Im in awe of this centre, great service by Liza each time Ive visited. I started with Lazer hair removal for legs and have tried so many more services since. The carbon laser results are also great. My skin is very sensitive but I have never had an issue in the past year. Liza takes time to understand individual needs and tailors the treatment according, she is the best.And ofcourse their prices are so reasonable! Definitely recommend this center especially for laser hair removal.

The quality of service amd Customer is less than 1 star. American center that has NO American staff or American education. Visit at your own risk. Front desk, Manger and director are some of the most unprofessional people you will encounter.

Worst experience with the Hydrafacial. Staffs are uncooperative, skipping many steps and completing the facial in 20-25 minutes. I got skin infection and acne after getting the Hydrafacial there last week. My wife is also experiencing the same issues. Never recommend this center for any treatment.

Despite being marketed as an American center, not a single American staff member is employed there, and none of the dentists appear to have received any training in the United States.The lack of competence in handling even basic procedures has led to significant health issues, highlighting a concerning gap in professionalism and expertise. When mistakes were made, the staff displayed an alarming lack of accountability or empathy.The facility falls far below the standards one would expect from even a low-rated clinic in the United States. Potential patients are strongly advised to exercise caution and thoroughly research before proceeding with any procedures at this clinic.I sincerely hope that this feedback prompts the clinic to address these critical issues and improve their standards to ensure the safety and well-being of their patients.

Had 3 PRP hair sessions there. 1st two sessions were just okay, but for the 3rd session, I had a very bad service experience.Reached there in time as per appointment, and it took more than 3 hours to complete a simple PRP session from start to finish point.I am very much disappointed by the service quality.Decided not to take any other service from AMC as they are time wasters. They do not value others time.

I came in to get the 199 package (December discount) and even after communicating with the aesthetician - she did the 157 package (basic package). Not at all communicative.Indians specially - please dont go here, because this is NOT the place for your skin needs.

One of the worst experience ever. I went for hydrafacial + carbon peel combination treatment ( sold by them). Before getting into the treatment I told them my skin is sensitive and asked if I can do both. As per their agreement I went ahead with the treatment and then finally got my skin burnt. Left with lot of rashes , itching and burning on face.When complained about it, they asked me to come and speak to the doctor. When I went and discussed about this issue they told me to use soothing cream and gave me option to buy it from there instead of giving it for free. This is not accepted that when coming with a complaint instead of giving a solution free they again wanted me to spend.I gave the feedback on their whats app channel but after seeing the message noone responded.Pathetic behaviour and service. Will never recommend anyone.

The therapist ( lisa? ) that treated me was very friendly and explained each step during the treatment and provided me a good service.The interaction with the dermatologist I experienced less satisfied.

The center itself is ok but I have been there several times and each time I got a Filipina nurse. It was a terrible experience. It is very painful when you take blood, there are bruises that take a week to go away. But besides that, she constantly pesters you with questions. It is very annoying, I am not her friend and constantly asking questions, including about her personal life, is simply indecent! I am a client and she is an employee of the center. It would be better if she calmed down her unhealthy interest in asking questions of the client and took up advanced training

Dentist: I’ve visited this clinic twice in the past 7 months for dental cleanings. Their advertised prices were AED 149 for basic cleaning and AED 249 for deep cleaning. However, I ended up paying AED 350 each time. When I asked about the reason, the doctor claimed it was for deep cleaning. My question is—why wasn’t this mentioned in the ad or on the website?The price difference isn’t a big deal, but the lack of transparency is concerning. I was considering getting veneers done here, but Ill have to find another clinic.

Was such a nice a doctor who is very professional and knows what she is doing, usually i hate going to dentists because what has happened to me in the past, but when i went to american medical center and did the procedure with dr. I went back twice after the initial appointment, so 3 visits in total and it hasnt been a pleasant experience nor has it been pleasant results. I wont be going back.

The receptionist was super rude to me and I had a root canal removal , it is a nightmare, I can’t sleep from the pain and when I went they told me it’s normal, it’s been 5 MONTHS ! The pain is worst than when my tooth had no treatment! I wish time could come back, I would have never taken foot step in this place ! I’m not even joking!

Had deep teeth cleaning done at this clinic week ago. They are not true to their prices advertised or mentioned before the appointment. They will charge you different price and make you sign a price agreement when you already sitting on the dental chair.Not happy with the cleaning done as well. Stay away from this place.

We have got PRP sessions for me and my wife on the second session Dr who did the PRP I don’t remember the name it was an Indian lady for us wasn’t as good as Dr Obada first of all she hasn’t injected the full amount of plazma from syringe to the scalp about the half she poured on top of the scalp. My wife has just few marks of injection. Secondly she didn’t even disinfect the injection area. And finally she has added minoxidil instead of biotin to my plazma without prior notice to me, though i bought a package PRP + biotin. I felt it was a complete waste of money for the sessions. I escalated it to the management but no response even received after almost a 3 weeks.

