The worse hair curl treatment I had ever…. I spend 3 hours and I got so bad result , don’t trust the advertising I swear was horrible result, you can see it in the pictures, not recommended at allIt is not true why u posted, I didn’t wash my hair at all and the pictures are only after the treatment… so don’t say something wrong and make a story …. And no one try to solve the issue and I’m not ready to come back to your salons to damage my hair but I swear the picture it is after the treatment and I didn’t wash my hair at all … don’t give a fake statement to others

The first time I visited salon it went smooth, it was a quick appointment just to attach the Afro tail. The specialist managed to do it nicely.Second time I booked an appointment at 5pm. I come to the salon, no one is at the reception. I proceed further and found couple of technicians sitting in the back of the room. I asked where is my hairdresser and they said “she’s not here”. I waited for her for 10 minutes, nothing happens. No one tried to call to the technician.I called the number mentioned on google I was told that my technician “didn’t see the booking” and that she would come in 30 minutes.Long story short she was late for 1.30 minutes. I had to wait because i needed my Afro tail to be removed or replaced as I have the even tomorrow.I was talking to someone via WhatsApp, maybe the owner. She was like “sorry” and called my technician “irresponsible”… like… wow what a representation of your business…I work with clients myself and if ever anyone is waiting for me for such a long time I make sure I stay in touch with them and offer them some extra service or discount to make it up for the inconvenience. Apparently in this salon they don’t care much.As for my technician it’s funny because I shared with her my bad experience with my previous hair stylist how she was late for half an hour or so and I decided to stop going to her and she was like “I am not like that”. Well, what are the odds. Maybe she meant that she is worse 🤷🏻‍♀️

Since the time I got the PERMANENT small curls done I m writing to the team informing that it hasn’t worked out fine . My hair are almost flat and it is not What I was looking for .I sent the picture within first week of doing the curls. The PERMANENT curls opened within 6 days.Julia is wonderful, really love the person .But they r not bothered about client satisfaction.After spending a BOMB of MONEY. I spent 2000 AED for mid hair length.Also the scalp feels itchy all the time, the hair chemicals used seems to have irritated the scalp.The team is not ready to help out.

Im here to share my horrible experience and I know in advance what the salon will try to do in their response, make me look like Im crazy or a liar because that’s what the owner tries to do face to face.I went to this salon to have a permanent curl treatment. They actually did a test on a lock of hair and the result was curly but not afro|curly as suggested on their page. I still accepted because she said that with my natural wavy hair I could not have this afro curly result. And she advises me to cut my hair so that the result is prettier which I accepted. So I was charged for the cut and curl treatment 1500 + 180 AED.And I got a tip of 100 AED. So total 1780 AED.One day later I found myself with my hair flat. I contacted them directly to explain the problem. The girl at reception told me that I had to wait 3 days and wash and style them to see the curly result, so i gave her the benefit of the doubt. At the end of the 3 days and after washing and styling them my hair is back to natural as before after spending 1700 AED what a steal! I contact them they offer to come and at the last minute they try to charge me extra money to style my hair and show me that it will be curly even though they know that my hair is back to natural.What a shame!! And a special mention for the OWNER who is so rude and unprofessional refusing to refund me I just asked for refund for the treatment which did not work and not the cut. Even offering me a solution she didnt want to, she just has the word MONEY in her mouth but know one thing: ill-gotten wealth never benefits you. No compassion for customers. Even her staff didnt even dare to speak even though everyone saw that I wasnt exaggerating.Onve your money is in their pockets they no longer consider you.So I preferred to leave this salon after I wasted my time and money and I went to another salon for do blow dry.What a shame this salon honestly.I don’t recommande it.

Worst experience ever where maybe the final look satisfied me but very unprofessional behavior from the lady at reception marry, I spent the bomb of money almost 1500 nd I run out of 100 AED so she refused nd force me to transfer immediately nd gave example of super market that if you go to a super market you can not say like this, to go ATM ,During the treatment Julia left in the middle of the treatment to attain another customer nd told reception to wash nd blow dry my hair, I mean wow this how you handle your customers who pay 1500 to you.Very very poor handling, poor hygiene as well

