I’ve visited the CMC Centre to see Dr. Nahed regarding my skin pores and discoloration she suggest for me the DNK 300 and from the first session I started to notice improvement on my skin texture and I’ll keep going on the sessions till I get the final results. Dr Nahed she’s so professional, confident from the treatments/machines she offers & I trusted her recommendations on the treatment plan she suggested for my case, she’s so sweet & a good listener and all her staff from nurses and reception are so sweet, professional and welcoming . You feel so relaxed and welcomed at the clinic

During my recent visit to Dubai as a tourist, I made a spontaneous decision to undergo lip surgery at the Canadian Medical Center and Plastic Surgery. I was absolutely delighted with the outcome, particularly impressed by the skill and approachability of the beautiful Dr. Nahed. The results exceeded my expectations and fulfilled my long-standing desire for a perfect outcome. I cannot praise the clinic, staff, and doctors enough for their outstanding work. I highly recommend this facility to anyone seeking top-notch medical care and transformative results. I am already planning my next visit for additional procedures. Five stars!❤️

The worst in arranging with appointments they will give you appointment and make you wait for 2 hours for referrals patient only if you are not known they will just keep you wait ! The room i was diagnosed in has AC leaking but still they kept me waiting in the room .. not practical .. i remember i had the same incident 5 year ago before Corona i waited for 30 min and lift .. but this time i waited because they took the money before the procedure i really hate my experience already.. not recommended at all there are hundreds of clinics in Dubai.. this one is the worst of all

If i could give zero stars i would. I came from abu dhabi for dr. Nahid (almost 2 hour drive). Waited for 2 hours. I was prepped just to be left on the center bed with all the prepping creams on my face as the doctor already left the center. The nurses didn’t want to tell me that the Dr. left until i paid so that i have to reschedule. I WASNT THE ONLY ONE WHO FACED THAT (there was other ladies who were humiliated and pissed because of this). I asked for a refund, its been two weeks now and im the one who keeps calling them to get updates and i haven’t seen my money yet. Will be taking this to DED.

I have completed 16 days post the procedures and I am still having lumps and bubbly pimples from injectables in 4 different areas on my face😣.. I searched about reasons and mainly would be wrong technique or poor quality of injectables😥!! I am very disappointed and full of anger for paying so much money and getting unsatisfactory result with abnormal side effects which I am still suffering from !!! Noting that I have given enough time to see result and avoid misjudging, but 16 days is more than enough.Regardless of pricy procedures, the DNA 100 plus is a very traditional and painful technique of acne scar treatment, unfortunately I have realized that after I paid in advance pre procedure (this is clinic policy) and when doctor started performing the procedure pain was beyond tolerance even after one hour and half of anesthesia. Though I tried to understand the process when I called for appointment but the answer was (only doctor will be able to tell you!!) but it is patient right understand the procedure and take decision accordingly, but unfortunately they are not transparent !! Comparing to other aesthetic clinics even the receptionist will be able to brief you on the procedure . This procedure is not recommended at all , you will find in market more advanced techniques with much less pain.Also waiting time for my booked appointment was one hour and half 🙃 I came to the clinic for DNK 100, but with doctor influence I have done three out of six procedures recommended by her. Honestly I couldn’t think wisely as doctor was waiting for immediate decision!!They also tied to convince me to buy package for the DNK 100 pre procedure but THANKS GOD I didn’t fall in the trap.If clinic is offering professional services , they have to be more confident and wait for client to see the result and if result was satisfying they will definitely show up in the clinic again , no need to put pressure to convince them.Unfortunately, 3 days post the procedure I had lumps, bruises and bad swelling , so I contacted the clinic regarding my concerns and thought they will give me priority but they were not even welling to listen to my concern and immediately responded that this is normal! They have judged through my text on WhatsApp ! However I insisted to visit the clinic and waited for two hours to get checked by the doctor but unfortunately the attention given to me was so disappointing! Doctor pressed on the lumps and bruises very hard and said that I have to wait for 5 to 7 days 😓😓 I completed 16 days and still having the lumps …Noting the abnormal side effects were a result of the two procedures which doctor insisted me to do.This was a horrible experience which I will never overpass in my whole life , and they have already lost a patient 👎🏼👎🏼..

