Luxurious ladies salon

The best salon in the area and very affordable. I’m coming here regularly minimum once a week to do my hair wash and styling with Nazia and she’s the best.All the staff is super friendly, very cheap for pedicure, eyebrows and most of beauty services.

I always going to do nails package with The lady name windy at Luxurious salon.I really enjoyed her service she did with heart. But, unfortunately I did hair cut with one of the staff a guy. I told hime just straight a little bit to cut off demage hair only from the till. But, he did very bad service didnt follow what customer want he cut off like a up-side-down shape my hair. I feel bad about my hair coz, i love my long hair. I even do better than him I used to cut myself always.After he did this way to the customer i decided will never go again there anymore.

This place is awful! Bad customer service. Make sure they tell you the price before getting any service done because at the end they will over charge you. Also they are not good blow drying curly hair. I went there because was the only hair salon with someone available to do my daughter’s hair. The place smells really bad too. I do not recommend this hair salon in Dubai 😡😡😡

Bad experience ever i’v seen salon in Dubai. I did keratin treatment price and the results are completely different i come there i ask to make my hair smooth but nothing change i paid 400 aed inclg 5% extra fee charge. The most important point the Chinese manager lady has a very unpleasant attitude towards customers . After that My friend went to her to do hair She spoke badly about me to my friend, this shows what kind of person she is and so unprofessional,If u cannot do the work properly after paying 400aed to fix my hair, u shouldnt run the saloon and ur talking bad about me, it doesnt hurt me, it shows how disgusting the manager is and how disrespectful u are towards ur customersI will never enter this saloon anymore

Had an amazing experience at Saloon! Wendy provided excellent nail service—she was attentive, skilled, and made sure every detail was perfect. My nails look flawless, and the atmosphere was relaxing. Highly recommend Wendy for top-notch nail care

Very bad service for manicure. The lady looked annoyed the whole time and did a very bad job. When paying, the receptionist initially over charged me and then I had to tell them to fix the price. I do not recommend

I got the Hair Spa treatment with Nazia amd she did a Splendid job. My hair feels so smooth and healthy. And for the price, it’s a wonderful package.

Nazia does the best blow dry , nice clean place, sometimes very crowded but call in advance for booking

Han did my nails with so much care. No wound, no pain. I have very sensitive and thin cuticle that is why I am very careful when choosing the person to handle my nails. Han was the right choice! Well done!Yuyu (not sure of I got his name right) did my hair color, highlights and trim. He definitely did a good job as I am getting so many compliments on my hair. Great job!I’m giving 4 stars as I want to suggest improvement on cleanliness and better ambience for a more relaxing experience for customers.But overall, services I received and the staff including Lyn, the receptionist, were very friendly and accommodating.And Free Parking is provided.Will definitely come back.

Price is reasonable & staff members are cooperative...price is very less...if you are in Dubai then try to get haircut and other stuff here.Haircut price is 10 AED only..

Went yesterday for chin and neck waxing. My skin has peeled from the upper chin and jawline. when I called and spoke to the lady who did the waxing, she was very rude on the phone.I called on this number only nothing was done.

Very good service and reasonable price. They always have better offers and office is now renovated and it looks neat and clean now.

The hair service was OK, but unfortunately manicure and pedicure was disaster. They used awful pink stuff which stained my toes and fingers, even my husband asked if its painful because of the pink stains and the cutting of the nails were not correct according to my type nails. My friend asked for acrylic overlay, and the lady glued her current nails coming lose, and she didnt know what she was doing at all, the nails are looking worse after salon than before. Unfortunately there isnt option for 0 stars. Its not worth the price at all, even for the cheap price.

I was not satisfied with the servicesI felt there focus is more on money than services they did hair color for me I was expecting to give more detail regarding the product and advice unfortunately I was upset.They did hair color for me when I came next day I told them m not happy she put same price and I felt she started ignoring and attending the other customers the one who did eye lashes extension she was very generous to me but the girl who is sitting on counter I felt they just want to do the services doesn’t matter someone is happy with that or not. Customer satisfaction is the foundation of business I truly believe that I hope you guys will work on that thanks

I visited this salon for the first time and loved it! Wendy was amazing and she did everything so perfectly and neatly. She was so polite and patient. Loved her service.Thankyouuu!

