I’m disappointed of the attitude and the service. First time it was a white ruber hard gel applied which detached. The second time I visited the Yasamir Beauty Lounge on Dec 28th, 2024 and after a week the nail corners chipped. We agreed on the refund on the second service when I am back to Dubai due to holidays travels. I notified the Lounge I was back and the owner has changed her mind and no refund provided. She offered to fix the nails but this is not what we agreed and after 2 failed attempts I was hesitated to go for a next one.

I recently visited Yasamir Beauty Salon at the Golf Court Hotel in Business Bay with my sister, and we had a wonderful experience. The staff were professional and friendly, ensuring we felt comfortable throughout. My sister enjoyed a relaxing manicure, pedicure, and foot spa, which were done with great attention to detail. The ambiance was calming, and the services were top-notch. I highly recommend this salon for anyone looking for quality beauty treatments in a luxurious setting.

I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to the technician JINKY for an amazing pedicure! The work was done very cleanly and professionally. All the ingrown corners were removed absolutely painlessly, which was very important to me. I was thoroughly impressed by the service and the technician’s attention to detail. It was a wonderful experience, and I will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

Just had the best mani-pedi at this salon. The nail tech was super sweet and executed everything really well. You know how sometimes they rush through it? Not here! She took her time with my nails and got the shape exactly right - which is rare for me because Im pretty picky about my oval shape.The gel polish came out so glossy and perfect! Plus the LED lamp they used seemed really new and dried each layer super quick. My nails have been perfect for weeks!​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Already thinking about coming back to try some nail art next time. Such a great find!

The photos, as an example of the work on Instagram, do not correspond to reality, they are stolen from the Instagram of other salons... I recently had a manicure and pedicure, before making an appointment, I sent several of their works and asked to make an appointment with the master whose work I saw on their page. As a result, I received absolutely nothing from what I expected, everything was very slow, more than 5.5 hours, sloppy, the cuticle was torn and there were many wounds, I asked several times to redo or fill it in, since the color was not at all even, the coating was very crooked and it remained so and after one week as a result 4 nails were broken, now I have to look for a new master again. I am already silent about the fact that no one used gloves during the pedicure... the salon is beautiful, clean, everyone is polite but the professionalism is at a very low level... I do not advise anyone, I am very upset

I would surely go back there and I will recommend this place to my friends and family. One of the best service I have ever had in Dubai. Service is 100% perfect, staff and the management are so welcoming and friendly, location is good as well easy to find, saloon is so clean and smells fresh. I will surely go back again and again. I found salon that fits my needs in Golf Court Hotel Business Bay this salon have good services Im really happy to my manicure pedicure footspa because they clean it properly that cannot do in other salon I will surely comeback to them thank you Yasamir Beauty Salon and the staff was so good.

Terrific, slow and unprofessional eyelash extension (took 4 hrs to stick couple of lashes that fell off the very next day) lashes stick to skin of my eye that cause a severe irritation and redness on my eyes. Very rude and unprofessional staff , no value for money! Absolutely NOT recommended ! Photos attached for you to judge and stay away from this salon.

The lady at the receiption was professional and welcoming but the filipina lady who was is soing the brows qas very unprofessional, after they have booked my appointment they refused to do my eyebrows claiming that it needs more time and the lady is sick, she rolled her eyes in front of me as if i am not the customer, first and last experience
