My wife had cosmetic dental treatment with her, We came all the way from Canada, and my wife, who usually hates going to the dentist, had an incredible experience with Dr. Eli. Today’s visit to the medical center fell short compared to my previous one. While Dr. Eli is an approachable doctor, I was disappointed with the deep cleaning, which lasted less than 4 minutes and didn’t leave my teeth feeling properly cleaned. Its like I was cleaned rushly. I don’t mind paying a higher price if the results justify it, but in this case, they didn’t. The outcome just didn’t match the cost, which is frustrating.

I started my braces journey in Kings Medical Center in 2020 for overcrowding on my lower teeth. But unfortunately, my experience has been extremely frustrating even after three different doctors (Dr. Adham, Dr. Jayanti, and Dr. Nikhil).My teeth have only gotten worse—both my upper and lower teeth started to flare outwards, at one point I can even hear a lisp on the letter S, the mid line is unaligned, and my bite is uneven.To make matters worse, when I asked about my initial X-ray and pictures, I was told it was missing from the file. Im honestly very disappointed and regret my decision to go here.Its been a long, expensive, and disappointing journey. 👎👎

Hello, I just got my first underarm laser session here in Kings and I was really impressed. The staff, especially Ronel, was really approachable and greeted me warmly. I was with Giselle for my first session and I must say, shes a professional through and through. The procedure was done within 5 minutes and was not painful at all. Im a patient of Kings Medical Clinic in Ibis rigga for more than two years. I have session for hair laser removal, they often have promotions, the clinic is clean and well sanitized. Staff are approachable, Miss Marjorie is the person I always request to have my session, shes gentle and she really took care of me. It feels like we build a relationship despite its such a long period before I see her again but then again its two years.I suggest to have your appointment between 9:00am to 12 noon its not busy and less clients.

My experience at this clinic, specifically with the dentist Sireen , has been the worst of my life. After having a root canal last year in the same clinic, I returned to get a crown. Unfortunately, the quality of service was abysmal from the start. After the first temporary crown was placed, I experienced swelling, pain, and an infection. Despite this being their mistake, they charged me for the necessary treatment.While removing the temporary crown, they broke my tooth. Sireen then placed the final crown without conducting any checks or X-rays, even though she knew I had swelling from the temporary crown. Less than two months later, the swelling returned and worsened, leading to a deep infection that reached the bone and developed into a big cyst.When I went back, Nisrin had no idea what was happening. Another dentist at the clinic tried to convince me to go to another clinic, as they didn’t want to take responsibility for their mistakes. Multiple clinics confirmed that the root canal should have been treated before placing the crown.I had to undergo surgery at a completely different clinic outside the country to remove the cyst, as it was very large. To be honest, I would never recommend this clinic. They lack qualifications, confidence in addressing issues, and even making an appointment is a struggle when I had emergency while my face was swelling with pain they didn’t even prioritize my case and Once you do get an appointment, you won’t be in safe hands.

I went on a weekday so the clinic was not so busy, making an appointment was easy.The receptionist Ronel was kind to assist my queries and helped me sort out my insurance claim.Dr. Eli and her assistant Julie Ann did a fast and great dental treatment for me. I had a simple consultation for my fillings and done a deep cleaning. It was professional and hygienic. I’m very pleased how clean their equipment are, because this concerns me seeing other clinics not maintaining their equipment.I think their prices are still on average compared to other dental clinics. You can go cheaper but not get the same quality of service of course.
I was informed twice by 2 different employees on the phone that lingual braces for upper & lower teeth cost 5000AED and it is a fixed price and i can use Fazaa card if i want discount + paying the monthly adjustments of 250.When i went to the clinic Dr. Nikhil informs me that the price would be 8000 AED even though they clearly mentioned to me before that this is a fixed price and not a starting price for both upper & lower teeth. Anyways i accepted & I spoke with the receptionist & told him i wanna get the treatment done & i will use Fazaa card & they accepted. Once they let me get the Xray done & pay for it then they tell me that the doctor said he already gave you 2000 discount & the original price was 10,000 !! Such a lie.. once they find out i wanna use fazaa the price suddenly changed to 10,000? & the doctor never mentioned that he’s giving any discount (that’s why when he said 8000 i said i’ll use fazaa) & i never asked the doctor for any discount either! they just don’t wanna give the Fazaa discount so they just put 10,000 as original price to let me pay the price that they want. There are far better options in Dubai with caring professionals who care about patients satisfaction than just fooling them to charge more & get more money. Save your time & don’t go to this clinic unless u wanna get scammed & disappointed. Such a waste of time!

