I have a great exceptional experience during my pregnancy ultrasound procedure with Ms Madiha. She is very competent and patient with my baby even though it took her too much time to finish my anomaly scan. Also, receptionists are very accommodating and helpful.

I had to bring my 70 y/o mom for orthopedic because of her arm injury. Dr Anas is a very experienced and excellent doctor. Also mom had to do ECG and we monitored moms blood pressure she requires medication to maintain it. And Dr. Diba was amazing too. Their Doctors really cares for their patients -and all staffs are very kind and accommodate us very well. I think they are the best!

Disappointing customer service!!!I would never return to this place. Despite arriving on time for my appointment, I had to wait over two hours for a CT scan, which highlighted just how disorganized the place is. The customer service was bad—no one seemed to care about the patients. After the scan, we weren’t provided the CD of the images and had to contact them five times before finally receiving it. The report took just as long, with constant follow-ups required. Overall, the waiting times were excessive, and the staff clearly lack proper training in handling customers.

Really disappointed in how this clinic managed our appointment. We arrived at 11 am and were seen by the doctor not too long after. He said that an x-ray needed to be performed. We waited for a half an hour and followed up with the front desk. They said they needed approval for the x-ray. They didn’t really provide much guidance other than calling the insurance company. The insurance company said the outpatient approval time was 1.5 hours. I messaged the clinic to see what was happening at the 1.5 hour mark and still no answer. I then called the insurance company and I ask what was happening and they said the clinic never submitted the medical report to gain approval for the x-ray. That they needed to submit the medical report and to call once they did that. I messaged the clinic to submit the medical report and call the insurance company once they submitted the medical report. I have never witnessed such carelessness at a medical facility. 3 hours later and we are still waiting for the approval. We live far and I have a chronic illness. This was not a good experience.

I would like to put review .!! I was not satisfied with the service I always choose hospital since it’s budget friendly that’s why I came there . Very rude ladies in the ultra sound they are discussing about the products inside about the machine when the patient is inside n treating the patient instead explaining us Infact i kept asking her what’s that n what’s this inside scanning room dont all two people just one is enough.. me and my husband are very unsatisfied ill not recommend this diagnostic center to anyone

We came here for a scan and the equipment wasn’t working properly, once we recieved the results we notified the clinic about our concerns and they were happy to help and resolve our issues. We asked for a refund due to equipment failure and they cooperated with our request. They will only respond to you until you pay. I did my X Ray & MRI. They didnt send me the X ray copy & I have emailed them thrice with no response for 2 weeks. I called them 4 times & no one picks up.I would have to get my X ray done again somewhere else.

His clear communication and efficient coordination made the entire process smooth and stress-free. His incredible dedication and follow up sets very high standards.Sonographer Ms. Malaz also impressed me with her professionalism. During my ultrasound, she provided exceptional care, ensuring I was comfortable & addressing all my questions with thoroughness & patience. Her dedication and meticulous approach were greatly appreciated.The management needs to pay attention and improve the cleanliness and hygiene of toilets by more frequent cleaning services with a log register.Overall, the level of service and professionalism at DCDC is truly commendable.

Perfect service before paying.Horrible service for anything after paying.Got in to take results, and doctor was not there because an emergency.They got to know 45 minutes after i was there waiting. Add 1 hour commute and it’s 2 hours wasted.It’s a pity because before paying the 2000 AED everything was quite smooth.

Gave this clinic a referral from my doctor which specifically said he would require CT dicom downloadable files to be used in CAD software for surgical simulation. Confirmed with the clinic 2 separate time saying they could do this. They then took my money. Only gave me the option to download the images of the scan and not the dicom files that the doctor actually required. Dishonest clinic.

Came for chest xray and the it was a very good experience booked appointment at 9 am for 11 am and when we came here it took us hardly 20 mins for everything they sent images within 5 mins on my phone and reports as well in a day, Good service

Honestly ive been to so many dr. Here in the UAE, but in DCDC ive met the bet doctors in this clinic, very good treatment from drs and staff, also its location is very easy to access as well as they have free parking, we came to Dr. Atif Fazari, he the best gynecologist in Dubai I was refres to him from so many friends and I was happy to actually go and see him as the first 2 doctors I visited were not very convincing for my case.I recommend them because for those who don’t have insurance they can give you good discounts and for the quality of doctors they have.

