They’re managing the WhatsApp number in unprofessional way. The booking process is very disorganized, and it feels rushed.I booked an appointment the same day, only to be told 30 minutes before it was canceled and given to someone else, assuming I hadnt confirmed, despite booking just hours earlier!When I informed her I was almost there, and I snapped at her!! she apologized a lot, and she said it’s available!! but I said I would never come, and she blocked me.While the lash service is good, the reception is very disorganized and needs improvement.@sabrina owner then go and read all the chat history dear! And see how unprofessional. whatever happened do you think this gives you the privilege to block your client ?? Very disrespectful

I had unpleasant experience, I went for natural volume which takes 2 hoursThe second all Lashesh started to fall massively. I called them to have fix appointment after confirming the same artist will fix the Lashesh, they mixed up my appointment another artist did for me, and the end result was awful thick different Lashesh than I usually do, they didn’t care even if I am satisfied with end results or noThat was very disappointing unexpected from such an expensive place

Extremely unprofessional. I booked an appointment at 10 and on my way to the appointment they call me to tell me my appointment was never confirmed even though i have proof of them saying its booked. And then to blame the customer saying well we never confirmed it we usually send a “confirmation message” anyone would agree if someone says “your appointment is booked” that means its confirmed. If you dont tell your first time customer that you require a confirmation message from them or else you dont have an appointment how is the customer supposed to know. I would never “book” with this salon again because apparently they dont respect their bookings. Also dont blame the customer for your short comings as a salon.

Honestly the worse place to ever go to get your lashes done!The lash tech doesn’t speak a word of English which naturally was going to result in a disaster ending! I asked for full lashes, volume and long! I showed her various pictures to ensure she understood as I knew she wouldn’t understand what I was saying.Please let me share the awfulness she did for 2 and half hours of my time. I complaint to management and she tells me they can either add some more (another hour of my time to be wasted and lashes ruined or remove them - I went for the remove option.The technician was now huffing and puffing away with her breath on my face while I laid there for them to remove them abruptly. The whole experience was awful and I would not recommend this place to anyone unless you have 3 hours to waste and lashes damaged.

Perfect lashes! Top quality lashes that you cannot feel and so they last because there is zero reason to touch them. The salon is exquisite with the most incredible memory foam treatment beds and I sleep every visit!

I have been doing my lashes with Miss Sabrina for very long since 2019. She is extremely talented, qualified articulate, and does everything with love. So happy with my visit. Anna did an amazing job with my eyelash extension and when she finished I felt it was a little bit too much for my liking and she was more then happy to adjust it for me and didn’t let me leave until she was sure I was happy with the result. I also did my eyebrows and honestly the best and exactly how I explained and wanted.

Had the worst experience so far when it comes to lashes and brows in Dubai. I booked an appointment for eyebrow lamination and lash lift. When I booked the appointment they did not inform me that it does not include cleaning and shaping of the eyebrows, fair enough, but it was something that was used to be included in my previous salon so I did not think of asking about it as well. When I arrived the girl proceeded with the lamination on unshaped and unclean eyebrows which of course resulted in looking horrible. When I asked them if it’s possible to shape and clean so that they look better she said that she’s not the one who is doing it and she only does lamination and the girl who does the shaping is not available. I was shocked and of course I expressed my frustration and explained that the result does not look nice because everything is messy. She then proceeded and tweezed a bit of hair from the corners. 😂 I did not say anything I just wanted the whole experience to be over. And don’t get me started on the lashes. Instead of a lash lift she suggested a lash extension, natural, and showed me some of their instagram pictures that actually looked very nice. So I thought why not and I agreed. The result was not natural at all. Everything was too much too long and looked too fake and in combination with the unshaped laminated eyebrows everything looked weird on my face and I just wanted to cry. The girl that did the work did not seem to care at all that I was not happy with the result and it was not what I wanted and what I thought I booked. Only when I was leaving and was talking with the receptionist about how I don’t like any of the work on my face she seemed to care and suggested to fix the result. So she properly shaped my eyebrows and tinted them as well so that they look nicer and also removed some of the eyelashes and the result was much better. They offered a 10% discount as well which at the end didn’t make any difference as she said she has to include a 5% VAT on the price which later on I saw it’s actually already included on their prices lol. So I left paying 600 aed after the ‘discount’ for services I was not satisfied with and not only that but it’s been 4 days and all the eyelashes are gone. They would fall off on my pillows and under my eyes and now there is nothing left and my eyes look exactly like before I did anything. So don’t waste your money like I did. It’s really not worth it, services are mediocre as well as the customer service. Hope this helps someone that wants to try something new like I did.

I had a weird experience to this place.I dont think this cute cozy lashes salon is having a warm welcome to “asians customer.” The vibes makes meFeel im not intend to come there to do my lashes, But thanks to filipina receptionist who reassure im getting the best of what i paid. Singature wing lashes are cute im satisfied of it even its a little bit high for its price compared to other high end lashes salon. But brow lamination, nah, im not.

Omggggg I am always going to come hereeee!! I did the lash lift and the brow lamination. The lovely lady who assisted me was Orla! Simply a 10/10 service. They even provide you with lash/eyebrow oil at the end of it. Highly recommend! It was brilliant

I do not recommend it at all for applying eyelashes 👎 the old style and they are delayed for three or four hours and I am looking for soft and light eyelashes. You send the eyelashes until the exaggeration entered my eyes and I turned red. The last thing I lost was my time.
