Zaki Salon - Anantara, The Palm dubai

I had a really great experience here at the Zaki salon at Anantara the palm resort in regards to treatments and the treatment staff, Anne in particular was lovely.However this was totally overcome and tarnished by the lady who walks around the resort upselling the salon and enticing guests in for treatments I cant remember her name but think it may begin with a Z, she is an Arab lady and does not do treatments in the salon only upsells/brings in customers.She deliberately overcharged me 380 aed the equivalent to 80£ for an acrylic removal and classic manicure. She told me to my face I had had the ultimate manicure package when infact I had a 10 min classic manicure after my acrylic removal. Im thankful to the nail staff who confirmed this for me. I can only assume she receives commission on customers she brings in, which is why she feels the need to rip them off/steal from them.The man Im assuming who is manager was very helpful and refunded me straight away but it has left me wondering how many people she does this to? Shes always there at the till when customers are making payment and she advises the staff what to charge. I could tell by the other girls demeanor and apologetic faces that this is not the first time she has done this and Im leaving this review to make others aware to look at the price list as she cant be trusted.Im sad to leave this one star as the salon is truly beautiful and so are the staff and treatments.I cant point out enough that this review is purely down to one person and not the salon nor its in house staff. Unfortunately I cant look past being deliberately ripped off and will be making an official complaint with the resort too.UPDATE: THE LADYS NAME IS HEBA SHE IS THE MARKRTING LADY FOR THE SALON PLEASE BEWARE.

My sister and I had a great time at the salon with the professional stylist, Adam. The experience was lovely, and we both enjoyed it. Cant wait for our next pampering session together. 🤍

I had a waxing appointment with the very lovely Lisa she was so thorough, i was super anxious and she put me at complete ease, she made me so comfortable and made it a painless as possible process love u lisa ... Also got my nails done here the staff are amazing all of them, i got a manicure with ann jeane...she dod gel extensions on me...omg i kid you not i keep staring at them....im in love such a talented individual and also the lovely lady who dod my pedicure i love them and the included leg massage was just something else. Thank you for taking care of 🥹🥲😘😍

Me and my mother got our hair up and a blowdry for a wedding in Dubai. The offering was very very poor and bad quality. Our hair looked terrible and we could have done a better job ourselves. Do not recommend at anyone.

Me and my sister went there for a pedicure. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were very happy with our pedicure. The salon is located in the spa area.
