I would like to thank Dr Anna Mallory for the wonderful treatment she and her nurse Khaylee offered me when I visited her for Volite to help lessen deep wrinkles around my lips from over use of steroid cream in my younger years for excema.I was so very nervous, so as she realised this she explained the procedure fully and showed me what she would do before and whilst doing it with a mirror for me to see for over 30 minutes, then ensured I was fully happy to still go ahead with it.Numbing cream was applied and when the area was perfectly numb she began from the outer area instructing Khaylee to ice before each injection and pressure directly after. Which she did as an amazing job of doing, thank you 🙏🏻The room had a beautiful view of the Palm and harbour. I watched the sunset through floor to ceiling glass windows, which was so relaxing.When she finished the procedure I honestly could go through with it a second time as was painless and comfortable.They truly are a teammade in heaven and I have no fear to ever return to Dr Anna for any further top up now. Thank you so very much Dr. Anna you are truly a beautiful person inside and professionally and I am so glad I chose you for this experience and treatment.I had slight bruising on the upper lip as the skin was so thin and slight swelling which is expected but by day 3 all swelling has gone and the bruising has faded. This review is only of a female dermatologist in the clinic.Delayed due to a previous patient who had apparently asking allot of questions on beauty procedures.Initially I booked for a rash on my skin where she prescribed a cream. I took the opportunity to show her an old burn on my skin darkened and if she would have a suggestion on a medicine to whiten the area. She saw it and immediately said that I was lying and it is not a burn, that it never could be as it does not look like it. I tried explaining on how I got. I was never heard and she refused to listen. Finally, she said okay, if YOU say that it is a burn, then I recommend oil.My conclusion, if she was sure I was lying, then maybe she was lying too. I went to another doctor.

Not recommended .... they give appointments to patients and when u reach there you will be surprised that the Dr is not there!!The reason mentioned that the Dr. Thought no more appointments for the day and he leaves for the day.Very disappointing!!!!!

First time here- Appointment at 10am, arrived and the cosmetician wasnt even at the clinic. Had to wait for her to arrive for 45minutes. No problem on that, it can happen to anyone but problem was that then the hydrafacial was done in a rush, being rough with my face. On top of this the cosmetitian did NOT wear her mask/gloves during the full procedure, talking to me and feeling her breath directly on my face! At the end of the procedure, she went outside the room and when she came back she removed her gloves and put a cream on my face directly with her hands, NO gloves nor even having washed her hands right before- We are in a pandemic!!! This was unacceptable!Im disappointed, I wasn’t expecting this. I do facials on regular basis since im 14 years old, I do know how a facial goes..Second star is because the products they use seem good, the place was clean and personal is kind.

Staff at reception is unfriendly - GP was 30 minutes late - paid 800AED for a 15min teeth cleaning - one dermatologist refused to see my eczema and offered an expensive treatment for rosacea instead. Second dermatologist treated my eczema very well. Orthopedist is good.

I was there for a normal doctor visit. I had a bag cold which was lasting for many days and wanted to check what was going on. .. the doctor saw me for not more than 5 minutes and then i did x ray. . . .I am covered by insurance, so i did not have the chance to see the prices charged until today....!!!!It is just in-human what this hospital does. It charged me (my insurance) more than 1300 AED for this visit.! I was charged for specialist consultation, x-ray and pathology outpatient...for this visit of less than 20 minutes in total.!When people play with the health of others like that they are just in-human...it is really crazy! Never go to this hospital...

The worst place to get treated... A very simple blood test will take five days to get the results.. saying there is no doctor to sign them after four days..Nurses unfriendly.. Doctors dont have time.. Once it comes to you, they are in a hurry..Not recommended at all...
