Yasna Beauty is amazing! They’re super professional and really care about making you feel your best. Trina always welcome very warmly and she do best pedicure .The treatments are high-quality, and the whole experience feels so luxurious. Definitely worth checking out!

Overpriced, I did blowdry for my hair & I had extensions so they charged me 462 dirhams! That was the first time I pay this amount for blowdry & my hair is not even long!! & when I asked why their charging this much & my hair isnt even long she said for wash & blowdry & extensions!! & now I read their replys to other customers & they mentioned that they dont charge for hair wash!!

The best pedicure I have ever had! Trina has the best attention to detail. The salon is beautiful and relaxing. The staff are very friendly and provide exceptional service.Wished I lived in Dubai, as this would be my regular salon.I will definitely be back the next time I am visiting.

The last time I visited Yasna Beauty Salon, everything was very messy and disorganized. The person who did my nails had an untidy appearance. Although her work was good, the salon overall looked very unclean and chaotic.

Horrible low quality staff, they charge every single things separately, even for hair cut washing additional cost. “0” professionality with “0” customer satisfaction. Overall the salon is too low for downtown standards. There are many other cheaper and better quality saloons, don’t waste your money and time

I had a bad experience.I saw the pics & the reviews so I thought their work will be the same, the technician cut my skin with the cuticles was painful . Plus they don’t have the color shade I wanted so I preferred to leaveFirst & never again in this salon

I am very happy with their service. I am always having my manicures with Tina and she is very detail oriented and good at his job.Even if you face a problem, they are always ready to help. Highly reccomended!

Yesterday i called to book an appointment and received confirmation over the phone. However, when I arrived on time, they claimed there was no appointment under my name. I showed the receptionist my call history, but she directed me to speak with another lady who had booked my appointment. This lady was not only disrespectful but also attempted to gaslight me, insisting that I never confirmed the appointment.Despite my clear explanation of my tight schedule and upcoming travel, she showed no interest in accommodating me at the time I had booked. She even accused me of not confirming the appointment because I supposedly thought it was too expensive – a completely irrelevant and unprofessional remark.This experience was extremely disappointing and upsetting. I would not recommend this salon due to their poor customer service and lack of accountability.Both ladies were Filipino, in case management needs to take action regarding this neglect.

I make sure not me and not any one I care about ever go to this place again!I spent 3 hours in the salon for manicure and pedicure. And it was 2 masters at the same time!!The manicure master was redoing my nails few times and even asked her colleague to re-do it, and apologized to me that she is not sure why but today particularly she can’t do my nails.And hey I get it, we all have those days when everything goes off hands. But it’s unfair to my time, as I have to redo my nails, which means I will have to spend another hour and pay again just to re do! :(As attempts to finish the manicure were not successful I said that I will pay full amount for pedi and 50% for manicure as it was not complete and I have to do it now in another salon, and I’m not even saying of my LOST TIME!!!!Owner Layla refused any discounts and when I insisted she only removed 50% off manicure but she added extra removals. So I paid AED 410 for mani and not complete manicure.The whole evening and impression was completely ruined 😭 and she even asked me to come back. Please save you time and nerves by not visiting this place

Worst experience, came here for a haircut and blowdry. Had the most horrible service my hair looks like a toddler had cut it, i didn’t realize at 1st because i had i done in a wavy style but when i blowdried it straight yesterday i saw the horror that was done. plus they charged me for extra services, like “special haircut” and “special blowdry” without even asking me 1st if its okay with me, because i booked for other services online.

The salon looks great, clean and has a good ambience. My nails looked good, but, and this is a huge but, its too expensive. Paying 400aed for completely normal nails, just overlay and color, is unacceptable, especially when there are much cheaper options nearby.

Yasna is the perfect one stop for all things beauty. Hair and nails are excellently done. The staff is very friendly and will go out of their way to offer the best service possible. Make sure to ask for Mohammed if you want the best hair styling in the city.

I left the salon very happy today. Mohammed took a lot of time for my hair and I am more than 100% satisfied with the balayage result. He worked in great detail and found the perfect tone for my hair. He is also funny so that the hours passed quickly. I can recommend the salon and Mohammed in particular.

TRINA WAS AMAZING!!!! I got my acrylics removed and got gel mani and pedi and she took her time doing my nails. She made sure to do them really carefully and very clean. I love themmmm. I wish I can have her in Chicago to do my nails. She was amazing and really nice.

Been coming here for many months for haircut, manicure & pedicure. Yusuf always delivers when it comes to haircut, Treena and Charlene are wonderful with mani-pedi -- always patient and generous with their services. Rosa at the reception is also always kind and sweet. Its a great place to be.

Dont come to this salon if you dont want to waste your time. I made an appointment for a combo manicure and pedicure at 10 o’clock, what was my surprise when I came and they told me that the second master would arrive at 11:30!!! I signed up for a combo to do 2 procedures AT ONE TIME! You (the salon) may be surprised, but this is exactly how combo procedures work!

I’ve only started recently coming to Yasna salon. Mohammed from Lebanon does an excellent blow dry and hair treatment. He is great with customers very friendly and his passion for his craft definitely comes through!! The ladies Hera is quick and does a long lasting russian mani and Charlene for pedicures!

I absolutely loved my experience with the salon. I went to do a balayage and it was done so beautifully by their hair dresser Kasim, I kept receiving compliments from everyone! The salon is very nice and everybody that works there are very kind and very friendly! Definitely recommend to go to it for any of their services, they are incredible. Book lash extensions and got a confirmed date and time, got a call half an hour before the appointment telling me it will be delayed a couple hours. Waited a couple hours and then they cancelled on my all together. I wasted the entire day waiting for them and I am travelling the next day so was unable to get my services done.

Mr. Mehmet @mmtshahin was very knowledgeable about how to fix damaged hair and provided me professional advice, which saved me from cutting ALL my hair off. He was able to soften the color and add toner to even out the color. The price was well worth fixing my hair.

Be careful, the offer was 200 dirham pedicure with manicure. Was calculated in addition to the French nails and remodeling. 500 dirh at the end 😩

After visiting this salon, I was surprised by the positive ratings for it. I had a manicure done, the result was generally ok, but the visit made a bad impression - the master put on gloves only after my request, did not treat my hands with antiseptic, the nail files had obviously been used before, I was assured that the devices were sterile, but one cannot be 100% sure, they were not sealed . Plus, the master spoke in a passive-aggressive style about my reluctance to do the coating; this is a small thing, but from a professional point of view it is unacceptable.

I have done a coloring, a huge regret!I who had beautiful long silky hair now have rough sticky and orange hair! Orange ! I told them of my distress instead of keeping a low profile, customer service preferred to deny it!I therefore cannot remain silent and I must confirm that indeed the quality-price ratio is very poor and that in terms of coloring I strongly advise against it.
