From the very beginning, I felt completely at ease thanks to her friendly and professional approach. She took the time to explain everything about the treatment and reassured me about any concerns I had. Thanks to her, my feelings about laser appointments have completely changed for the better, and I now look forward to them with confidence and excitement. And I have seen many over the last 13 years.Dr Amany understands muscles of the face more than any other doctor I have met.She is an artist… she can make you look beautiful in the most and natural way.And I also trust her as she confident yet also honest with her observation and opinion.Also a great clinic with friendly staff and attentive service. I visited the clinic almost a month ago for fillers, I explained to Dr. Rola how I wanted my chin and lip fillers, but she didn’t listen to my instructions and concerns and was in a hurry. They didn’t tell me about the type of filler, it’s over priced, and a lot of lumps formed. the doctor was 50 minutes late, and still in a hurry, didn’t give any instructions just injected and left.

Be very cautious before considering any treatment with Dr. Rola. Unfortunately, it’s a shame to call her a professional. My experience was extremely disappointing—she made me wait over two hours and seemed more focused on my budget than on providing genuine care. Her primary concern was upselling treatments and suggesting far more injections than I needed, disregarding my request for a natural look.I left feeling like her priority was profit over patient satisfaction. Instead of enhancing my appearance, the results were exaggerated and unnatural. If you’re looking for a trustworthy, patient-centered professional, I recommend looking elsewhere.

Today, I got a skin rejuvenation injection with Dr. Ali Assaf! 💉I take good care of my skin, 🧴but it always needs that extra hydration boost💦. The experience with Dr. Ali was amazing, and I definitely recommend him in our clinic.🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟As a skincare specialist, I can honestly say they’re fantastic!💫💫

Rushed and Unprofessional”Avoid Dr. Rola! She’s always in a rush, barely takes five minutes to assess your face, and doesn’t listen to your needs. She’s more focused on upselling treatments than delivering good results. Not worth your time or money!

Please take care...ITS A WARNING, dont go to Rola.This is not a doctor, what needs are money in the shortest time.So basically the question she did to me was how much money you have to spent?Not what l need but what she want.Stayed in the room for 5 minutes, injected in my Lips and jawline 4 ml of filler and proposed also to continue with botox in my forehead. And of course l didnt agree. And she left.You can t even immagine the result. I was shy to go out for 2 weeks. Thank god l went to another doctor and disolved the filler. Never more...she is not a doctor, she is just thirsty for money.

The staff are very welcoming and friendly. I recently tried he consultation for LHR and both the nurses( Mary and joy) are very knowledgeable and accommodating they would answer and explain all your questions and they will also do a patch test to try the machine.They have great summer offers and packages. 30-50% off when you take multiple classes.

The staff and nurses were wonderful and friendly , i had appointment with dr Rola for first time, she was unfriendly and in a hurry , she wants to go to the next appointment , and her hand was heavy when she injected me. In instagram she’s defiant person .they have free parking

I visited the clinic couple of times and unfortunately did not benefit as much as I had hoped. Despite spending a considerable amount of money, I did not see the expected results. The treatments did not meet my expectations and ended up going to another clinic just after 3 months to get the results I needed. Additionally, the wait times were long, and the doctor always seemed to be in a rush, which affected the quality of care. This is my honest opinion about my experience ..

I told dr rola i want something simple, i had a horrible experience i had my face ruined and now after 2 months of fillers my lip fillers is bumpy and nothing near to simple, i wished i have read the other bad reviews as i didnt believe it and went for a filler and i called the customer service crying after my fillers as i am scared to return and get my face desolved as they might ruin my face!!!

I came for botox injection and lips augmentationThe botox disappeared in first month , the lips filler they injected Korean brand which my body didn’t tolerate it.

