I recently visited Yasmin Salon for the first time, and I can confidently say that I’ll be returning! My experience was exceptional, thanks to the expertise of three talented professionals: Hanady (manicure), Delmar (pedicure), and Gustavo (hairstylist).As a client who has had many disappointing experiences in salons around the world, I’m often quite demanding. However, Yasmine Salon exceeded my expectations with the high quality of services provided. Hanady performed a manicure that many other technicians have refused to attempt, and she executed it flawlessly. Delmar, despite my initial concerns, insisted on addressing an ingrown nail issue and, in doing so, likely saved me from months of discomfort. Gustavo suggested evening out the color of my hair, even though I had only requested root touch-ups. His advice proved invaluable, and I’m thrilled with the results.I’d like to particularly highlight Gustavo’s ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously. At first, I was concerned, but he skillfully balanced his time and attention, ensuring that each client received the care they deserved. I left the salon with hair that now shines with health, and I couldn’t be happier

The stylist gave really good 10 minutes head massage while the application of conditioner.The salons commitment to hygiene was evident, and I felt completely at ease throughout the session.The range of services offered is extensive, providing options for various beauty and grooming needs. The place is beautiful and the welcome is warm 🌸 I thank Mie who gave me an incredible manicure! On the other hand, for the pedicure I am very disappointed. She hurt me several times, the French is not at all symmetrical despite several repetitions I finally told her to leave it like that. I understand the price of the manicure because it was a perfect excavation but the pedicure is to be reviewed ✨

Opted for the most expensive facial leaving extremely disappointed. No body could explain the course of the treatment for Vit C facial priced at 650 AED. During the 50 min treatment, beautician didnt do much except application of products and leaving it, then removing it with hot and cold towels... for almost 10 min, i laid wondering what next. Facial massage was barely done may be for 10 min ... they made me fill a form at the beginning, for what I still dont understand ... service was hopeless, 1st receptionist was clueless as she was new, 2nd receptionist was cold, didnt care too hoots on taking feedbacks, had the most stern face.... only saving grace was Jamila who shaped my eyebrows well. Never going back again. Waste of time and money, dont feel relaxed after spending 800 AED.

I have been to a plethora of nail salons quite literally around the world. The attention to detail,and kindness I was shown by Purnima & Hanady made a really great mani and pedi a phenomenal and memorable experience. Thank you ladies ❤️❤️❤️

They genuinely never disappoint . Just had my haircut ( Im donating my hair so big chop ) like a half hour back and Im so surprised with how good it looks. The two stylists Ive had so far have been so patient and kind, have seen the vision ( and the anime character pictures as references) and have DELIVERED.10/10 I can always trust this place to give me hair stylists that are professional in their craft and considerate and understanding of what I want .

Worst hair extensions of myLife the were not put in correctly, they were too close together so impossible to clean and painful. The placement of the extensions was incorrect as my natural hair looked choppy on top of them and they were not correctly blended so I was not happy from the start but after two weeks they all started falling out because of the bad quality of the tape stickers. Also i usually pay 250 for a tape change and I paid 800 here so as you can see not worth it at all. Would not recommend this place unless you want to look bad and be ripped off completely.

I had the most relaxing Moroccan hamam. Jamela you do have a magical hands….AMAZING! And Zain does my hair…I do have a curly hair and trust me not everyone can do it…but he does! Thanks a lot❤️ Unfortunate that I’m on vacation here, but definitely in my next visit I will come again… ❤️

Update**Went to get it fixed today. Everyone was super helpful and understanding. Left happy and really appreciated them not accepting me to pay for todays service. Thank you 😊Went to get a balayage.What I appreciated is that i got on appointment only few hours before going.I asked for something very specific and showed them what I want. To my surprise, it ended up not being what I expected nor wanted.I asked for shades of brown and got shades of red. I was extremely upset and disappointed. Asked him to darken my hair because I really hated it. It did become darker but meant adding more chemicals to my hair.Dont think I will dye my hair there ever again.

