I have been visiting this saloon since 1 years, I am totally satisfied with the service here, specially Madu makes me so comfortable and she does her service to the utmost satisfaction of her clients. She is very talented.

Its one of the best saloon in DIP, I have been visiting there since 2 yrs .. I got wonderful experience in most of time .The main highlight is the owner of this saloon is reachable to address our concerns and the action may taken by her immediately. I appreciate her attitude towards the customer and its makes the each and every customer satisfied. She is recruiting the new staff to meet the expectation of customer. Its a the dedication of an owner and this attitude is spreading to her staff which gives better outcome to each customer.

Bad service, Equipments are not sanitized..cost is high while comparing with the service provided.. they are using normal roller brush for blow drying & the brush also not good.And also one more thing, half part of the my hair was done with blow drying.. then another lady came for hair styling.. they told to me wait..this is not a good service..

Visiting this Salon every month for the past 5 months, every time its a different rate.And out of my personal experience what I noticed is-Every time a customer walks in, the staff have to call the owner first and inform her about the type of service customer wishes, she will then tell them the price over the phone.For my hair root color, 1st time I was told 100 dhs. 2nd month when I went I paid 100 as usual. 3rd time I went i was informed the rate is 120dhs when I asked why? They said “that was discounted price before but original price was 120dhs (which they never informed me before) so I argued about it but paid anyway. Next trip I paid 120 again.5th month, the staff informed me before the service that the price today is 140 dhs. I was irritated with the clown running that place, So I took the owners number and called her. when I asked her why rates change every month her tone and pitch went up and shouted that I cannot question her. I told her “no need to get hyper, its my right to know. She said “I am not new in business, this its not 1 month old business, I have salon for many years. If you dont like you can go!!While I was there, a customer was already getting a pedicure she said -“day before my daughter experienced a horrifying experience too, she tasted the rudeness of the owner”. I guess people go there because its close to their houses and convenience only.I have been residing in the UAE for 16 years. Have lots of best experiences in service industry. But never seen an Owner, so horrible like that*STAFF - they are super polite, friendly and very very good.. and they are the only reason why I used to go there.*SALON OWNER - Is Rude, full of her self, Arrogant, Atrocious, Too much attitude, no sense of customer service, Doesnt care about customers.I think she forgot dubai have thousands of other salon for customers.

Hi everyone! I am in dubai for past 10 years and British by nationality. I would like to share my experience at White feather salon which I am going there for 6 years. They truly pamper me... Last month I did my pedicure there and its been a month my feet are still so clean and soft 👍. Thanks to the whole staff there. I always recommend it to my friends.

I did hair cut, hair color and highlight last week.It was really awesome. Prices are reasonable. Staffs are well behaved,friendly and they are providing good services. I will recommend this salon to everyone.Thanks white feather beauty salon team.

Sorry, but I had the worst experience ever! Awful service, the pedicure was a joke! I had a mani-pedi done at this salon—a certain Sri Lankan technician cut my toenails too short and unevenly. I also had these trimmed and damaged cuticles—it was painful! Their tools were/are not even sterilized! Lesson learned, make an appointment at a place you’re familiar with!

Every time I go there , prices are different and take the customer lightly.Owner is telling prices differently to each customer.When I did the waxing I was charged with different price, in my presence when another customer came, she told the price 20dhs lesser, when I argued she gave me useless reasons to cover up.

Its great experience with the very humble & experience staff, I do my haircut & threading every time,& the staff doesnt give me a chance to complaint , great experience.

I did my bridal makeup for my wedding . It’s really awesome. I am from india so my wedding costume is saree so I little bit afraid of my costume.how they will drape, but they did Very well . It’s very affordable too .

Worst salon ever. Dont even try to come here. The staff has no qualification and no experience at all. I went for mani pedi and asked them to stop and not do anything as it was a disaster. Their equipments/tools are not sterilized which can be dangerous. Cheap but totally not recommendable.

Bad experience with unclean saloon .Equipment are not Sterilize.Owner and the Service staff have no experience about the treatment.I still have excess nail polish around the toe nails.😡😡😡

Stuff is super nice, great massage and very friendly, but the Henna was very dry and the nailpolish wouldnt hold even after 3 tries

This salon is one I can recommend bcoz it really pampers me.. specially a srilankan staff is very good at doing the pedicure and she made me feel worth for the money I paid

Worst place you can get a haircut, literally ruined my hair. Didn’t even had the proper scissor. Too much use of water. Won’t recommend.
