It’s been almost a month since I’ve done my nails here with Alina. To be honest, I didn’t expect my nails would last so long based on my experience in other salons all over Dubai. Recommend this salon if you want to get your nails done with a professionalism.I was there twice and both times I had the best service and the best result. I am going to visit this salon again.

I had manicure, pedicure and brow threading and was very please with the services. My nail technician was very knowledgeable, she was able to suggest the right product to strengthen my nails and did implacable job! I will certainly be coming back!

Im a happy customer of Bellissima Ladies Salon who is always looking forward to my next visit. Ive been visiting it now for over a year to do my hair and brows. I love the friendly and welcoming atmosphere, professional services and, of course, the result. The prices are very reasonable.

The worst service ever from Rhoda, raising her voice and hands on me when I have mentioned I didn’t like the eyebrow. Instead to try to do something about it she started behaving in a rude way. Plus there is no supervisor or manager. Only Andrew was so professional friendly and she did my eyebrow perfect. She supposed to be supervisor how to handled and satisfy customer needs. I was going to give 5 stars rate for Andrew but I gave 1 star because of Rhoda and I couldn’t do proper manicure. I hope manager to follow up on this.

First of all, don’t call me babe!!! I have name. Plus you left a review that I am not welcome just in Google reviews no one informed me by call or text when I made the booking with different lady. At least they should inform the reason instead just to cancel it. Every single day I am convinced the worst service come because of the management otherwise staff will be nice and friendly and not raising their hands on customers!!! if you say I am not welcome then you should inform the team to inform me or send message in professional way. Not to cancel it in the last minute. The worst customer service ever! I have right to rate based on my last experience. And if something didn’t go right, the manager should call the customer to fix the problem and to improve the service instead replying rudely. Plus today I have made the booking and they cancelled it in the last minute without informing in advance or by call to schedule in other place!!How I supposed to contact the manager if she didn’t call me, she is expecting me to call her 🤣 it’s like she is doing for me a favor. I thought it is good salon specially I book every week to do manicure but sorry to tell you, you just lost loyal customer just for not knowing how to handle the situation/complaint.They didn’t even bother themselves to call me to explain the reason and they just cancel it for writing my experienceThank you for showing to other customers how unprofessional answer and arguing with customer that left unhappy from salon. First time at this salon, and the lady(Donara), I hope Ive spelt her name correctly, was amazing. My nails were all broken, but she fixed them like magic.Good environment, excellent service, and lovely ladies, too.

An amazing salon with friendly atmosphere .I’m visiting this salon for 4 years already and I have to say that this is the best salon with professional masters in Dubai.The hair masters are super amazing ,I were looking for my master to whom I can trust my hair so long time and I found her in Belissima salon ,actually I found even 2 here,both of them are super .And the same I can say about rest of the services such as nails ,cosmetology,massage and so on.The prices are so reasonable.I’m sure you will not find this prices for this quality of service in Dubai.Highly recommended .

I visited their salon for a simple gel manicure. Without letting me know she did a Russian manicure (I assume) and filed down all my nails till they were paper thin. She also cut my cuticles till the point they were bleeding. I had very strong nails that were ruined by this salon. Do not go. Also they don’t have clean tools.

Amazing salon and so friendly girls. I had my keratin treatment here. Master will advise what is better for you. Also, they can advise you home treatment because is so important if you are doing keratin.Im so happy, and highly recommend 😍

Love this salon! Amazing manicure, long lasting and also they have beautiful selection of colors which are so rare to find. The haircut they did was exactly what I asked for . Great place!

The ladies here are amazing and super kind. The prices are affordable, specially for Tecom area, where most of the salons are overpriced.However I think that they should improve the waxing service. The way / technique that they use it’s not really convenient. It takes super long and I had to tell the lady couple of times that the wax was not hot enough. The rest of the services, including manicure and pedicure are very good and decent prices

I’ve done nails, haircut and eyebrows + eyelash lamination several times in Bellissima. Always happy with the results! I appreciate that they won’t do smth just to make more money, instead always recommend what’s better

Worst salon ever very bad service my hair turned out horrible not the color I wanted at all. And the hairdresser didnt even apologise, she critisized me instead and said bad things about my hair and not to mention she took the whole money amount without offering a discount for the mess she did. I will never ever go there again!!!

I just got home from Bellissima. The moment I saw the result of my full-colored hair I thought of really given it a rating. JM really did great of fixing my ridiculous hair. And I love it so much. Staffa are friendly, gentle and they will really entertain you and make you feel comfortable. I highly recommend this to all of you who are looking for the best.

The ladies are very good with hair styling services.. But wont recommend any nail jobs. Too expensive.. Takes so limg because they dont have proper equipments( removal of acrylic nails takes atleas 90 mins and 1 hr more to refill!!)Previous reservation is advisable. You might reach there and the ladies are all busy.They start quite early 10 am and closes 9 pm.

Very disappointed with the service, booked an appointment for a pedicure, 25 min of delay, beautician are not experienced, charging extra 30dhs (7€) 😳 for removing my gelish!Blow dry was not done properly and had to pay 200dhs! Ridiculous!
