Absolutely loved my experience at this new well decorated & cozy beauty salon! The entire staff were extremely welcoming & great and Sonia took the time to take care of my hair and to give my hair looking its best! The Manager Dominik was nice and shared her experience with her new opening salon, well located in Al Barsha, just behind Mall Of the Emirates! Prices are also decent comparing to other salons in Dubai! I am already looking forward to my next appointment!

Excellent saloon. These are my nails after 42 days. Never before has gelish lasted this long without damage. Also great recommendations for hair botox, hair is still smooth and beautiful after a month and a half. Great, great recommendations for this saloon

The New Branch of this salon in alkoory bldg has WASTED my 4hrs for just manicure and pedicure. I understand that there is rush AND I have to wait for my turn to be served. But to wait for 4 hrs is not acceptable for a service that would be finishin 45 mins max 1hr. I was there at 2pm in the afternoon and it was 6pm already and im.not served. What is this? They dont have a system of managing the queue. To the owner, take this review to improve your service.

Great experience. Salon is clean, comfortable and interior is fabulous. Staff are friendly, understanding and most importantly professional.Had my nails done which have lasted me a month and also had my hair done which I love. Color was exactly how I wanted and the olaplex treatment worked wonders.Two thumbs up. Will be making Zoli fam my regular go to salon.

I really love this beauty salon. The staff are so friendly. I wanted a complete makeover and did my hair with Lumina. She took the time to listen to me and do a proper hair consultation without rushing. I did blonde highlights with a haircut and my hair turned out exactly how I wanted it and as she advised Olaplex, my hair looked even healthier afterwards. While I was waiting for the colour, Mir did my nail extensions. My nails looked great. I would recommend this salon to anyone. Looking forward to go for a hair protein treatment soon.

The care given to me today was exemplary. I was greeted warmly and the Cut&Colour stylist took her time discussing what hairstyle would suit me best and she delivered an amazing balayage. I was very impressed with her professional and friendly demeanour, she made me feel relaxed and I felt assured that I would be happy with the end result. I will definitely come back and recommend this place, not only do they have incredible staff, the varied services are very good value for the usual in Dubai.

I have tried many different services - keratin hair straightening treatment, nail extensions, gel pedicure, and lash lifting. The ladies at Zoli fam did an excellent job each time. My lash lift lasted way longer than when I did it at the other salons, and my mani/pedi was perfect for over a month, with no chipping. It’s clear that they use only top quality products. On top of everything, they make uou feel always welcome. I highly recommend this salon.

Absolutely wowed by the new hair dresser and her skills. I have been to the salon before and I was also very happy, but today decided to significantly shorten my hair and the hairdresser did it the perfect way! Lovely and cozy place. Visited them two times already and definitely will do again. Did package for my hair with balayage, toner, treatment and hair cut. Absolutely amazing experience. Love my hair so much. Hairdresser was so attentive throughout all the services. I was impressed how easily she understood what I want while we where discussing color and haircut.Next visit was for gelish mani&pedi and again I was satisfied. All hygiene standards were maintained and service was done with full attention and care. The only thing I would wish is to have bigger selection of colors, but I hope that will be improved soon😉

Am so glad to have come across this salon. It was my first visit and I got a balayage and keratin treatment on my boring black frizzy hair after consulting with Maricel who checked my hair and recommended accordingly, then worked her magic! I am always skeptical about getting hair colour done in Dubai salons especially at good value. I am so pleased with the results and it has turned out exactly as a I had wanted.

I don’t recommend this salon at all, went there for eyebrows lamination and eyelash curl, first of all the lady who did me her hands were wreaking the smell of biryani making me wanna puke the entire appointment , my eyebrows were done so bad and after the treatment they were full of glue that she left behind and didn’t bother to clean correctly, and the whole thing was gone in days , so literally a waste of money as if i didn’t do them, it also damaged my eyebrows as they started falling out of the chemicals they used after.Also the eyelashes while she was doing them she removed some of my lashes by mistake creating a gap while she was removing the glue and she didn’t even bother to tell me till i looked in mirror.Not happy and never going there again

I had a Five stars services and get so many compliments during the first week after the services. My nails are perfect ! I did an ombré for thé first time and It will be my routine. Since 5 years in Dubai, hairdresser is my battle and I found THE ONE. She is a magician. I recommend the salon 100%

Zoli fam is my go to saloon in the last year since I discovered the place through a friend of mine who is a regular. The place is always kept clean, hygienic and the staff is helpful and know what they are doing. Also the products they use are all well known brand names, never had any issues for waxing , protein treatments.