If your looking for an affordable place for your me time. This salon is for you. Hair, nails, lashes anything you need for beauty name it. You can get the services in a cheap prices. But please dont expect for a fancy place. Aside from that services is good. Very accomodating staff. And not so crowded unlike other cheap salons.

1 ⭐️ is more than enough for this saloon. They will ask someone without experience to do the treatment in your hair. A lady washed my hair and after drying it she asked her superior what to do next, then the later replied said do the treatment. The lady answered I don’t know how to do it, then both went to a store room and handed over a medicine for treatment and she started applying. I asked her do you know how to apply? She confidently said, yes! So I let her do my hair treatment. Not even 20 mins I’m done (I didn’t expect this will finish fast as from my previous experience with other saloon they made sure the treatment is well before they release you) so I went home and came back after 3 days. When I told them that I come for the remaining service, so they pass me again to another inexperienced hairdresser, believe me she keep on washing my hair for 2 times and hair dried for 2 times again and asked what’s next??? I’m like seriously?! So I called the manager (i guess 🤔 and told him that cellophane is not done and she wants to cut my hair) so he instructed again the lady to do.Not worth for money + bad service + untrained staff.

Ive been coming back to this salon everytime i wanted to pamper myself. Service was really excellent and the staff is really accommodating and their work is just superb. Kudos and special mention to Beng who really take good care of my nails and really satisfying. Rose was really sweet and gentle and my lovely Han, one of the reason i keep on coming back to this salon. ❤️

This place is just awesome!! From the beginning you are greeted with a smile. You will be treated like a princess! I want to thank Ms Grace who put effort into my nails and hair and feet, and Ms Luela who gave me a perfect haircut suiting my face. Really appreciate the hard work and the results were fabulous. I left the place feeling more confident. Ill be back for sure!

It was my first experience yesterday with luxurious salon.Pari did a good job with pedicure and foot spa & Mamta did waxing perfectly. I must say most of the working ladies are handle things with care, while few of them gossiping on the corners rather than working.Definitely visiting next time!

This is a place that I come across by fortune, let me put it this way ,salon or beauty parlours are selected based on our personal needs,convenience and interest ,this is my experience after years being in UAE ,I realised that I spent on salon so much on my basic grooming that at times it was not worth it to be spend on expensive places., luxurious Ladies salon is a place where it fits my needs. Prices and packages are reasonable.clarify if you have doubts before you go for any treatment they are patient and kind in explaining.the rest of the works did a good job with Mani and paid. The place was observed to bo crowded during peak hours and its big enough to accommodate.

I went here Saturday, like two weeks ago to do Keratin treatment. My hair is okay before i do the keratin, but after the treatment, instead of making it more okay. now my roots are burned, they iron it incorrectly. Each strand of my hair has a corner fold in the roots. Now I’m worried how it looks like when it started to grow.I can’t believe I paid 500dhs just to burn my hair.

Bhing is the sweetest stylist. I have been here before and been served my other stylists as well who were also very nice. I also had eyebrow threading done by another woman. Bhing made me look totally brand new and fresh. I appreciate the work she did on my hair, nails and I can’t wait to come back to her. There is nowhere in Dubai that you can get this kind of service for this price. Best in Dubai for sure

I was so happy how hana cleaned my nails today April 7 2023. Me and my friend went there but the nail colors are poor quality and when we reached home same day the color was removed. It was poor Quality of product. The staff were good but they are using poor quality of products.

I went for a Hair package for AED50, which included wash, spa (mask), blowdry, straightening, cut and styling at the end.The team puts a lot of care in what they do, Nas gave a great cut to my long thick hair giving more shape, layers and remove weight as I asked.I think for AED50 a customer cant ask for more! I will definitely go back.