Horrible experience … had an appointment for hydra facial at 7pm. I was 10 mins early and waited till 7:30 Pm . And the standard answer was 5 more minutes. There is a reason we fix appointments at a particular time. There were people even before me who were complaining. Finally I just walked out . Really unprofessional.

We visited dr Maria for the skin consultation but she did not even move from her chair to look at my skin. Very unprofessional doctor. I had visited them for their current on going offer of 199dhs where they offer hydrafacial and carbon laser. First of all, it was not mentioned anywhere that the hydrafacial is going to be a 30 minute process only. Please don’t go for it because it’s not worth it because I have done many facials before and I know this does not work. Secondly , their offer is just there to grab attention and the receptionists and staff are impolite. The receptionist at the counter was probably some manager and she was an Indian lady who was so impolite. She needs to learn to talk to people. One of the receptionist was ready to give us a good discount for a 291dhs package but the manger came out of somewhere and she was so impolite and she argued with us, her expressions were so bad. This is not the way to treat customers. Although , we were not rude or arguing but she was still very rude. We did not go ahead with their treatments and they charged us 50dhs for that consultation which was totally not worth it. I would never recommend this to anyone. They should not keep offers like this if the treatments are going to be ineffective ( as Dr Mariya said that she cannot guarantee any benefit ). It’s only money making.

Worst ever medical center. Starting with service ending with non professional nurses.First of all they cannot book you in on time. Second they book to wrong specialists. And as soon as results are slightly wrong - they do scare patient and ask to do more tests.Results are never on time. I wasted 2000 aed on blood test , and when nurse was taking out the needle 💉 blood came out too much (from ivi) so my clothes were in blood , my jewelers. And she was trying to remove it all with alcohol… extremely unsatisfied with experience in medical center in jlt (1st floor) over and over. Had to give many chances because I don’t like to change doctors. But after this I do not want to come back. 0 client orientation.Wrong bookings , wasted time , wasted money.Had to get tested over on another lab.And the doctor as soon as saw my result NEVER asked for extra thing, she said it’s NORMAL. where amc got me scared asking to ADD MORE tests. Which costed me 2000 aed.Not recommended

Went for a laser hair removal session. After 20 days, the result came up a disaster. Big patches of hair that havent been hit by the laser. I asked for a retouch as the work was poor and they asked me to take another session. This is really unprofessional. I have long experience with laser hair removal and before i could find little areas with hair. In this case, the work was so poor that i have patches everywhere. Would definitely not recommend to visit this clinic for this purpose.

Extremely disappointed by there dental doctors and the way they treat. Terrible Experience, Not recommended at all.

Hello,This was my first experience with the American Medical Centre I have been to the clinic 4 days back for my hydra facial.Unfortunately not happy with the outcome as I don’t see any difference or glow on my skin .Also the procedure said 30 min but they wrapped up in 20 min .As a client I expected that they will do my cleansing part makeup removal (based on previous experience)but I was asked to clean / wipe my make up by my own .Service is slow .Not a happy customer.Thanks

I had a terrible experience at this dental clinic. The filling they did was done incorrectly and caused me more pain and suffering than the initial problem. When I went back after 30 days, the doctor blamed me for not choosing the more expensive material for the filling. Now I have a tiny hole in my tooth that hurts and the filling is so low it causes sensitivity. Contacted the clinic to find solution but they ignore me for two hours then further delay me. No empathy whatsoever. My mistake was that I didnt read the bad reviews that other people have written about this clinic.

So, when my dermatologist suggested me to go for any Hydrafacial, I was a bit skeptical to go to a beauty salon for that while paying good amount, as it is something to be done under medical care. While scrolling insta I came across an ad offering Hydrafacial @AED 99 at American Medical Center, JLT. Once contacted them, they described the procedure and booked the appointment. Upon reaching first a medical consultation was done and then the much awaited Hydrafacial started. Never ever recommended... Its been 18 months I am taking 8 sessions for hair removal but no result I have found as they are saying its the permanant solution for unwanted hair... I paid for 7 sessions, and when I Complained for regrowth of hairs just within a month so they gave me one complimentary session,and even after hair started growing like anything.. When I spoke to the manager kanika, she said its not their problem,and this machine has less result bz its painless. Why these all issues not to be told in the beginning when we come for free consultation... Because there focus is just on our money not on our problems so finally I decided to ask for my refund and they said, we will call u in 2,3days. but its now 3 weeks and I didnt get any call from them. They are just doing a money making business they dont have any concern about the result. And they dont want customer to be happy and satisfied. The authorised person named kanika herself is very rude and not even ready to understand ur concern about the treatment... These people never told me in the beginning that it wuld not be a permannt solution to ur unwanted hair and now after finishing my 8 sessions they are saying its just a hair reduction process not a permannt solution.. I dont want the other people wuld suffer all these problems like I suffered. So better to choose another clinic if you really want genuine people and genuine result .

