A very unwelcoming salon, to say the least. Looked like there was staff drama which was unpleasant to be sat in front of to witness. And very awkward.Good things: massage service by Peace was great, she was very skilled and kind. It was for the exact booked time as well.Inconvenient things: Tax was added at the end, which is a behavior that doesn’t please any customer. At least make that clear while a client is booking an appointment. Although legal, it’s unpleasant to find out at the end only.Front desk was extremely absorbed in their own conversations- the reception is the first place any one visits/talks to, it’s so vital to make it as welcoming as possible. Right after I entered, they rushed to ‘ready things’ and ordered me to sit down and ‘not move’. It’s just so weird to experience this lingo in the first few minutes of visiting a business haha, maybe some people prefer this. This happened a few more times.Not visiting again, but it wasn’t a horrible experience for the price.

I’ve been coming to Zahabia’s Makeover Lounge for a year now, they are very well maintained, great hygiene and affordable. Zeenat has been my go-to stylist from day one. She’s absolutely amazing! Zeenat is highly skilled, incredibly patient, and so caring. I have a very low pain tolerance when it comes to threading , but she always takes her time, ensuring everything is done with precision and care. She never rushes and her passion for her work truly shows. She knows and does my hair the best always🩷 I can’t trust anyone else with my grooming. Thank you, Zeenat, for always making me feel comfortable and taken care of!

I have been coming to Zahabias for the past couple of years for blowdry and other services. Zeenat does the best blowdry in Dubai. She’s is quick and artful and really takes her time to tell you what works for you and what doesn’t. She’s great at all forms of hair, I only trust her with my cuts, blowdry and eyebrows.The rest of the lounge is also great.

I have been coming to zahabia for over 2 yrs now.Good service and quiet reasonable.I would like to give a special shoutout to Zeenit.She is an excellent and professional salon therapist. She is soft-spoken, attentive to her clients needs, and handles her work with great care and skill. Her haircuts and blow-drys are exceptional. Ive also seen her work with makeup, and she is truly talented in creating stunning looks. Highly recommend Zeenit.

The information is not not correct at front reception.For blast dry and wash they will leave you hair hard dry in name of blast dry. Absolutely lacking the ethics of service industry.They want to sell by giving half baked information.

I have been struggling with hair stylists that are not passionate with their art for many years. Thoughtful and careful, they don’t whip through the haircut. Spends time with the clients and will make take time making adjustments.These ladies are amazing. I became part of their art 🌸Thank you Zahabia for making me feel beautiful and confident 🌸

Easy access as it’s on the ground floor.Friendly and professional staff. They will take care of you as soon as you reached.different rooms for body SPA, Hair, manicure/pedicure. Which is convenient for ladies who wants privacy.A bit expeditious, no welcome drink or a warm drink to make you relaxed.Good value of money,very clean! Book at least 24h before.

PLEASE DONT GO TO THIS PLACE! Worst place ever and expensive af! Charged so much! These are just playing with their clients’ money and nothing else. They charge me 280 dhs for mehndi and when I spoke to the mehndi artist how much did they pay to her she said only 140 dhs! The mehndi artist put henna on 9 hands! Imagine how bad these people are! If you guys go down and see there are so many negative comments! This place is only sulking blood and money of people! The salons of Sheikh zayed road are much cheaper than this place! Also, they are not professional at all! My pedi was done in 20 mins! I have been to so many salons but this place altogether was the worst experience! I would never recommend this place to anyone! Also people working there look so unhappy and unsatisfied with their job! Salons that are high end are only charging 400 dh without any tax for colour toming haircut highlights and oil treatment without any tax! These people are charging too much money!

Had a hot oil massage, hair wash and a regular facial done. I had an amazing experience at this salon! The staff was friendly, the atmosphere was welcoming, and they really understood what I wanted. The end result exceeded my expectations, and I left feeling pampered and satisfied. Ill definitely be returning for future appointments!!

