Unfortunately my last visit was really disappointing…Usually I do my manicure and pedicure in this salon with normal polish, but for the Christmas and New Year Holidays I decided to get gel polish, i chose design and send it to the salon for confirm and everything was good, but on the date of my appointment my nails master Dinara was 30 min late and when I showed her design she said that they don’t have that color and couldn’t do something similar. I was really upset because it was difficult to schedule the appointment due to my work commitments. I ended up losing that time and had to find another salon to get what I wanted.

One amazing place with fantastic facial massages by Asia.I tried my very first 30 mins facial massage and I directly got convinced to buy their package of 5.I do all with Asia, she is so kind, professional, her massages are as per my moods :) she can really feel what you need.I bought another package of 5 because i got addicted to this beautiful treatment and results are so visible.Also big thank you to Gulnara who is doing great job with demanding clients like myself:)Happy to be your client

The place is clean, that’s why 2 stars. The photo of work the showcase wasn’t made by technician who is working in salon. Poor quality, high price.You can definitely find a better place to do ur nails.

Booked specifically for a very particular service which was confirmed well in advance and when I went then said they didnt have that and I was welcome to choose an alternative. This is after posting photo after photo of that service on all of their advertisements on social media! Such a shame.

Today I went for eyelash extensions. What a blessing that my master stopped communicating and I had to look for a replacement. I recently discovered a small, cozy salon, recommended by a good friend. Ive already had a manicure and a facial massage here, and now, out of necessity, I decided to get eyelashes. I am very glad that I fell into the hands of Master Norey. It turns out that my extensions were done poorly, and some of my eyelashes only held 3/4 of a bunch. Now everything is perfect, an even row and fine workmanship, nothing superfluous. Thank you, I plan to come again in 3 weeks!

The first time I was in the salon, I got a manicure + pedicure with 4 hands. The masters worked very quickly and efficiently, I was incredibly pleased with the result, I can confidently recommend it to my friends who live in Dubai and cannot find a good salon. Thank you girls for such a wonderful place, I will definitely come back!))

Extremely mixed impressions from this salon. I went for a manicure with master Dinara, the first time everything was perfect. In the second, I didn’t have a manicure for even 2 weeks - the varnish began to peel off, although usually with other nail technicians I can easily go for a month. But what surprised me most was the attitude of the administrator. When I reported that the manicure was done poorly, I was asked to come back for correction in 6 days (!). Thank you, of course, but in 6 days I’ll have a new manicure, and obviously not at your place.

I had my eyelashes done at the salon by master Nurai. I liked the approach. She was very careful with her eyelashes. We chose the volume and length. They did everything quickly and efficiently. Thanks to the girls at the reception for the great mood, friendly staff👍🔥

Be careful with their “discounts,” because when you book a procedure for 200, and you see that they offer a 20% discount for the first visit, you think that the discount will be deducted from the price indicated on the website, as the girl administrator did for me after the procedure. And then they abruptly tell me that the price on the website is already a discounted price and I should have magically guessed this myself 🤦‍♀️ because this is not indicated anywhere at all, and apparently if you are not the first time they will also add to this price 20% according to this logic. Poor attitude towards customers
