This place is amazing! It is clean, staff are professional and they are quick. It is the best salon I have been to in the UAE and the UK for electrolysis. Neethu is amazing and is my usual therapist but all of them are fantastic.

I’ve been doing hair reduction treatment for two and a half years and I am almost at the end. My therapist, Lavanya, is always professional, fast, and supportive, with great advice on skin care after each session. Highly recommended!

I came across Furless through Google Search. The environment is professional and the ambience is clean and presentable . The call centre staff , office staff are quick to respond and customer service oriented . Had a good first experience with the Therapist Ms Lavanya . at the Al Quoz branch . I was initially apprehensive of the pain tolerance . She was very patient and took me through what to expect and also explained after care process and was efficient and communicative . glad I chose FURLESS and look forward to a consistent good results . Can recommend Furless based on my first visit.

My therapist subhita is great. She is very polite and patient but super diligent with her work. It’s initial sessions for my treatment, ive yet to see results.

A bit pricey, but worth the penny.Highly recommended for those who can afford.Neethu and Subitha are our therapists. They work with precision and speed.

This is the worst place u can ever think about putting ur money into 0/5 not even one star!! To trust a clinic with my hard earned money and still get disrespected is beyond me!!! Dont go there managment as well as customer service is rude and disrespectful as well as lied about uae laws which im sure is a felony itself?!.

My experience at Furless has been wonderful! Everyone at the clinic is lovely and caring, Neelem was very kind from the start and Subitha has been extremely gentle as well. Highly recommend!

Worst experience ever!!I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received during my recent electrolysis appointment. I had booked a 30-minute session, but upon arrival, I was informed that my appointment had been shortened to 15 minutes without my consent.The technician assigned to my session did not provide the quality of service I expected. Instead of performing proper electrolysis, she resorted to cutting the hair with tongs, which is not the service I paid for. It was clear she was rushing to finish the session. Additionally, it was mentioned that she was the only technician available, which raises concerns about the clinic’s staffing and scheduling practices.I am very disappointed with this experience.

I have been visiting them frequently, I see really good results.. I recommend you to visit them if you want to be FURLESS!

I have hit my 40s and im here to get rid of white hair off my chin and beard. Electrolysis hair removal because its more efficient, gives permanent hair removal than laser which is actually just hair reduction n not permanent treatment. I intend to get rid of black hair too off my beard because i find shaving is irritating my skin terribly plus too much time wasted shaving facial hair. I was treated by Lavanya and Subhitha. Both were good and were tactful to not prick me at same location as it can be pretty painful. I feel Lavanya was quicker as i had her treat me for 1st 30 mins but later 30 mins were with Subhitha. I felt she targeted my white beard hair follicles more thoroughly as i see considerable reduction in my white beard hair. Hoping for the best. 2 more hours to go. Yippee

I had a great session with Subitha at furless, she was fast and professional and also made me feel comfortable and at ease.

It’s very slow not practical wasting money and time , u can do it if u have free time and extra money for one year or more and still not for sure will go permanently, and the technician doesn’t know anything, whatever I ask question she said ask at the reception , and whatever the area that they are u applying on having less hair they giving u the same 15 days rest despite in the beginning they said if u have less hair in that area the rest will be month after that will be more , and u pay them by minutes for example 15 mins minimum, I booked 30 mins and the technician finished in 15 minutes and I noticed that then she start to remove small hair from the area around to make it 30 mins , I didn’t stop her coz I wanted to see what she will do but she keeps going till I stopped her , so my advice for u Don’t trust a clinic the receptionist and the call center knows more the technician or the one who supposed to be certified to do it for u !!