I had a very bad experience with Dr. Rola regarding the filler treatment on my face. The results were extremely disappointing. The filler was unevenly distributed, leaving my face looking lumpy and unnatural. She makes a daily announcement on her social media account that she has experience but believe me she is not at allThe consultation felt rushed, and I didnt feel that Dr. Rola took the time to understand my concerns or desired outcomes. During the procedure, I experienced significant discomfort, and my concerns were dismissed rather abruptly.Post-procedure, I reached out to express my dissatisfaction, but the doctor seemed indifferent and unhelpful as she’s the owner of the clinic she don’t care 😊 , offering no real solutions or support or at list a refund for my money that I’m sure Dr Rola will not do it as this type of Drs they look only after money, She charged me 4500 AED for 3 Injections imagine and I don’t need it . Overall, I am very unhappy with both the results and the service I received, I had to get it removed in another clinic a week later due to the infection my chin was has hard as a golf ball. My jawline was not the same on both sides. she has made me feel soo ugly and insecure I went to anther Drs they was shocked they told why she put all this amount of filler you don’t need I do not recommend Dr.Rola for any treatment .

I went to the private clinic and did my first ever underarm and bikini hair removal 😅 . It was a SUPERB service and thanks to Mary joys gentle hand because I did not feel any pain during the treatment. 😍

If I could rate zero, I would. Waited for one hour for Dr. Rola for about 4 mins of conversation where she spoke over me and did not apologize ONCE for being one whole hour late. In addition, she barely even glanced at my skin and recommended 3 expensive treatments before a simple conversation on what I was here for. Dr. Rufida then came in and was absolutely lovely and helpful. Never returning to such an unprofessional place with such an unprofessional doctor such as her.

I seriously had one of the most horrible experiences with dr rola.We were three patients at the same time, no attention to detail, extremely hurried and when asked about prices she already had a calculator in her hand shoving it in our faces.. very unprofessional.After mom was injected, 2 weeks later you can still see there’s imbalance and done unequally. We are going for dissolving. Also black spots where there 2 weeks after she had her lips injected. She wanted something for hydration but somehow they’re literally rock like. Very stiff and you can easily see black spots. I’m scared for mom god knows what were in those injections.

This is one of the worst clinics I have been to. DR Rola is the worst and most insensitive doctor I have ever met. A couple months back I have went to do my chin filler with her. I was her first patient for the day. Her consultant came to me first and asked what I wanted to do, I said I only want to do my chin and I wanted something natural. Her consultant said no I needed to do jawline too I said ok because she’s the expert. When the doctor came she was soo not in the mood to do her work and I told her please I want something natural because I am still younge I won’t want to ruin my face. Her response was asking me about my budget. I told her it’s not about the money it’s about me wanting something simple. She proceeded to do the fillers 1ml for my chin. 1ml for each side of my jaw. Total of 3 ml. She charged me 5k and it’s this is with the discount and they forced me to write a google map review before I leave . My face was soooooo unsymmetrical. I had to get it removed in another clinic a week later due to the infection my chin was has hard as a golf ball. My jawline was not the same on both sides. she has made me feel soo ugly and insecure :( This is worst place I have been too the doctor and her team are so rude and insensitive .

Worse service this was my 3rd time and no one respect customer time at all and everytime they answer you with same reason .. I hope management look into customer appointments timing … very very very bad service.. never going to this clinic again

Dr.Rana is a sweetheart! I have done few treatments with her and I have got awesome results, she’s such a friendly lovely doctor and I would highly recommend her! Special thanks to all the nurses as well!

Dr Rola is horrible and extremely unprofessional and just does her work as quick as possible without any attention to details and not understanding the patients requirement. While I was at the clinic, I felt like I was at a butcher shop where she puts each patient in a different room and visits each one for a maximum of 2 minutes with the filler injection ready and she sends us out. My lip filler has shifted to my upper lip which is the most unprofessional mistake that any doctor could make.

If you aren’t looking for a competitive edge skin tightening RF treatment or you don’t know what you are doing, this may be the place. They’ve truly wasted my time. Very antiquated equipment 😌

Dr. Rola is unprofessional person who just works as quickly as she can without paying attention to the little things or understanding what the patient needs. There are lumps and bumps in my lip filler, which is the most unprofessional mistakes

A clinic that does not respect patients time. Today I had an appointment at 3:30 and until past 4:30 the numbing cream still on my face and I was not seen. If patients respect your time and come according to their given appointment, then you should respect their time as well. The staff at the reception and Dr. Rola’s assistant are all so friendly. Dr. Rola is good at what she does, but unfortunately they have a problem with time management. I find that very disrespectful and unprofessional. At the end of the day I am paying a hefty amount of money for a service to be treated this way. Totally unacceptable!

