Today, I visited the *Volna Salon*, and I must say, I’m extremely pleased with the experience. The quality of service was outstanding, and the team was incredibly professional and attentive. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and cared for. Every detail was handled with such precision, which made the entire visit enjoyable and relaxing. I truly appreciate the level of expertise and dedication at Valona. Highly recommended!

I was met by one of the owners of the place.The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, ensuring every detail was perfect. The ambiance was relaxing and luxurious, making the entire visit feel special.My Russian Banya therapist understood exactly what I wanted and exceeded all my expectations. Ive never felt more pampered. Had amazing body treatment with natural herbs 🌿 massage, cold and hot herbal water.Plus I have done my Hydra Facial here. All ingredients are super nourishing. The best mani and pedi I ever had in my entire life! The ladies are amazing! The best work I ever seen it. The place or gorgeous and super fancy! They offer you everything, water tea coffee biscuits. The bathrooms are gorgeous.I also had a Russian sauna experience, and was incredible!

I recently visited this salon and was blown away by their exceptional service! I had lash extensions, eyebrow shaping, and waxing done, and each service was top-notch. The salon itself is clean, modern, and minimalist, creating a relaxing atmosphere. Im thrilled to have finally found a place that meets all my beauty needs. Highly recommended!

I went to do my lashes , I asked for a pic was available on their instagram page , the technician made me some thing totally different, my eyes burned so much while she was removing the old set I had , and all the process my eyes was tearing , she leaned on my forehead all the time which was so annoying and really I was scared on my eyes as she kept saying , the glue is not working , very bad experience from my side check photos attached for the difference as in the saloon they said it’s the same and my eye is small coz of that it’s not the same , this is my experience, maybe only was bad to me or they messed up with me

I had a great experience at the salon. I did air touch with master Anel. She was very careful and approached my hair with caution. I damaged them at a previous salon, so Anel was extra careful to apply the right technic and achieve the best result that was possible given the circumstances. Administrators at the salon were very attentive and friendly and the products used on hair and bathrooms were high quality. I also enjoyed tea and treats service. Great experience overall.

Best service in Dubai! I have been going to Ainagul for lash extensions for over a year and the hospitality is always great! The rest of the staff is always welcoming and the interior is beautiful ❤️She is one of the best lash technicians in Dubai, and so accommodating she specifically ordered the lash style that I like. Will always recommend this place to everyone.

Regrettably hair specialist has not offered any solution instead entered in to argument over possibility to cover gray hair or not and that she is going to color my routs in exactly same color I came without listening to the requirements or desired color. Bad idea to enter into the argument and give advance “ no” to the client instead of asking questions of what client wants and offer as minimum few options.Instead of trying to argue over the subject of hair color. I immediately cxl the service its obvious with such approach service won’t work.Management should learn basic customer care skills attention to details and collecting information on what client wants is paramount.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a beautifully designed space that exuded comfort and elegance.The highlight for me was the authentic Russian bath, which offered a truly rejuvenating experience. The steam and traditional treatments left me feeling relaxed and refreshed.It was Polina who indulged me with the amazing 2,5 hours Russian sauna ceremony which was so relaxing that I drifted into a deep sleepI also indulged in their hair and nail services, and I was thoroughly impressed. The hairstylist took the time to understand my preferences .My nail were done by a charming young lady with incredible skill , leaving my nails looking fabulous.The cosmetology facilities were state-of-the-art. I enjoyed a relaxing facial which I left me with a radiant glow.I found the entire staff to be friendly and attentive, ensuring that every aspect of my visit was enjoyable.This Russian salon caters for all nationalities and is a must for anyone who is in pursuit of a one stop experience catering for personal groomingThe variety of benefits it offers contributes to both a wonderful physical appearance and overall well-being.

Went for the salt banya spa treatment. It was incredible! Highly recommend. Spa master Polina puts heart and soul into her work. It was a pleasure to visit.

I am very pleased with the treatment with Japanese cosmetics Hyalogy ForLL’ed at the Volna clinic on Al Wasl Road.First we did an oil cleansing. Washing in 2 stages. Then lotion and serum with membrane protein are applied to the face and décolleté using patting movements to stimulate your own collagen. They were also advised to consume vitamin C before the procedure so that the beneficial ingredients of cosmetics are absorbed more effectively.Next comes the cream, which gives a lifting effect and has an anti-inflammatory effect.Then we lie for 11 minutes under the LED lamp. Under the eyes - Japanese padcha with gitsuronic acid. This is followed by a light classic massage using a special cream.And you are beautiful 😍

In the Volna beauty salon there is an incredible atmosphere of calm and it’s as if time is slowing down. When you get into this space, you don’t want to rush, you want to immerse yourself, turn off the phone and enjoy taking care of yourself and your beauty.

My appointment was 1 for the facial. I went in at 1 and a half, and then I had a hair appointment for 2 and a half. They started with me for 3 and ten minutes, and the hair service in terms of cutting and blowdrying was very bad.Dealing was nice