I never have any complaints when visiting Yasmin Beauty Lounge, whether it’s for hair, makeup or nails. I am especially fond of their Russian manicures, exceptionally done by Mimi (also known as Mie). She truly is an artist. Definitely my go-to salon.

I had my manicure appointment on 14 March. Russian gelish manicure. I came on time, the appointment was at 7 pm. But the technician was still busy with another client. She started with me at 7:30 pm. She took her equipment from the table where she was working with another client . She didn’t sanitize anything but on my question how does she sanitize instruments , she said she puts them in a sanitizing machine. But later she said that they don’t sanitize the machine with which she cut me usually they use alcohol wipes but she didn’t clean it with wipes for me because she didn’t have time. She cut me with this machine very deeply and I guess because the machine was dirty my finger is getting more and more inflamated every day. Today is the day 5. I paid 255 aed for this infection manicure and pain I’ve been having for 5 days. When I came with my complaint to the salon, they suggested me to put betadin, although I said them I have a medical condition and I can’t use any medicine. But they were very confident as if they work in a hospital. They gave me back 220 aed from 255 aed. And said that it happened because my skin is too soft. For now I decided to open a case in the court. They didn’t follow any sanitary standards . The technician used same scissors that she used with another client, they weren’t packed in disposable package and she confirmed that she didn’t clean the machine after the client before me. It’s very dangerous to do manicure in this salon and I will make them take responsibility for putting my health in danger.

Very disappointed!!! The lack of organization significantly impacts the experience. Even when I call and book an appointment in advance, each visit still requires a minimum wait time of at least 30 minutes, which often leaves me feeling frustrated. I consistently encounter the same wait issues. Improving efficiency and reducing wait times would make a big difference.

It was my first time doing the Moroccan bath, Nadia was such a sweet lady! I loved it. So relaxing, she went above and beyond for my comfort. The result was incredible. I am definitely coming back to her.

Comfortable lounge but this is the result after 🔟days mani. I paid 250 for this, salon refuse to fix.So be careful of your wallet, if you want to nails maintain for 1 months, gonna cost you 750 per months just of the manicure. LolTbh very disappointed when I ask for their solution when it’s happened. I’m too poor to go there again.I’d rather spend somewhere else can last for 1 months at least

The lady on the reception try to overcharge me. When I show her the cost of the services on the internet she said that these prices are old ones. After that she try to charge me extra amount of money and she told me that this is VAT. Again I show her that this price includes VAT and she asked me how much I want to pay. Unbelievable!

One of the better places I have visited for sure. I come to Dubai often and this will be my go to place from now. Nadia was amazing with her massage. I felt rejuvenated and a new person. Her techniques are great and she is a wonderful person overall. A slight miscommunication kept me in the massage room for an hour where I thought she is coming back and she thought I went to sleep. What I liked was she never as she thought she would disturb me. Who does that! Will be going back before I head back for sure

I had a bad experience ..i had a makeup for wedding with Gustav..I have white skin color,i told him not to change my skin color...after he finished i found my face BROWN and very dark...in the salon the led lights makes you feel that the colors are same as you see ,but when i left the salon and go out in the sun light...i saw how my face got dark brown !! Also he didnt prepare the skin before the makeup...no moisturiser..no face cleaning..nothing !!He did for my mom too a make up, and same idea..change her skin color and he was extremly fast less than 30 mins he finish the wedding makeup !!! It was not good and didnt cover the wrinkles and it doesnt deserve 420 AED !! Im extremly 😡 upset

Went to get a full legs and bikini wax, and did my nails and hair at Yasmin in preparation to my trip tomorrow which I will be spending mostly on the beach, everything was beyond perfect except for the waxing, my skin is slashed and almost ripped from its place from the horrible bikini waxing experience I had at this place, I had to go to the dermatologist and get a cream for the burning sensation, and there’s even blood spotting. I do not recommend getting waxes there, the manager didn’t take the time to come see me when I expressed my complaint to the receptionist while she was there.

