Tips and Toes - The Villa - Dubai

I went to tips and toes a while ago to remove my nail extensions, it was my first time having extensions on and I was naive about how it has be removed very carefully. the nail technician hurt me multiple times as she was removing them, causing some parts of my nails to become super thin, one nail bled, and overall damaged my nails completely. today, I have noticed that there are still parts of the extensions completely stuck still on my nails!! I wasn’t going to write a review at all but my healthy nails are absolutely gone!! I have no words left to say really.

HORRIBLE ! From experience and from service and lol this gel didn’t even stay a week!!!! Save your money

This was my first time visiting this place. I went because I received a gift voucher for a massage.The staff greeted me in a friendly way and I went in the massage room which was very clean and neat.The best part was the massage done by Jumy. She did an AMAZING job massaging every single part of me😁 she even massaged the scalp and the face, which I loved. She made me feel very comfortable and her hands were working like a rolling massage machine! Very meticulous and attentive to the tiniest knot and muscle.I am so glad I visited this branch and I will definitely be coming again for another massage with Jumy!I highly recommend them for massages🥰

Although the technicans are the best in this salon. The reception and managers are the worse at organising they don’t communicate with the main phone line so many appointments are missed and not taken. It’s very sad to see this branch go down hill. I praise the manicurist but it’s really the people behind the counter who are utterly useless !!!! Better check other tips and toes if you want appointments. Organisation here is terrible!

The ladies here do a great job every time. They are very sweet and also quite fast!The interior itself is pretty small, older and awkward, but even with that the professional work and convenient location makes it worth it.

They canceled my acrylic refill 20 min before my appointment. Tomorrow I am traveling and two nails are missing. This salon will definitely never see me again.

Not a great salon, even by Tips & Toes standards. I’ve only been twice and each time they didn’t have the materials despite taking the booking.First time I booked acrylics, got there, no acrylics, so I took what they had instead which fell off after two days. Surprise. Next time I booked for waxing, got there, no wax. 🤷🏻‍♀️.Such a small substandard salon, always really busy and cramped. Not a nice experience.

A wonderful head neck and shoulder massage by Jubit, just what I needed to release the tension and feel rejuvenated again, can’t wait for next time, full body massage for sure. All whilst getting an excellent pedicure by Lony Jen, always professional and pleasant. Thank you ladies 🙏🏼

My favorite place for nails, lony-Jen is my one & only for pedicure & lashes. She do amazing job. All the girls are really lovely and so friendly.

I love coming to Tips and Toes at the villa. I have my favourite ladies, Loni and Riza, who do such a fantastic job on my nails and feet. The best 💙

I have been a regular client of tips and toes for 8 years. Would I recommend them to anyone? No. Management is very poor, morale of staff very low. I have a monthly membership , which I am unable to avail of due to a medical emergency in my family. Upon asking if my membership could be deferred for that month I was informed I should pay an extra fee of aed 100 to freeze my account for the month. Outrageous. They do not seem to respond to any reviews which shows they do not care about client satisfaction.My issue was resolved satisfactorily by management. Thank you!

Tips and toes is so downgraded now all the professional staff and technicians are leaving. The Villa branch has been been without nail Extensions technicians for so long, Although its a very poor branch and i had complained so many times before, having a membership is useless and unfair in this branch because services are very limited here.Now, Tips and toes are one of the worst salon chains unfortunately.

The fact that there is so many branches of tips and toes is an advantage but unfortunately it seems like there’s no quality control because my experience differed so much from one branch to the other. Eventually I stuck to the Villa branch which was somewhat more acceptable than Dubai Mall or Mirdif City Centre. I was a member and constantly was disappointed with the random changes in the terms and conditions the staff members shared, a one year membership means from DD/MM/2021 to DD/MM/2022…I was surprised to be informed that this month I was no longer eligible for a free manicure and pedicure as it is my last month of membership! Not to mention that some of the nail technicians are very unprofessional and aggressive…I will not be renewing my membership because the service is inconsistent and almost every month the terms and conditions are changing.The most recent incident other than the Manicure and Pedicure situation, i didn’t get the chance to use last month’s gift and so I asked to do it this month..the staff said it wasn’t possible and I accepted that. My mother went today and was allowed to redeem last months gift! Surprisingly though, she had subscribed after me and was informed that her membership has expired.If I ever visit tips and toes again it will most probably just be for the waxing services; hence the two stars.

The Villa Branch is the worst branch. They are a gang and they will only respect you if you pay extra. (Not excluding anyone) Especially the girls on the counter who doesn’t know how to talk I am more diplomatic than them. Otherwise they will be mean to you and always pretend that there’s no slots.Mirdif Branch is better. I live in the Villa but I fed up I don’t have patience for this gang anymore especially when I visited other salons and realized they’re way better and cleaner. I realized I was in a bubble.

Keep away from this place...my experience was terrible.First come to this place early December to do my nails for the season. Nails were done by the master technician. Less than a week later nails started to break. As I was travelling I did sent pictures and was told to get a new set on my arrival.As I didnt felt confident to do the nails again I choose to do lashes instead and was advise on the day to just touch up . The next day I woke up with an irritation on my left eye. Spoke to them and they come up with all sorts inclusive lying thas I was advise on different glues and reaction (pure lie)I came back to get the lashes out and was told someone from management will call me..its been 11 days now and no one called..just spoke to Jen and she told me no refundI never asked for a refund I just wanted someone to be courteous enough to apologise and come up with a solution.This was a gift voucher for my birthday 500dhs that unfortunately I couldnt enjoy. Thank you for nothing!!! If i could I would give ZERO starAs

I went to tips and toes festival city. Ive never had to handle a womans burp before. The woman who was doing my nails did not stop burping and it was disgusting! I mean I am going there to relax not so someone can burp in my face! Moreover ive never seen someone make gel nails not shiney. I hated the experience and will never go back.

I definitly recommend this place. Wax service is the best I ever had. I am not going anywhere else for my pedicure, manicure, wax and massage.

The worst manicure service ever. Super slow...more than 70mins just for hand and the nail polish was completely wrong...had to change the manicurist...no proper apology or communication post my feedback...even when I paid she charged me more...thank god I looked at the bill...never again!!!!

Service fir Pedicure and Manicure in The villa branch is the best .. I tried other branches but here the best ... very recommanded the technician Samara and Evangeline .. Thank you ladies

The Villa branch is nice and cheap, but the service is 👎🏼 The female employees are lost and the reservation is useless because you have to wait at least 20 minutes