The service is good and I’m a regular customer however the guys there make fun of anyone with curly hair as if they’ve never seen curly hair before and it happened more than once!

Not often going to salon,and in this salon my experience was not really good,foot spa and nail polish was no quality,i dunno may b bcoz i took the combo thats why they they make fast,and the nail polish they use was not good quality,disappointed ,but the way she clean my nail was okay and nail polish was starting to remove.

All the staff are friendly and marites.they did a good work.

FYI , this salon is unprofessional, zero quality of service and products.I did protine , 2 days later my hair got worse, frizzy and even worse than my natural hair.I paid 500 AED for literally nothing.Please don’t go there and waste your money and damage your hair at least damage your hair by yourself don’t let these people ruin it for 500 AED

Highly recommend them, very good staff and there service is amazing. Especially there hair Botox and protein treatments were amazing and the staff were gentle during the process.

Prices are great. But they cant deal with curly hair, the lady kept pulling and cutting my hair and putting too much heat on my scalp during blowdry.

This saloon not worth it to have a star. Worst service at all. Its just a waste of money. Doing my nails twice and both not doing well, its a rubbish job. Im just wasting my money and time in this kind of saloon.

The manager has a very unpleasant attitude towards customers.Please respect your customers. When your restaurant staff has a problem, make a small comment and dont do anything in front of customers.

UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER HERE!!!IF I CAN ONLY GIVE (negative star) i will do!I always come on time to my booking appointment and still have to wait for 15mins. before they will do the service. in addition they are not doing the service well. No wonder they don’t have much customers. Will not come back on this salon anymore and will not recommend this to my friends! REALLY A DISASTER EXPERIENCE I HAD WITH THIS SALON! 👎👎👎

Pathetic behaviour of staff. Not recommended at all. Thats why they dont have any rating on google.Firstly, when i entered with one of their sales girl (who was standing down the building, for their promotion etc), no body at the reception, i waited ....then no greetings and no smile at all, she asked what you want, i said Hair root touch up only. She showed where i need to sit.Secondly, a lady came , checked my hair and i asked her that i want one shade light ...i was shocked what she replied...she said then dont compalin later, I MEAN YOU SHOULD SIT WITH CLIENT AND DISCUSS IF YOU HAVE ANY SUGGESTIONS.Third, when evrything done she started attending her another customer without checking whether i got what i wanted.Fourth when i called their other girl staff and showed her that she missed some of the baby hair she said it is not covered in hair roots . ARE YOU GUYS EVEN SERIOUS ?? RIGHT FRONT HAIR LINE IS NOT COVERED IN ROOT TOUCH UP , THEN HOW COME IT COVERS the other side????In short she was not ready to answer me or accepting that yes, it missed. SHE REPLIED SHE IS NOT ANSWERABLE AS SHE DID NOT DO MY HAIR then i said plz cover it , she just ignored me and went to other client and i was just standing waiting them to answer. No body cared or came up to talk to me. IS THIS THE WAY THEY ARE HANDLING CLIENTS?? THEN i went back to reception and told them i dont have whole day to wait for you guyz. Suddenly a GUY staff start shouting at me ( WHY WAS HE SHOUTING ?? WHAT THESE PEOPLE THINK ABOUT CLIENTS) and not only this the same lady came up (who colored my hair)and again shouting i told her to lower down your voice then talk,she said to me THEN DONT TALK AT ALL . I asked her who is the manager?, shocked to know she is the one.This is their client service or handling??? NOT SURE if their owner knows about their so called behaviour.The list is endless i can still count more.

Im visiting there 31 May for hair rebounding.they did Brazilian straighting after 3 days Im going there again for wash my hair.after washing again applying same chemical.but after one day i wash in home its useless nothing wasting money wasting time.bad service.Really a disaster experience i had with this Salon.my hair looking sticky,bad smell,no shining,and she told me she is repair again my hair.bad service, very unprofessional.