The nurse who assisted my daughter is good same as the doctor but they didnt manage the procedure. Tried to call several times and follow up but the reimbursement form and receipt was not sent to me until now (been 3 days). Its very difficult to reach them.
I had my check up in this clinic and they found out that my RCT is not fully done so, Dra. Samar advice me to re-do the RCT properly so far my experience with Kings medical is 10/10. Awful experience with DR. ELI KASHFI (General Dentist), definitely not recommended, had a filling done in May 2024 and until now month of August Im still in pain and my tooth remains sensitive.

Kings Medical demanded me that I pre pay in advance for My PRP treatment. I paid for 6 sessions 2800 AED.After I completing couple of sessions The Doctor who I was doing the treatment in kings medical center moved to a better medical center so I had toFind a capable Dr who can continue the treatment with.Unfortunately I couldn’t find anyone suitable in Kings to continue my treatment, so I have requested to refund my money. I called them many times, (over 2 months)the recipient response is same always, they were trained to say, my management will call back and they take my number, never receive any call back, finally today I decided to go and get my refund.I care more about my health, I didn’t continue the treatment due to the doctor who worked disappeared without informing.Met with a person called Nazeer who introduced his self as the manager, They suppose to refund half of the money as I have only did 3 treatments. They said after all deduction I am eligible to collect only 75 AED.I didn’t take the 75 AED as I decided to complaint to relevant authorities and regulators for the goodwill of other patients.Careful, don’t get into these fraudulent medical center.

Poor service. I had my blood test for a month now, i was told that as soon as the results comes out I’ll be contacted to schedule an appt, but no one has reached out to me I hade to follow up on my result twice after 2 weeks ( which is unbelievable, that was only for a blood test and even had to follow up??!). Again was told and even asked the receptionist to contact me as soon as the Dermatologist seen my result, now it’s been two weeks again and no one has teached out yo me. My treatment was paid in full session and blood test cost me soo much (was not even offered to use my insurance or get the test where I can be covered - which other clinics do just to priorities diagnosing me accurately) I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CLINIC, there are waaaayyyy way better clinics out there.

Kings Medical used to have a great and respectful doctors because me and my friends have been their patient since 2018. But now everything seems to be different. That woman named INNAH LOGMAO is very rude and disrespectful. In my opinion she has to be trained how to talk and respect her patients.
1 star because of the arab receptionist front. She always has an attitude. Last time i went she seemed extremely moody and angry. She almost raised her voice at me everyone else is very nice but her attitude alone is enough for the clinics reputation to go down. A receptionist should be nice and extremely welcoming.