My last 2 experiences have been horrible at zahbias.Last week i did full legs and hands waxing and 3 times the door gets knocked and staff wants to enter to take items.1st time fair skin manglorean girl light color eyes wants thread for threading.Then khusbboo comes twice to take her services stuff?Why cant they wait?or why cant these items be kept out?I am not comfortable with ppl entering still i did notcomplain..!!!!!1week later today i went for my facial again their staff(khushboo) comes bargining in.Spoilt my mood and made my exsisting headache into a migraine!Today i complained to their receptionist and i get a sorry but whats the use..I had a horrible mood during my facial.. my exsisting headacbe became a migraine.I only gave them 3 stars bec there other staff is good..Otherwise for the disturbance caused during my service on two separate visits i would give only 1 star!HORRIBLE!

I went to Zahabias today for the first time and it was SO GOOD! Right from the reception to all the services done, all the staffs were so nice and welcoming. Its quite spacious as well with each service having its own room. I also liked that the salon had a nail polish drying machine for both hands and legs, which is usually never there in other salons. Id like to thank Khushboo for the face fresh up, Roshni for the pedicure, Virgi for the manicure, Shivani for the eyebrows and Zeenat for the deep conditioning. Thankyou all for being so sweet and humble. All the services were nicely done. Definitely recommend this salon.

It was my first time at the salon and it was a disappointing experience. I went there for my root touch up on weekday afternoon, reception lady asked me if I had an appointment, I said no but considering its weekday afternoon, I just walked in, she was not happy about it even though there was not a single customer apart from me. I did my root touch up and within 2 days my white hair started showing on my roots. Ive been to so many salons and this has never ever happened. To add on to that, they were not ready to believe and did not offer any compensation at all, they kept defending themselves that we use branded products etc. Disappointing service and rude staff.

It’s been 3 years with Zahabias. One of the best infrastructure in karama. I recommend their Moroccan bath.. feels safe and relaxing each time. Professional staff, my personal favorite is Yasmin for Moroccan and Roshini for deep tissue body massage.

My recent visit to this beauty lounge left much to be desired. Heres a bit more detail on why I strongly advise against giving them your business:1 Discriminatory Treatment: The receptionist had the audacity to throw out my sister simply because she was accompanying me and not receiving a service herself. This kind of discriminatory behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the establishments values.2 Unprofessionalism: One of the staff members, whose face was covered in pink blush, made my experience even worse by glaring at me throughout my visit. This unprofessional behavior creates an uncomfortable atmosphere for customers.3 Hygiene Concerns: The lack of basic hygiene practices was alarming. They dont bother to sterilize their tools, such as combs, towels, and brushes, and reuse them with hair residue still present. This negligence poses serious health risks to customers.4 Poor Customer Service: Regardless of how respectfully you speak to them, expect to be met with arrogance. Its disappointing to see such a disregard for customer satisfaction and basic courtesy. Expect for one girl named Shivani who did the hair wash she was the only professional employee and also an excellent Customer Service Representative.In conclusion, I strongly advise against visiting this beauty lounge. From discrimination to unprofessionalism and hygiene issues, its clear they have a long way to go in providing a pleasant experience for their customers.

I’ve been doing my hair services such as hair wash, blow dry and hair spa with Zeenat and I love my experience with her. She’s very gentle and educates me in the process as well.

Disappointing experience. They do a terrible job for a blowdry and they keep changing the prices when its time to pay. The disappointing part is that its not a one off experience. This has happened quite a few times with their stylists and pricing.Not worth the time and money.

Have been visiting this Salon since 6+ years now since it has opened. Service quality hasnt changed since my first visit. I always get an appointment and i have never had to wait for any service.I visit every month and would highly recommend this Salon.

Just got the Moroccan bath package and I had an amazing experience. Yazmin did my Moroccan bath and it was amazing. She was so thoughtful, considerate and took wonderful care of me! I added an hot oil head massage for only 25 dirhams! My package included a moroccan bath, facial, mani pedi! Overall it was a wonderful experience and a wonderful way to treat myself! They always have package deals for a wonderful price! I will def be back!

