Mohamed was excellent, I had a haircut (skin fade) nose/ears waxed, threading, close shave and facial. Everything was excellent.

Never ever go here for a male haircut barbers talk more and do less don’t know how to fade don’t use the grades properly messed up my new years and my hair and charged me 1000 AED- BE WARNED DO NOT USE IF YOU WANT TO REMAIN LOOKING HUMAN. Mohamed was my barber DO NOT USE HIM

Zaki SalonBeverly and Liza from Zaki were really professional and completed my pedi and mani. They were very sensitive towards my skin and went through whst rheybwere doing at each step. Their magical hands during the hand and feet massage made me feel relaxed and eased all the pressure from the jet lag and journey.

Alaa and Donia were so nice. We enjoyed the service and will try the extensions next time 😜

In Dubai you not allowed to write negative so I will leave it at this .Overpriced and won’t see me again!

Today was probably one of the worst experiences I ever had. The barber was so bad, I asked for mid-low level skin fade. He gave me a high bold cut. I asked for a trim at the top, he took half my hair off. It’s actually so irritating and frustrating, I can’t even go to work next week because of how inappropriate the haircut is. It’s obviously he doesn’t really know what he was doing. He kept digging and digging the fade up and up…..I got a cut at Dubai mall the week earlier and the cut was $180 Dirhams which was fabulous and what I expect…He charged me $310-$320 dirhams which is about $100 USD dollars for a 30min haircut. The barber then decided to use the razor for my beard without any jel or cream. That took 4mins. Of which he charged me $140 dirhams I believe.Totally over priced, wouldn’t recommend Zaki Salon for anyone. He needs training. Riadh was the barber.

The worst fade Ive ever had and it cost me 225dhs..... took him literally 15 mins, wasnt even a skin fade and patchy, it really looks like theyve hired cleaners as barbers

While on vacation, I happened to meet Othmane at the Zaki salon. I highly recommend Othmane 👌 one of the best hairdressers I have met ❤️

I want to take the time to write this review to say thank you to Zaki salon for such a pleasant experience today. I have been to this salon in the past, and usually I see Lulu; she is a wonderful hair stylist but today I had the pleasure to meet Alaa and Ahmad. The experience from top to bottom was exceptionally. Even tho I called today for an a same day appointment(which I know it’s not always the best scenario) Alaa took the time to listen and accommodate me, he was super professional and caring. As I mentioned I saw Ahmad today and he also was AWESOME!! He not only stayed a couple mins after closing to take care of me, which that is something that made this experience so worth it. But he also was super professional, knowledgeable. He did not rush, He listened to what I was looking for and made this scary experience to me so comfortable. I had to book my next appointment with him! I recommend this place and both Hairstylist Alaa and Ahmad. So don’t wait - schedule!

I had a hair cut, blow dry with Amer.. he did a great job, was very helpful to deciding what haircut would suits my hair texture and all (i wasnt sure whatHair cut to get and was hesitant if it would look good on me or would work out with my hair type and all).. so he was understanding to exactly whatI wanted and the blow dry was beautiful as well.. the whole staff was very friendly..

Over-priced and really bad professionals. They tried selling me their most expensive options and insisted to a point where I wanted to leave. I should have, but instead I gave them a chance and ended up waiting 40 min with my hair wet while they were handling another customer. After pointing this out to the stylist, he gave me a thorough hair treatment, but then the wash and head massage he gave me was the most painful I ever got. I had a headache for hours after. Without mentioning that blow-drying is not included in the over-priced treatment, they added 50€ just for that on top. Don’t recommend it! Always check the reviews first.

Went for a clan shave and walked out with a new hair style and lots of good advice from Mr. Mohamed the hair stylist from Syria. He also did a special hair treatment that was supposed to let me style my curly, dry and damaged hair in different ways for a few weeks. Back in Switzerland I realized that the treatment does not apply to my hair. Got in touch with them and sent some pictures. Very quick, friendly and professionally reply. In the end we agreed on a 50% split of the cost of the treatment and everyone was happy!! Back in Dubai I will visit again.

