I have been going to this salon for the past 1.5 yrs that I have been in jvc . First of all , Sabina at the reception is a gem of a person. She is very accommodating , polite and makes the client feel at home . I always go there for my gel nails every second month and trust me thier quality is very good . I always come back just for my nail grown and the polish is always intact just like day 1. I did my taninoplasty treatment twice with them now and absolutely loved it . The staff Regina , Blen , Zeen , Zeenat , Bebe , Elvi all are my favourites . They do thier job wonderfully , are very polite and make the client feel very comfortable . I highly highly recommend this salon to people living in jvc . Thier rates are also very competitive and the salon is very clean and neat .

Both of them are highly skilled, professional, kind ladies. Must to say, that they really pay attention even to a smallest details - my nails looks fabulous!Thank you & see you soon again.

My favorite salon, I highly recommend it. Sabina is very professional when it comes to appointments and she is very kind and polite,. For NAILS and blowdry Blen and Zein are the best. All the staff are professional and always smiling. If you wanna pamper yourself, this salon will do the needful.

Teach your staff to book slots with enough time to finish the job, instead of harassing clients with last minutes changes!I used to go to this salon for gelis mani, as their staff - Bebe - doing the best gelish nails. However theres always a drama to get a booking - they will always book some other staff despite the fact i specifically ask for her, so every time theres a delay. This time, on the day of the appointment, they texted me that i have to come later (even though time was confirmed previously!). When i told them I wanted an earlier slot and would not accept delays , they told me to come by 11.30am - and it was 11.20am by that time??? When i told them its not acceptable, i got a call from their staff raising their voice and preaching about another client services - which is not my problem.

I have done my kératine there for the second time, this time something went wrong my hair got curly after washing them on the roots! I spoke to the person in charge Sabina she asked me to come to check! I went today unfortunately I got late a bit due to work! When I arrived I was treated in a very bad way! She was so rude with me mentioning that I don’t respect there schedule and that the girl has to leave as they has painter coming at home (I’m not sure why to tell me this I have nothing to do this this)I told her something went wrong with my hair this is not my mistake! She said you did the treatment here before it was ok! She walked away from me giving me her back!She was super rude to me I decided to leave without doing anything I felt so offended the salon was full of other client and she was disrespectful to me!I wasted my time and my money there! I do not recommend you to go there there are so many salons in dubai where you can be pampered and treated nicely.

Very nice last-minute discovery, there were two of us and we are both conquered! We will certainly come back! Thanks to Naty, Elvi, Regina who took very good care of our nails and made us comfortable and special mention to Marjorie for her head and foot massages that were superb!

Beautiful, clean, neat and professional people. I like their natural and organic products they use and also their dedication for work from the Hairstyler Lana whose doing a great job and with lot of dedication to the gorgeous ladies in the nail and spa. I always go there with pleasure and I feel like they care for their clients

Yvresse is a salon with an amazing ambience. Not only highly tasteful in its deco that brings you back to a different era but it also provides you an absolute relaxation moment!!I’ve been there for waxing and gelish pedicure and I am extremely pleased with it. One of the best places I’ve experienced for waxing, not only they are really attentive to detail they also are are extremely careful in the way they perform the waxing avoiding unnecessary pain which I highly commend! The pedicure was done in detail and it lasts for weeks. Both technicians were lovely which makes the experience even better and you will also be completely delighted by the owner’s attentiveness towards providing you with a great experience!I definitely recommend the salon and will surely come back to try other services! Keep up the great work 👌🏽

Excellent service and great attentive staff. Their hair stylist Lana has a great technique and you can tell she is passionate about her work and clients. The decor is really cute creates nice relaxing ambiance

Very disappointed with this place, the prices are very high for the quality of the service which is not satisfying. Always double check the prices, because they will tell you one price over the phone and another once you need to pay. I ended up overpaying for the service with which one Im not even satisfied. Receptionists was very arrogant when I said that Im shocked with the prices replaying that they are not salon in Karama, trying to offend me, or people leaving in Karama, not sure, but not professional. Salon should be place to relax, not the place where you will end up feeling negative.

My first experience of hair treatment was good based on which I asked about the root colour. I was told 200 which was higher than what I usually pay but I agreed to try and booked appointment for the following week. After the colour, I was charged 275 and on asking the staff, they were adamant that I misunderstood the charges. There was no price list shown either. My sister was present at the time price was communicated and confirmed the same to them. . The staff still insisted that we were both mistaken but said they will let the manager know who was not there and she will get back to us the next day. It has been 3 days since and there has been no effort to resolve this. Quite disappointed at the customer service level. Recommend to get prices in writing before booking appointments.

I’m very happy with their services, I recommend Gulnara for nails, she is very talented and also using quality products. My blonde hair is very healthy and I’m dying very often with their Davines products. I can say that the quality they deliver is very hard to find here in Dubai, and I’m happy I’ve found them! I highly recommend to try them, thank you Yvresse !

A little gem in JVC. The staff are all so friendly. I was so happy with the results of my hair. I highly recommend you have a visit. The prices are affordable especially in these times. 100% happy and would go back.

Wonderful staff....Regina is very good at what she is doing. Would definitely recommend her. Also, Blen is amazing with acrylic and gel extensions.

Good service and nice staff. They have good offers and discounts if you live around the JVC area. Been twice there for the gelish meni and eid and so far I’m happy with the durability of the polish and the shape of the nails. The technicians are nice

Best salon considering location, just down my building. I go there for general grooming - hair blow dry or classic pedi or brows cleaning but thats it

Veryy bad experience I end up doing my hair by myself with a help of one girl who is working as a nail technician I guess even tho they have two hair dressers...so soo soo disappointing...not being able to make a simple curls burning my hair and all of that happened on my birthday...horrible experience