I just finished with my braces and had my braces removed by Dr. Kareena. It’s my first time to use Invisalign and she’s been very helpful and detailed in explaining on how to take care of my teeth and gums as it’s very sensitive. I do not recommend this clinic as they are fraudulent. I had my bracelet treatment started in April 2023 with Dr. Gigri. After two months, Dr. Gigri left, and my treatment continued with a new doctor, Kareena. After one year of treatment, I went on May 17th to have the bracelet removed, only to realize that I had been deceived. I lost over 2500 AED.When I first consulted with Dr. Gigri, I was informed that they had a bracelet full package for 750 AED and an additional 100 AED for adjustments each month, plus 50 AED for any damaged stones. I repeatedly confirmed these charges with both Dr. Gigri and the receptionists, and I was assured that there would be no additional charges for the complete treatment as it was a full package.Now, they are demanding an additional 800 AED for retainers, claiming it is compulsory to wear them after the treatment. This crucial information was never disclosed to me before starting the treatment. Additionally, they are asking for 150 AED for adjustment/removal, citing a price hike from April onwards, even though it was initially 100 AED.Other clinics inform their clients about all charges, including retainers, before starting the treatment as retainers part of the package. This clinic hid this information and is now demanding extra payments. Why should I pay 800 AED extra for retainers when it was supposed to be included in my package?This experience has been extremely disappointing, and I advise others to be cautious when dealing with this clinic.Many of patients are faced this issue with this clinic.better to find a good clinic who is providing detailed information about the treatment to save your time,Money and Health.i am also going to complaint against the clinic in consumer protection.As replied by you kindly show the proof to public as well as have notified the price hike me on WhatsApp chat.Also, the about the consent letter how retainers will be additional treatment its part of bracelet package and it must be wear by everyone who has done the bracelet treatment. this is also informed by Dr.Girgi and if he is not indicated its u have to check with him as part of your services. Now pls show the proof as you have notified me price hike for the 20th April appointment. as you just notified only for the 17th May Appointment.To everyone , dont take any services from here please read their response aswell how they are justifying its previously informed but its was not.Save your time ,Money, health

This is a great place to go take care of your teeth. The team was very professional examining and providing with solutions by priority. I had to put my braces again and Dr. Innah did a great job, I felt that I was in good hands. She explained very well what was going on with the muscle structure above my teeth and that is why I needed to put again my braces to keep my teeth in place; and she had to redo it as my previous braces from another dental clinic put it in a wrong places. All the people here were very gentle and kind. Thanks to Dr. Innah!

Hi,I had underarm hair laser there in your clinic.Actually its my first time to do this treatment and first time in your clinic also.Unfortunately i had a bad experience.Because after 3 sessions i saw the changes in my underarm,it got dark color spots and burned compare to my underarm before.Then before I proceed on my 4th session,i ask the therapist,she told its reaction to my deo but everytime i do my treatment with you,i never use deo before and after and follows what they give instructions to me.Then i observe that my underarm becomes black.I try to observe also maybe it will go back to normal color after I told it to the therapist.I will have an appointment tomorrow at 1pm for my last session but i want to raise this complaint and its paid already.Im scared to continue.Hope for your immediate action and response regarding this issue.I want to solve the issue regarding the discoloration of my underam.or else ill complain in google review regarding this.Im really disappointed of what happen to my underarm.Its already damaged my underarm.Also no even manager or incharge on duty there to talk with.If you complain it will be useless.The staff are not helpful and approachable in reception.I will never ever come back there and I will not recommend it to all of you coz its wasting your time and money there.Better go to other cinic.

I have comparison as I had experience one adjustment with other Ortho and her nurse when Dr. J was on leave. They tandem compliment each other works. Perfect team you can say. The clinic is clean and hygienic. They have wifi, coffee and tea. Parking is available in basement, this is a must as the location is in very busy area. The facilities are modern and up-to-date!They are very precise in schedule which is good.I came an hour early prior to my appointment, the reception said that I will be called upon. I was assisted only on my schedule time. It could have been better if they have acknowledge my presence being early and will be assisted only on the scheduled time.My dentist, Dr Liza has explained the process and timeline of possible treatment! He is very experienced, nice and accommodating. Looking foward to complete the care treatment!

I am a customer since last year and I was very dissapointed with the sudden price increase, without any notice to their existing clients.I actually refer this clinic to most of my friends because of the service and the price but I think I will stop referring them from now on.Hopefully, they will revert back their prices - they are now higher compare to other competitors.

I have not taken good care of my teeth when i was young and for years, i have been conscious when it comes to smiling. Good, i found Dr Sireen Lubbad and Ms Crizelle. They worked nicely as a team. They gave me wonderful service without judgement. Call me emotional, but i really cried after seeing the result. It’s been 5 months since i had my veneers done, and i never had issues with it. Im really glad i had my veneers done by them. I highly recommend their service.

