Absolutely love this place and super impressed by the seamlessness of the service and operation. I’ve booked myself in for a day at the clinic after landing from London, which comprised of consultation sessions with Dr Makk on functional medicine (I know a fair bit about FM and still learned a ton from this session) and Dr Ola on aesthetics. The treatments that really stood out were the diamond glow facial (Melanie, my aesthetician, have amazing technique and hands and my extraction/deep cleanse was literally so quick and pain free), the quantum lift (a bit off sensation at first like an electronic zapping but very slight and doesn’t hurt at all), the infrared sauna (done in a chamber with my body inside and head outside, head was then put under a clear dome with negative ion), manual lymphatic drainage (I felt so lean afterwards also muscle stress lessened). I also had an IV infusion during my facial treatments to save time, and wrapped everything up with somatherapy to help with stress and sleep.It’s hard to find a good clinic in Dubai that not only you can trust but also provide professional but luxury services. Despite not located in the Swiss alps, it really felt like a proper retreat in the city, away from the fast paced energy of Dubai. Would 100% recommend.

Amazing experience! I had an appointment with Dr Bann, she explained all options of treatment for my concern and took her time. The staff are welcoming and really nice. I had dark cercles and she recommanded Xela rederm, loved the result! They are less dark and less hallow, a bit swollen after the treatment but thats normal. Dr Bann is really professionnal in her work and knows what shes doing!

Biolite is my absolute go-to beauty and wellness destination in Dubai. Every treatment protocol that was given to me was performed to the highest standard and gave me amazing results. I absolutely love liquid gold and diamond glow facials with Chinara. Currently going through a course of fraxpro laser + polynucliotides with Dr Ola and can already see huge difference in texture of my skin. This is my first time going to Biolite. Although I only had a consultation scheduled, the overall experience far surpassed my expectations. The customer service is superb. They sent me a reminder via WhatsApp the day before and even had a follow-through message after my clinic visit. Melanie was the one to attend to me, and she was helpful and accommodating. Extremly bad customer service + prices are changing upon arrival to clinic.Over the chat in writting was said 2100 AED for PB serum per injection, but once I reached there it was said 3150 AED. Manager of the branch was very unprofessional with agressive approach of explaining.They wasted 2h of my time on Sunday. Do not recommend.

I have had amazing results from the Ozone therapy and laser IV which I have been doing for over a year with great results. The entire health team Dr. Makk, nurses Sam, Mani, Sajina and Sujith are so knowledgeable, caring, and attentive.Also I have the best experience every time I see the Osteopath, Hortensia, her healing touch has helped me control my blood sugar, mentally distress and feel so much better. At first, the doctor seemed confident and performed the under-eye procedure well, despite some language barriers. Dr. Ola, who conducted the procedure, did a satisfactory job. The clinic has a decent atmosphere, and the staff were adequate. However, a significant issue arose when the doctor prescribed steroids without informing me, despite my documented gastric issues. This is a critical oversight, as such medications should be avoided for patients with my condition.Furthermore, the clinic staff were very casual about the matter and took the payment without addressing the severity of the situation. I will definitely take further legal action as per local laws to ensure other patients don’t face similar issues. This is not a joke; you must be 100% diligent when performing a procedure. You cant play with someones health like this.Due to this act of negligence, my overall experience is reduced by 3 stars. Visited the clinic on 2nd of July around 7pm.

It was my very first visit to Biolite clinic.. The place is beautiful, comfy and I liked the aesthetic look.But I had troubles on the day of my appointment. Upon arrival, the front desk told me that the doctor had not turned up for work that day. There was no communication about this, so I ended up having to call another taxi back to my place. The admin team did lots to avoid refunds, stalling for days and saying their accountant also didnt turn up to work. I was told the manager would contact me after the missed appointment which never happened.I ended up rebooking my appointment to come in again. I had my botox done with Dr Bann, who was perfect on upselling the amount of units. During the treatment, some small details were missing, such as seeing the product before injection and unpackaging of new clean needles. Not seeing these safe processes on my first visit didn’t help me feel comfortable and cared for.
Beautiful zen place with amazing professional staff . I have been using them for a few years and give them full credit for my hydrated glowing skin . Natasha who does my facials is very precise and professional with her work . I highly recommend her 👍

