Excellent experience! Amazing results!I remember when i first went there because of a red dot acne scar on my cheek. That made me feel very uncomfortable. Upon my consultation i was recommended to go with the 4D treatment as I had wide pores, unmatched color. I took the advice as the consultant skin looked like a baby’s and she said she did the same treatment. I finished my 4 sessions with the 4D and I was waiting to finishing them all so I could write an honest review. My skin today would have never looked like this if I have limited myself to skin care products. It’s glowy with and without makeup. I love the results on my forehead ( I can’t see the fine lines anymore) the red scar that I mentioned in the beginning has disappeared, and I feel that my skin texture is so much better.I enjoyed my experience, will definitely be coming back to maintain my results!

I did my first session of laser hair removal today and it was great. Thorough professionalism and compassion was served by the technician. The only con I experienced was the hard selling of services by the receptionist but I understand that’s her job, may be suggestions in a private consultation may have a better effect on people instead of a waiting area comment. Overall great experience. 👍🏻

Your male receptionist is absolutely amazing, super friendly and helpful. Your laser technician is rude, has zero people skills and cant even greet a customer. She clearly doesnt have the ability to even listen to the customer and before a conversation (laser related) can even be had you are left alone in the room alone and she is out the door. The results of my laser have not been the best, and she downplays that. Overall she is in such a rush that even today I felt she had missed a spot, she insists she hasnt but does the spot anyway, reluctantly. Seriously needs training on how to deal with customers and to be consistent. Wont be returning after today. Super uncomfortable and feeling unwelcome, as good as a burden.

Excellent place to get laser treatment done. I availed their facial laser treatment and the results are amazing! Have booked 6 sessions and have already start seeing amazing results after just completing my second session today. They have a very professional team at work and a special word of mention for Kiran. She has very good knowledge about the entire process and takes immense pride in explaining the same to her clients and then doing the laser procedure. Makes one feel really comfortable especially some one like me who is doing this for the first time. I have booked my 3 rd session next month and have specifically asked the clinic to get my laser carried out by Kiran. Overall a very good place and i am happy with the results so far. I did hydrafacial few days back with them and I regret to share that my experience was so bad. The lady attempted to extract my blackheads multiple times, eventually needing assistance from her colleague. Unfortunately, this resulted in an adverse effect on my face. It was not a normal redness on the face but an overly aggresive extraction! My face actually looks worse after the treatment! As someone working at the front desk, it has been a source of frustration for me. I went for a facial hoping for radiant and hydrated skin, but unfortunately, Ill be welcoming the new year with scabs on my face.

She is such a nice well mannered trained person. She is their best tech and knows her work, explains everything very well. It has been my first time to try “4D Plasma”and Im glad with the experience. I was suffering from (acne scars, wide pores) and was a bit scared from the time of healing during the process. But the redness faded literally in no time after the 1st 4 sessions and the results was incredible! My skin is more clear and pores got reduced in a noticed way. I went there for the first time to try the hydro-facial.When was sitting in the waiting room and talking to my friend, some lady approached me pointed at my face and said you have scars, I was like yeah, I am aware I have them, why?, she said she is a doctor there.. and they have laser and blahblah..I was like thank you, I will see how the facial goes, if I want to do something else here after.The facial itself was fine, the lady was thorough and caring but then again when I paid and was waiting for a receipt, talking to my friend, looking down at my phone, the cashier lady randomly said to me you have a double chin.We were shocked.This kind of behaviour is appalling. Guys, I am 170cm tall and 65kg, I cannot imagine what kind of things ladies working there point out to bigger people. Maybe their way is to make you feel insecure so you buy their solutions but it is unacceptable.A private consultation is a space to mention problematic areas by the client first and then some doctors suggestions, not just randomly offending people in the reception.Really bad, bad aftertaste after the visit.Go there only if you are very assertive, self confident and accepting of how you look.

From my experience, I had there my laser sessions & facial and honestly the results was fantastic! For me looking to prices was impressive compared to the other clinics!! I opted for Full body, today was my 3rd session with them and I already see an immense difference. I have taken total 6 sessions with them. I am extremely satisfied with my technician Irish who knows her job well, and Red Carpet clinic team who really work hard who go extra mile to make their customers happy :)My hair are thinner, lighter and the growth in some patches is extremely slow or no hair at all.For me it is big thing, because I have PCOD where people say the effects are slower, but be positive stay relaxed, we have got people to give efforts, let us take efforts from our side as well

Well I will appreciate former nurse sharra , she was very good, I am waiting for my third appointment and I already regret my decision.I am really hoping that owner of red carpet will check the review.I prefer good customer service but red carpet is extremely bad in it. Their manager called me and without greeting me without asking me if I have few minutes for her, she rudely called my name without honorific and said she is calling from red carpet and she is calling just to confirm the appointment, it seems like she was giving me a favor, clearly she doesn’t have a proper training and education how to talk to clients. Just to avoid the conflict I asked her a call back but She did not, I called the clinic next day, and she answered the call instead of apologizing or releasing her behavior she started complaining that I did not answer her calls, she treated me like I’m her employee, I will say poor customer service.

Swaty they are dealing with patient professionally and in collaborative way to select the best treatment choices for the patient , at the first visit they are giving the patient enough time to examine and plan for the required treatment plan honestly and meticulously, they are not dealing commercially at all they are dealing firstly on a medical basis to achieve the most effective result, moreover they have inside the clinic various machines and techniques they can use in patient treatment, I went there to treat pigmentation and acne scar and I found remarkable improvement from the first session. Worst machine ever !!! Totally not recommend, I did 3 sessions with them and they have zero effect . The hair grows back after 1 week and it’s never falls , unlike the other clinics that I’ve tried before . Don’t waste your money !!!!