NOT RECOMMENDED NO PROFESSIONALISMBefore i explain my horrible experience id like to state that i am a professional hairstylist for 15 years in Toronto Canada.Everything was done wrong with the curly hair extensionsFirst of all, they use THE CHEAPEST SYNTHETIC PLASTIC HAIR and dare to charge 800 AED for their amateur workThe braids are too thick at the hairline which should be common knowledge if they were professionals -to start with small amount of hair at the front and feed more as you go though the braid, this doesnt allow u to wear the hair back or part it without it showingThe braids were tighter in the front, pulling on the hairline, but loose in the back where all my long hair was hidingWorst part that shows they are not professional and have no clue or common sense is that they tied the braids together at the hairline- which gives it one line across the forehead making it look like a wig!! And she did that right where i part! Tried to part on opposite side(as i told her i change my part often) she made the knots so big that was not an option either-i had to cut it myself so it wouldnt look so badWithin 5 days the back was so loose, and despite taking very good care of the plastic hair it was too high maintenance even for me-an actual professional- since they had put so much hair inTaking them out was a 3 hour horrible challenge as the braids should come out easily when done properly which of course they were notWorst part is the conversation with the unprofessional owner, who doesnt do the braids her self. And clearly has no common sense about the work she doingShe sent a video of her hair line showing how small her knots are, which makes it look more natural compared to mine then had the nerve to tell me Im wrong and my choice of color is what made the knots big? She refused to acknowledge any fault (big braids and knots where they should be small at hairline, the hairline being tied together with hair making it look like a wig ) cheapest plastic hair for top price, and she clearly lies to clients and to her self instead of perfecting their work when given feedback by professionalsHer lack of customer service is embarrassing which explains why the salon is low end- just like her knowledge and professionalismPeople can see from my pictures the bad job, and you cant deny that in your response.the braids can be started smaller, any Profesional would know this, this makes sense that you dont have the knowledge at all. Look at how big only some of them are, look at me putting my finger through the line of hair tied on the front, doesnt take a Profesional to see how bad the work is. Go on youtube or other pages of actual professionals and see how the front should look no matter the color, take the constructive criticism from a Profesional and better your business for your clients instead of blaming clients and deny responsibility and pretending you know when your work clearly shows you dont.The hair you use is synthetic kanekalon plastic hair that costs 30 aed per pack, youre charging 800aed for amateur work, You should apologize to your clients for lying instead.

On Instagram you write that afro curls take about 3-4 hours. They did it for me in 2 hours and at the same time they told me that I would quickly choose a color, otherwise the next client would come soon. In a hurry, I chose the wrong color, of course... why rush? the braids were painfully braided. The impression was that they just wanted to do it quickly, get paid and get rid of the client. Not nice!

I did hair braids it was so tight , I lost a lot of my hair when I opened them after 5 days , also I did eyebrows lamination this was the worst experience I had , am still struggling with my messy brows.I put my feedback as Instagram comment but the team deleted it directly …. Unprofessional Saloon.

This Saloon doesnt deserve any Star.Very bad experience, I tried basic service that u can do it home by yourself was un professional at all.with very expensive prices. They just do care about money, Not professional with customers and their work. I will not recommend.I went home I fix their mistakes and came back to show them how to do proper work... even when you want to check what they are doing the lady was rude and said: am I doing something wrong... because she isnt professional she had no confidence to allow me watching what she was doing.I edited this review upon to their lying reply

Poor service and the quality of the hair extensions are very bad , even when i followed all the instructions of how to do daily fixing.Before trying it kindly see the removal process, they cut my actual hair during the removal ..I dont recommend at allIt was the worse experience ever 😪I got out of this salon and i started treating me hair .Please before doing it watch the removal process because its the worse part of all of this experienceAnd before you start make sure of the ehole process fees because i took the offer and they garntee that the removel is free my mistake i didnt took a writing approval, they surprisingly denied it and they let me pay againThe overall experience was the worse

Got my keratin treatment done, which failed miserably their product is so ineffective that they did the treatment on my hairs 3 times in 1 month and try to blame it on my hairs which are absolutely healthy. I have been doing this treatment from past 6 year but never faced any issues with my hairs with any salon except for them. Hair damage was also done. The procedure they follow is not the usual and justifies it by saying it’s the new method. Would Never ever recommend anyone using their service for keratin treatment. Please like or comment if you faced similar issue so that they know it’s their fault and not customer’s.

A disgusting manicure for 190 dirhams. Only a week has passed, a layer has already peeled off from three nails, initially there were unpainted areas, nails of different thicknesses and shapes. For the first 20 minutes we did a manicure in the common room, because before me the client really likes to dry her nails for a long time, and I waited for 20 minutes for my turn)))))) in the Fresha application, my reservation was set to “no show” status (apparently so as not to left bad reviews)It’s a shame that you’ll have to go to another salon so soon and get a normal manicure and polish.

The first time everything was great. Wonderful master Gulya. I did a boost up, my sister got her hair cut and was very pleased.Unfortunately, the second time Gulya had already left and the other master Dilya turned out to be unfriendly, not understanding, and argumentative.The owner of the salon, for her part, offered to have the work redone by the same master.The conflict was settled by returning the money for the service.5 stars for the first visit and 1 for the second.