For your best cosmetic needs, you only need Dr. Ali Assaf. He is very caring, qualified, knowledgeable in his field and very detail-oriented. His staff are very amazing, caring and kind as well. I would highly recommend him as he is not only very professional and good in his job, but also very friendly and careful.

I visited the clinic for the first time to do Hydra facial and Vitamins boost. The reception staff were nice but not welcoming. I waited for Dr. Rola for about 1hr and half and when she came literally it took her 2 minutes to tell me that one therapist would do the facial and give me the boost. It would have been better if they had booked me or assigned a therapist rather than wasting an hour and half for 2 min advice. Yes, I havent done hydra facial for a while, but I NEVER EXPERIENCED SUCH PAIN. The therapist kept telling me I have low-pain tolerance, even though I believe a therapist should be well trained to handle such cases. I had to stop the treatment and leave the clinic because I couldnt stand the pain. The treatment might work for other people, but unfortunately, it didnt work for me.

The worst clinic in Dubai! Please don’t ever go there. I went in for bikini and face laser where the therapist did not think it was important to take me through the process of laser or to ask me valid questions. She just started with a very high frequency and despite me telling her that the pain was unbearable she still did not stop. She was extremely unprofessional. When the procedure got over I was unable to walk and went back to her where she applied cooling air for 5 minutes and sent me home. The next 3-4 days were the hardest days I’ve gone through in terms of physical pain as I ended up with severe burns on my face and bikini area.. the clinic refused to remove her, she did not apologize and they tried to cover up by saying this happens to a lot of people. I have sent them legal notices to which they have not responded as they clearly do not care. You will be wasting your time and money by going to such a place. Would never ever recommend.I’m not being able to upload pictures but the doctor at their clinic saw my burns and agreed to the messed up job the therapist has done.

I had an appointment today with Dr.Rola at 6:30 pm, I reached at 6:11 pm showing respect to both our time. Dr. Rolas consultation was 5 min, without checking my skin without giving me any appropriate and professional information. They said I need a treatment and creams. Trusting Dr. rolas experience I said ok they applied numbing cream on my face without providing any information about the price of the treatment, after asking for details the assistant said its 7k aed. Noting that not the dr who is doing my treatment her assistant is!!! I was supposed to wait 15 minutes and start, sadly I had to wait 1 full hour without any notice! I am shocked with the unethical and unprofessional treatment from Dr. rolas assistant! It is a waste of time to be honest and its all commercial. One of the worst experiences I had in clinic. They charged me 315 aed for consultation eventho it was for free but after I spoke up for my right they gave a refund rudely. I do not advice anyone to go there! Unprofessional and rude.

Literally I could sum this clinic up in one word! OUTSTANDING! I’ve been to several clinics here in Dubai and, by far, the level of hospitality, customer service and professionalism at The Private Clinic Dubai outshines them all! Truly world class. The reception staff were courteous and polite. The nurse brought me over all treatments to show they were fresh and in date and the Doctor was communicative, engaging and clearly was highly experienced. And Hanna was really cute too :) I would recommend anyone looking for cosmetic treatments to contact them today for value for money professional care.

I started my laser treatment almost a year ago, and the results are unbelievable.Very professional approach, and the stuff is super reliable.They dont just do their work but give you a lot of useful information and tips regarding your health and beauty. My experience in the private clinic is amazing! Even though is far from my house I trust them with my skin with Anne ( she is brilliant and she has the best hands and opinions for your face). For my laser hair removal I trust Charity, she is such a down-to-earth person and has very delicate hands for the laser!

I was at The Private Clinic for Microblading of eyebrows and I was extremely satisfied with the service. The clinic is very clean and stylish and due to Covid-19 they had sanitisers everywhere so I felt very safe. The receptionists were so nice in the most genuine way which made me feel really welcome straight away when entering the clinic. I was a bit nervous about the treatment, but the therapist, Anne, was so knowledgeble and explained every step of the treatment which made me feel relaxed. I was very pleased with my entire experience and I will definitely come again for other treatments.