Unprofessional, incompetent and dont follow basic health practice to keep pts medical information CONFIDENTIAL! I left crying because of how terrible this clinic treated me.I cant even begin to explain how traumatizing my experience was. On the first day, I was put in a room with 2 existing patients and the nurse (indian girl) took my vitals, said them out loud and asked a whole health history INFRONT OF OTHER PATIENTS! This is basic for any medical clinic... PATIENT MEDICAL RECORD CONFIDENTIALITY. Being a healthcare professional myself, this is a basic rule you never break!On the second day, I was told to go back to collect a new prescription and I waited so long with an infected foot in extreme pain and the front desk (Daisy or Mary) didnt acknowledge me at all. I had to call the Dr to ask her to send the new prescription and she kept saying she sent it and receptionist kept saying they didnt recieve it. This went on for almost an hour. Then eventually I got frustrated and asked her to show me what she has in the system and she kept saying the new prescription hasnt been updated. She literally showed me my previous prescription (with 4 meds) and new one (with 6 meds) and kept saying its the same one I didnt get the new one. I couldnt believe my eyes and ears and asked her to check again as it CLEARLY WAS A DIFFERENT prescription. And she kept denying it until I pointed it out to her. Then her response was literally, oh this is what you wanted here you go. NO APOLOGIES NOTHING. At this point I was furious, crying in pain and walked off. Not once did anyone from front desk came to apologize or acknowledge their mistake. Only the branch manager came after me and I explained her all this. Highly NOT recommending this place.Please train your employees basic medical practices like not sharing pts medical information with others and how to read a prescription. And if you see a patient limping in pain and crying, have some decency to show some compassion.

Most unprofessional clinic I have ever visited. I booked my appointment 2 weeks in advance to do a MRI I informed them that I am coming from another city to do it and they called me 20 minutes before my appointment to tell me that they want to inject me with a dye for the MRI and to do so they need me to do a blood test and for that I need to be fastened for at least 4 hours and they called me for that just 20 min before my appointment that I was already in Dubai when I told them that I already ate the told me that they need to change my appointment for 4 hours later or cancel it as they already know that I just come from another city . So I had to wait for 4 hours in Dubai to do my MRI . How can you trust a clinic when the staff is so unprofessional and how can you even trust your health on them

DCDC has now supported me through a few treatments and services this summer. The team was extremely efficient in getting me a booking and turning around the results even more quickly. Really appreciated their efforts to making sure my process was as smooth as possible. Dr. Maheeha Rafiq specifically was very attentive and also made sure that she followed up with me in the same day to see if my injury had made any progress and that I was not in too much pain or discomfort post treatment.

I believe that this must be one of the worst clinics in Dubai. Completely useless staff, unhelpful and disorganized. Went for a back pain, three hours to do a simple xray, they passed the wrong information repetead times to the health insurance making the approvals to take even longer. We came back home without a diagnosis, told us we have two wait at least two days for the xray report, TWO DAYS! Something that it’s done in a few minutes! It’s been 6 hours, even after 3 phone calls we are still waiting for a sick leave note.This place is useless, can’t be called clinic, fails even to provide the basics of patient basic management. I had to ask them 3 times while waiting to give my wife some kind of medication since she couldn’t even move from her back pain. They just circle around and do absolutely nothing.Unreal experience, better to stay away from this place, don’t even want to imagine what would happen if there’s a medical life threatening emergency.

Waiting time is just ridiculous! I had appointment booked earlier (so I was not a walk-in) and I waited hour and half to see a doctor!!! Not coming back and doesnt deserve to be a clinic in Healthcare city where more reliable and reputable clinics should be. Avoid if you can.

First of all I found out this center in google when I was trying to look for an MRI for my mother. I immediately send them message asking inquiries and details and wow they were very quick to respond and very accomodating as well. As for the booking of appointments, I can say that they were so helpful from the reception to the insurance as well as the one Im chatting in watssapp, if Im not mistaken it was Ms. Alaa. I would like to thank also Dr. Tarek from the Internal Medicine who took time to discuss with me over the phone about the case of my mother. He was very helpful and professional. Now, I came in the center together with my mother because she has an appointment for MRI and all the staff welcomed us with friendly smile. Though it was a bit busy, still they managed to accomodate and help us. The nurses and the people in radiology department were so kind and helpful to our needs. Actually the whole team in this center, I salute to their professionalism and quality of service they are giving to the patients. Todays experience was totally satisfied and I will be coming back for sure for the follow up check up of my mother. One more thing I was happy about because the Filipina receptionist (sorry i did not know her name) gave us a discount card to their services to be used by the family members. Indeed I am grateful to all the staff here and your efforts were appreciated.

This center is very accommodating and efficient at treating patients. They accept many health cards and they have great discounts for self payers. Their doctors are very professional and always treat using the most updated guidelines. I recommend this center to anyone looking for great medical care.