This was my first time at the clinic and Dr. Saba did a beautiful job on my teeth. I am very pleased with the result. She was very kind and I can absolutely recommend her.However, I didn’t like the fact that the lady at reception was rushing her to finish up quickly as there was another patient waiting.Whilst I understand that the other patient must have been complaining I don’t think this was professional at all. She came in twice and didn’t leave until I was done.I could sense Dr. Sabah feeling pressured and things were rushed towards the end.Nonetheless, Dr. Sabah is excellent. Five stars for her!

LIFE THREATENING EXPERIENCE AND MEDICAL NEGLIGENCE.I have had a life threatening experience with this clinic while they tried to inject some one else’s plasma into my scalp, CAN YOU BELIEVE THAT??, there is massive lack of experience and professionalism the nurses are absolutely unorganized and do not have any set process to follow, the doctor is also unaware of what’s going on in the clinic and is blindly following the procedures. The facials are extremely low quality, the clinic would attract you with low promotional offers but beware AND DO NOT TAKE THE RISK rather try some other reputable clinic with good track records. I CAN CONCLUDE THE PROCEDURES ARE VERY LOW IN QUALITY AND I WOULD’NT TRUST THERE PRODUCTS AT ALL, I have also reported there medical negligence that could have led me in a serious life threatening condition to Dubai Health Authority , As soon as you will enter you may notice the unprofessional atmosphere and inhospitable attitude from admin staff, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CLINIC AT ALL.SPEND LITTLE MORE AND GO FOR BETTER CLINIC ,

This Dental Clinic is most recommended if you are looking for quality dentist and dental clinic in Dubai. The appointment booking is on WhatsApp and thats the best. They revert to messages even I night. First I got my Teeth Whitening done with Dr. Sireen. Then I did Hollywood smile Veneers, and trust me this was life changing. This is the worst dental treatment I have had in my life. They created bad sensitivity in my teeth for no reason just to try to get more cash on teeth cleaning causing problem in my GUMs. No X-ray taken for the treatment and do over polishing even you are saying not to do that.Beware of Dr Sireen Shraim she made things mess for me. Avoid at any cost with any treatment.Just trying to make more money out of you by putting lower prices upfront. If things wrong with you I prefer to take legal advice.

Its a great place for most of the cosmetics and dermatology needs. We have tried laser hair removal, dental whitening and some dermatology and gynaecology processes and have been really happy with the results. The booking process, each approachability and caring doctors and management and staff are just positive. I wouldnt be surprised to say that this is the best clinic in and around Dubai marina, Jumeirah lakes towers, Al barsha, tecom and jlt. So if anyone has any needs related to dermatology, laser, fat loss, gynaecology or general practitioner this is the clinic to go particular because of the happy staff :)

I arranged an appointment there. The time was 17:30. And my operation was just forehead laser. I just take 10 min. Firstly they cancelled my operation. They change it 18:30. And in the phone they said that dont be late. And I didn’t late. I was there at 18:10. But they waited me 1 hour and 10 min. It was just a shot appication. But I lost 2 hours 10 min with cancellation and delaying. It is not profesional.

The worst place to check about your teeth.. consultation is 50 AED and when you get there they will charge you unexpected charges. I went yesterday to check my tooth that needs a new glue to keep it steady.. the doctor ( she) asked 500 AED just for that.. these kind of customer service put the rate down for visitors and tourists .. not recommended

I would suggest everyone stay away from this place. I have been going there for 5 years, but recently management have been changed and the issues started. I had to remind the staff for appointments and test results, and it takes a week to make an appointment as well. Today I have been scheduled for the laser treatment ( after chasing the staff ) and its turned out that I have got an infection, however the nurse was confirming that my test result is good and I can do the laser. Thanks God the doctor double checked! Imaging what would have happened if I had the procedure done! I am still shocked and asking everyone to be very careful with this place.

Very disappointing center honestly. The name American has nothing to do with. Zero service. I went to dental clinic there to remove my tooth. And doctor even didnt give my xray even didnt ask me if i want. And its my right to have it. Because its not good to do many xrays everywhere. Next day i had to chase them and keep asking. And what is more disappointing that they called me right at night at 10 pm while i am in deep sleep and asking me if i come to next day appointment. I woke up scared from my my phone ring at this time. I was surprised how this center got a licence if their staff are not well experienced. No manner of call, no respect to patient, no curtesy talking, no apology that she is calling so late. They dont care what people think. But they care about your money. Rate is here oy oy oy so expencive. Only one tooth removing is 700 dh, xray 200, just clean your tooth 300 dh...so you decide...

My first time visiting this centre and I was greeted by the friendly manager , Kanica. Dr. Sireen and her assistant were very welcoming and she explained everything clearly before starting. Everything was clean and neat. I will definitely recommend them and I will certainly return.