I went to Zahabiya lounge 2-3 times and it took me a while to realize their strategy. They basically attract you with the price but when you dig deeper the products they use, the haircut services everything lacks quality. I’ve done facial from there and I felt there was no difference to be felt on my face. The products they use are low quality products which did have an effect on my skin as wellThen I used their hair smoothening service cause it was really a good rate that they offered but they deceive you once you reach the saloon by saying your hair texture is different, length is too much etc. The smoothening costed me so much and this stayed hardly for 3 days when they guaranteed that it’ll stay for 6 months !! Overall a very bad experience and will never recommend this saloon to anyone

I have been visiting Zahabias for the last 6 years and I can assure you they have one of the best customer service, with friendly staff and excellent work. Ask for Meerub for hair and Vergi and Mimi for mani and pedi and Flavina will fix you a relaxing facial 😍

Am not sure to give the saloon 4 or 3...my first time experience with them was not so great, the staff was in a rush I felt to finish the service.I took back scrub which the staff finished in 5 mins or so , that was real quick and second time I went for dermalogica facial, the staff told me it is a 90 mins facial ( but since I did not inform it when booking the appointment, that I need this particular facial,she was in a dilemma, what to do with the situation) and she finished in 60 mins. as there were other clients waiting.Why the rush! despite taking an appointment, I did not get it... Focus on the client and cater to their needs than to finish off quickly and take in other client .overall the saloon was good, clean and friendly staff.

I came to visit the salon. The salon looks good from outside. I just want to know some details. I am new to any hair or skin treatment. I am asking for some added information regarding the hair treatment. They didnt give any information for me that I am expecting. I was expecting to know about the various hair treatment and the brands they are using. Hence I am unaware of any hair treatment I need someone to guide me which is healthy and good for my hair. But nothing works...Not professional... No customer value...

Salon is clean, staffs were courteous but haircut was horrible. I will not recommend anyone to go here for a haircut. Salon owner herself is the only hairstylist here and she is not at all ready to hear what customer needs and acts like she is the only one who knows everything. They can give suggestion about haircut but never force anyone to follow what she prefer. I told her many times not to reduce length and volume but ended up how she wants. Extremely unprofessional. I will never go back here

The salon receptionist is quite unprofessional. She barely greets customers properly. I tried reaching her during the Covid lock-down to ask for the owners contact number (as i did smoothening just few days before the lock-down and had some follow-up query), despite reading my message, she ignored my messages/calls. No other salon could help me as they didnt know what products were used on my hair, hence, I was left in a lurch.After the lock-down restrictions were lifted, I requested for hair appointment with the owner. The receptionist said owner is not vising the salon due to sickness and dismissed my request. It has been over 1.5 months and I havent heard from her yet. Quite a disappointing experience.

Went for a blow dry with curls and it hardly took the staff to finish in 10 mins and the hair style also remained for max 10 mins. They make us wait as if they are flooded with customers. Worst experience and will not recommend anyone

Services provided are good, rooms are clean. But I was made to wait 40 mins even after booking an appointment 2 days in advance. In between my waxing session, the lady vanished for nearly 10-12 mins, & I was waiting again. I understand salons are busy during weekends, but that could be managed in a way.

I had taken services such as Morrocan bath, massage, facial, manicure and pedicure, hair spa etc etc all staff there are too good very nice in their work. Salon is hygienic and whenever i go there i feel lots of positive energy there all are happy souls 😊 taking good care of customers and prices are reasonable due to offers. I would highly recommend this salon especially during such covid times

Very very well hygienically maintained.The experience starts from the reception it self . Well behaved staffs , polite soft spoken . All the beauticians are skilled and good at their jobs . The equipment used are in good condition and effective .The surprisingly prices of the packages are well affordable unlike other parlors in Al karma .Highly recommend the place .