Seems like staff are always lost about the prices for each procedure. I had to sign a paper (electronically) as a first time patient, but I wasn’t given the right to take a copy with me 🫣 even though it says clearly I should have a copy. Very bad experience unfortunately. They are not clear about the prices and the treatment is so fast .no enough discussion and only needles in your face and at the end they give you the invoice to pay with no consent from you to pay the amount . They only care about to inject needles and collect money !!!! Very bad …..not recommended at alllllllllll

I had a great laser removal experience at The Private Clinic. I had 3 sessions with Charity who was amazing at explaining the process, so kind and friendly! Each session was also amazing because it was really in and out. In terms of Covid, I never felt stressed to be in a clinic as it was empty most of the time but me.

The Private Clinic is the worst experience I had in Dubai. I called them to take appointment for LPG. 1st time I went, they took me for a facial. I said that I was here for LPG. They apologize and took me for LPG as agreed. 2nd appointment a man entered in the room after the LPG session while I was dressing up. 3rd time was the only time with no problem. 4th time I went they said I have no appointments today! Knowing that I booked with the receptionist 6 appointments over the 10 of the package I paid for to ensure I will be consistent as it is needed for this treatment and I repeated all the appointments we booked together to be sure that we are on the same page. Then they called me to cancel the 2 next appointments because the woman who does the LPG was sick. They have no one to replace her. I asked to get in touch with a responsible or the Director. But they refuse to give me any e-mail or phone number. I cannot get the service I paid for, I cannot get back the money and I cannot contact anyone to raise up my issue. I really do not advise anyone to take appointment there.

My first laser hair removal treatment session with the Private Clinic went really well. My practitioner, Joy Gabriel, made sure that I will feel comfortable during the session. She has thoroughly explained the procedures as well as the dos and donts of the treatment.I highly recommend the Private Clinic for the great service and value for money.

I already finished 2 sessions of laser hair removal with The Private Clinic and im very happy with the results of my treatment - hair growth is a lot less after the first session, no irritation or even side effects during the period. also, i would like to commend their staff too, especially Ms. Joy, for her assistance. she well explained to me the procedure and made sure that im comfortable and everything is safe. :)

The new management of this clinic are not professional and very commercial.I was a regular client with them, and I used to do with Joy who is good at her work, but today they informed me that if I have to keep on doing with Joy, I will have to pay 4 times the price of another technician. Which means that either the other technicians are not well trained or they are ripping me off because I am used to work with Joy.I wont use their services again and I requested to delete my file from their data base.

I loved my laser experience at the private clinic. I’ve been suffering from unwanted facial hair for few years and since my first session with Mary I saw a huge difference. I’m more confident now and I can’t wait for my next sessions. Thank you for an amazing service and great experience.

I came to The Private Clinic for laser hair removal and the treatment was superb. Firstly, it actually was laser, unlike many other clinics who claim to use laser but actually use IPL, which is not effective for hair removal.Secondly, the staff are lovely, very organised and provide top notch service. They strictly follow all the required safety procedures and guidelines for all services unlike many other clinics.I felt very safe and well looked after throughout. The prices are a little higher but it’s 100% worth it for the results.Thank you!

I have been going to The Private Clinic for a while now and currently been doing facials with Anne. She is amazing, very professional along with all the other staff. I Have done the dermaplaning along with a hydra facial. My skin has never felt so clean and clear. I would highly recommend this clinic and Anne for a specialised facial to suit your skin. Big thumbs up from me! I will continue to do these facials as I am so happy with the results.

