Have been here for a haircut a couple of times, one time the barber completely ignored my instructions and just gave me his own haircut which was not what i asked for, and another time they charged me 180 AED for just a haircut and facial when the barber told me it would be just 100 in total for both. absolutely terrible service and extremely overpriced. save your money and go somewhere else

- Dubai is all about customer service and in this mens salon there is no customer service at all specifically the Egyptian guy with curly hair very very rude. no manager no rules no even receipts.
