Worse services and customer service I have seen at a hair salon please stay away. I went to safari mall branch and Disha who cut my sisters hair was unprofessional and unable to accept her mistake when she cut very choppy side bangs and continued to ignore us when we politely told her the issue. Wasted time at the place, if I could give a negative rating I would.

Even I dont want to give 1 star....very very bad experience .I went for threading and ask someone to hold my thread as I got an shoulder injury and difficult to raise my arm ,even though the lady from kerala is ready to help but receptionist said need to pay 15dhs additional for holding the support staff,Im my life its my 1st experience like this kind of attitude and the receptionist even dont know anything about the services and each one she used to call her manager and asking..Please dont go to this saloon and try other beauty saloon.

Had an extremely bad experience with the lady sitting at the counter in safari mall branch. She seems to have zero knowledge about customer service. Cannot talk politely with the customer. The branch was empty and she didnt allow anyone to even step in to see the place before they decide to do any service. Unprofessional woman. The parlour next to them has sweet staff members, please try them instead.

Hello ladies, wana share my experience in this new salon in alnahda area Dubai,same owner and warn you before you going i. There.To resume ,thats the experience:Hygiene : big issue ,place is not so clean ,machinery is awful and materials used are a joke ,broken sinks for the pedicure .Staff: friendly however new and clueless ,no idea what they are doing to be honest .Job : appaling ,a horror ,you can see from the pictures attached ,no comment to be added ,if you want to throw your money and waste your precious time this is a good place .I went yesterday for the first time for manicure and pedicure , french manicureto be exact ,they take only cash and PAYMENT IN ADVANCE ! PAY BEFORE she said ,wasnt an issue ,i have never faced in other salons usually after i finish i pay for the services .Very limited colors availble, i choose one for the french manicure but was clear ! I had to chose another color darker we did the manicure the grils were friendly smiling all the time, the girl has to do it 3 times because of the quality ,it didnt dry,was damaged after an hour ! i asked for nail polish drayer machine she said only for gel not for normal polish, after my manicure i did pedicure and had to wait for the polish to dry so i can leave the salon, once reached home ,literally 5 minutes ,all the nails were damaged, i call the number of the salon to tell her about what happened, she claimed she is the owner,asked me to go back and do it ,the next day i sent her the pictures of may nails and foot, a disaster told her that I am not happy with the result and i asked her to get my money back of the nail polish she applied ( because they charge you for the manicure and for polish separately) and here was the shocking rude answer:-it is not my problem,i will deduct from staff salary .- Why you come here ,dont like dont come!-Dont call me .-Go to the salon and deal with the stuffs.It is not money related cause i spend 10 times what i did in a week, it is the principale.In order to put a halt to this practice,I shall follow up with the concerm authorities.To the owner this is,you should have the dignity of accepting your failure and not blaming your staff,the way you spoke to me as a custome is shocking and disgraceful ,an official complain is placed against your establishement practice! What you did is shameful and completely unacceptable.You will hear from me very soon.And no ,I am not your competition as you claim before and had no clue who you were before ringing that number!

I had session from sharjah safari mall branch the lady sitting in reception she is the worst person I ever met and the worst customer support they provide she knows nothing and behaves rudely to customers and keep her hands on everything when experienced staff tries to complete the procedure she come in the middle and acts smart if you are looking for a professional parlour experience please don’t choose safari mall branch Zaira …the worst customer service ever you can experience in UAE

As for myself, I had an extremely bad experience with this salon it is basically a waste of money. They dont know the service they are offering and once we are given the money, they will dont deliver.(safari mall inside saloon )their motto is only money they will not provide a good service also

I visited their safari mall branch. WORST SALOON in Sharjah. Its true that they literally loot your money. They will ask you to pay first and then they will not provide all the services mentioned earlier by making lame excuses and reasons.The staffs were unprofessional and ignorant of the service they are doing.Would never recommend to anybody.

The worst salon experience I ever had in UAE. I visted sharjah, safari mall branch. Staffs are really unprofessional and doesnt even know the basics of services they provide. They have no idea what pedicure and manicure is.I think I just wasted my money over there. Hope the owner appoints some professional staffs who knows what they are doing. I chose the package option and they did all the services in a hurry. They treated me very unprofessionally. Highly disappointed with their services . Will never visit the salon again and wouldnt recommend to others.Thanks for reading.

Looting is a business for them.During the first visit they will say that pay Aed 200 and you will get 10 services in a year and i told them next day iam going to india then also they told no issue.After 4 months if we visit they will say they never told like that. The services has to be done within 3 months and the membership is only for one year . I don’t what they are upto. And as defense statement they are telling terms and conditions apply which they never describe anywhere and verbally also no such conditions agreedThe owner itself is rude and their is no customer supportNever ever go to the saloon

The product used are of very low quality. Tried hair colour and from next day my scalp started itching and I lost almost half my hair within a week.The personal rivalry among staffs makes them vent their anger on customers during threading and waxing. They don’t have any idea on pedicure either. They will only do half service and will say we do only this much here. For the same reason they take the money from you beforehand so that they can do according to their wish and customers have no say.