To Avoid absolutely this salon. They are just trying to upsell everything they can to make more profit. Behavior very unacceptable and very embarrassing as a customer. I never been to a salon like this one especially in Dubai when they don’t know how to welcome people and provide a great customer service. Give your money to someone who deserves it !

Went back to Raffine today for a haircut and blow-dry, and I was blown away by how amazing my hair looked when I walked out. Ever been a 100% satisfied with your cut? Well this was a first for me, primarily due to the fantastic stylist Abdul. He heard me, ACTUALLY heard what I wanted, even the things I was hesitant to say, and delivered, better than I could have hoped for. I am definitely going back for future cuts, as long as its Abdul at the helm.

Went to Zaki Salon at Taj exotica resort (The Palm).Men and ladies facilities not ready yet ; got pedicure & manicure on a barbershop chair next entrance, very uncomfortable. Expensive in view of the outcome.

This is not a Luxury Salon but is in fact a den of thieves. My wife and I booked our wedding ceremony at the Sofitel Dubai Palm which is a wonderful hotel. But the Zaki Salon is not owned by the Hotel and they have no oversight. We agreed that my wife would get makeup and hairstyle for 900 AED and the appointment was book for 3pm, two hours before the wedding. The day of the wedding he came and got my wife at 0930 saying he would need more time. She was in the salon all day without food or drink. The wedding venue was booked for 5pm. He was still working on her makeup and he didnt finish until 6: 45pm. Everyone was setting and waiting. I had to pay the wedding staff for extending. Finally we had our ceremony but my wife was very upset about her makeup. She looked terrible. No make matters worse, Mr. Zaki sent one of his guys during the wedding and said my wife owed $3000 USD for hair style and makeup. We were shocked to say the least. The hotel tried talking with his staff but they were determined to collect the money which was not the 900 AED we agreed. They would not give us an itemized bill. WE had to pay the $3000 USD! Mr. Zaki was suppose to meet with us the next day to discuss the price but never showed. He is not a man or a man of his word. Total waist of money and ruined our special moments and are wedding. STAY AWAY from this place.

I got a haircut and blow dry using a groupon coupon at Raffine beauty salon. It was an excellent experience and I definitely recommend the place. I loved the haircut that Svetlana gave me. Julia, the receptionist, was pleasant and efficient. She translated my requirements to Svetlana who was patient and really seemed to enjoy her work, finishing with a flourish! The salons ambience is serene. I do recommend factoring in extra travel time due to the currently common traffic jam on the palm, especially on the crescent, due to construction work there.

The staff is rude and unprofessional. They dont welcome you at all, never offered even a glass of water. I came for a conditioning treatment and he put all the product at my roots and nothing at my ends. The only conversation they make is about trying to sell your more products or services. Over-priced, dull, and all around terrible experience. Go somewhere else.

Poor selection of colours available. Most varnish was gone off. Ladies did a good job but absolute rip off. Never paid so much for a mani pedi in my life. Not worth it.

Went to the gents Salon in the Sofitel. Got haircut, shave, facial the lot. Never had anything like it before....

Be honest I decide to give my five ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Coz the salon It’s really professional.also the Stuff is Very friendly. Thank you 😊

It was a wonderful experience and the staff worked very professionally. I was very happy with the result. The only thing that really bothered me was that a cream for 80 euros was forced on me at the end. This even though I said I was still at home. I find such sales tactics disturbing and extremely unprofessional in a Sofitel hotel...

Today is the third day Im here and Im so happy to have found zaki salonAdam did me perfect microblading and beautified my hair. Magnificent salon, very friendly, smiling manager who speaks French perfectly. Various services and for us French, rather unusual and therefore really great... One star less for the prices which are exorbitant to say the least... However we are in a Sofitel hotel, so the prices are not surprising either...