I really didnt know I had such a great salon next to me. I decided to pamper myself and went to Yasmin Beauty lounge in Circle mall in JVC and the whole experience was great. I had a massage, nails, eyelash extension and lamination, and I must say it was amazing. Shirin did my eyelashes amazing, I really didnt expect it to look so great. The nails are looking great, which is not an easy task. And i had a very relaxing massage with Nadia. I ve been to a lot of salons in Dubai and always left disappointed. All in one it was an experience worth while. The girls there are amazing and so is the service. Will definitely become a faithful client of theirs.

I recently booked a toner, cut, treatment and blow dry with Sam. Almost immediately he gave me a consultation with his advice for a toner without bleach to reduce damage to my hair. The attention to detail was amazing! I came in with dry and damaged hair but left with healthier hair with a beautiful colour😍😍 I’m in love with my hair. I really recommend Sam, after living in Dubai for 20 years, I can say this is the best treatment I’ve received with the best results 🤍

(Not good staff) i ask if can cut my hair only and shampoo but the bad thing is thats its only after cutting the hair no hair dry haha, they will just let you go out with wet hair. Crazyy!! So i ask if they can just dry it but they said i need to do it on my own. Also my friend was disappointed because they way they blowout the hair is extremely insane like they’re mad at it 🤦🏼‍♀️ The staff here is not good i swear

I was torn if I should be sharing this review as the owner of the salon is an extremely kind and caring lady, however my experience was far from good. I went to get my nails done before festive season, and without any prior experience was seeking guidance and recommendation on what works best for me.The consultants were not able to explain the difference between various techniques and products, implications and did not advise on the time required for the treatment which lasted beyond any expectations - after 3 wasted hours I asked to get my nails removed as was not able to stay there for another hour or two, which led to a very painful removal process and ended up with my nails completely damaged and burnt deeply.Even though I appreciate no one’s intention was to deliver such poor service, the fact is that the salon is understaffed and without professional expertise.As a goodwill, I was not charged and was offered a free visit the next time, but I am not convinced I will be back…Shame as the salon is beautifully designed, welcoming and spacious.

I did my nails, waxing, and eyebrows here. The gel nail extension work was good. It took a long time and I suggest clearly explaining you need gel. The waxing was done well too. The entire salon is very clean and the service is professional. The prices are on the higher end but I would recommend this place.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at Yasmin Beauty Lounge in Circle Mall, one that Im compelled to share. Just six days after refreshing my hair color and investing in high-quality new extensions, I visited the salon for a simple wash, conditioner, and blow-dry. Despite my explicit instructions to avoid any treatments that could affect my color and extensions, the stylist recommended the Nashi Treatment with filler, assuring me it would only enhance my hairs softness and shine.Contrary to their promises, the treatment had a detrimental effect. My hair, once soft and bouncy, turned stiff and doll-like. The vibrant golden hue of both my natural hair and the extensions faded into a dull, ash-grey tone. This experience not only compromised the aesthetic appeal of my hair but also resulted in significant financial loss, given the high cost of the superior quality extensions I had chosen. The disregard for customer preferences and the subsequent damage done has left me deeply frustrated, especially after discovering that my experience isnt unique but rather one of many similar complaints. This incident has highlighted a significant lack of customer care and professional judgment at Yasmin Beauty Lounge.Caution: My hair and brand new extensions were utterly ruined! I went in for a simple blow dry, but he persuaded me to try a supposed nourishing treatment, which turned out to be a disaster. My hair, along with my premium extensions, suffered severe damage and my color was completely ruined. I suspect he added bleach to the shampoo, as Ive never experienced such lightening, ashiness, and overall damage from a blow dry session.I arrived with brand new, stunning extensions and a flawless color, boasting hair in perfect health. Yet, he managed to obliterate it all. The financial loss is significant, and those dedicated to their craft understand the devastation. Premium color and extensions come with a hefty price tag, and Im now rectifying this catastrophe elsewhere. Yasmin Circles shocking lack of professionalism left me astounded.Based on my experience at this salon, I cannot trust anyone there to touch my hair again. Furthermore, after reading other complaints, I have decided to avoid all services at your establishment, including nail care.