Dr Name- AmirRegarding the wisdom tooth extraction procedure- the dentist Dr Amir wasn’t good to perform this operation and he looks like he’s not experienced one. the time he’s trying to pull out my horizontal tooth which is supposed to be he need to cut it the pointed tool he used struck below my gums and it is so painful and dangerous. Ive been to many dentists and dental clinics before,for fillings and tooth extraction yet Ive neverencountered such exceptional treatment and magicallight hands as the ones Dr. Sirens has. Let alone thegreat and very warm welcoming atmosphere of theclinic. The staff is very friendly and the nurses are sohelpful especially with my panic attacks. Highlyrecommend for anyone whos looking for royaltreatment both medically and ethically. Honestly i need to mention this very cute helper, her name is Rose. She has the most juvenile soul although she biologically older, tbh sometimes i really consider going to the clinic just to see her beautiful smile and also to watch her singing while cleaning and just spreading love everywhere

It is a great place to go take care of your teeth. Ive been going to Kings Medical Center for a while now and its always a smooth experience here. Dr. Jayanti is very professional, courteous and friendly. She explained very well what was going on and was open to answering any questions I had. I felt that I was in good hands. I couldnt be happier with the results and will be coming back for all my future dental needs!
It’s my 3rd visit here in rigga branch. The doctors are good but the arabic lady (because she’s wearing abaya) in the reception i dont know what’s her problem. The first time i came here she was so rude even though I am not saying anything yet she’s giving me this bad attitude that’s why I preferred talking to the kabayan lady. Now, it’s my third time, the moment I came she rolled her eyes at me if i have a choice i dont want to be assisted by her but she was alone that time. I think she doesn’t like what she’s doing. I am working in customer service as well. She’s in the front office but she’s acting like you cannot afford the treatment in the clinic or “she can buy you” attitude. Very very bad experience. Great customer service staff is very pleasant to speak to and they reply quickly on WhatsApp and schedule your appointments too. Price is very affordable and the dentists are professionals. Facilities like xray is available and free consultation. There are lots more services available for cosmetic. We had a bad experience!My daughter had a brace adjustment and we knew that we were 15 minutes late to her appointment. The reception initially advise to wait for 30 min to finish the current patient but eventually we waited for more than 1 hour. Since I had to run some errands on the area I let my daughter to stay and wait for her time. When I called and checked on her a few minutes after I left, my daughter said that it was done but Dr. Jayanti did not replace her 3 brackets but instead replace only the wire and ask my daughter to come back next month because she has other patient waiting. Is that right? we are customer as well, is this the right way to treat a child? Hows this treatment be effective if she did not replace the bracket? How Dr. Jayanti has time for other patient and not to my daughter? If they cannot treat her well they should have told us that they dont want to accommodate us because were 15 min. late.
When I entered this clinic, I found it to be very clean and cozy. This clinic has very friendly staff, especially the cleaner (Filipina) shes very hospitable and shes always cleaning to ensure customers are safe and comfortable.I took advantage of their promotions on veneers and fixed bridges, and it is good to know that they are within my budget. Dr. Rojin and his assistant Eura were very professional. Dr. Rojin was extremely dedicated and always ensured that he provided the best service possible. Now that I have completed my veneers and fixed bridge, I should say that Dr Rojin performed the procedure flawlessly. I would like to express my gratitude for giving me a beautiful smile that can boost my confidence.

