I love this sallon, I always come here every month and especially the hydra facial is amazing. The girls are amazing and very polite and talented. I come all the way from Tecom every month just to do from them because of their good behavior and services ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I visited dubai branch near union, with my friend and we did lip spray , i recomend them because all the staff there is very accomodating, and can comunicate to you very well, good service honestly, will come back soon again.

I had a HydraFacial and armpit whitening done by Diem. It was very thorough, yet still done with gentle hands. The salon is very well kept, and the staff are nice and professional. They also offer a variety of combo packages to help save a few dirhams.

1st time i went for microblading... Technician was nice and good... didnt feel the pain... i went also for foot spa but its not worth the money i jst want to pass the time coz im waiting for someone. 2nd time i went for retouch i did mani and pedi as they said they have offer. they were very friendly but i think still amateur on this nail thing as i was not happy about the outcome of my nails an they took long for nail polish application... u can see frm the photo and rate the work ... im jst in a hurry i cannot repeat it again

It’s my first time in this salon and I am very impressed on the eyelash extension done by Nhai. I always have it done from a known salon but this time it’s really different in terms of the quality of materials used and price is reasonable. The staff too are very nice and knows their job well.I will definitely come back.

Tuyet was very good in applying my lashes. It was my first time to put on fake lashes and her hands were very light and no irritation at all after. Will definitely go back again

So sad, i experienced a bad service! i booked an appointment at 5pm and she started at 5:30 i took a photo while sitting because she didn’t even ask me to lay down. she put the cream while we’re standing! i ended up with a lot and big scars! as u can see before the procedure i have a small warts, i expected it to be like a red dots but it looks horrible and very painful. and also the cream is useless i can feel the burning sensation during the laser. because of the distress i experienced during the procedure i ask her to stop even if we’re not yet done.

It was my first time to do a BB Glow and Manicure -gelish here and had a great experience. The staff’s were so friendly and accommodating specially Ms.Lin. Thank you for the good service. Highly recommended.

Despite the language gap and lack of punctuality .. i was treated unprofessionally by one of the staff whereas she was speaking to me and then having side talks in her language with her colleague and laughing purposely .. that is so rude! I don’t think i’m going back to this place again and not even for my microblading retouch session.

Don’t let the advertising lie to you, one thing is what they advertise and another what you get after the service. The staff doesn’t speak proper English so they don’t even explain you the procedure and once its done there is nothing to do. The ladies are not professional, they will not ask you how you prefer or advice you, they will just go ahead without taking care of tour requests. Nothing, they will just decide and once it’s done and they have damaged your face they will not give you any solution.The worst experience ever in a salon.

Thank you for that.I also availed the Microshading and happy with the result.The Hydrafacial is disappointing. She didnt remove my whiteheads and blackheads properly. She is a hurry. I will never comeback. Not recommendable. I was told that Hydrafacial is 1hr and 45mins she did it in 1hr.

As an avid eyelash extension fan for almost 10 years and with different shops, this is by far the best eyelash extension shop in town! I’ve been with them since 2022 in Abu Dhabi and even if I live in Dubai already, sometimes I still go to Abu Dhabi to have my eyelash done. Now that they are in Dubai, I’m so glad!! Their service is good but they need people who can speak English because there is lot language barrier n when you ask them about the results they dont assure u whether it will be effective or no bcuz they r unsure which i found was like its waste putting in your money somewer where u dont think u would get something back.

My first and last experience at the Dubai branch...Went there for microblading spraying and eyelash extension..1st was the microblading...The lady took almost an hour to measure my eyebrows...The spraying was very painful I guess it was because she took to long for the measurements that the anesthesia cream effect was gone.While she was almost done with 1 brow, i decided to have a look, I could see that there was something wrong, so I mentioned that to her she again measure, even ask one of her colleague to come and check, who said that it was even... I told her nicely to make it properly as she had already started and could not stop now.... Next to me, another client was complaining that her brows were not even they were trying to explain to her that it had to be like that.....2nd....The lady for the eyelashes was not gentle at all.... She was kind of rude while speaking... During the process she was pushing and pulling my head as if she was having a bad day... You know what I mean?? ... At some point my eyes were burning ask her if it was normal, and she rudely reply yes. I felt so bad that I wanted her to finish and leave this salon ASAP.In the end I found myself with uneven eyebrows and red eyes because of the lash extension
