Very green and nice place, lots of activities especially during cooler season when you can use the garden, running track and other outdoor things.Good choice of group classes.The reception lady was very helpful and showed me around.The only thing I lacked was a water dispenser to refill my sport bottle, however they do have some free refreshment drinks like water with cucumbers, which is really cool.Please note you need to have a burkini and swimming cap to attend pool, jacuzzi and sauna.

Lovely gym with lots of facilities like pool, spa, saloon and outdoor park. The swimming pool is good but sometimes the heater doesnt work and the water is cold. There are lots of classes some of them should be paid. Booking should be done ahead for the classes. The place is clean and the staff are friendly. I would give them 5 stars if they had more classes for every hour and healthy place to eat or drink after the workout.

I had a good experience in this place as a doctor.I was invited to an interview. They were very professional and treated me well.The head of physiotherapy department was a very kind , respectful and professional person.She was late but she apologized in a very kind way.We had a good conversation, even she had many interviews.I am glad that I met someone like her in Dubai.Thank you so much and I hope all the best for you and your clinic.

Zabeel ladies club is in my opinion by far the best ladies fitness club in the UAE. They have all the facilities that any lady could require from gym, to fitness classes, a huge pool, suana & steam room, and a wellness & beauty center. Been there for almost 1 months, I was only interested in the swimming pool, used it multiple times and loved it at first but I went there a few days ago on a Tuesday which is apparently their maintenance day, pool was DIRTY and cloudy and smelt weird, didn’t stay in there for long I usually swim for 1 hour exactly.I left the pool to complain about the state of the pool and my complaint was taken but no one informed me about why was the pool dirty on the first place, the next day I woke up SICK and feeling tired I called them multiple times to update me on why was the pool that dirty and disgusting but they always gave me an excuse such as( we will talk to the lifeguard and call you back) they never called me back, and the last call the receptionist told me that the complaint representative is not available. Really had high hopes and the state of the pool is not justifiable I don’t even know how other people kept using it, it was a health hazard. Disgusting pool and bad service. NEVER stepping foot in that filthy pool nor the whole ladies club..its too old anyways.

Its a nice location, wonderful ambience, well managed & maintained. I have organised our daughters Arangentram performance. All the guest were appreciated me for the selection of auditorium along with the performance of my daughter. Our sincere thanks to Ms.Christine- Admin Incharge. Also, thanks to entire team, cleaners, security. Best Location for the event!!!

Amazing place for ladied to have a private day full of activities with good one day. The one month offer is great with some free service of the spa. 4 stars only because there is not much variety in the coffee shop. But the gym and the pool and the showers and washrooms are really great and they provide you with shampo and shower gel with a bag for your wet cloths. There are cycles outside for rent.

Yesterday, renewed a 1 year membership for the swimming pool only and need a locker for my swimming items! Im very shocked that they have small lockers but they are very expensive! For 1 month it is 150 aed and I paid 1800 aed!!! Lockers should not be more than 50 aed and theyre not luxurious to match price for 150 aed a month!!!

I was hoping to be a member in this club! but the AC in swimming pool area isn’t working as some clients are complaining of the coldness as they said, but it’s unbreathable at all! we do cardio when we’re swimming we need to breath well but it’s super hot and the water is super warm as well!!!

I used to come to this place after my work... its the best for swimming.. gym.. clean place.. everything is perfect except the beauty section need an expert therapist for more quality. Plus the towels need to be change to new one specially after raising up the prices..The rest is wonderful...

Zabeel Ladies Club offers a fantastic experience with its well-equipped small auditorium and excellent facilities. The decent parking spaces make it convenient for visitors. Its a great venue for events and gatherings.

I recently visited Dubai and had a great experience at Zabeel Ladies Club. The facilities are top notch, and the place is very nice, clean and friendly. I had a great experience with my swimming coach, Joman. Her experience and guidance have truly helped me improve my swimming skills. I highly recommend this gym and the amazing swimming coach Joman to anyone looking to improve their skills in the pool!

My trainer is Sara and she is amazing! I have been training with her for the past 5 months and couldn’t have seen better results. She is great and would recommend her to anyone looking for a trainer!

I use the Physiotherapy service in Zabeel club in Eden, my physiotherapist, Miss Lubna is just amazing !professional, on time, knowledgeable she came highly recommended by another colleague and indeed I had such a wonderful experience with her. She discussed with me modalities and different ways to manage my pain and worked with me step wise to be stronger and pain-free, excellent service ..wonderful therapist thank you Miss Lubna !

Nice. Clean. Only bad thing they don’t have one coach to check if you are doing right or wrong exercise . Just need to pay extra for personal coach . Otherwise its very clean. Only concern in shower have black its dangerous im not taking shower there

Today i had an amazing experience with Zabeel Ladies Club Spa and massage therapist Kantaya for total body massage. She found all the tense points in the body and without any guide from my side put more attention on working on that areas and at the same time made sure I feel wonderfully relaxed during massage. It was a great experience and service. Staff on the reception Clara was very welcoming. Highly recommended !

Leslie has been my trainer ever since my first visit ever to the gym. She explained how to use each machine patiently and slowly to a newcomer to the gym. She’s very thoughtful and takes into consideration my limits, abilities, and general condition for the day. Leslie is also encouraging and positive. So pleased with my experience with her as my personal trainer.

Very disappointed !Booked a day pass to spend on my birthday as a treat to myself, was made to wear a plastic bag on my head since I had my braids on as a black girl ..been told they are strict about contamination ,paid a whole day pass yet some of the facilities like the steam room was out of service, after Sauna I requested for some water and I was told they do not give out water and I have to buy it.

Sara goes above and beyond to make me feel confident and comfortable during our sessions while still ensuring I am pushing myself to see maximum success. She is definitely a very talented and passionate PT and deserves lots of recognition and reward!

I am thrilled I joined Zabeel Ladies Club, it is a wonderful space for ladies to work out, swim, relax, and even work. The gym contains everything you need and more, there are so many classes that you can join as a member. The swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room provide the perfect space to unwind and treat yourself. As a hijabi, this gym allows me to truly enjoy fitness, prioritise my health, and relax all in one space. I have tried their Moroccan hammam, facials, massages, and all of them are flawless. There is a salon conveniently located upstairs that offers members a discount and it is lovely. There is a delicious healthy cafe on site and a playroom for little ones. I cannot write a review that sums up how wonderful Zabeel is, you must experience it yourself. Highly recommend for any ladies that want to treat themselves and have a little sanctuary they can enter away from everyday life.

Great gym and swimming pool facility. Nice and quiet most of the time. Occasionally pool gets crowded but there is always room to swim. Staff is friendly and prices are reasonable, especially for students. Everything is always clean and smells good (including restrooms/changing rooms, etc.) Highly recommended.

I have been trainning with Nataliya attending her classes and during 6 months my body has changed alot.. my size changed to two size smaller .. im more confedient and very happy with the result. She is really the best trainer , you will never feel bored during her class .. Her classes are full of fun and positive energy. The facility itself is amazing its like a five star gym and Club the problem is in answering phone calls by the stuff. Anytime you call nobody answers nobody returns your call nobody replies to your emails I find this very unprofessional and frustrating

The spa was amazing! Staff were so nice and we paid a little extra to use the VIP massage room with the jaccuzi! It was the best massage experience!

Old building out of fashion. Tacky. Just cheese rooms for having massages. It needs a renovation. The place maybe was beautiful 50 years ago. The problem is is not 50 years old.Service is nice but a place like this requires top decoration
