Look at the response of one of the owners. The guy even threatened me and telled lies to my friends. This is more then unfair. Dont trust these people!!!

I had worst experience in this salon Anett the lady working in this salon she did Nanoplastia as she suggested me it will work on my hair type she did 2 times this treatment for straightening the hair but no result hair looking worst she charged 660 aed and she told me your hair will look straight shinny but she did fraud first time when I called her as she said m working here. after someone told me she is freelance worker I will not recommend to anyone 😡 she applied 2 times cheap products and my hair is totally damaged. Im still using hair iron for my hair looks Straight . She is doing marketing on instagram #pikanta.hair.dubai this is scam she is uploading clients videos before washing the hair after wash hair will look curly dry damage worst than before ❌🚨

I’ve been to a bunch of salons in the past and have either ended up spending a lot or have left the salon unsatisfied.But I’m so happy to have found this salon, went there to re-color and re-apply my extensions. Everything was done on-point and within the price range.They even went to the extend of letting me pay for the service weeks later as they humbly understood that I was going through some bank trouble .Absolutely recommend this salon for all the ladies who wish to get their perfect look exactly as they like.Can’t wait to go back there for whenever I get bored of my look. 🙂❤️

I do believe that most of the reviews on this salon are fake and done by the salon owners friends. It is fairly evident due to many ratings done on certain months and then no ratings at all during other months and lots of one word reviews just to bump the numbers up. I was in the salon for over four hours and no other customers came in, which also makes me think the reviews are fake.This salon is not terrible, but its not good either. When I arrived, the staff argued between themselves about what they thought should be done to my hair. But after I explained, they did listen to what I wanted and I was pretty happy with the dye work they did on my hair, it turned out nicely, although the stylist did admit that she had never done hair in that style before which basically made me a guinea pig to her experiment which is kind of scary, and concerning!! It was lucky that it worked out OK.But the haircut was BAD, VERY BAD. The stylist had no idea how to cut hair. She literally cut my hair in a straight line to give me bangs - she has NO IDEA how to cut hair. I have had over a hundred haircuts at least in my life and this was the most bizarre experience ever. She gave the hair no texture or shape whatsoever. She placed the hair how I wanted it to look and then simply cut it in a line - thats really not how you cut hair!! I asked her for layers which she refused to do, I dont really know why but thank goodness she didnt or it could have ended very badly! I will have to get my hair cut fixed by my stylist in New Zealand.They also made me feel pressured to get the Keratin treatment and buy the products which I clearly didnt want to do. I simply needed to dye and cut my hair and see my usual stylist back in NZ on my return but they pressured me the whole time to get other treatments done which i found very rude and unprofessional.The owner was getting the Keratin treatment done at the same time (which is totally fine) but i saw her mess and tease her hair a lot to get a before photo of her treatment.I got my eyebrows done here too and while she did a fairly good job with the shape, she didnt clean off all the wax which left me with a rash the next day.Like i said this salon is not terrible, but I would avoid it for sure, staff are just too inexperienced and pushy.

She took measurements of my head & she spent time understanding what extensions were adeguate to my type of hair.They customized genuis weft for me, very light weighted an it feels comfortable wearing that .The entire staff is very polite and professional ,starting from the lady at reception till the lady who shampooed my hair, everyone was qualified. I highly recommend this place for any kind of extensions.My new Dubai favorite spot definitely.

They checked my sclap condition took measurements well almost it took four hour to give the amazing tranformation. As they made light weight topper hand made to cover front patch. The first time I went, I was welcomed by friendly Shalini. That day was only her in the salon as others were out for an event job. I have been going there for a month and had met with the rest of friendly people, even the lady boss is friendly and humble! Love their pedicure as Shalini really cleaned thoroughly! This salon is a bargain i was in dubai on vacation when i was there google to buy crystal hair extensions came out as one of the best i arrived on a friday around 3pm the owner was not hard for almost an hour to get there to her business, one of the two employees is so unpleasant that she almost bites the clients, it turns out that when the owner arrives she showed me some hair extensions that we negotiated for $2,200.00 which turned out to be a scam, she was in her salon almost until 8 at night and a little later, I went desperate to the hotel, he told me that he would send me the extensions on Saturday at noon, on Saturday at noon I wrote to him, he told me that they would be ready by 5 but at 5 he did not appear nothing from her, when a taxi oh her husband showed up at the eta hotel between 7: do not go to this store carrying reviews that are very false and misleading 30 I cheated more than 2200.00 dollars and 8:00 at night there were hours left to leave Dubai for my country, the hair extensions that I bought her, was not what she sent me, i just t and or same old man or half of the extensions scammed me, my two thousand two hundred dollars, and I try to get my money back and she did not want to, apart from the bad job she did on the extensions, it is depressing, an unprofessional job, nothing clean , is a scammer. Dubai has many people scamming tourism, abuse is a power, I will do what is necessary to recover my money that costs me a lot of effort to earn it, so that this lady comes to steal it from under my nose… do not go to this store carrying reviews that are very false and misleading..! I cheated more than 2200.00 dollars.

I had visited this salon by seeing pictures on Instagram and did hair keratin, which lasted for two days only...they are using poor quality products..i had visited for the very first time and i am totay unhappy with their services..i dont recommend any one of my friends to this salon..