All my experiences at DCDC have been perfect; the clinic is clean and cozy, the service is always amazing and all the staff and doctors are extremely accommodating and professional. The laser hair removal treatment is very effective and the process is quick and pain-free, with absolutely incredible results. Ammu was my technician and she is very experienced, knowledgeable and caring. I am so happy and highly recommend DCDC for all medical services as they always deliver the best experience!

Unprofessional, unorganised, and a total waste of time.I called and booked an appointment for a specific Scan which the clinic confirmed was available.When I arrived at the clinic for the scan, they kept me waiting for a hour, saying the Radiologist is busy. Eventually, finally informing me that they are unable to do that scan.As a diagnostic center to do something like this to cause inconvenience to patients is really unfortunate, and undesirable.Beware of the Chat based appointments in particular wherein the person has no idea of the medical requirements.

I regret visiting this place. Me and my wife complained about stomach issues . We decided to quit self medication. Firstly, we begged this guys before they sent us our Test results. Also full of unprofessional Doctors. The doctor said she’ll give us a call to interpret the test results, we begged before she could reluctantly answer. She deliberately hanged up after about 45 seconds on the call😂😂, I waited a bit maybe she’ll call back but no way she didn’t.I called her back and she said continued with her explanation and played like nothing happened (they don’t wonna use their airtime).Until now, we had to continue our self medicating routine or Visit another clinic since we didn’t gain anything from going to this DCDC, no prescription no follow up no advise.I remembered the receptionist insisted that we have to do Blood test, which the doctor didn’t say. They just collected our money🥲.Guys!!Save your money and your health from unprofessional people

I unexpectedly had to visit DCDC for various scans and other procedures. Firstly, the response to my initial enquiry was very efficient and smooth. Alaa then sorted out my appointment within minutes that night and arranged for me to be collected by a driver.At the Centre, I was dealt with professionally, courteously and efficiently. Dr Atif and the rest of the nurse professionals were excellent. I was provided with advice, given a variety of tests, x-rays and blood tests and an appointment was made the very next day for the next stage of investigation.Thank you so much DCDC team!

Dr.Hiba is the best dental surgeon in UAE , I have seen many other doctors before , but she was the best when it comes to giving right treatments and I keep coming here and my entire family too , because she doesn’t recommend anything unnecessary treatment at all even if it’s covered under insurance, she only suggests and gives the right treatment , not at all money minded Masha allah , hands on experience , she follows us up for after care , even after leaving from hospital , makes us comfortable if we are nervous about treatment and you can close ur eyes and give your head to her. I’m one of that nervous patient , but with her I just trust and sit quietly no doubt rare to find a doc like her and she is the best in the industry.

Extremely unprofessional reception staff.Wanted to charge me co-pay for radiology when it was already approved without co-pay.Even though I was 10mnts early (1020am), I waited for 25mnts at reception.At 10:50am, I was told that there is a patient in MRI room and I have to wait. Then why was I given an appointment???Then I had to wait for my parking ticket validated which had expired due to their delayed process.That wasted another 15mnts.I was just informed that report will be emailed. but did not mention how long it will take.

They’re really messy and unorganized. I had to do an MRI twice because the center failed to inform me that I need to be fasting, and they wanted to charge me extra for a blood test. To top it all off, the CD with the MRI results didn’t work, the images are blank and till now I don’t have them with me.

I had the worst experience here. If you are a busy professional or value your time go somewhere else. An MRI For one small body part which would be 1 hr in and out appointment anywhere else resulted in us being here for 4 yours. Ridiculous.

Hi, first of all I should say a big thanks for the new system of open MRI I have done in DCDC .I was a little reluctant to go for MRI , because most of MRI s are closed type and also the atmosphere creates too much phobia.But in DCDC it was a new experience really , !!!!!! I like this clinic mostly because of their staff, all of them are really polite, caring and helpful. Specially nurse Miss. Rakhi, she follows up with any concern like the patient is her family, every time i want to visit i make sure Dr. Maryam is available. She questions every detail of the issue and tries to find the main problem. In general will never go to any other clinic since the first time i visited DCDC.

DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Booked via nextcare and the doctor was not in the facility when I got there and had to wait 35min to get tested. Then the doctor did not speak good English plus was curious about my implants which was very awkward situation. Then next day the lady of the reception said I had to pay as my insurance rejected my claim, so they made me go there and pay 300aed and the very rude lady at the reception was talking to me receiving the money and denied me a receipt saying she would send me via WhatsApp and started talking to another patient. Next day my insurance approved 227aed and denied 104aed only! Went to message them and the person on WhatsApp did not want to say the name but rudely did not provide information about it and typed all messages on capitol and send me receipts made up with their prices. Anyways, horrible service in general! Will never get back there.
