Zainab Beauty Saloon

One of the best saloon. Been the regular customer since 16 years now. The owner of the Parlour Mrs. Zainab and her team are really friendly.

To find a right person who cud understand your brows better than you is a threader. And to have settled with one particular threader is extremely difficult. But i was lucky enough to find one at this saloon. I strongly recommend Anitha, who does it best. She takes enough time to do the brows right and neat, unless its upto perfection. Please do check her service and find it out for yourself. And their moroccon bath is highly recommended. Two services, that i always look forward to have it done here.

My daughter in law came from USA and wanted to get her nail extensions removed. We went to zainab salon in Qusais.Her nails got damaged due to the machine touching her original nail and she was in pain for 2 days when something touched the nail surface. And after 2 weeks of removing still her nails look damaged and waivy the surface. And they are very brittle. She said that she havent experienced anything like this in salons in the US and the charges over there is only 10 $ where as in uae they charged aed 100.Doesnt recommend at all.

They have the worst Gelish ever, honestly I wasn’t satisfied and wasn’t happy at all about the service, I put the Gelish then I had to come back the next day cause the Gelish got removed.I don’t advise you to go to this salon.i went again and it got removed after I came to my house.

I’ve been going to Zainab for 10 years now even I moved house several times but I always come back to them . very professional and makes me feel relaxed and special …. Filipino staff are the best!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. No ethics , the staff doesn’t know how to treat a person ,partiality at its peak . No sense of empathy when a person gets cuts due to nail spa . Overpriced with no proper service. Misinformation of prices so that the customers pay a lot more than they were told at the beginning . Poorly managed staff ,they didn’t do anything even after informing them about the cuts and bleeding caused due to their nail spa . waste of money :)

I have been a customer for 2 years now, and I am very satisfied. Ms. Zainab is very talented in her work, she does very pretty colors and highlights, and for haircuts she is very good! All the staff are great, for the reception or for the manicure pedicure. I highly recommend Mrs. Zainabs salon, I am always satisfied with the experiences at the salon. Thank you so much Mrs Zainab!

****WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE****I had a very bad experience from this salon recently. I went there for my eyebrow threading. There were around 4-5 staffs at that time and I was asked to wait when I went in. I waited there for nearly 20-25 minutes and not only that no-one checked on me,they also took care of the customers who came after me.And I went out of the salon so desperately ,even then no-one minded it.They dont even deserve 1 star.May be they gave no value for my time as I went for just threading .I would never suggest this salon to anyone ever

I have been in this wonderful salon since 2012 to be honest I tried many others near my home but again I come back to zainab salon manicure and pedicure I done by very professional staff Judy and Cheryl full body message done by JoAnn professional lady I did the package for the neck message as physiotherapy solution; my hair treatment with original aloe Vera plant make my hair stop falling down 85%; Zainab is the best in hair color and highlights; Fiona is the best also for the hairstyle; relax with Moroccan bath by Amina ; Rowena and Anita are the best in eyebrow all this and more I found it in zainab salon and I will never change it