The technician Mir does beautiful long lasting nails. I tried their eyelash extensions as well and was very satisfied with the service. I recommend 100%

Lovely service from the ladies here. Had my eyebrows tinted and Queen was very accommodating given it was my first time. She shaped it first to show me how it would look. Also had the lash extensions. Beautifully done as well. Josilyn and Maricel were super great in welcoming us as new clients. Explained the services really well and also gave helpful suggestions especially on the promotional packages. All in all, friendly and professional staff and great full service salon!

Extremely unprofessional service!!!! I dont recommend the place to anyone. The clients with appointment are not important for them. I came 5 min before my appointment and left the place after 1 hour and 50 min with only removed my nail polish on my legs. I had booking for gel mani and normal pedi. When I arrived they were working on a client. It was obvious that the client came 5 min before my booking. For 1 and 50 min they manage to scrub my legs, remove my nail polish and cut my nails. Obvious statement: the clients who come straight are more important than the clients with bookings. Ive never experienced worse service in my life!

It was an amazing experience I did manicure and pedicure with Mia which lasted longer than usual with other salons ! The waxing was perfect also !! And for hair treatment it was my first time the lady Marise took the time to explain to me about it and how long it will last and In the end I did it and don’t regret it at all ❤️ and the prices are very good comparing to the amazing job they are doing

Lumina was my hairdresser on todays appointment. She did a beautiful hair color for me and olaplex treatment. The result was amazing and I totally recommend her for any kind of hair treatment. She is very polite and she knows her job very well.

Whenever I visit the salon I have a facial and head massage from Banita, she is always amazing I travel 45 minutes as the salon is clean and service is always fabulous. I have not found anyone that does a better facial than Banita, I highly recommend Zolifam for all services. Keep up the good work 😊

My friend had used Zoli Fam to have her hair cut and raved about the stylist so I booked myself in. Skeptics rejoice! A pocket friendly hair dresser in Dubai! I finally left a salon feeling so good about my hair, for the first time in 6 years. My hair was boring, thick and unkept - I left with a gorgeous inverted bob cut - Trust the hairdresser, she is awesome and she knows what she is doing.

Went to see Alma today for my hair where I got balayage! Absolutely delighted with it! The color is amazing and my hair was left looking totally refreshed! I was in desperate need of a roots colour and unable to book an appointment at my usual salon, so after reading good reviews I decided to try Zoli Fam. I was not disappointed.I was greeted warmly by the receptionist when I arrived and introduced to Maricel who would be doing my hair. I explained what I needed doing and she listened and offered suggestions.I was a bit apprehensive going to a new colourist after visiting the same stylist for over two years but I didnt need to be.Maricel did an amazing job on my hair. She managed to cover my grey and match up my previous roots colour from the other salon. And then she gave me one of the best blow drys I have ever had!I felt so confident in Maricels colouring skills that I will return to her so that she can give me highlights (which I have read she excels in).Oh, and she is super lovely to chat to. Time just flew by.Great staff. Parking out side. Great value.

I recently went to Zoli Fam ladies salon for hair Botox. I’m so happy with my hair!! I have had previous had it done from someone else (not in Dubai anymore) and while I loved the result, seeing the differences in my hair based on the different products used I was very impressed. The product didn’t strip my hair of colour,didn’t smell horrible (the other time I had to wear a mask because of all the chemicals in the product) and has left my hair looking and feeling amazing!Would defiantly recommend this if you have loads of fly always or if you hate getting out the shower having to blow dry and straighten your hair because it’s a fuzz ball when you let it dry naturally. You can still style and curl your hair as normal too!! The ladies in the salon are lovely friendly and professional. Below before and after.

I can trust themI did gelish here, my colleagues said it looked really nice like hard nail. And I finally got my hair cut done in Dubai, and she’s good at layering cut. And I saw other customer getting ombré hair dying, it looked nice too.My feet was always with disgusting dead skin, not anymore after zoli Fam!!! 😍😍 all together I paid only around 200 aed!!Apparently platinum card discount applicable.

