I was visiting my dentist near by and I had to kill sometime so I decided to go for mani and pedi in the area. I found Zieda’s beauty lounge by pure chance and I really loved the place how they welcomed me even though I came without an appointment they accommodated me right away and did my nails in such a professional way ( Russian style) and the hair specialist EKta washed and braided my hair so nicely. I liked the way Ektahandled my difficult African hair and I decided to come back to do hair treatment because she was so gentle on my hair and didn’t try to sell me anything although my hair was big in nice shape when I came to them. I really enjoyed my experience thank you and see you next time for hair treatment and color!

I loved this place so much! Its a proper spa experience. It is a bit expensive as comparing to other places but the quality of relish manicure and pedicure is the absolute best I have ever had. I forgot the names of the 2 ladies that did my nails, but the service was super professional. 3 weeks later and the nails are as good as the first day.

Had an amazing experience trying the hair spa treatment along with lash lift and pedi mani’s as well. Lovely ladies and amazing service will definitely pass by again once am back to dubai inshallah!

I had the Korean Scalp Treatment with Elena at Zeda Hair Beauty Lounge, and it was an amazing experience! Elenas professionalism & experience truly stood out in every step of the process, from the treatment itself to even the smallest detail, like blow drying my hair/ trimming my hair and each step of the korean treatment. She applied thoughtful techniques to everything she did, which made the service exceptional. I felt completely comfortable throughout, as I was regularly asked if I needed anything. The overall experience was fantastic, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Im looking forward to a branch opening in Saudi!

Such a lovely place to relax and have amazing service. Mohi is the best hair master she did a great job with my hair extensions. She’s a sweet soul and her hands work wonders. Most awful hair experience of my life. I originally came here to get V light hair extensions as there was no other provider in Dubai. They advised me it wouldn’t look thick enough and suggest another method. After seeing the hair I chose my hair. Initially I thought the hair looked worse quality than my usual extensions but I left the salon to see how it would go. 4 days later as you can see in the pictures attached the hair looks damaged frazzled cheap hair. I contacted them and came back to discuss what could be done to fix them. After almost an hour discussing and every member of staff telling me there was nothing wrong with my hair I ended up in tears. They tried to ask me to pay MORE to put more hair in to make it look better, only after I was left in tears they agreed to give me it complementary. Yes it temporary solved the problem as they chose a more silky type of hair to put on the top layer however as you can see from my photo photos again days later the hair is a complete mess like something out a horror movie. I’m embarrassed to even go outside my house like this. I paid 5000dhs to have my hair completely ruined. I’ve had two blow dries since in other salons where they have actually asked me what happened to my hair as my previous hair (a weave which was one year old) looked way better quality. I asked for refund and I was told immediately that they do not offer refunds, in this situation I think a refund would have been the best option as personally I didn’t really want more of this hair put in my head but it was that or they remove them entirely leaving me with no hair extensions. I should never of been left to walk around with hair looking this terrible especially for the price too. I’m left with these stuck in my hair, I will have to ask another salon to remove them for me and pay for the whole process somewhere else’s as no further support or help coming from salon. The hair you added try help the situation has made it a lot worse. A complete waste of time and money.

I recently visited Zeida Beauty Lounge and had an amazing experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the staff made me feel welcome as soon as I walked in. My service provider was Ekta, the service was both professional and friendly, and I could tell that she is truly care about her clients. Ekta is doing my hair loss treatment - and in week 4 out of 6 I can see a significant improvement. She explains everything in detail and very clear, she thoroughly checks first what your hair needs. Besides that, she is so pleasant to be around, very good energy & vibe, has great expertise also with styling. She really knows her job well and looking forward to my second hair treatment package with her.

Im not happy about how they colored my roots, prices are too high for their service. Master colored my roots and left me with assistant to finish her job, which didn’t know how to wash hair after she just burned all my hair with hairdryer they left me with the worse hair condition ever.

I visited the salon Zieda for the first time, I had my hair done, my fingernails and toenails done. But the girl called Fatten who did my nails was wonderful, she cleaned them and left them so perfect. I recommend.

I came for hair treatment that should last for 6 months at least, but it only lasted for less than 2 weeks. They convinced me doing it and the treatment was really expensive, not worth it all.The service is really good though.

I had hair treatment which didnt damage my hair, thumbs up to Saida. I have tried also facial with Nezha who is very professional and friendly. The only downside is you can never come as a walking since they only accept people with appointments!

I did my hair style and I am so so much happy with the work of the stylist and the atmosphere in the lounge is so much comforts and welcoming nature of all staff..always smiling faces you will see in this lounge and I am so much in love with this place. The salon is exceptionally clean and maintains a high level of professionalism. I thoroughly enjoyed the service provided, especially by Mohi, who is an outstanding member of the staff and a highly skilled hair stylist. Her professionalism is commendable. Additionally, the salon has a friendly atmosphere that makes it very welcoming.