I had been looking everywhere for blood check up packages and by chance, I found Kings and it was my good fortune - the package was very reasonably priced, but more importantly the doctor has been amazing. My wife is patient of female orthodontist since last 1.6 years, on her last visit she asked to the doctor some doubts regarding her treatment,then for the next appointment from the clinic they confirmed the appointment and suddenly they are pushing to see other doctor, she said she want her doctor only, then after that there is no confirmation from the clinic so she just walked in to the clinic on her schedule day, the receptionist checked with the doctor and said to wait for 40 to 45 mnts after 2 hrs no one called her the treatment and doctor leave the clinic for the lunch break, then the next scheduled patient came they took them, I can understand that there is priority for the appointment patient but why they ask her to wait,??? and after that she raised her voice then the doctor willing to see her, and the doctor said anyway we accommodate you, thats the big thing, there is no value for her time and our baby she is only 5 years along with her in this whole time with hungry, there is no value for that also this is our bad experience with themIf you want to go for the treatment go ahead dont ask any doubts, regarding your treatment especially if you are a medical. I had my teeth (upper and lower wisdom) extracted by Dr. Rogin and his assistant Nurse Yura. Both of them are really accommodating and helpful during the course of the procedure. Dr. Rogin checks every now and then if Im comfortable and made sure Im relaxed the whole time. Really appreciate the great service and will definitely recommend them to my friends.
I booked an appointment at 11:30am and they confirmed. So I came before 11:30 and I was expecting I’ll be waiting for few minutes only but the receptionist told they only inserted my appointment so I have to wait until the current patient finishes. I waited for almost 2 hours just because I couldnt waste my appointment, I came from International city. Just to know they booked a different person for my appointment and they didn’t even double checked. I waited for nothing, good thing the other guy receptionist assisted me well for rebooking. I hope they will confirm the booking because there is really an available slot and not taking chances if the other patient finishes early or what.

I will be taking time to put an honest review about the repeated bad experiences I had on how this team has handled the scheduling of our appointments.We are the ones suffering from the repeated mistakes and inconsistencies of their team in booking appointments.My husband and I have been having an appointment with Dr. Rogin and accordingly, we need to book the appointments of my 2 children with Dr. Aakash, as we are coming from Sharjah and having 1 day off we need to plan our schedules and plan to accommodate all the errands that need to be done.It was confirmed weeks ago by Tiffany that our appointment will be tomorrow July 30 from both Dentists (me being skeptical as there have been repeated mistakes I have experienced they are confused with their Dentist schedules) so every information I am receiving I am reporting on Whatsapp conversation with Kinds Medical and I need to know who I am talking with)Today, again I received a call that we need to reschedule due to the changes and that they apologize for the wrong information provided by their team (which has been happening many times)I can no longer accept this unprofessionalism and no coordination between their staff and had to talk to their higher team and Dentist so they know that they are losing patients because of this.Dear Kings Medical Team, I hope this will serve as a lesson to all of you. One, two mistakes I can understand, but repeatedly or more than that, its too much to handle, the incompetence. You need to coordinate and align your team with the scheduling and improve your customer service skills.-----------I hope you are really taking it seriously apparently, the mistakes are happening again and again. I just finished my treatment at Kings Medical. My treatment was done by Dr. Amir and Nurse Milly. To sum it up, Dr. Amir did really well. He really made sure that my teeth are in good condition and my smile is perfect! There is no pain at all when he is performing the treatment.
Dr. Mohammed, the dermatologist, is one of a kind. I have been a patient with him since 2020, and he treated my skin issues such as acne scars, acne, and wrinkles very well. I have been having my laser hair removal treatment in your clinic for several months now and I am very satisfied with the quality of care being given to me by Ms Vanessa so I started referring my friends to go to your clinic since.However, I was very disappointed with your laser technician,Ms Debbie. Last Friday, my friend and I went to do laser hear removal treatment. My friend immediately informed Debbie that she thinks that she didnt hit most of the areas with hair but Debbie just shrugged it off saying that she did. She didnt even give any post care instructions to my friend. As a fellow healthcare professional, we all know how important that is and this is just pure negligence. Also, my friend used to work as a laser technician a while back, given that theres been so many updates since, she still has gross idea on how to do this properly, so I believed her when she said that Debbie did our treatment too quickly. Imagine, we waited longer in the waiting area than laser hair removal in one small and large areas.Even I left the clinic very unsatisfied. Since I have been receiving a superb service from Vanessa, I can honestly say that the quality of care provided by Debbie is very poor and I hope that shell be reminded how to do her job properly. We are a paying customers and we expect an excellent service.My friend still has 2 more sessions and we would like to request a different therapist. One that will do her job passionate to care for her patients.