Upon my experience with Dr Nahed i can tell she is the best doctor in dubai , i have done my lips and temples with her and i am very happy about the result .Overall i was pleased with my experience with the clinic, they were all very knowledgeable and provided excellent services 👍 highly recommended

I had chronic back pain for years until I visited Dr. Nageena . She is an amazing chiropractor with a friendly attitude and her work is like magic. Dr. Nahed is an absolute scam, she is definitely depending on the propaganda she creates on her IG account, claiming that she’s number 1 in GCC, using unique equipment and products that no one else has in the world!!Extremely and ridiculously over priced with almost zero consultation or explanation, the minute you arrive, nurses indirectly force you to lay down, apply numbing cream on your face before even seeing Dr.Nahed nor getting any idea of what will happen to your face. After a waiting time of almost two hours, Dr. Nahed shows up for max 19 minutes confusing you with what needs to be done. The next minute you find the receptionist right next to your head asking you to pay literally FORTUNE!!Clinic is not clean, waiting time can exceed the two hours despite the fact that you have booked, no results, no progress, literally nothing has changed in my face!! I can’t believe that people still fall for her trap and unethical strategiesStay away from this place, Dubai is packed with professional dermatologist

Giving 5 stars for Dr. Nahed and for the Oxygeno Treatment that I have done.I have visited CMC for some treatment for my stresssed face. Dr. Nahed asked me what is my goal and I said I want something to defy my aged face. She suggested the Oxygeno Revive (anti-aging) and was able to explain everything before the procedure. Everything went well with the treatment and felt my face was 5 years younger.Will continue the treatment for sure! Love it!

Dr. Nahed is an absolute scammer, and she is not as good as she claims.It was my very first time to get fillers and such procedures, and I completely trusted her without checking the reviews.First, she diagnoses the issues recklessly, rushing everything out. doesn’t give the patients proper time to ask questions nor explaining what is going to be done and what are the materials she use.The Payment part is so funny 🤣as they let you lay on the bed, put the numbing cream, and then the receptionist will come to ur bed and claim the amount which is without a doubt EXTREMELY OVERPRICED!!! This is not my issue; however, I believe it’s a strategy they implement to make u pay without thinking if it is really worth it.Finally, the result and her actual skill, I did sofwave on my hooded eyes & double chin. She claims that sofwave is a replacement for surgery but 4 months have already passed and I am seeing ZERO results!I did fillers as well for my jawline and her technique is extremely poor without any noticeable improvement.Be aware she doesn’t post any before and after photos and that says a lot!!!!Save ur money and go to a real doctor who knows what to do.

I have consulted here in CMC regarding my upper back and shoulder pain. I have told that nothing serious but an overuse and tired muscles due to my wrong posture when im doing my deskwork.Dr. Patrick, their Physio did a treatment called Dry Needling. I was afraid in the beginning however, he explained it in a way that you will like the procedure. Im glad that I did it because it really helped my pain a lot. Its like im having a new set of muscles.I will recommend for sure to my other officemates who also have the same issue. Thank you so much Dr. Patrick!

My first visit to try what Dr. Nahed apply’s on her patients, I can summarize that experience as follows:1- Dr. Nahed is very very busy the way you feel uncomfortable while you are laying on the medical bed in front of her, you feel like you don’t get the right intention as a patient who is willing to pay at least 10k AED in one shot.!!2- I asked the staff and the doctor more than once about the filler’s brand name but I got no answer, it was like they were ignoring my question intentionally for some reason!!!3- Dr. Nahed has also applied a session on Sofwave to me, it costs more than 8,000 AED . It is my third week already and I can’t see any progress until now!!!4- After that I came back to then from Abu Dhabi to Dubai for a retouch sessions it was @ 10:00 pm cuz Dr. Nahed only works after Iftar in Ramadan, unfortunately the clinic was too busy and the receptionist refused to let me in as a special condition of a patient who will drive back to AD for 2 hrs in the night !!!5- You may say that it is a matter of appointments respect, and my answer is NO, for sure, my first visit was booked @ 9:00 pm and I only got the chance to get my treatment @ 10:30 😒Any way, I went back to AD without receiving my checkup.After Eid I will go back to the clinic because I am not satisfied with the results , specially the filler 😣😣😣I will write to you my feedback again after I get my retouch session.

I was in TERRIBLE pain when I visited the chiropractor Dr. Nagini. SHE IS FABULOUS!!!! I give her a 10 star rating as she is not only amazing at what she does, but she is caring and goes above and beyond and really pays focuses on getting you better. I would have given a full five star to the clinic; however, the fact I would like to suggest that they make the massage therapist a part of the chiropractic experience (I know they do in places I have been to in the US and it makes a huge difference)!

I went for hydrafacial and when I arrived I was told that the doctor is too busy to see me so she will come while Im in the middle of my facial but she never came I ignored that.It was so unprofessional they let me lay down without covering me with a towel and it was cold!they use something very sharp to extract the pimples which hurts so bad it scars the face and whenever she extract any pimple she shows me and keeps repeating that she got so many pimples out which is so annoying I came here to get my face cleaned not to see how many pimples are on my face soooo disturbing its like she was doing me a favor by extracting them she doesnt realize Im paying for this !!!!!so she finished everything so quickly even the face massage was too short I didnt feel relaxed at all and then she had to take me to another room to put a normal sheet mask and I found a lizard in that room the lady was fine with it she said it wouldnt move and we should stay EW I couldnt stay in the room I left she didnt even do something about it finding a lizard in a facial room is disgusting and not right.I had to pay 1000dhs for this bad facial experience it was not worth it I expected a professional doctor not a trained lady from Philippine that knows nothing about facial I came back home with my skin kinda flaked and full of scars Ive never experienced such bad and expensive hydrafacial I dont recommend it to anyone !!!!! I will never visit this place again I had higher expectations.