Zahabia Makeover Lounge is EXCEPTIONAL! I was literally blown away by my experience today and felt a great pleasure to be able to share my review here.To begin with, not many salons in Dubai offers “Pregnancy Pamper” package very generously, in fact I’ve been turned down by some salons when I tell them that I’m in my first trimester just looking for some services to be done. Zahabia’s Lounge however was very accommodating.Zahabia’s Lounge hit high marks for me in every aspect - space, ambience, comfort, cleanliness, equipment, staff knowledge and availability, customer service delivery and definitely value for money. They are so very reasonably priced so do look out for their monthly offers/packages.Zahabia herself did my layered haircut which turned out amazing and I absolutely loved seeing how she was hands-on with the rest of her team, very much busy on the floor attending to her customers. Admirable leadership!They won a loyal customer today and I hope more of you get to try and know about her beauty lounge. I wish them all the success and will definitely be returning in future :)

Extremely rude and unprofessional with clients, I just needed a hair cut and I took a shower and straight went to the salon and I don’t know if the person who cut my hair wanted to give me a hair wash, she kept on asking if I washed my hair and how greasy it is, kept on whining sooo unprofessionally like just ruined my mood. God I hate it when I am not able to communicate properly about the service I am going to get, because ofcourse she knows it all and she doesn’t wanna listen to what I want . Just don’t belittle your clients. I hope the owner sees this.All the other staffs were fine. Not a happy atmosphere though .

This Salon is good for many reasons which I am going to list below.1. Easy and convenient booking process. They are always available on working hours on whatsApp if you want to book instantly.2. Staff is extremely sweet and very welcoming.3. Absolutely fantastic services for unbelievable price.4. Easy paid parking access right outside the salon.5. Best salon if you want to ruin your mood! The owner is extremely disrespectful, arrogant and is waiting to charge you extra for anything and everything. The owner ‘Zahbia’ will treat you like she is doing you a favour by providing you a service with a sense of superiority, like she knows it all. Otherwise, the salon is well maintained and some staff are good at their work.

I did body massage and Ms Nora was excellent. I was suffering with body pain. She knew proper points and if she knows how much pressure you prefer she does accordingly. Extremely Good

A very spacious, neat and well kept beauty parlour/lounge in wasl hub (exactly opposite al hara cafeteria) next to it there is parking lot too.All there services are good, well trained and cheerful staff.Appointment is must, they do have lot of combos/ offers. Children are not allowed inside.

The staff is snobby, rude, no value for your time and does not treat you with care.They treat you like they are paying you and not the other way around.The lady doing the waxing was so unhygienic and kept using the same strip again and again.They also double dip, so if you want hygiene during covid, do not go here.

Waited 6+ hours for highlights and a haircut, WITH AN APPOINTMENT. The colour isnt even close to what I had asked for.I only went there due to good reviews but it was truly a disappointment. Giving 1 star only for cleanliness, nothing else about the place is good.

So happy with the haircut..Amazingly she understood what I needed to do when I said I want to refresh my colour..she intricately spent time n energy on going strand by strand rather than choosing to go global..So passionate about her work...really appreciated her thoughtfulness and unconventional approach..

The way they advertise their packages eg. 1 hour facial , spa manicure pedicure ... The actual service they give is not upto the mark .. the lady who gave me facial .. finished it in 25 mins n then left the face pack to dry for 20 mins .. yet she was done in 45 mins . Not fair !!!

No welcome attitude. All the time staff keep chatting during the whole process of mani n pedicure...quiet irritating... my hand nail polish didn’t dry even after keeping long to dry... cheap stuff ... not worth ...no professionalism towards new customer... as if working for salary ..

Place is very good if u compare other saloon in karama. I think this will be the best option. The staff is well trained and mixed nationalities.

It’s actually sad how bad they’ve gotten. I’ve been going here for 2 years + but clearly they do not want to listen to clients. My lasts 2 visits have been the worst. I even called to complain and clearly they do not take clients seriously.
