at all here. It is so inconvenient for anyone who has a busy schedule like me. Biggest mistake ever. Please think twice before you decide to go with them.

Nagia is lovely and very knowledgeable and kind. Goes through everything with you at the beginning and works out best plan for you.She makes each session as comfortable as possible and I really wouldn’t go to anyone else to get Lazer! The staff at VLCC were extremely professional and polite. I met Mosin who worked out a plan for my skin care requirement.Dr. Basam was kind enough to explain what needs to be done and guided me on which treatment would work and what the procedure was..Mary was an such a delight she was extremely friendly and polite and made sure my treatment were timely scheduled etc. Loved her!Overall money well spent if you are looking for somewhat permanent treatment.

I had gone to VLCC to get an haircut with Hayat , she is one of the best ,I must say she’s got magic in her hands , she’s done such a good job with my hair , I recommend her for anyone who needs a good haircut, trust me she can really make a difference

Ive been going to VLCC, Qusais for a few months now and I have seen really good results over the period of time. Sabila, one of the staffs has done many services for me and I can say she is very experienced, thorough and professional with her work.Every staff present at VLCC is dedicated, hospitable and kind. I highly recommend this place.

The service from the staff (Receptionist and nurse) are very rode, there is no customer service, no friendliness , no hospitable, look unprofessional. She given me wrong bill, what amount I paid for is not the same with the bill that she given to me. I seated for almost 1 hour and there is no one assisted me, even i have informed them that I have an appointment. And than the nurse who assisted me inside the treatment room, she has no smile and she is very rode. She told me wash my face but she give only 1 piece of tissue, how I can dry my face with this? The service what I received is not worth for the money what I have to spent, I spent over 5000 dirhams for the treatment. But I really disappointed. Very poor customer service. The price of treatment are very much expensive and still I didnt get any nice results.

Disgusting service ever ! this is you all to know my experience with VLCC ,this clinic was not doing any refund for the services even not done & they didn’t informed that at the beginning as I spoke to Ms.Neha who took the payment they don’t informed usually for any clients that’s her simple answer.they are only good at selling packages to cover the targets.the tricky part is that lady not agreed to pay per sessions they will tell you higher price too if per sessions then the customer will not choose when it’s come to the point it’s not her responsibility anymore once the payment done you have to deal with the head office the head office contact never attend the calls and she doesn’t know where’s the office & where they sit when I asked. My payment almost around 10k better not go for the packages for different people they will tell different amounts which was not fix. pay for the session if you really need to try their services literally they are scamming people ! Cares only about the money without informing that they have non refund policy while registering if you’re planning take the service of VLCC think twice before proceed with the payment . Overall very poor service not recommend to anyone.If there is lower rating than one star I would have go for it. Am sure that almost positive reviews are fake and just to maintain the stars.STRONGLY NOT RECOMMENDED!

Great place for slimming, With suggested diet and lifestyle changes it would definitely help.Beauty procedures are priced a bit on the higher side. With so many beauty offers in town, VLCC needs to reduce the prices in their beauty department.

The worst service I have ever seen!!! My friend went there to do a Keratin treatment. The hair looked okay after the so called “treatment” (first photo). They said wash after two days and when she did, look what happened!! (second photo). I think they are using products that are close to the expiry date or may be the cheapest quality ones! Totally disappointed, not recommended. Don’t get cheated people!! Go for a better salon.

Im not yet done with my sessions, but this place is PRETTY horrible.I paid a lot of money for their services. They were extremely eager to draft the payment from me, however when it came to their follow-up service after, they are pathetic! I had to follow up for 3 weeks with them for a merged bill so I could get an EMI for my 5k service fee with the bank.Then I had to follow up with them on when my sessions were. They dont properly book appointments or call you when you miss them, in fact I got asked three times, Whens your next session?. Im the customer, shouldnt you know when my next appointment is? I let some of it go, because I had an acne flare up which delayed it for a week longer. But their follow up is abysmal.I had few concerns after one of my services recently, not only were they less than interested in catering to answering my questions, but she literally laughed at me, because I was asking her questions regarding obvious scabs on my face. For a first-time chemical peel client, I was hoping for a little bit more empathy and guidance.I cant believe I forgot what their service was like the first time around to opt for it a second time. But after my sessions are completed, there is NO way Im going back here.Pro-tip: Bring your own hairbands, hair ties etc, because with the money you throw at their way, dont expect anything else from them :)