I visited Biolite clinic few months agofor the first time. I am in Dubai over a year and I did a very careful research where to go and do mu botox and overall beauty and health care. Biolite has lived up to their reputation- absolutely amazing from start to final results. I loved the interior, front desk team was supportive and well educated about treatments I was inquiring and at the end Dr. Bann was absolutely perfect - she listened and did exactly what I asked her without overselling what was really refreshing. Results were very natural just like I wanted. After few days I did Red Carpet treatment and felt like I was ready for a real red carpet experience- my skin was glowing and I saw great result. Last service I tried was Cell Gym and IV after a long flight - I couldn’t believe results- no jet lag at all, I was back to work full of energy. Absolutely amazed by this new service. I’ve been to many other clinics in dubai that are promoted by influencers and local celebrities, however Biolite exceeded all my expectations. I had the silk peel and was also recommended the IPL Photofacial by my therapist, to treat my uneven skin tone. I’ve had similar treatments at other clinics with very minimal results. Firstly, the therapist was extremely confident and knowledgable, and put me at ease by answering all the questions I had. She also advised me on the correct products to use from the Biolite medical-grade skincare range which. I am writing this two weeks post treatment and can hands down say my skin is looking it’s best. Though they are not the cheapest clinic, I know I am paying for quality treatments, the latest technology, exceptional service and a wonderful ambience overall. I also had the pleasure of meeting the lovely owner Mona, who is passionate about her work. All in all, it is money worth spent and I highly recommend Biolite and found a clinic I can trust. Amazing experience! I specially came from all the way to India to get my fillers and Botox at Biolite. Communication is excellent, being in another country, they cleared all my doubts and queries. The responses are very quick and there is no confusion. It was my first time getting fillers and Botox, I was very nervous but they made sure to clear everything. Dr Swetha is very talented and magical, I booked a video call consultation before going to Dubai. The consultation was so informative and helpful as I was a first timer. What great experience at biolite. Dr Anjali recommended soft wave as a natural alternative to Botox and fillers . The process was explained step by step and the level of pain was very mild . I was relaxed and at ease while I did the treatment. One week later I look 20 years younger and so happy with the results.

I saw Dr. Bann Thahab at the clinic for a laser treatment, Advalight, which was excellent. We discussed options for dark circles and did the treatment on the same day. Her technique is amazing and she pays attention to the client and the details.I saw amazing results after the first treatment. This is the first time I have found an effective treatment for dark circles and I’m 42 year’s old. Visited Biolite after a couple of years and I was amazed at the transformation of the clinic. The place looks stunning.Angel was an absolute sweetheart and super attentive. Dr. Shweta was everything a doctor should be. She puts you at ease the second you walk into her room. The only downside I would say is I wish Biolite would reconsider their pricing. Most treatments are priced way higher than similar treatments in other clinics.

And lately I tried their Soma Sleep Therapy, in the moment it was very relaxing, I didn’t fall asleep though; however, that night I had the best sleep. I had a laser treatment for a broken capillary on my nose with Richie. I was met by the staff downstairs and taken into the room, everyone was very nice, the treatment went amazingly well, not too painful at all and she actually noticed other veins on my nose that she took care of as well. I have absolutely no after effects, no scabs just a bit of redness. All in all very happy with everything and I would definitely recommend this clinic to everyone!

I got two diamond glow facials one with Nayara and one with Melanie and Richie. My skin over the span of two months has transformed. I also got a chemical peel with Dr. Ban that helped clear out the pigmentation followed by some PB serum for my double chin. I had an ultherapy treatment for the neck with Dr Bann. I m very happy with the results . I could see improvements from the first month already . She explained everything clearly and is precised with her hands . Both the team and Dr are nice and give informations about treatments without pushing ,which I appreciate. I have started Pico treatment and can see good result after one session.
The clinic is so cozy and it’s a very calming place. I love the smell in the lobby area. The place is so clean, comfy as well as in the treatment room. I had laser hair removal sessions done by Ms. Angel. She took care of me and did the treatment very well. She accommodated me in a friendly yet professinal manner as well. I can see an effective result in me in the treated area. This clinic is well recommended.
This is a tough one to find faults with!! Made the right choice with biolite, considering my previous unpleasant experience with a popular jumeirah clinic, very professional team, welcoming, had a few concerns with my skin and just followed therapist Ms roxanne’s advice and she hasnt disappointed me! The clinic is beautifully setup especially the new extension with the added parking is a big relief! The atmosphere and staff of Biolite are so nice and welcoming and very knowledgeable which I loved. I had a treatment called orchestra (which is a form of cool sculpting) which nurse Ivy she was so informative and the procedure only took around 60mins. Im very happy and will be going back soon for my second round of treatment.
I’ve waited 5 months to see the results before I gave a detailed review. After going for two other rhinoplasty consultations and close to giving up on finding the right Dr. I came across Dr Samer Bassilios. After deep diving on reviews, seeing all the before and after images. I booked an appointment and went in for my consultation. He was confident, sure in his ability and gave me his view on the changes, edits needed. I didn’t leave the consultation to think about it, Booked the procedure and didn’t have one doubt prior to going into the surgery.My bruising was minimal after a 3 hour procedure and the pain wasn’t close to what I thought it would be. Your nose in recovery really does change a lot, he did warn me. After one week I had thought he botched my nostrils cause there were on the skew side. He kept calm, told me to be patient and I’ll see the true result after a few months. He was completely right, my nose is completely symmetrical, my slight curve is perfect and my new nose feels more suited to my face vs my old one. Would I recommend him, absolutely! He’s an expert in his field. He shows it through his bed side manner and incredible precision. Couldn’t be more grateful for my new nose.

