I visited the Zah beauty lounge today and it was the most inconvenient experience getting to the location. We were sent the wrong location which is a building that is undergoing renovation and called around 4 times to ask for the correct location.The Henna service was really the worst. I have never had an inexperienced lady apply Henna on me before. She had me explain every single detail as she was applying the Henna and when she started the left hand she had to erase the line a couple of times until I decided just not to do it. I would never go to this Salon for Henna again.

I have to give all of staff 100 🌟 full of kindness and amazing services with (Zah staff). I did my nails with Noora and Birna, and Massage 💆‍♀️ with Sabrina. My eyebrows with Priya and Henna design with the artist supriya ♥️Best Team ever and Best services, I feel its like home with girls. Special thanks to the head of the team my dear Jerry.

Berna and suprya are one of the best, their service is amazing and they are very friendly. This is the only salon I go to do my nails. It just feels like home🩷

Went for a henna tattoo and got bitten by an insect. Staff were courteous and kind with applying alcohol to the area and cream to stop it from itching, which was very helpful.Transport to the venue was straightforward but it took 2 hours to get a return cab to our hotel. Unless you have your own transportation Id say keep clear..

Although i was told to come and do henna anytime in eid and i’d only have to wait 15 minutes, I waited 40 mins but i can understand the pressure they were under since it was eid, at the end she did my henna exactly like the picture i showed her and even better 👍

Al Marasim Ladies Salon is my go-to salon, as they know exactly what I need without me having to explain further. They know how to make me feel comfortable and I always leave with a smile on my face.They’re services are done with some of the greatest professionalism I’ve seen in the UAE, my favorite being manicures/pedicures, I feel absolutely pampered & they have a lovely range of colours to choose from too!Their henna patterns are some of the best in the country, without a doubt. DISASTER.. the lady for colouring hair was so unprofessional in her work and above all INCAPABLE. She destroyed my hair.. did a global color first which i chose but to my and everyones surprise there only my roots got coloured the entire lenght was same as before..the manager there admited there and apologised for it and decided to add some highlights which was to use bleach and i had clearly mentioned to her before starting that i did not want to use bleach but when this disaster happened i had no option but to let her use bleach...i chose the colour for highlights... NOW the second disaster OMG the colour of my hair which came was only bleachd hair and no colour at all.. i wanted to sue the salon...the manager there was also speeches but couldnt do anything as her hair styling was INCAPABLE of doing it.. i simply paid them whatever they asked she did not even bother to give compensation or rectify their mistake. Now i understand why is the salon empty no one is there except for threading. If u love your hair DONT GO THERE.She was telling me i did not tell her that i had previously coloured my hair. I mentioned her 10 times ends are bleached and was she blind couldnt she see my coloured hair at end even if i wouldnt have told her.P.s my hair color which was at roots also started coming out at 1st wash only.

I was so skeptical to get my EyeLash Extensions, But I had to do it. It was supposed to be just once, but now I am addicted only because of the quality I get in this salon and the amazing service.They use quality products, their products are long lasting and their services is extremely good.The staff is very friendly and very very skilled.

Service is ok, ladies are fairly friendly but they don’t wear their masks often and don’t look very neat. No clean uniform or dress code, they all wear sweat pants and oldish teeshirts. The place looks old and not very clean. Not very impressed, quite shabby and run down.

Experienced multiple salons across Dubai, as a woman that’s pays attention to detail and incredibly conscious of the therapists, Al Marasim overall has a true luxury service, the therapists are attentive and very careful with their work putting the client first. The manager there is fantastic, she recommended the Lash perm, Hydracool treatments which I’ve used in other salons and was concerned it would effect my botox. In Al Marasim my botox after looked great and my skin flawless

I was there to get henna done, the henna was done hopelessly and very quickly and inaccurately, it was supposed to last a month, but it only lasted a week. After 2 weeks, I developed a terrible allergy. In my opinion, PLN 200 for something like this is too much.

During Eid times, they do not respect the customer, for example, they give someone a number. It is necessary for any course, and we guide him, but they do not teach him who gives a number for which course, and he wastes time, and the day we know the system, a name is recorded on a paper, and a choice is made, not by numbers, but by relationships. A permanent customer, if he intervenes, I waited in a place for nearly 6 hours without bending down, and the matter is like this. Someone asks about the type of henna required. Is it smooth? Is it on the hand? Is it on the fingers or on the hand and a rag for organization? Unfortunately, it was a favorite place for me, but from today I will no longer be there because they respect my person and treat me with indifference.

First of all, the color of the henna is dark, but I don’t think about going back to them because unfortunately the female employees use Indian language, and everyone lowers their price, and if they are tired, they like anything. Thank God, I understand Hindi, but I didn’t want to talk to them, because they have a woman with a long tongue, and she usually makes mistakes at me. Even the engraving is okay.

One of the best salons that I prefer to visit from time to time, in addition to the excellent treatment, cleanliness, reasonable prices, and excellent care. All thanks to the existing management and all the employees.

Their level declined from before, and Haniyas manner was never tactful. I gave her the engraving that I wanted, and she used to give me something as if she were giving it to a child, and every time I gave a remark, she complained and raised her voice, and to the one on the reception, she said, Even if you complain to me, I cant do anything to you, even though Im withholding and saying, What do I want from him?

A salon I have loved for 15 years and I have been dealing with them. They are excellent for henna, pedicure, manicure and hair.
