To my surprise, the entire process was not painful at all.After the treatment, my skin feels wonderfully tight, and while I do have some redness—completely normal for this type of procedure—Im thrilled with how my skin is already looking. I booked an appointment for Deep Cleansing Facial at Dna Health & Wellness .The Communication was easy & hassle free.I arrived on the day of the appointment & the place was so beautiful.It was spacious & luxurious .They have a variety of infused water .I was taken into the room & Dr. Michelle Steyn who is a skin expert did my deep cleaning facial .She is so good , she was very gentle & explained everything to be step by step . Today I had my third visit to DNA Al Wasl. After trying multiple clinics in Dubai I am so happy I have found DNA! The clinic itself is not just aesthetically pleasing but very clean and comfortable, on entering I was very impressed with the coffee bar and barista, they make coffee just as good as an actual coffee shop but complimentary! The reception staff are warm, welcoming and knowledgeable, greeting me by my name and registering my arrival efficiently. My absolute highlight of my visit was Harriet, she is a professional in her field of skincare, very knowledgeable, transparent with information and an outstanding bedside manner, that made my visit feel very organic and comfortable. I really believe it’s rare to find a clinic that ticks all the boxes but DNA did so today and I highly recommend a visit.

Impecable service from the staff from moment you walk in, you will receive a warm welcome and variety of refreshments.The clinic is exceptionally clean, I regularly do the fitness energy IV, the treatment last about 35 min, and you can read or watch Netflix, they even provide popcorn , the nurses are super sweet, and what I like most is that they mix the vial in the IV in front of me. Was happily surprised to get a complimentary foot massage.They also have a wide range of beauty services, I did Botox for my eyes and neck with Dr Leandro Junqueira and I am very happy with the results.Place is amazing, highly recommend.

Just had an incredible experience at DNA Health & Wellness Clinics - I did 200 million stem cell treatment.The staff are incredibly professional and informative, answering all my questions with patience and expertise. I recently visited DNA Health & Wellness in Jumeirah for a blood test that cost over 800 AED. Given the premium pricing, I anticipated a high standard of service and clear communication. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet these expectations.Upon receiving my results, I was informed that an additional 400 AED would be required for a consultation to explain them, with the initial 800 AED covering only the test itself. This lack of upfront clarity is concerning, particularly since other clinics I have used previously include result explanations as part of their standard service. The additional charge seemed to prioritise financial gain over the quality of patient care.Additionally, despite assurances that results would be available the same or following day, I experienced a three-day delay and had to reach out to the clinic myself to obtain an update.While the clinic’s facilities are aesthetically impressive, the overall quality of service did not justify the premium cost. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend DNA Health & Wellness.

Its an excellent clinic. Michelle, is such a great therapist for coolsculpting. She explained very well the entire process during my consultation and during the treatment again she explained step by step what to expect during and after the treatment. So was very gentle and tried her very best to easy my nervousness and kept checking on me during the treatment. After the treatment she messaged me after a few days to check how I am doing and if there were any issues or concerns. All went well, I have seeing some improvements after about 2 weeks. All in all Michelle gave me an excellent service and did a fab job.

Michelle, the therapist who treated me is very knowledgeable, calm, gentle and advised me with 100% accuracy what treatment would suit me, and I was convinced to go ahead with the treatment. Explained in detail whillst the procedure was being done, what the next step would be. A great bedside manner. Has an excellent rapport with her clients. Would definitely recommend the facility and Michelle.The only drawback I faced was the delay in my appointment not being advised to me, until I walked up and inquired from the Receptionist. No apology was made for such delay. Perhaps a bit more courtesy in this regard would have been appreciated.For me, first impressions count a lot.

This is also the first time that i used the Soprano ICE laser machine and the results were amazing! From the first session i noticed the difference. I am totally disappointed about the treatment results : did 3 full laser hair removal as touch-up after my previous hair removal treatment.The existing hair seem to fade after the sessions, but 1 month after my last session, most of the hair is back.Either the device is old and out of power or the setting used was wrong.I never had this issue with the previous hair removal treatment in different clinic and with different devices .

Such a wonderful experience with DNA health & wellness Clinic. The staff are always so pleasant and helpful - going above and beyond to make sure I am well looked after. Clinically, they have very sound knowledge (being a pharmacist I constantly quizzed them!) and knew so much about the therapies available. I am feeling so much more energized and refreshed after just two of my customized IV drips which Dr Nas had prescribed for me after analyzing my blood results. Very clean and professional staff. If you are planning to take the food intolerance test, I advise you to skip paying the additional fee for the Dr. consultancy after as it is pretty basic and doesnt really offer anything different to what you can see yourself on the report. Unless of course you plan to pay more for a specific health program with the clinic going forward. Overall my experience was good and the report covers a lot of good types which is great.

I had a fabulous experience at DNA. I tried the coolsculpting treatment with Karmen who is extremely experienced and professional. She put me at ease from the get go and was on hand to answer all my questions and concerns from the point of consultation, through to the treatment and after care. The nurse didn’t know how to put the IV she was not confident. Suddenly I felt an electric shock down my fingers. I asked to remove. She didn’t know what was she doing. I left clinic angry no one bothered to call back to check. I thought this electric shock was only temporary but it continued till next day everything I hold I have electric shock in my hands even when I don’t move it’s there.Be careful not to give yourself to such places. If this doesn’t get fixed immediately and back to normal I will sue them !

The dermatologist really took the time to evaluate and discuss options for each treatment and recommend what would work and look best for me while also considering my goals. Great experience at this Health Center.After weight training almost everyday, sometimes twice a day, the body get highly fatigued and recovery is not the same. A friend of mine recommended the wide range of services provided at DNA Health and Wellness Centre. This encouraged me to pay them a visit a few months ago while on holiday in Dubai and I am glad that I did. From the minute I entered the place, I was very impressed by the welcome I received. The premises were stunning, very modern and serene. I have been struggling over a long period with my weight and tried various diets over the years. I have a demanding job and often suffered from interrupted sleep as well as vague stomach pains. Dr Nas was very attentive, listened to my concerns and delved deeply into my life style. After running a few tests he provided me with a detailed plan that I have been following for the last 4 months. this plan took into consideration issues such as ways to improve my sleep and methods to manage stress. Very disappointed with their service & abt correctness of their reports. They assured me that doctor will call & they will try to fix the issue. But we didnt received any call bcoz they r not valuing the customers , but only cares abt money which paid by these customers. Nether myself or my husband recommend this place to anyone. And surely I will not leave this matter without involving MOH.

They listened, cared and took action to provide the best possible outcome. There were multiple follow ups from the doctor and management, short and comfortable, just to ensure smooth experience. Isn’t that what’s important in a healthcare provider! I will return here.

Totally overpriced. I payed 5k aed thinking I would deal with the gut problem I had. The treatment I had with them basically didn’t do anything. All the problems are still there