Yasmin is the place to go if you look for professional services and fantastic ambiance. Ibrahim is my guy when it comes to my hair. He is kind, caring and very knowledgeable. The staff are polite and welcoming. Also I love the interior design of the salon. It is a charming place.Update:I am a regular in this salon now. It is a high quality salon. I have tried hair cut, balayage and hair treatments with Ibrahim, blow dry with Ibrahim and Zein and Moroccan bath with Nadiya and Purnima does my eyebrows.Ibrahim gives great advice on color and hair style. He has an eye for perfection.The Moroccan bath was so relaxing and rejuvenating. Hi Everyone,I would like to share my personal experience with Yasmin salon.I do my hair their all the time with Zain - who saved my hair and did the best color fit for me.Zain is a true professional who restore my hair and made me look at my best. I was so glad to find Zain, he is truly the best hairstylist in Dubai.No matter when I go here in Dubai in any salon I was always unhappy with the results because no one actually cared about my hair until I happened to find Zain and now I’m so hhappy😇😇🥰🥰🥰People always ask me where did I do my hair and that is amazing. My hair looks healthy, shiny and the hair color is truly gorgeous 😍PLEASE GIRLS I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!

The decoration of this salon is the only good thing they have. You feel that they are always lost on what to do. I have been three times so far, but won’t be going again. They barely have a variety of nail polish color and they don’t renew. The equipments for drying the nails are already not functioning. The hairdresser that i once went to was very grumpy and not liking me commenting on how i want to do my hair at all, maybe bcz i was the last client on that day , but i mean they really they’re not up to the standards of dubai salons . A waste of space and interior design in my opinion.

Its a 45 minutes service with minimal cost and goes away in 5 days. Where do these salons get the confidence to put such prices?? Super expensive with bad quality of material! After 2 weeks from doing the hard gel overlay, all my nails now are completely broken (the actual nail with the gel) and for the pedicure 150 dhs for a typical treatment! Super unfair i will never go there again!

I recently visited Yasmin Beauty Lounge in Dubai JVC for a basic nail treatment, and I must say that I was disappointed with both the pricing and overall experience.First and foremost, the price I paid for the services I received was considerably high. I was charged 422 AED for a color change to a French manicure on my hands and a solid red color on my legs, along with a single nail extension. In my opinion, this pricing is excessive for such basic nail services. I expected more reasonable rates for these treatments, considering their simplicity and the fact that they are commonly offered at more affordable prices elsewhere.Furthermore, during my visit, I had to repeatedly notify the first technician that I was unhappy with the results and the shape of my nails. Eventually, she had to seek assistance from another technician, who was able to improve the results to some extent. However, the final outcome still fell short of the standards I have experienced at other beauty salons where I have been a loyal customer for long time, and at a much lower price point.While I understand that the salons interior decoration may be visually appealing, it does not justify the high prices and subpar service. It is essential for a beauty salon to provide a satisfactory experience to its customers by offering reasonable prices, attentive service, and attention to detail.In conclusion, I cannot recommend Yasmin Beauty Lounge based on my recent visit. The high price I paid for basic nail services, coupled with the disappointing customer service and overall experience, did not meet my expectations. If you are seeking a salon that offers better value for your money and a more satisfying experience, I suggest considering other options in Dubai JVC.

It’s definitely not worth, I just throw 3.000aed in the trash. First my sister’s hair some parts became grey and was supposed to be just lighter than her natural color that is black.Second the color of my hair was “okay” but I told him that I wanted to color my hair not use toner because my hair if I wash 2/3 times lose the toner, but he explained that will look natural and okay, then, I asked to do a “curtain bangs” and I have no idea what he understood but now is super ugly because my fringe it’s super short, look really bad. I’ll never come back again. I went there with really high expectations and it was frustrating, I just wanted to cry.

Other than the place being very nice and clean and some of the staff are very friendly but it was truly a baaad experience. The hair wash was very aggressive, the hair trimming was not done well at all!! To a point where I started getting more split ends after the hair cut. The hair dresses was actually talking on the phone constantly while cutting my hair. I really had high hopes for this salon but Im disappointed.