Really beautiful salon with the most amazing staff. As soon as you enter the shop, the lovely ladies that work here greet you with the warmest welcome- always happy and nothing is ever a problem for them at all. I have never been in a salon so clean before, it really is immaculate with such calming decor. 5 stars really isn’t enough- amazing team of very talented and accommodating ladies. Before ZoliFam I was travelling all the way to al nahda to have my nails done - as couldnt find anything decent around.Luckily this good and well priced salon opened nearby, saving me from the hassle and from the traffic!The place is immaculate clean and comfortable, the staff is very friendly and properly trained.They offer a variety of services from head to toes.Just a tip: if youre tired of the usual gel or acrylic, try their SNS : less harsh on nails and stays long! I love it!Great salon to get pampered ☺️

Since I saw so many good reviews, I decided to do my hair treatment at Zoli Fam Ladies Saloon. I searched for Zoli Fam Ladies Saloon on Instagram and message Dominique the owner on WhatsApp , she was friendly and accommodating as she listen to my preferences and fit me in for an appointment. The hairdresser Maricel quoted me the price and recommendEd me the best treatment for my hair. Maricel was friendly and she checked the condition of my hair and she advice me to do hair keratin due to the condition of my hair. She explained the difference between hair keratin, hair botox and Brazilian blowout. She also explained why the products the saloon uses which is ‘GK’ is more effective than ‘Olaplex’ and how to use it. She offered me tea during the process. I also manage to squeeze in a pedicure and eyebrow threading whilst my hair was done which was 3 hours later. As expected my hair condition was stunning, straight and manageable especially during the summer in Dubai. Service overall was satisfying. I definitely recommend Zoli Fam Ladies Saloon to everyone..

From the ambience of the salon to the friendliness of the staff, this cute little Botique salon keeps me going back. They have a very good colourist and hair dresser (Maricel) who took my damaged hair ( from a previous Salon) and has done wonders to repairing it. Brought me the desired results I intially wanted. Their nail technician Mia from Vietnam is quirky and kind and efficient. Happy all round. Give them a try, they will not disappoint!!!❤️

Just had the worst lashes extension ever ! The job done is horrible, the lashes are not placed well they are are turning right not straight as if you were sleeping on them and 8 ask2d differentlwbfrhs she put 1 lenght, and she didnt stop talking to her colleague while was working so kiss relaxation goodbye and they charged 300 AED for a horrible job! Ill go back tomorrow hopefully they can fix as they were closing the time she finally finished, they better fix their mistake and bad job otherwise i want a full refund ,However their nails work are perfect and flawless, professional, pedicure, manicure, acrylic extension and gel all great

I went there many times and with my nails I was always satisfied. However the brazilian wax is not proper done and also the eyebrow shaping and tinting. Last time I wanted to have only the eyebrow tinting - learnt from the previous time when I asked which part of my eyebrow should be removed and which part should be remain the lady threaded the part I didnt wanted to removed....So last time I went there only for a tinting... my two eyebrows became absolutely different, the style the shape etc...so I asked what could we do to remove or change? They said theres a removal liquid so they will try to make it fade. The lady started scratching my forehead with a chemical acid so in 1 minutes I got chemical burn on that area. I had to go to the pharmacy to asked cream for burn. It happened 9 days ago and I still have the scar. Their response was to feel sorry and offer me a free appointment for the professional eyebrow staff....so it seems who was treating me was not professional maybe even doesnt have any certificate to work in a beauty salon. Since Im working in an industry where my face is pretty important I can still easily lose my job because this big mistake....

I was there in an afternoon when the shop just opened. Excited having a salon in this neighbourhood. Simplely try to get my gel removed and getting a new one. 10 minutes waiting at the little chair at the entrance. 2 staff inside saw me but never came to talk to me.Instead of giving an apology for being rude and wasting my time. The owner still questioning Ive never spent money there.WHAT A GREAT SALON.

I did keratin treatment and had my hair cut as well 3-4 months ago very happy with the result ! My hair is still nice after 3-4 months. Gel mani is okay there

I went to this place 2 weeks ago wanting my face threaded. When I met Iffat, she persuaded me to try waxing instead (which Ive never done because I was always afraid it would be more painful). Iffat made me feel so comfortable that I even got my arms waxed with her too in the same visit. Shes the only one I will visit for waxing in Dubai-- if you need to get waxed, ask for Iffat!

The salon is beautifully decorated. U feel tranquil when you are in this salon. The ladies are friendly and good at their job. Would definitely come back for their service.