I consulted with Dr Shewta initially, and being the most amazing & professional doctor she is, she helped me understand the skin issue I had (rosecea) & helped me to get my skin back to normal, without pushing me into any treatments immediately, whilst suggesting me on what was right for my skin condition. I travel to the UAE regularly for anti-ageing treatments at Biolite and have done so since 2011. The Morpheus is a new treatment I discovered and have seen excellent results within just 2 sessions. The staff is friendly and helpful and the environment is always relaxing. My regular visits at Biolite started in 2016/ My first (ever) facial was the Suki facial and it was amazing! I loved everything about it. The facial was so relaxing. During the facial, I just feel as though Im taken into my own dimension where I can totally zone out, as there is relaxing music and dimmed lights to help me do so. Since my visit in 2016, I have been coming non-stop, always choosing the suki facial! What I love the most about Biolite is that they have everything for everyone - teenagers and adults!

Love this place. I go here for a variety of things and all the staff are fantastic, attentive and friendly. I trust them implicitly to provide quality service and have been using them for over two years. Christine is amazing! As is Dr Shweta. Early last year and during the summer my skin was an absolute disaster- I was contemplating whether I need another round of accutane for my acne, which I first took 6 years ago and is an incredibly strong medication with a lot of side effects. I started having the silk facial regularly a few months ago and the difference to my face is astonishing- decongested, clear and brighter. I look forward to this facial every month!

It’s always great to be back at Biolite after nearly 6months and from the hospitality to the treatments everything is beyond ones expectation.Dr.Shweta made me feel sooo comfortable during the consultation and took me through the routine/regime in detail, the do’s and the don’t, I was soo pleased that someone is actually listening to my concerns and is actually invested in making my skin better it was unlike any other appointments I’ve had with other dermatologists.Irina did my treatment well it was the first time and I am sure it won’t be the last she took me through the step by step process and ensured to let me know what she is applying and the advantages of the same. Furthermore everyone is very warm, and it puts you at ease and quells any nervousness you might have.Dr Samer/my experience: I feel that there is a huge distinction between my experience at Biolite and other clinics as I feel everyone who practices there truly wants you to look and feel your best. They will not go overboard with any enhancements, or do what will not suit your face which shows experience, skill, and pride in their work to be so fastidious. My experience with Dr Samer Bassilios Habre for a rhinoplasty was fantastic and I cannot thank him enough. He immediately put me at ease with his kind demeanor and I felt that I could trust him, he has a truly lovely manner and additionally I had followed him on Instagram for years admiring his work without realizing he operated in Dubai. This made me even more certain that he was the surgeon who I wanted/trusted enough to operate on me. I would highly recommend looking at his Instagram as he has highlights of the countless surgeries he has performed and you are able to see how he works with different noses and tailors them to best fit his patient’s faces- cosmetic surgery is about enhancing the specific patient’s look- not about using a one size fits all approach and this is very much embodied at the clinic and within Dr Samer’s practice. During my consultations, he let me talk about which areas of my nose I was concerned with, but also told me what he thought he should NOT do that I had perhaps wanted, and this to me showed that I really could trust him as he was not just trying to do whatever I asked for. He was genuinely trying to make only positive changes and not change my nose unnecessarily where it might have looked unnatural, unlike myself, or perhaps even worse in combination with the rest of my face, and I feel he really focused on facial harmony which is so important. Being able to talk through the specific details with him, as well as my fears, made me feel extremely comfortable before my surgery, which was an entirely positive experience.It has only been a few days since my surgery but I am already very happy with my results (even though full results will take a while to show). I am very excited to see how my nose looks in time, and I look forward to my progress.The importance of trust, and having a good cosmetic surgeon whose abilities and vision you are confident in is paramount, as whatever you are changing is a change which will impact how you feel, and your confidence, which is everything. I really enjoyed my experience with Dr Samer and I truly cannot recommend him enough.

I have to thank Biolite for introducing the Healthness department and of course Dr saida to the clinic. Working in a high pressure job and being a mother can take its toll on sleep , plus I’m always in a state of anxiety leaving me feeling fatigued. Dr Saida suggested some tests & put a protocol of sleep therapy, IV infusions & supplements which have been a game changer. My sleep patterns have improved, my mental & physical energy is AMAZING!
