Its my first time visiting this clinic Dr. Mandeep was approachable, and the staff is so friendly and professional one lady offer me a water with a bright smile and dont forget to say Hi to Angie she have a great customer service ☺️ The clinic was well equipped and designed for patient privacy, service and efficiency. And it was memorable experience when I remove my tooth with Dr. Myrna . She is good and never felt pain when she start the procedure. Im pretty sure to visit here always and Im excited to see my new Smile . 😃

Houda has been amazing in doing my hair laser treatment. She’s very professional, friendly and truly good at going through the procedure effortlessly.During our first intake she recommended which areas I should treat, and which package made sense. Hi , well I’ve been here multiple times but always had very bad experience.1 .my wife got braces job done by dr. Ankit from BellaViso medical center and it was doesn’t work out as they mentioned.2I have put veneers on my teeth first 4 lover teeth is feel very uncomfortable since I got veneers3Reception is very very unprofessional in terms of maintaining appointments timingFor example I have appointment at 4pm and I have to 30-40 minutes to get my turn which is very unprofessional and waste of time

Spoke to Christina, who quoted me 599 for upper and lower braces and then changed the price to 700. Prices were changed in the span of 2 weeks with no proper communication or explanation of why prices were changed or hiked. Seems shady, I would not recommend this place as staff there have no idea how much their services are and keep changing it as they please every other week.The services mentioned are a 40 per cent discount on their services during January 2025 advertised in December very visible in the message 😕 I even called to clarify the dates, and they said they are running it now till mid-January for Advanced booking and then they changed their prices

I recently had a frustrating experience here. I was kept waiting for three hours, only to find out that the issue I was there for could have been resolved much sooner if the receptionist had simply communicated better. It felt like my time wasn’t valued at all, and there was a complete lack of professionalism. I understand that things can get busy, but this was unacceptable. Clear communication should be the bare minimum, yet I left feeling completely disregarded. I hope the management addresses this, as I wouldn’t want anyone else to go through the same experience.

I do not recommend visiting this inexperienced doctor who lacks both medical expertise and social skills. After having about 7 laser removal sessions with BellaViso, I have not been satisfied with the results. My hair has grown back to its normal state and there has been no improvement. They would always change my laser therapist. Im truly upset with how they handled the situation and I hope their procedures improve in the future.

I have been going to BellaViso since October 2022 and although I’ve moved away from Al Barsha, I still haven’t stopped going ever since! They have a wide range of services - I’ve tried their laser hair removal, teeth whitening and I’m very satisfied by the results. My teeth are still white till today and for the laser hair removal I’ve even renewed my package cause shout out to my girl Clarence, she’s THE BEST! “The worst clinic someone could go to, where the dentists don’t understand anything about dentistry at all. They caused me an issue with my tooth due to an incorrect root canal treatment. In the end, when I went back to the doctor, she said, ‘I can try to fix it again, but I might have to remove it or it might break.’If she didn’t understand it in the first place, why did she even start working on the tooth?”

I recently had a tooth extraction (wisdom tooth), and it went exceptionally well. Dr. Merna and her assistants are very professional and excel at their work. They are incredibly kind. Even though my case was a bit challenging, she still offered me a discount, even though their prices are already reasonable compared to other clinics. Kudos to them. The receptionist that day was also very polite and welcoming. I highly recommend this place and will definitely return for their other services. 👏👏👏

I availed laser hair removal and Miss Rozy wenr the extra mile to explain to me how it worked, especially since I already had a treatment like this from a different store. Moreover the machine they use has cold water from its nozzle which is much less painful than the previous service I had from a different establishment. Hopeful to make another visit for the same treatment! I’m going to avail their 6 sessions.

Dr. Lamaan is the only best asset they have. Customer service is so bad.1. Customer service overbooked patients, had to wait for more than 1 hour to be served2. Requested for a reimbursement form for Metlife, they keep promising that they will get back to me a day after every time I contact them, a week after they still could not figure out how and what to indicate in the form. How hard is it to issue a Metlife reimbursement form?3. Patient File - sooo messy that they could not keep track of the past or advanced payment.4. They keep running promotions that they couldn’t handle the workload efficiently.5. I had to come back to the clinic 2 consecutive days because the bracket keeps coming off.
