Ive tried every salon here, and none compare to her expertise, creativity, and attention to detail. Highly recommended!

This was my first visit, and it was very disappointing. The salon wasn’t clean compared to others in DIP-2, and the staff seemed unprofessional, more focused on upselling than providing quality service. Definitely not worth the price. I won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend it.

Bad experience. I visited twice in this salon once time for eyebrows and 2nd time I took a package of 150dh, the management is Unprofessional please take care of the products, hygiene, and politics between the community and customers, pls treat all customers are same dont do politics.My suggestion for all new customers pls doesnt visit here just because of the lower price and daily offer packages, because most of the products are cheap quality products just a waste of money and unhealthy maintenance.1. Hygiene is not there; they will use the same sponge for all customers until that sponge gets damaged. also, while facial they will use 1 small bowl of water until the facial is over.also, they will not clean or maintain Pedi meni tools, after one customer leaves without cleaning they will use the same tools to clean foot. also, the clothes are very dirty where they are used for hair drying and Pedi.2. The products are very low quality. where we can see 5dh 10dh shop. and most of the products are Cozmo products they are used for facial and hair cleanse, if we do oil massage oil will not go after 3 4 washes still oil content will remain. also, nail paint is not branded all products cheapest products.3. staff are always fighting with customers just because of appointments, the reason is after taking appointments they are not giving preference to them, they will focus on walk-in customers, and they will make us wait.4. Always politics between staff and customers. if customers and staff same community they will focus on them and they will give 1 week time to claim the purchase. and these politics happened between my friend, the senior staff is done this always she is the main problem for politics if we ask, she will say owner told me this owner told me that.5. The staff doesnt know much about products and processes if we ask them about processes they will not explain, there is a senior staff she doesnt know how to talk with customers she is very rude and other staff also started following her, always staff people will follow her and she will call the owner and after discussion based on community, they will give preference and suggestion and time.6. while doing service for one customer senior staff will tell them to do another customer service she is not allowed to complete, if we ask she will shout at another staff and she will tell mama told me to do that this scenario happened to me for all things she will call the owner and asking, here owner has to keep attention because after taking appointment and if service is under process how you will tell to change staff from half work?

I would give zero if I had an option here to do so. Poor service and not worth the money. They are not friendly. They will fool you with different offers, but nothing works when you go there. There are many good saloons in DIP2. You better visit those. I will not recommend this to any one. Waste of time and money.

I Got my eyebrows, waxing , root touch up and de-tanning facial done. All the services were perfectly done by Miss Anisha . Quite clean place and very friendly staff.

I frequently visit for self care services and its always relaxing. Staff is skilled and know how to do every service. Janet was very friendly and did her best. I appreciate and recommend this salon for good staff, good environment and good services 👍🏻

This is my 2nd time visit and had very bad experience with hair keretain treatment..I took service month of may 2024..I have done hair keretain treatment before but in this salon its just i cant explain in words the pain i went through the process of ironing hair.. literally i cried there and it was not at all done nicely..all baby hair which was possible to cover ,left just like that and within month no one can tell that I have done keretain treatment and so much of hair loss I faced .not at all recommended especially do not take any package service its not worth.poor quality and service.not hygiene.

I had a disappointing experience at the salon. The hairdressers behavior and comments were unprofessional and insensitive. Its important for salon professionals to maintain a positive and respectful attitude towards their clients, regardless of their hair type or condition.look the attitude of hair dresser, she is the main haircut specialust there, she didnt gave me hair cut bcoz i wasnt applied conditioner before coming, she didnt apologize for her behavior, I will suggest if you have strong patience than go there, I will not going again to take services from this saloon.

I use this Salon since they opened and I was happy with the service and pricing. Lately, they keep increasing the price every now and then with no improvement to the service. They also play with words in their offers in a misleading way.Disappointing.

If you go here make sure you get your hair cut by Reji.. She does such a good job! I recommended her to a friend as well and she was extremely happy with their haircut as well ☺️

Thank hou so much white tulip beautysalon ... Since 1 year my hair to much dry ,damage, fizy,weight less i have to much tension what I do .. I dont know also what is the better treatment for my hair .. Then I went this salon regi is the nice hair dresser she suggested me colour which one will be better for my hair so I did from here hair highlights,hair colour, keratine its so amazing I got my hair very nice.. colour also perfectly she did . there is a senior hair dresseris regi .. She is very nice, respect customer, she talk to me very polite , every services is perfect , every staff also very friendly , they will suggeste for us what colour suitable for our hair,which treatment we need .. I like more this salon I want to say from my hert thank you so much white tulip group I will send my other friends also .. I will come again thank you so much ....

The first time I visited the salon their hairdryers did not work, as the electricity was fused, I was overcharged even though I did not get a blowdry. The next few times my experience was smooth yet extremely slow. Smitha (hair technician) and Raji are good at their job. The owner/manager has a very bad attitude, does not welcome or greet her guests, she also insisted that I pay extra for the exact same hair service I did a few weeks ago, when I questioned her as to why the increase in price, the owner began arguing with me even after I asked her to settle it peacefully and come to an agreement. I asked her to speak to her hair technician so she could confirm what I paid for the services before, and Smitha confirmed this, I also showed her chats between the salon staff and I regarding the prices of services, the owner however did not want to budge and continued to argue with me insisting that I pay extra, she later blocked me on WhatsApp as well. The owner is very unprofessional, not transparent in her pricing and for this reason I do not recommend this salon.

The way hair dresser talked it was so irritating she didnt comb my hair ,she continously kept telling me your hair is no good why didnt you put conditioner, omg I m not able to comb the hair at the last i said it was my mistake then she said yes its your mistake in very rude way ,than I said no its my mistake to choose your salon for hair work ,its your responsibilities to take care of my hair cause I m client ,my hair is bad tats why I came here, she didnt say sorry for her rude behavior, very very very disappointing behavior of hair dresser

Staff is very friendly & experienced.I always take my monthly services with them & they do it with passion.Smita in the salon, she is just an outstanding, multitasker, very hardworking staff amongst them.I did my hair cutting today & I am so much satisfied with her hair cutting.Also last time she did breads kind of hairstyle & it changed my look.I heard while taking service that they are opening there another branch in sharjah & I wish them good luck.Hope they keep the same passion & quality of work in future.

I am writing to express my concern regarding the need to implement a stronger customer service culture in the shop ,supervisor or manager was very rude, and surprisingly, they even blocked my wife on WhatsApp so funny .

I wasnt satisfied the way she did my hair,I have done my haircut .before it start I ask her if she knows bob straight cut and she said yes but wasnt done as I want.She just did straight cut but even not straight.I will not come back and recommend specially for haircut.

Very poor service, girls always in a rush. Always make errors in hair color/ eyebrows. And on top of everything, never accept their mistake.

Had a totally bad experience of using hair colour from this parlour. Till date I am on treatment for some strong chemical used as a part of their hair colour. Pls be cautious before using hair products from here.
