Waterbike Ladies Saloon LLC

This is a long overdue feedback about the place, I been occasionally visiting the W Ladies salon in Al Manzil over the past 2 years and honestly I am fed up of their anti-customer oriented approach.1) Ridiculously high and inconsistent prices on their services. one day you can pay AED350/massage session and another pay AED500 for 5 sessions. Moreover, I was told I have a free massage session, but then I couldnt avail it because I was trying to book it after 2 months. They did not want to listen anything about my medical condition against doing a massage.2) their card machine never works! all the customers are asked to pay cash - seems like a dodgy bookkeeping to me.3) rude receptionists! I tend to ignore that because I was HAPPY with the service that the technicians provide (!) - but enough is enough! I dont want to come to the place where I feel that I was ripped off after each visit.

Lovely Saloon, very friendly staff, nice music and atmosphere. I’m doing the massage with Christine there, well recommended. The lady is very professional, she knows what to do and where to push.

The town centre jumeirah branch (W ladies salon)Not fully transparent with the customer.. they mix colors in order to try to achieve the color the customer wants and mix with water in order to compensate for any shortage.. when the hair is damaged, they keep moving you between branches and give you different people number keeping you going in circles and refuse to either repair the hair or refund the money