What an experience for laser hair removal! Im actually very sensitive and i rarely bare any pain on my body, but the team makes you really comfortable especially that i was very stressed. Starting from the receptionnist till the therapist. I was called on the same hour i asked for the free consultation and Joy was really good in explaining me everything since it was my 1st time experience with laser.I have done my 1st session with therapist Charity, poor girl i gave her so much hard time since it was painful but she was sooo good to manage me and made it less pain as much as she could. If u are sensitive like me then shout out for Charity she is the best in making it less pain :) thank you Charity for baring my screaming session hahaha

I had a facial cleaning in the Private Clinic with Ann a few days ago and I can not emphasise enough how radiating my skin has been since.It was a very relaxing experience overall as it also included a massage of the face, head and neck. I would definitely do it again. The place was very clean and welcoming, complimentary coffee too : )

Great staff, Dr. Hala’s assistant was very nice and competent. Love getting my Dermapen treatment done here, would highly recommend.

Overall a good clinic. Could be better, I’ve only been to the clinic 4 times and I was once overcharged and undercharged. I find this inconsistency annoying and inconvenient and not professional. I come to see the Consultant clinic who are amazing, and when i called the priv clinic to ask for a follow up with the doctor I was rejected the follow up and asked to send a photo that she’ll show the doc. I did so, and got the advice from the receptionist herself and no update from the doctor? Hm i never knew any uncertified person can fill in as a doctor and hand out medical advice :)

What has happened to the Private Clinic? I am appalled. Been going for so many years and then few days back when i rang them, i instantly knew something was off. I was connected to a call centre and it was a horrible experience. The phone got cut off mid way, no one called me back. When my text was finally answered, the girl on the other end did not understand what i was saying whatsoever (keep in mind all i was trying to do was make an appointment. It was like i was talking in greek.) It was a nightmare finally to get an appointment. Apparently the management has changed, which is fine . However ,please train your staff.

Very happy with my RF sessions. They are very professional and provide great service. Mary is my favourite therapist as she takes the time to really make sure you are comfortable and achieving the result you like to achieve.

Therapist Joy is a rock star. So calm, kind and professional. Recommended.Follow-up - I have to change my review due to follow-up experience.Terrible service on reception and unable to make a simple appointment as a returning customer. 28 WhatsApp messages over several hours having been told there is availability and then no further reply’s.Really really disappointing service and terrible that Front desk can impact a business in this way but I now have to go elsewhere.

I have visited The Private Clinic on many occasions for various treatments. Their staff are highly professional and I always receive fantastic service from them. Dr Dany knows what he is doing - he is great at his job and he always makes me feel comfortable.

They took from me almost 4 k for 2 needles and took advantage that I’m a foreigner here. Next day they told my friend that the procedure I did costs 700! And when I asked they were like we took taxes from you! What kind of tax is 200%???? I’m really disappointed

First of all they treat customers like we dont exist.Second this place is ex Private Clinic that they had packages for clients for LPG.I had worst experience they changed the pracitioners,they changed the name of clinic into Charisma and when i asked them for refund of LPG sessions package they igrnored my request.I simply didn t want to continiue as I did not like the fact they are changing name and practitioners so often.Simply i was IGNORED! For 2 months i am asking them for refund!!!Lastly i submit huge complaint to Goverment of Dubai. I hope we will resolve this issue. I would never ever get any service from them anymore.FYI i was returned customer after 4 years remembering how they were amasing before so i asked for a new package. And i got this experience. Very sad😓

Very bad clinic starting with call center which not trained well and didn’t have knowledge about the offers, receptionists, management and dr R also very rude and have bad attitude.Dr was late for 1 hour and didn’t even check my face before for what I need and what material to use and she didn’t even smile 1 minute she finished and left!Very bad clinic , not recommended and very commercial

Absolutely disgusting behavior by the new management of charisma medical center..Made a booking 2 weeks in advance, upon arrival theh couldn’t find me in the system saying it’s a new system..Then they said the therapist would be late as the earlier client walked in late..Finally after a wait of an hour I get to know the machine which was to be used in the session wasn’t bought at the clinic..Just a couple of Clueless staff sitting at the receptionist doing nothing at all..This clinic is an absolute no no for me..Don’t even waste your time booking an appointment here..

I went to the clinic to do hair treatment one of them PRP needed to take blood from my hand .The nurses dont have enough experience they dont know how to find the vein, they pick my hand 4 time and still they didn’t find the veins. I get out from the clinic and I didnt do any service there.