Yasmine is a Wonderful salon if you are looking for great highlights and haircuts! I was so pleased with the service and quality of the salon. Great place and affordable prices.

I have been going to YB Lounge for almost 3 months now and I went in there by chance because my nails were in dire condition lol. Now I wouldnt have anyone touch my nails apart from Karina, she is honestly the best nail tech I have had, I would follow her everywhere.Today I also had my hair done by Omar, my first hairdresser experience in Dubai. I was nervous at first when he said lets do something different after I asked for a trim. I am so glad I trusted him because I love the subtle layers he put in, framing my face better.I finally found my nail tech and hairdresser in Dubai :)

Horrible experience every time i go there, learned my lesson to not go again. My hair cut was a total disaster he cut all my hair off although i mentioned i want to keep the length, then one side was longer than the other!!! I immediately had to go to a different salon the next day to fix the disaster he caused me. Also got a massage once and it was the first time i leave a massage totally unrelaxed. In both times i went my appointment wasnt even in the system, they were just free by chance! Super unprofessional over all, cant recommend

I went for a trim. My booking was with Omar. When I went there a lady took me a washed my hair. I asked for a trim and told him how much he should cut. He did not followed what I said and barely took 3cm of my hair. After the same lady had to blow dry my hair while he was busy at the back with his phone. He even made me wait 10 extra min for no reason. When he finally came out he said can I dry your hair straight because I don’t want to spend time to make it curly. I paid 310 aed for a horrible job. Never again!

I did full-length thin highlights and I never knew that I can look this good!!!!!!It’s great to have that many good-hearted experts in one place ♥️The vibe is great. The work is second to none. I had my hair toned, treated and blowdried with Omar, Zain and Noor. The result was amazing!I also did my acrylic nails with Karina. Her eagle-eye precision and positive wisdom made the experience such a joyous one.Can’t wait to go there again!

I had a massage that got interrupted twice. Once the lady went out cause she forgot something and then she answered her phone mid treatment.... No check whether the pressure was ok or any discussion of areas of focus. Although it was mentioned i still had to pay full price?! I find this a bit bizarre and insulting....Mani and pedi were good!

I have lived on Dubai all my life and this is truly one of the best Salons here. I got meet Alex and Marjan I was amazed at how friendly and kind they were. Used today their services as a walk in and first time. You assume the saloon are ladies only as they work closed doors. There are many staff man so for Muslim/local woman is not comfortable at all and its actually strange. They might lose lot of clients and during my service, the professional didnt wear facemask or gloves. At the end results was good. Just need some improvement.

UPDATE: Nail extensions came off 8 days after the service, this is very disappointing!INITIAL REVEIW: Salon is super fancy, staff are really nice. Had acrigel extensions as per their recommendation, the technician made them thick though. 1 nail just literally came off 2 days later knowing that i didnt do any heavy work with my hands, so i am. Now stuck with thick nails and a missing thumb nail extension. Also, had a massage booked in, the masseuse was incredible, she released my very tense muscles and even relieved my cramped legs. The massage room is tiny and there is no sound proofing so u dont get to relax.I would say it seems like a promising salon but they still have things to work on. Oh and services are overpriced in my opinion.

Very bad service by Omar. Literally over charged.. I Went to color my full hair instead he suggested roots changes and that also no color on my hair like not even little difference and later I massaged him than I am not happy with this and I can see no difference. And saw my msg and no curtesy to reply.I paid 450 dhs for nothing ?? I had this experience with another salon but immediately they understood and they fixed it and help me get what I was looking for. But here he dint even make and effort and he said these are the salon prices. 😖😖😖😖😖😖 I have bad hair and good services but so far this was the more disappointing service for such good salon 😔😔😔

Well, you should inform the customer first before you charge them. How can you charge for blow dry service after color and hair treatment? The customer hair should be blown dry after treatment and not charge for this extra 130aed for mid length hair. I really dont get it. Im not coming back!