This clinic is overrated that they dont value their existing costumer. Reception is the worst. Whenver u try to book appointed they will straight away tell u its fully booked and will never give any options. In case of any emergency, they will not give u any chance even as walk in because they will say its fully booked. They are not flexible knowing that people here in Dubai is working and some lives far away as well. Never start any procedure in this clinic as u will end up wasting your money and stressing yourself to get an appointment. Most specially u cannot rely to get appointment in case of emergency!!

It should be between doctor, patient, assistant. But if youre also talking it in front of your 2 receptionist and fortunately patient overheard what all the doctor are talking about the patient teeth problem then thats a big No No... I was having an appointment at 3:45 PM, coming from Abu Dhabi to Dubai only for this and i informed the receptionist from 1 hour before my appointment that I will late due to accident traffic on the way , I Reached 5 min late and I was disappointed that they did not allow me even to see the doctor because of this 5 min late, I informed the receptionist that I took half day leave from my work for this visit to be able to come all the way from Abu Dhabi but still they did not entertain me, and that is the time when I went back to Abu Dhabi without even see the doctor.The Receptionist is rude, like I need to beg her to let me talk to the doctor atleast but she said (doctor know that you are coming from Abu Dhabi but still we are strict on timing). They entertain the next patient supposedly for 4pm on my time , the receptionist even mention the minimum time for any patient is 15 mins and how come they will allow the next patient after me supposedly to enter my time ended, this doesnt add up on what they said strict timing.Totally disappointed..
Sorry to say but I am not satisfied with Dr. Ynas dental service when I did my denture and dental cleaning last February 2022. To be honest, as compared with Dr. Samar, shes way behind in terms of care and service.I had my denture done under her service but I had to come back again as the denture is too big for me, my gums are swelling, and I couldnt eat with the denture in my mouth. I only got the schedule after 1 week since she was on leave. Again, I did a dental cleaning with her cause I want to give her a chance in terms of her service, maybe the denture problem is normal since there will be an adjustment to it and it was also repaired after a week. However, when I did the dental cleaning, it was done in just around 10 minutes only and it was so fast that I had to ask if it was finished already. I was also informed by her that the dental cleaning fee will depend on the service done, meaning payment will be AED 200.00 if more dental cleaning will be done if you have a lot of tartar, plaque, and stains. I was shocked actually as I thought it was only 150.00 AED and I wasnt informed by the receptionist at the beginning. Its been my second time around there in Kings for the dental cleaning service wherein Dr. Samar did on my first try and I was greatly satisfied with her service and care.Just to give feedback, I feel like Dr. Yna was just doing her job and had no passion at all. If you dont ask her, you will not get an answer or any post-care suggestions.I had a good experience with Dr. Samar as she will give you post-care instructions. If she sees something is wrong or to be taken care of, she will tell you what to do. Like, when she saw my gums were swelling, she reminded me to brush my teeth lightly as it is the reason for the swelling. She will advise you also what toothpaste is better for my gums and teeth.However, this experience does not at all affect the way I look at Kings Medical but I just want to share my experience for people to be aware, especially the management. I will still be availing of the service but next time, I will look for Dr. Samar as I know I will be in good hands.

I don’t recommend this place at all. Booked a package of 3 for RF face. Very unusual but the Dr doesn’t do the whole face, barely does over 4 shots per side and I had to keep asking him to do other areas and even then he STILL wouldn’t go over the whole face and kept making excuses. Very low energy used every single time. So you will be forced to book more sessions to see any results. If I hadn’t booked the package I would’ve stopped after the first session. Better off going elsewhere where the drs aren’t just trying to get money out of you with minimal work. Only positive is the staff are all very friendly and professional
