I am picky person, coz I expect all things to be perfect, and clean so this is my honest comments.Hayatt did my Morrocan bath 5* and other lady from Ghana made my mani, pedi very clean way, and she did all perfectly I was relaxed, without asking for any corrections 5*Eyebrow master as well done her job with 5*.I am sure all of them are very professional.Thanks ladies for keeping ur salon as a 5*I did booking, and I didn’t had to wait that’s shows professionalism.

The best Moroccan Bath in al barsha and very authentic moroccan tea. They are very into detailed and very nice service. Especially Ms. Hayat very professional I love her work. Also Ms. Sumaya she makes very authentic and refreshing moroccan tea after. Very recommended 😍🙌🔥❤️

I got a Morrocan bath, mani & pedi done here and it was amazing! Hayat literally scrubbed every nook and cranny of my body. She went between my fingers, behind my ears. You name it. It was like your mother giving you a bath before a special day. The salon smelt amazing and looked beautiful. They even gave us morrocan tea after the bath and really looked after us. Would definitely come here only when in Dubai.

This has been my salon for three years now!! They never fail to amaze me with their work! From Moroccan baths to my nails, to my hair, and even the services they are not supposed to do, they do them for the guests satisfaction. To my habibti had thank you so much youre the best!!

Worst Salon I’ve ever visited1- She wwnted to charge me 125 for face threading although the real price is 70 (which was confirmed by them and this is the price I paid the other time) all of that is because I wanted to use a Groupon voucher.2- She didn’t wanna accept thr voucher saying its busy period for them (although groupon mentions 7 days a week and public holiday are included) she then said its up groupon to write whatever they want but its different for is.3- some of the staff members are impolite and have no idea on how to deal with customers - ZERO customer service - the staff fighting and shouting with each other with no respect to the ppl around.My gelish started to peel off a day after!!! After doing it in 3 hrs

Moroccan bath was really good! If you go there, ask for Miriam - she is the sweetest girl ever! I don’t remember the last time I felt so fresh ❤️ Costumer service could be better: I had paid for Moroccan bath, blow-dry and treading, but nobody offered me treading. To be honest I wasn’t even planning to do it, but since it was paid in advance, would be nice to mention it at least. The salon is good overall, just some little details could be better.

I live in Dubai for the past 12 years and I do maroccan bath regularly, but the best one I had it in this place! I can’t recommend enough! I was wowed ! Amazing !!! Highly recommend!

I ordered a Moroccan bath a while back. So, I booked before voucher had expired (you have 3 months). I called, an Indian lady couldn’t get pass 05- when I said my number - she said 058 instead of 050 (over and over - I said zero in so many ways to help her understand). I called to change appointment (the next day) due to floods and they said they are refusing all groupon vouchers, “go email them (groupon),” very interesting. Go figure 🙏🏽🤷🏽‍♀️ I did get my refund from groupon.

I used a Groupon voucher of deep facial, gel Mani + gel padi. I had a good experience. Dua the lady that did my facial was absolutely amazing, she look took her time and did a great facial. Also the two ladies that did my Mani and pedi did a good job. However, in the salon they dont play any soft music or dont have any sort of ambience where you can enjoy and relax while having your salon treatment,. Maybe the owner needs to look into this matter.

Worst customer service ever. I waited for 15 minutes just for them to say that they do not accept my groupon voucher( manicure pedicure) because I booked at 8:49pm and the personnel says they only accept at 8:48pm? Seriously? 1 minute difference, I wouldve believed them if they said they only accept til 8pm. The staff also don’t know how to coordinate with each other, everyone has their own rules - I called and the staff says its fine, I whatsapped and the staff says no then yes. No consistency- it is my first time to experience this kind of worst service of a salon in Dubai.

I highly recommend this place for the quality of services and hospitality of the staff. Since I tried it 9months ago, I always come here to do the Moroccan bath (Hammam) and it’s an amazing experience for body scrubbing with natural products, I also do natural or gelish manucure and pedicure and it lasts for 2-3 weeks, and my hair also gets pampered in every blow dry 😄 Overall this is my go-to place in Dubai 🙏

Don’t advise anyone to visit this awful place. Unfortunately I had very sad experience with them. Their stuff is unprofessional in manicure and pedicure service. I had manicure and pedicure services at the same time and it took them 4 hours. It seemed they were doing it first time I had to teach them and told how to do. On the next day I had to visit other salon to remove everything and as my nails were damaged I couldn’t do gel again, as I need to treat my nails before . It’s the first time I had so painful experience with nail service.

The worst salon i’ve ever been to. if you are planning on doing gelish manicure do not think about going to the salon. i went to the salon with gelish nails and the girl did not know how to remove them, she damaged my nails very badly. when she was applying the gelish it was very unprofessional and my nails broke after 1 week. i removed them at a different salon and my nails are extremely weak and bruised from the products they used on my nails. do not go to this salon.

I went to the salon to get my hair trimmed, and Hafida did a fantastic job designing my hair. And the hairstyle I desired was realized.

The only reason I’ll give 2 stars is because the front desk lady was warm and friendly. However my gelish manicure didn’t even last 3 days… very disappointed
