I am extremely disappointed with the customer service at this clinic. While I cannot say anything negative about the quality of their treatments or the clinic itself, for me, customer service and client satisfaction are far more important—especially for loyal clients like myself who have been with them for more than five years, both at the clinic and their beauty center.I have been using their laser package since they opened the clinic. The policy requires completing the full-body treatment in one day, with a one-week grace period to finish the session if there are issues. Due to a medical condition, I am unable to complete the full body treatment in one session and requested to reschedule the remaining part. Unfortunately, they refused, stating that the session was already considered completed. This is not the first time this has happened, but it is unacceptable—especially given the medical reasons behind my request.As a regular and loyal client, I expected some level of understanding and flexibility, especially as I am paying for the service. Sadly, no effort was made to accommodate me. This lack of care is deeply frustrating and disappointing.Unfortunately, despite your clinic’s excellent reputation, convenient location, and strong standing, the customer service I experienced from the Arabic-speaking lady answering the phone was extremely poor and unprofessional.When I called as an angry client, instead of handling the situation calmly and professionally, she raised her voice and responded inappropriately.As a client, I expect to be understood and treated with respect, even if I am upset. A trained customer service representative should know how to de-escalate such situations and not engage in arguments or raise their voice.

Very Friendly Environment. The team(Reception,Manager,Therapists & Doctors) provides proper information, reasonable treatment packages and good service. I would definitely recommend Purederma to my friends and family.The interior is aesthetically designed as well and is good for social media postings. 😍

Hello, words are not enough to describe how terrible this clinic is, as it doesn’t even deserve a single star. The person claiming to be the manager accused me of misunderstanding the situation without consulting the other staff member I had originally arranged the payment plan with. I had agreed to pay in three installments instead of two and had received approval for this, yet the manager, who wasn’t even present at the time, still blamed me. The customer service is so poor that I was accused of lying simply because I didn’t have a chart to prove how many sessions I attended and how many are left. I have no complaints about the person providing the service, but as a business, they have completely failed. I truly hope you never have to deal with them.

I had an amazing experience at purederma clinic, and I cannot recommend it enough! From the moment I reached out, Krystel and the whole team was incredibly helpful in scheduling my appointments, always prompt, professional, and made sure to accommodate my schedule perfectly.The clinic itself is pristine, and the staff is friendly and highly skilled. My experience with pure derma has been amazing so far, especially the therapist Jeremist is really good. She offers tips and suggestions tailored to the skin type and condition. Makes you feel like you are in safe hands, thanks pure derma for having such well trained people onboard that gives us a sense of comfort with every visit.

Even doesn’t deserve one star, this is not a clinic, i have done surgery with certain doctor, i have many follow up visits, the doctor left them, since 6 months ago, until now they don’t have any other doctor to follow up with their patients.The problem, they don’t care, there replies always without any kind of responsibility.I recommend that no one use such clinics who just want to get money for operation then doesn’t care after that.

I purposely waited for a few weeks after my first laser hair removal session to review - as a newbie to laser hair removal I was concerned the treatment wouldnt be effective as I have heard many stories of people not getting the desired results but I am so beyond glad I found Pure Derma! The therapist who treated me was so informative and took her time, ensuring I was comfortable at all times. The clinic is immaculate and beautifully presented with such friendly staff! But drumroll please for the results... after one session I have next to no hair! The fall out was very satisfying and I cannot wait for the rest of my sessions, honestly I cannot recommend them enough!

Ive only done one session of laser hair removal with Cindy and I have seen such great results already!! I am really surprised because Ive had laser hair removal before, but the results have never been this good. Luckily I booked a package for 6 so Im sure I will be hair-free at the end of it (kind of feel I am already!), so I am super happy. And I, like many others, also highly recommend Cindy - she was amazing! So pleased I found this place.
