I had an appointment at 12:00 pm which I booked days in advanced. When I reached the clinic at 11:55 am, the lady working there told me my appointment is booked at 12:30 pm. They change your appointment without notifying you. I waited 30 mins and after that I checked again with the receptionist and she keeps telling me the technician will be done shortly. It took 1 hour. Besides all of that, laser is expensive, they change their prices depending on their preference. Also really rude laser technician wouldn’t even say hi or how are you. Never going back again and I advise not too at allllllll

I got burned from doing my lazer hair treatment at this clinic. I now have black spots on my arms from how hot the machine was, and this is despite me showing the worker that I was in pain. This place had very poor service already and now theyre mishandling the lazer machine.

Poor service. I called to book an appointment and they said they’d call back but never did. It happened several times. Had to chase them. Then when I finally booked the appointment at 7:30pm, they called me few hours earlier to ask if I could come and start at 7pm instead so I did. I had to wait until 7:30pm anyway :) … not to mention that they didn’t know if I had a paid package with them already. Every single employee asked me if I had one or not, it’s almost like they don’t have a system.

After reading the reviews, went to the clinic 3-4 times .. unfortunately it was below expectations..No respect , unprofessional and waste of time..Empty reception , late therapists , and they really don’t care if you are there! My last visit l left the clinic after waiting for the therapist approximately 30 mins , no excuses and the receptionist didn’t care at all and even didn’t call..

I am Too late to write review but I rly wanted bcus everyday I feel sham to look at my body … After Tummy tuck done by Dr Poonam in Cocona Cinic Al wasl Dubai .She ruined the look of results for even normal Tummy tuck . HD look even I can’t expect ..She left my side handleShe made my scars so big and scaryAnd my lower belly didn’t seem look how they commit of their Tummy tuck surgery Resulting..As I am watching every day Dr Sanjay CEO of CinicThat they have so much knowledge and they are one of best in Plastic surgery Surgeons in their Cinic as they Commit .🙄I can’t go through again the same OT and my body recovery sessionBut I got one chance in my to get my choice or normal look body and Dr Poonam is ruined itAnd stretches done by old technologyMy tummy tucks scar uneven line ,My unappropriate Fat not removed from the bellySo it seems wired to see to even myself ..I highly recommend pls don’t go there .. might they offer u discounts but they will leave to regretted for rest of life ..Dr Poonam good in speak and talk but neighter she is agree or know her work …M super sad 😔 & upset 😢 .I can’t go under surgery again ..but every day m causing myself to go them for their unprofessional way of do surgery on Me .Thanks .

Procedure was painful and completely rushed, doctor came late and rushed the procedure ( appointment at 12, finished at 1:30) and the procedure should not take that long, i did this procedure before in other clinics and it was not that painful, so im wondering what happened here. Im not visiting again.

Baaaaad service they double booked ppl and they confirm they appointments with confirmation same-day i came earlier and i was waiting 40 mins for my appointment and i didn’t do my service after that !! I called the call center and no one called me backnot only me most pf the clients are waiting with same issues !!

I had burns and irritation during treatment,the specialist therapist is not professional and not concerned to my notes during the treatment The branch had no information about the visit and perviously records , and when filing a complaint, they offered to send pictures to the doctor and I refused so they close the issueCustomer services is horrible

Ive been doing laser hair removal for a while now. However I wasn’t getting the results I was hearing about until I came to this place with Shalita. I have been going to cocoona mirdif since almost two years now.Honestly their laser service and machine are really incredible. I have tried many places who keep offering cheaper prices but I never get even 10% change in my hair growth.Since I have been going there, the hair stopped growing completely in most areas. The remaining areas only needs touch up every 2-3 months.I highly recommend going the technician (Shalita). The only one I really trust because she takes extra care in covering all parts and when I discussed with her some of my concerns regarding my hands she tried using different approaches and I couldn’t be happier with the result. She’s clam and focused and chat when the customer wants and that’s really nice as she gives the customer needed space. Cocona Mirdif is always my 1st choice for the RF microneedling procedure. I specifically ask for Mrs Shalita to do it for me. I trust no one else but her. Recently, did the dermapen treatment with her. She does it so gently knowing that I have very low pain threshold. I know I am in perfect hands. Bless her!

I did first time prp with them, first of all the nurse was not professional, I almost fainted from the pain while she kept moving needle in my vein !!! And they did not also numb my scalp before treatment even though I have mentioned its my first time ! Wasnt a good exprience

Don’t go… I did Botox with Dr. Punam with no results! Either she is pretending to inject or they are using bad products! Waste of money .

Horrible customer service. Their WhatsApp is out of control and keeps spamming. They don’t even respond on it. Also, they don’t have a clear price list, and keep changing the price according to their mood.

I never advise anyone to deal with this center, especially Botox. I don’t know what they mix with it. I feel like they inject water. I don’t know how. Their prices are expensive, and Botox does not last 3 weeks. No, they do not care. They do not even care about Zeina’s service. There is no experience, and the materials they use are definitely expired! They mock people.I want everyone to know I had a botox at this clinic..it was supposed to last at least two months..it didnt even last 3 weeks. Im so mad 😠 I feel like they injected me with water even when I went back for booster they said wait another week to see results but nothing happened. They just care to take my money. When I called they ignored my complaint they did not offer anything. I just wanted to share my experience.

Regardless, the prices are more expensive than other clinics, and the reason is: they care about customers and treat them more than others, and the proof is that my appointment is at 10:30, and now it is 10:50, and the clinic is still closed, not that they are open, and there is an appointment schedule, no, the entire clinic is closed.Mashallah for the pampering and attention franklyMany stars for you