If there was lower rating than one, I wouldn’t hesitate to choose it. Staff there don’t know anything about professionalism basics. I did massage in that place and one employee just opened the door and stared chatting with the masseuse twice😡 when I asked to refund my package after the incident, they refused. I was kind enough not to involve customer affairs authorities and I requested to use the amount for other service than the massage, I found out later that they deducted almost 300 dirhams from the amount claiming that it was fees to transfer the balance from department to another (talking here about same branch) advice for anyone do not use this clinic coz they will scam you somehow.

The quasis branch staff is very professional and helpful. Maintains high standard of cleanliness and professionalism. I really like GRACE in the quasis branch she is very kind helpful and amazing customer service. Because of her I have purchased some amazing body therapy and needless to say they are so good . If GRACE wouldnt have recommended I wouldnt have ever tried them at all. Even I had taken some therapies for my mother based on GRACE advise and I dont regret any. Highly recommend quasis branch as all the staff are lovely there and specially GRACE .

VLCC cares only about money. Once you buy the package, they don’t bother to serve. I have laser package going on but always have to struggle with getting appointment. The technician is alway booked and you struggle to get chance to have a session. Wouldn’t recommend it to any one.

Terrible customer experience. I had to call them three days in a row to get the information about my pre-paid package for hair laser session before it expires. They couldn’t find my file with the info, so to avail any pending session I had to “revalidate” by paying more. They just want to make money out of you!

Had a good experience for my facial laser session with Ms. Nagia. She was very professional in her service and catered to my needs. Centre is well kept and organized.

VLCC Al Qusais is very amazing place and all staff is very professional and friendly. I was lucky and very happy that I applied for their weight loss program. I was 30kg over weight and started getting multiple health issues like diabetics, blood pressure, knee pain etc. My physiotherapist Nodel is very experienced, social and friendly guy, who did the right treatment for me and helped me to reduce 12 kg in just 24 sessions. I also want to thanks dietitian Dr. Fayeza who developed amazing diet plan for me that also helped alot. VLCC sales and admin also provided me this package on 50% off. So all are the best at VLCC Al Qusais.

Ive been with this place on/off for the last 2years. You work with their program, you will see the results.It is not about starving or rigorous exercises, it is a proper lifestyle modification. Mind you it is not for the feeble minded.Ive worked with Farha for my slimming treatments , I know her professionally and personally,shes knowledgeable and shes good with her hands, listen to her!!!!!.. And you will see your results.. Shes good at her job and good at keeping her clients happy. It would be a 5/5 if i had to rate her alone.And the dermat, Dr. Bassam.. My sister had a HORRIBLE experience with VLCC (full body lazer hair removal). Her hair growth became DOUBLE and she started getting really thick facial and body hair after the treatment. And VLCC did NOTHING to rectify this or support us. They only offered 2 free sessions, that made it WORSE! Outdated techniques, unprofessional staff and no responsibility whatsoever. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. SCAM! THEYRE ONLY CONCERNED WITH MAKING MONEY AND DONT GIVE A DAMN ABOUT THEIR CLIENTS. Do yourself a favour and go to a professional laser hair removal specialist ( a doctor)...VLCC should not be allowed to operate legally here, considering the damage theyre doing to their clients bodies and face.

Worst service . I was choosing melon-white package in Al Quasis Branch ,Dubai. They committed 6 session for me and two session went well with in 15 days after that they not called for the next session even if I called them they are not give the proper answer still not getting 3rd session for past one and half month.Dont select this branch. Even there is one consultant guy , he will speak very nicely for until committed the high package amount dont believe that guy.

All I can say is god saved me.... my experience I thought I would spend money and get a good face cleanup done in a reputed place. They accommodated me last minute maybe there was a cancellation anyways treatment started the attendant told me what my face needs and the process of applying packs... steaming and then my enemy black heads excruciating pain and when the attendant finished working on my nose the attendant proceeded to work on my cheeks I have no clue how the attendant missed or she wasn’t paying attention but somehow the pressure she applied the needle slipped scarred my face and almost reached my eye socket... I would have lost my eye today I almost would have gone blind. Anyways I paid for the clean up my fiancée saw the clean up and immediately asked me why is there a scar on my face that’s my experience

The nail technician(Nimfa) is very professional. During the quarantine I got issue with my toe and very painful. She knew exactly what to do. She was so good that I had to take their pedi package with her. I have tried many other famous places but none of them have a technicians like Nimfa.