I was a walk in customer today wanting to do a quick service. From the entrance they forced me to share my details with them. I only shared my name. Walked inside, sat on a chair and out of nowhere your Brasilian staff came and asked me my name and where I’m from. Why do you care?I gave her the answer anyways!She then asked me to share my phone number, Instagram account and email to stay in touch as per Dubai Municipality.I’m a walk in customer, already in your premises, I don’t want to stay in touch. If I want that I’ll call you!So then the staff declined me as a customer and told me to leave if I don’t want to share my details with them.As per Dubai Economic Department I’m not obliged to share my details with you! You need to respect your customers privacy. You can be sued for this in Europe!Expect a full complain report from me shortly! And I advice you to train your staff on customer service and experience! You definitely lack that and as a new salon you already have a poor start!You don’t trick your customers with how nice your salon looks, you create loyalty by offering the best services and experience which you clearly lack! The customers pay your staff salaries in case you didn’t know!I would never recommend this salon to anyone. You are horrible!

This is not a place to trust when you have something important, like a meeting or wedding because you just can’t trust your appointment existe! I went there for my appointment to do highlights & so..the receptionist couldn’t find my appointment, i told her the time & showed her my phone but all she cared about is to blame it on the other receptionist so she wouldn’t be responsible for this mistake! In the end she offered me free consultation as if i don’t know what i want to do with my hair & to find a way to give me another appointment when its not busy this day.. i left my two years old son & made schedule so he wouldn’t miss me during this time so of course i can’t play by their time frame!! I went back to my old hair salon which is very good but i was just comfortable with a nice close salon……But i have to attend the World government summit tomorrow & i counted on my appointment..if i didn’t find a quick appointment i don’t know what i would do!! I will never go back to them..our time as working mothers is really tight! Can’t tolerate such incompetence.

I definitely do not recommend this salon, the prices are extremely expensive considering the very poor level of service and professionalism they are providing.The owner is showing a lot of attitude toward her clients.They are not professional at all. They are pretending to be what they are not. They are money oriented and don`t care at all about their client: After my consultation with one of their staff they were ready to do bleaching to my hair, thanks God I have checked other salon (which are way more professional) they advised me to absolutely not do bleaching because it is going to damage my hair.If I could I would have given -5 stars and would have definitely closed this salon. They are pure amateur.

Worst pedicure I have had in Dubai, rushed and very untidy( gel applied uneven) not to mention extremely overpriced for the lousy service! Never again!

I do NOT recommend at all, I went to do pedicure the technician was hurting me after many time I told her to slow down and I ended up with infection the next day in one of my toes, it lasted one week which cost me medication . After I called them the manager called me back and was defending their staff and refused to refund me, he said I can come and do another service which I refused as I dont trust them.

Very very bad experience went there for keratin tt... person named ASIM did keratin for my hair assured me good results but as he washed my hair i could not see any positive results... ( same day wash) my hair is same like before only 10% frizz free ....i have done keratin 5 6 times before also never had such a worst experience... also he burnt my face on side with straightner for which i have a mark now..... dont go there

What an amazing experience , since pre opening . I visited yb lounge on pre opening and upon arrival staff requested for my WhatsApp number and Instagram acc handle . I was delighted to provide them with my WhatsApp number as a regular to many beauty lounges , I know that the purpose for this is to let us know about special offers , promotional products and to keep track of our birthdays of which i always receive free treats .It’s nothing personal , these people are assigned to ask for clients details upon arrival not for anything dodgy but for data base saving , special offers and birthday trackers incase some of you didn’t know .I commend the owner Yasmin the manager and staff , you are are doing exceptional work and providing great services to us , although you working long hours you still manage to maintain that extraordinary service and just make it feel like a warm home to us away from the busy city and our stressful day . This was my worst salon experience ever! The hairdresser was doing whatever he wanted even after showing him a picture of the haircut i wanted.. kept sneezing and blowing his nose and not using a sanitizer, it was disgusting! When I told him this is not the haircut I wanted, he told me it looks like because of my face.. please don’t waste your time and money going here..

God forbid Clients be careful you are accused of polish thief too.the salon is a scam. These are one of the poor services salon in uae ,the uses the employees without visas and monthly wages (scams).