An obvious rip off. The worst quality of hair extensions I’ve ever had for an extremely exaggerated price. I usually get the keratin bond extensions done by Great Lengths which have actual thick hair that last fully for 3 months. Zieda’s hair extensions are extremely thin, 2 weeks in I had 4 strands that have fell, and now 1 month with 24 strands that fell. They’re mostly after the money, following a technique I noticed where the keratin bond is only attached to almost 5 strands of your hair, which would make the extensions looser faster resulting in it falling, therefore money in for reapplying. The extensions have a lot split ends 2 weeks in even though I don’t style them. And to compare to the quantity of Great Lengths, I used to put 120 bonds (half the Zieda’s) and it gave a full thick head with length. At Zieda’s I’ve applied 250 bonds yet the end is extremely thin which looks bad because I’ve added length to my actual hair (250 is equivalent to 50 of GL - same length)My experience with the staff: I did the consultation through WhatsApp (where I provided pictures of my hair + future look) because of the corona pandemic and to avoid driving from AD for a 15min talk. I arrived in the day of my appointment to see that they have mistaken the length to giving me 0 additional length. What bothered me is the stylist didn’t try to help out with fixing the issue her only solution was to come back another day (booked a week later) because “it takes 5 hours to prepare them” as none of the extensions are ready (unlike any other salon.) 10 minutes after leaving that day I get a call to drive back to the salon to pay a 500 deposit or come the next day to pay it even though I passed by the cashier and calculated the price before leaving (could’ve told me to pay at that time.) After the hair application I was not informed with the do’s and don’ts until I asked if I needed a special shampoo. I was not even offered a special comb as you are not supposed to comb extensions with any brush. I already knew how to take care of them because of previous experience but they didn’t know I’ve had extensions before. Whole procedure took around 5hours.I contacted the salon 2 weeks in and I was told it’s normal for 10 extensions to fall within the first month and they would reapply for free (yet here I am with 24) - customers should be notified to expect this during consultationThe only reason I decided to try Zieda is because I thought I would save money because the extensions are reusable. I used to pay (3500-4000aed for 120 bonds) at GL - not reusable- and paid (8000aed for 250) bonds that fall off and look cheap.

Awesome. I cannot recommend this salon enough as they were very talented and accurately accommodating. Every time I visit the ZIEDA BEAUTY LOUNGE, I get consistent by getting quality service from everyone and a pleasant atmosphere.Thank you so much for the brilliant work you do. As it happens, I love my haircut and color, My nail tech did my nails amazingly, taking time and treating me very well, and the outcome was perfect. All are friendly and polite. I live in dubai for 8 years. And I am so happy I find Zieda Beauty Lounge! The service is Very high standard, only professional technicians and so kind and hosting stuff! Since my first visit and experience I don’t go to any other salon. They do amazing nano capsules extension, which is not noticeable at all, work of an artist! And manicure and pedicure that actually lasts 1-1,5 months! I highly recommend to visit them!

Beautiful salon, so spacious and private in the same time. Definitely worth trying their green tea selections )))) had a spa pedicure plus a back massage it was over the top. In the same time with the spa pedicure had a facial massage with Cristina. The way she massaged every mm of my face was incredible, she is so attentive to the skin. I finished with a blow-dry with Elena and she was over my expectations. I usually dont like blow-dries at the salon because I always get flat hair at the roots. Elena did a nice natural volume that actually lasted without using any products to help the hair. Highly recommend. Great prices to for the quality of the services.

It was such a nice experience in Zieda beauty lounge. They did for me nail extension and gel polish manicure 💅. This salon has amazing design and service which makes it really different from the others. All staff are friendly, starting from the reception, remembering the name of the client, offering refreshments and serving it with a smile. One of the most important things that I paid attention for was the cleanliness of the salon and the professional beauty products they are using(not like most of the salons in Dubai). Girls (Victoria and Jennyfer) did their best and I got the design and a shape for my 💅 exactly like I wanted. Thank you Zieda team for the nice time and 💅!!!

I have been to many salons around the world but no salon beats them when it comes to hair extensions. They always exceed my very high expectations and to me, thats really difficult to achieve. And the owner Zieda - wow, if talent was a person - then it would be her! If you want to truly be treated like a celebrity, feel like a celebrity and turn heads like a celebrity then Zieda is the place. Undefeated!!!

My wife visited the salon and here are her comments: Got a hair cut and had a terrible experience. I went for a trim and my hair style is completely ruined. The hair stylist even used a mens hair trimmer to cut the back of my hair instead of styling it with scissors! It looks awful. I would have done better if I had cut it myself. I couldnt communicate with the hair stylist to explain what I wanted and explain my frustration, they didnt speak English. Its expensive and an absolutely waste of time and money. Ill have to wait for my hair to grow back another 6months now!

