Iam costumer since 2017. All the Technical are competent, and today my experience with dear Nazii and it will not be the last. She is excellent and she has excellent and quick talent. I will not forget the reception, the quick response to home services and appointment reminders. Thank you.

The best place to visit to get your eyelashes done. The receptionist and technicians are professuional and friendly.

Really skilled technician but the quality of the products is very very lowDid a full set with them for AED 400+ the first time and lost every single lash in 3 days called them to complain and they sent another technician, and of course I had to pay again and they didn’t offer any discount and they started ignoring my messages on WhatsApp.I also lost the second set in less then a week.Don’t compromise the quality of the products that you’re using , that’s what can save your business, your technicians are amazing so give them the right products.

In order to do your lashes, you need to take an appointment online or WhatsApp them. Their prices are reasonable. Most importantly, they do great lashes and I loved mine and you get a refill after 21 days. They do have many types where you can choose your preference. The staff are friendly and helpful.

They are the worst I have 2 incident after each other .On 6th they have send me a lady which she has putting for me wrong set so after a 2 hours of laying down no body will waste 2 more hours so I have asked whoever is receiving the call to rescheduled it for a closer date was arranged for the next day .Another technician came and she change them looked nice out of sudden by night it started to be eashing and my eyes start to get on teas and burning I thought normal thing at the beginning .Early open 8th I hade called again asking them to remove them they scheduled me for 10 I was in hell for 2 days and 10 , 7 pm a technician came and removed some of them but my lashes start to burn and the area became red . I was crying and I came to know that 2 technicians were putting a lot of glue in my lashes in a way that affect my lashes and the hall area and even skin .I had asked them to provide me a doctor for their mistake from 10/09 till too day 21/9 didn’t even receive anything .I had spent 5k in my eye to be back again . They ‘re the worst and I don’t recommend them

I’ve been doing my lashes for over 3 years now and have tried so many places. Wish Lash truly are the best! Lightweight lashes that last so long with very reasonable prices given the professional service and great quality you get 👍🏻

Very disappointing, After the technician finished applying the lashes, the glue was all inside my eye and it started to burn. The second day it started falling out. So unprofessional! I wouldn’t spend my time nor money here again or recommend to others based on my experience. 👎🏻

Extremely unprofessional service. Did eyelash extensions and first of all the team is not professional (the one taking the bookings on WhatsApp). The technician did not clean or prep the lashes, she didn’t speak/understand English, and I was not satisfied with the work done. After submitting my feedback to the team, nothing was done and they didn’t seem to care. Do not recommend them at all

Very unprofessional customer service. I did my lashes with a trainee and they fell off in less than a week! I tried to contact them on instagram regarding the issue but they blocked me! very rude! they are not willing to make up for their mistake in any way. they really dont know how to deal with unhappy customers 👎👎

This is my first google review but I really had to review this place…I don’t recommend this place at all. It was my first time getting eyelash extensions and definitely my last…I got an infection immediately after the extensions & my eyes were so swollen. I ended up having to get surgery, definitely not worth it at all!

The service was very poor quality Im doing with them long time they was perfect but recently they changed Im not recommended to anyone the y are not professional and rude they dont make the eyelashes good when you complain no one can answer you or apologise its really sad to pay lots of money for a very cheap service they are only works on Instagram withe famous blogger not for normal people the lady she answered the phone shes unprofessional shes talking like you will do for free she didnt care of her job because there is no one watch them that whey do what they want.

If you are a famous person they will do a great job but if you are a regular customer they wont provide a good service only. I have stopped recommending and even myself stopped going.

Best service ever , always answer our msgs and inquirers very fast , try to assist us as much they can , polite, kindly, friendly &profissional.Regarding the techneican , she is pactient with the customer , she has expenses and she know her work and what to do.

Very disappointed! After just a few days half of the eyelashes had fallen out. I spoke to the practitioner about it who told me that she couldnt do anything, not even an explanation, let alone a commercial gesture! They wont see me anymore!