Every staff is kind and cordial. Its been a very good journey of mine in VLCC where I am treated well with good counselling from Geethika on diet and good body therapies given by the therapist.The quality of products whether they are for external or internal use, is par excellence.There are offers throughout the year, we finally end up being satisfied.I have been recommending VLCC to all my friends who have been struggling to lose weight!I wish the services will continue in a similar manner, long live VLCC.

I had a very bad experience for laser hair removal. my skin got burned. and lot of pimples and marks came. the laser technician irene is not much skilled. And i paid almost double charge for each sessions. i am really upset about this vlcc.

I am happy from the services in VLCC, I like all the staff, Dr.Basil, the sister nurse, Nora, Hayat, Preyia, Menakshi and all the others, all are friendly and very professional.The only concern, that the company should reduce the prices and fix the staff in same branch, I hope my voice will reach the administration and consider it, I am an old customer since 2016Thanks a lot

Only I had gulfnews voucher I went,the experience was bad,the girl doing facial was ok,but they r just putting packs which was of no use. They are interested only u should take their package. Will not recommend for facial

The staff is very professional and helpful. Some of the staff members like Farha, Anusha, Amreen and Grace are very cooperative and supportive. I interacted with Arham recently, who is also very warm and hospitable. The treatments are effective and worth the money spent.

Very bad experience . i dont want to give even single star.the price of treatment are very expensive and still didnt get any good results giving fake promise to make customer after paying amount they dont care who are you. showing videos on social media is totally different . showing something and doing something instead of paying big amount give money to poor at least you will get reward but dont waste your time and money

Extremely unorganized and very poor customer service. For my first session they rescheduled me 4 times, every time i went my appointment wasn’t booked even when i called to confirm. For my second session they booked 5 other customers at the same with me, with the same doctor. Had to wait an hour and a half for a 5 minutes treatment. Highly unrecommended.

I have visited this place for my laser and i am so comfortable with the laser therapist Nagia who does very good laser job ,so i highly recommend the therapist and VLCC for anyLaser treatment.

I’ve tried the hair treatment package with the hair stylist Thuy and I’m very happy with the improvement, Also I colored my hair which changed me and made me more confident in my beauty. Am here to log a complaint on the company called Vlcc slimming services in dubai Al qusais. Ms.Isha the receptionist was very rude and ms hind was very bad at customer speaking skills AMA customer of Vlcc and paid them for slimming service of 2000aed after paying I haven’t availed any service from them as my body was not cooperating due to health issue so I called them and asked them for refund the Vlcc has refused for refund and they said on the call that I can use this or I can share with my friends or relatives for any other services in compensation of 2000 aed so I asked them they asked me to call before I take appointment so three to four times I called them for appointment they refused to give appointment a day before yesterday on monday I called them and asked that I have paid 2000 aed for slimming I have to do keratin me n my sis will come and use that 2000 they said ok and assured to come so this morning I called them for appointment they asked to come by 3.00pm and they have did the service of 999 without tax after finishing the hair keratin treatment they asked to pay 1499 for the service this is completely cheating before calling they have assured to come after the treatment they are asking to pay after having my money there I haven’t used single dhs of that 2000 aed when I spoke to their manager they are changing the words and we have recorded what they are talking in the end we called police they have given your call center number somehow help us we have paid the hardworkened money by leaving the families and staying here we have no option rather than coming to seek help from hand the their way of talk is not professional at last they were telling too many things that they can’t accept ey can’t change the customer they have promised on call that I can share this amount to my friends or relatives and she is my sister who went there to avail service with my money they have phone recording at their premises thank you in advance kindly help out to us they are many people suffering this way

I told hair stylist jena to cut 3 steps n she did mushroom haircut....still my hairs looks worse then ever...even they dnt have manners to say sorry even once...hate this behaviour.