Despite of being a regular customer, who always makes a prior appointment to get nails done. For the fourth time I was left disappointed. I’ve always been made to wait minimum 40 minutes before nail technician is available and this time I was booked in for a wrong service altogether. If it wasn’t for the Nail technician and her amazing service I would never go there again! Whoever is booking technicians has always been making mistakes.

Disgusting salon. Hairdresser Saida damaged my hair completely she even doesn’t know how to do anything. She said that she did bad job by herself. Please dont go there they will screw your look. They kept me 9 hrs inside the salon just trying to fix her mistake done with my hair and anyways the result was horrible! The owner of salon didnt bother herself to at least call me and try to fix the situation. I reported them. Careless, disaster, disappointing. Now they dont answer my calls and blocked me on Instagram) anyways i ll soon go there when i am free to show them the best of mine👍🏻

Beauty salon starting from the outside. They have nice Instagram account where you can see how they doing services on daily basis. Booking might have a challenge. I had an issue once, they didnt reflect my booking in the schedule, so I had to reschedule. But I didnt come back, no convenient time and master extremely busy. However, they are busy because they are very professional. Best examples are (at least I had a chance to meet and test them job) Lidia for eyelashes lifting, Saida and Elena for hair treatment. Parking is available most of the time, never had an issues. But your car might be blocked by the time you will finish, so you might have to wait for another 10 minutes. Inside of the lounge is a magic place where you will forget rest of the world. Design of each room so elegant and nicely organised. Staff was always positive with each other even, atmosphere very relaxing and enjoyable. You can have 15% discount if you paying by Emirates NBD card)

They are best in Dubai for hair extensions enique nano technique.They have Russian nail technicians who can do any kind of designs on nails.App have to say about lash extensions which lasts up to 4-5 weeks, master is from Ukraine.Highly recommend this place-luxury design and qualified team.

Just want to start of by saying a special thanks to the beautiful owner herself zieda for her amazing skills and talent and the amazing team she has built and the gorgeous gorgeous salon woow😍, thank you for my beautiful hair, I am still surprised and in love with the results, (I still wake up like a new girl every morning 😂)after several flight cancellations 😭and appointment rescheduling it was worth the wait 😍,, thank you to tatiana (apologise if I got her name wrong) for doing my hair treatment and being gentle throughout the whole process 😇, thank you to the receptionist ladies for being patient with me and helpful and understanding when I had to cancel and make new appointments on more than one occasions and Sarah for assisting me in all the enquiries I had and communicated with me when I had a question. You guys are amazing and from the bottom of my heart thank you once again,,hope to see you all soon again ❤️😍For anyone considering getting hair extensions and are able to travel to the UAE or already living here,please vist zieda beauty lounge, not only is the salon full of experienced and polite staff, you will leave 100% satisfied, honestly am writing this review a week post getting my hair done and it’s still in great condition and I have really short and curly texture hair so was worried that my hair will not blend well with the extensions and it would be very obvious but honestly it’s gorgeous and so natural and I haven’t faced any issue, once you get your hair done, you will get instructions on how to maintain your hair and they even will let you know what to expect so you don’t panic for eg you will notice some hair fall out but they offer to install them for you if it does, so far I haven’t noticed any hair fall out.I had the pleasure of getting my hair done by the beautiful zieda herself, she’s a sweetheart and is really talanted, along with her staff. I have to send my observation on the management of this salon,their services might be ok but the owner is the most racist,rude,insecure person ive ever met.its not only the services that satifies and keep customers,most importantly is the attitude and personality of the people serving the customers.the owner thinks as if they are the best salon ever which honestly,ive never heard of this salon considering i normally come to known high end salons in town.i came there no customers at all,empty ,i have seen 1 hairdresser only.definitely not the kind of salon who deserves ***** stars.i dont recommend at all.

The most expensive manicure and pedicure I’ve EVER had with a mediocre result. I do my nails every other week and I’ve done my nails in fancy places all over the world, and I have never come across a price like this. I wanted to cry when I left the salon. 970 dirhams (253 euros) for gel manicure + pedicure with callus removal and cat eye effect. They offered a 10% discount when I complained about it, which still landed me at 870 dirhams (227 euros)!While walking down the stairs to pay, I noticed that the effect was made in the wrong way on one of the nails. I was gonna let it be, cause I was tired and wanted to leave, but when I realized the price I wanted them to fix it, (the least they can do is leave my nails perfect for this price), to which they replied that they have other clients now.This was a very unpleasant and expensive lesson to learn to always ask for the prices in advance. I never would’ve done my nails here, would I have known the prices. It’s double the price of what I pay in Monaco, which is normally the most expensive place I do my nails.