If you want to get worst salon services in the UAE this is the best place to visit. They have opened that shop only to loot people. Customer service is absolutely poor. When you go there the first time they will beg you to take the 150 AED package. Once they loot that money then they will behave really rude. The old lady who claims to be the owner of the salon made me wait a whole 2 hours Just to check if I have made the payment🤦🏽‍♀️. Never ever waste your money there. The service is equally pathetic. The staff has absolutely zero time for the customers. I went from a hair cut and got the worst one. Still I took only one service of 75 AED they haven’t returned my money . They haven’t atleast contacted me for then inconvenience they have caused. It’s better they find another way to loot people’s money. Will definitely spread this word to my maximum people. Also the granny or the owner can’t understand English. She is such a low life🤦🏽‍♀️

Biggest mistake I did was trusting them and paying the cash upfront. Never ever trust what they say

Worst worst experience ever in this saloon, guyz dont even go near that place they did a very bad job to my hair it become curly within 3 days like after my first wash, and when i asked for the refund they said they wont even care and give a complaint , i did it from their sharjah branch, i think we all do a complaint against this saloon

If u ll see any good reviews they just put by themselves. i visited there few times bcz i didnt have any option it was near to me. they had charged me extra, they did v bad service, staff girls are even complaining about owner that since covid came the lady owner is not not giving salary and she is cutting salary always without reason. even staff is ill-mannered they are just freshers and telling stories to customers they are experienced in home country and arguing with each other there was a new girl who came for a test she asked a question from the lady who was making my eyebrows, the one was busy on my face started arguing with that lady who was there to give a trail or test. why ur asking me u r there for test they come here without knowing anything then asking me later they ll become nice to owner and she will start liking them like if she was jealous with that lady and couldnt even answer her one small question and telling bad things about the co staff. i saw this unprofessionalism first time. they even spoiled my face and didnt give me bill so i couldnt raise any complain. never recommend this saloon this kind of fake business should be noticed by Dubai Economic department and should be closed by giving them a huge fine

They just write reviews by their own v bad services. the worker there, she cut my extra hairs and since then my hair didnt grow :(i told her thousand times dont cut more of my hairs, she purposely keep on cutting , i asked her are you cutting more ? i told you dont make it shorter she lie to me she said im just cutting the rough ones i have shown you when i saw, she cut all hair from back and made me a boy hair cut type :( i sent msg to owner about her complain, she called me and said dont complain my owner ll deduct my salary, i pity her and deleted the whats app msg. again i went their to color my hairs after long time the color was shown to me was light brown, they made it yellow OMG ... it was too much bad looking when i asked her about doing this wrong to my hairs she said pay me more 100 AED i ll fix it what ??? you have spoiled my hairs and i have to pay more 100 ??? anyhow i asked them give me bill of 400 AED which i have paid cash they started arguing and didnt give bills she said call police do whatever you can do so bigger scam and thieves i left that place. i called my husband to pick me. I stood outside teh saloon and was so hurt i was expecting a baby and i was shocked on the behavior on the way back home... I was just shocked ! i left the place but hold it with Allah ! this saloon will be closed one day ! as you are cheaters

I went for a facial wax and inquired about the rates. They were charging me more then what was written on the price list the distributed in the salon.Anyway they agreed on a certain price (which was more than one written in price list) saying the wax has gotten expensive. I asked the girl if the wax price includes eyebrows as well and she said yes.After waxing half of my face the owner comes in saying there is extra charges for eyebrows.This is so unprofessional behaviour especially if you are the owner. At a point you have half of your fave waxed and they tell you charges increased. I told her the service girl said there is no extra to which she replied then the service girl can pay on your behalf. Obviously I was angry and I paid the increased amount.I have been here a couple of times since I dont know many places but never going back because of the unprofessional behavior.The service in itself was not good either as I had allergic reaction and developed pimples after the wax.Never going back here. Such a disappointment.There is no free wifi or toilet as claimed.

Visited this place after I got their offer brochure but they charged more than they offered on the list plus the helper in the salon made fun of me on my face.. the worst ever experience in my lifetime..will never recommend this place to anyone. how can a so called beautician who is working there can make fun of a customer on her face for approaching their saloon after looking at their offers on list.. very unprofessional behaviour.

The best salon in international city. My wife done hairstyle over there. The service was great. The way of treating the customer was awesome. Comparing with other salons in international city I personally felt. This is the best option

This saloon staff doesnt understand anything,,what customer tells ,,they dont understand anything you say they do what they want to ... Never visit this place .i did my hair coloring and it cost me 200 AED for 8 strips . It’s not good also .then I came to know for one strip it only cost 10 AED , so total would be 80 AED only . For that they made me pay 200 . What a shameful attitude they have . I was not aware about the rate . Today I really regret on my decision to visit this place.

I visited their branch inside the safari mall. Got a very bad experience. They will ask you to pay money before the service starts and then they will not provide all the services that they promised earlier. If we ask, they will tell us some lame excuses and reasons. Not recommending it to anyone.No one should go.. It is a party.. If we go directly to the parlor, we will not get any of the services.
