This is one of the best salon i have ever visited which is also so neat and clean and properly hygiene spacious salon. I did my nails acrylic extension and highlights which turned out so fabulous. Definitely a 5 star recommendation..special mention for flora for nail extensions and Sunita for highlights done so fabulously. A must visit.

Flora did my nails very professional and understood my requirements

Had a bad experience with them .I went for my threading and strictly told the person ( Aarti ) not to make my eyebrows thinner and remove extras but she didn’t listen and made them thinner and curved in . And they still charged me full price for a bad eyebrows .

Location - not great was difficult to find the lights of board were off too. Couldn’t spot on main road.Note - don’t follow google locations it’s showing the saloon is located in a different wrong building. Google mistake.Saloon is in AB building. Same building of aster clinic.Prices - acceptableServices - goodI went in for a hair cut. Was pretty good however they took 1.5 hours on my medium short thin hair. Which was very time consuming. They had only one hair cut and stylist that’s why. To the management pls hire more at least two. Me and my sister would have finished in 1 hour but took us 2 hours to finish. Time is money.

Archana is a HEALER. She relieves so much of my pain and helps me through the massages.

I took protien treatment (straightening) for my hair from Paro. She guided pretty well and informed everything before about the results. Also she listened and worked according to my concerns. I am very satisfied with the results. Over all I found the place very happy as staff was all quite friendly.

Really like the saloon..the staff is very courteous n warm...I did collagen facial from Veena n she did a wonderful job...the massage was very gentle n relaxing...also did acrylic nail extensions from flora n I just loved it..she did it exactly the way i wanted..will definitely recommend the saloon.

I am a customer of Viola and their services are good. I recently did pedicure and I suffer with in-growth in one of my nails. The nail technician Flora is amazing in removing the in-growth. She has patience and care, does not rest until the in-grown skin is out. Thank you Flora and to all for your great service.

I love dori for her hair coloring skills, anne is a perfectionist for nail extensions, flora is my go to person for amazing pedicures and of course archana is amazing with her facials and massages along with seena and they do a perfect job at eyebrow threading! Visited voila again..have to say they never fail to a do a great job!.Flora my go to nail stylist !!Archana did an excellent job with the facial and waxing as well.The place is clean and has a very homely vibe..Thanks to the other staff as well too..If in Dubai and you are searching for an affordable saloon with packages , this is the place.Went for a short pinkish - peach nude Dip and buff nail manicure this time.Only fact which I felt quite disappointed was about the VAT service which I think was new this time. ? Or maybe I never notice it before.However HIGHLY recommend it.. !!

She is very patient and very good at her job.Veena suggested collagen facial and it was very well done.Aarti is very good with body massage.I highly recommend Arachna for Collagen Faical and body massage.I highly recommend them and viola parlour.

Voila has an amazing team. I always feel rejuvenated after a visit. Dori is a highly professional hair stylist with amazing hands! I loved the color and highlights she has done for me. She is also a delicate and caring person who puts up the treatment to the highest level. I am definitely going to be back to Voila! The salon is also elegant , very clean and comfortable. I did an Organic Exfoliation (deep cleansing) with Seena and I can say she is the best!!! She never says a no until she is completely finished with those blackheads. I was smitten by the cleanliness of the saloon and hospitality of the ladies working here. Very warm and cordial. I definitely would like to give a shout out to the nail technician - she is one the best I have been to.. my hands and feet never looked better! Also, the facial expert and head massage therapist is a must go to. My skin felt fresh, radiant and supple after her excellent face massage which she does generously. Undeniably, one of my fav saloons in Dubai.

I am so happy that I found Voila Beauty Lounge! They have absolutely wonderful professionals in all their sections! I had manicure & pedicure with Anna and Sharmila. Eminence facial treatment was done by Seena. All of which were absolutely great! I do tend to get terrible skin and was finding it difficult to find someone to help me with my acne! Seenas facial was super helpful! I will be coming back for this service since I already see a great improvement! I would recommend Voila every time! Efficient & reliable sraff. The dip n buff nails with extensions are done by experts like Flora & Anna. You feel like being pampered.

Keratin treatment not recommended....for which I was charged 500 aed ..immediately after second- third wash hairs started getting back to normal condition.within one month my hairs are back to normal dry and frizzy condition despite using recommended shampoo and conditioner