Poor customer service. The receptionist was so unhelpful no empathy to think that I was in pain. If the receptionist named Katrina is not fit with her job she should have a proper training when handling patients on phone! All she wanted was to end the conversation and cancel my appointment. I even want to re-sched my visit but she immediately said no because they are always fully booked!

I like the hydra facial there in dubai but in abu dhabi khalifa city branch they do a better job they actually do a more professional hydra facial.In CMC Jumairah branch they do it quickly and without putting any serum or any cream they just use the machine and thats it and its around 500 dhs which is not worth it if they are doing their job in a rush and not professionally.I recommend them doing the same procedure in Abu Dhabi to satisfy the customer

Whilst my chiropractic treatment was sound enough (although frankly 15 minute sessions are entirely insufficient in my opinion) my experience has been undermined by incompetent, disrespectful and perhaps even fraudulent action by the CMC insurance team. They invoiced using incorrect coding that meant that some of my reimbursement claims of AED3000 were rejected by Daman and six months on have still failed to fix the mistake despite clear guidance from Daman as to how to do so and promises by CMC Insurance to attend to it. Tread very carefully with CMC. I am a healthcare professional and will not recommend this company, which obviously places short term profit above patient care and satisfaction, to anyone. Disgusted.

Very bad time waiting,the doctor Nahida let other people in when I was waiting first this is so disrespectful and disappointing, I had to wait for 1 hour. This is very bad.

The worst experience I ever had in my life with Dr. Nahida. If there was a rating less than one star, I would have given it. I paid an amount of more than ten thousand dirhams for something simple in the hope that I would get a result that “we wouldn’t get if we turned around the whole world,” according to what the doctor said. But The last one is rainbow colors under the eyes and lumpy stones on the smile lines other than the DNK that dots and disappears. The worst thing is that it convinces me that all the puffiness and puffiness are normal, even after I have completed a month. And the underestimation of the amount I paid is that it is considered nothing compared to others who pay fifty and sixty thousand,, other than the treatment of those who have WhatsApp,, four days so that I can get a picture of the materials that the doctor injected on the basis that they are not authorized to share this information... The worst experience with dr. naheda in my life, very poor quality compared tothe pricesIn addition to conveying my entire experience, I worked in a second clinic known to be excellent. Three sessions of dissolving all smile lines failed to the point that the doctor went crazy and said it was impossible that he injected you with the same substance as in the picture they sent you. We can only say, God is sufficient for us, and He is the best disposer of affairs.

A very bad experience with Dr. Nahid. The procedure was Botox, five months ago, which led to the eyelid drooping on the right eye, which led to the closing of half of the eye so that I was unable to open the eye except slightly. When I contacted the medical center, I was not referred to the doctor. The employee merely told me to wait for a month until the situation improves! The situation continued for about two months. I was unable to face people because my eyes were half closed! Disregard and lack of interest in the customers. The important thing is that you receive the payment amount and your relationship with them ends. The doctor’s ethics push him to follow up on the patients and ensure the safety of the procedure.

The service at the clinic is excellent, and the employees and nurses did not fail. I had a Nano device with Dr. Nahid a long time ago, and the result was amazing and I am excited to do DNK next time, God willing. Even my sister had a neck lift device done eight months ago, and the result is still amazing, and then it gradually improves. Hands down.

I had an old visit from Dr. Nahid years ago. I had pigmentation on my face and neck, and I found a very significant improvement, and it continues with it. This is my fifth session. Dr. Nahid sees her age, and they dont care. The reviewers and others were saying that the price of the session is currently 3150, and they withdrew 3974 from me. This means that their dealings are zero out of ten, and they like to take advantage of the client. After the session, you see that no one answers your questions. It is the worst clinic I have ever dealt with, I swear.

I did a procedure with Dr. Nahid for DNK 300, and it did not help, and she did not give me the result she asked me for the amount they took from me.. On top of that, when I called that I wanted to contact the doctor, the result was not the same as what you are marketing for. I became ill, and the customer did not care if he benefited or not. The most important thing was the money and the solution was only with them. Any consultation and I pay money for the procedure.. OVER RATTED

Everything in the clinic is more than excellent. The employees and nurses provide excellent service. I found benefit from Dr. Nahid’s treatments, especially sculpted, DNK, and Botox. She is excellent, and her treatment of patients is amazing because my experience with them was nice. I visited them again and will continue with the doctor, God willing.
