I recently had a mani and pedi session with Jessica, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! Jessica’s attention to detail and skill were evident throughout the entire process. She took her time to ensure everything was perfect, and the results were amazing. My nails look beautiful, and the whole session was relaxing and enjoyable. The therapist was very good and I especially enjoyed the way she worked the pressure points during the foot massage.To top off a relaxing massage, I was offered a refreshing green tea. Just what one needs to de-stress while being pampered.The salons ambience and aesthetic are calming & relaxing & the owner circulates among her clients, chatting & asking for feedback. I went to Zenesty beauty lounge for manicure and pedicure and Hair Cut. The staff is very kind and put a lot of effort in customer satisfaction, from the booking till the end ,they took really good care of me. The saloon is new and clean with a very nice design. Visited today for the first time. Totally recommend this salon. So clean and hygienic following all the cleanliness guidelines. Cheerful and welcoming staff. Had excellent pedicure,manicure and 15 min massage done with threading. Definitely coming back

Unstable prices, for everything you ask in a service they will charge you extra fees and you’ll end up paying more than average for that service and it’s not worth it. (unprofessional staff)every salon in the UAE has a discount for special needs people except for this salon.

Their nail service was good but the manicure wasn’t that much, the lady who did for me was unprofessional she cut 3 fingers for me and i had bleeding and on top of this she just continued working without disinfecting the fingers or even apologizing!!! Also if your using the Groupon offer it says that the vat in inclusive in the price but according to their MANAGER, they charge you twice for the vat !!! Never had this issue before in other salons they always follow the rules of Groupon!

More than the great deals and competitive prices, are the exceptional staff who go above and beyond in customer service. Meena is a true blonde master. I’ve gone platinum and then changed to blonde. The hair treatment head massage is incredibly relaxing. Their product range to support hair colour is impressive. 10 thumbs up!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I had such a great experience in Zenesty, it took me a while to find someone who can do a proper brow lift in Dubai, the prices are good, the staff is lovely and very professional, the salon is very clean and the atmosphere is very pleasant, I would definitely recommend and come again !

They told me in the beginning once the salon was newly open that they have discount for people of determination - soecial needs - and now after few months around 2-3 months i asked them again regarding the discounts for the special needs they said we dont have any discount for special needs !
