I had the misfortune of visiting Dr. Beauty Clinic for a laser hair removal session, and I can honestly say it was one of the worst experiences of my life.From the start, the staff seemed rushed and inattentive. During the procedure, the technician was careless, and I ended up with severe burns on my legs and hands. The pain was immediate and excruciating. I couldnt believe that a clinic specializing in beauty treatments could be so negligent.After the session, I informed the staff about my injuries, but their response was shockingly unprofessional. They seemed dismissive and offered no real solution or apology. I had to seek medical attention afterward due to the severity of the burns, which has led to ongoing discomfort and scarring.I regret choosing Dr. Beauty Clinic and would strongly advise anyone considering laser hair removal to steer clear of this place. Worst place Ive ever dealt with.They do not respect your timeIncredibly unprofessional on so many levelsI had total 18 sessions laser on two different machines and i still have hair growing more than ever.They changed management and staff and the new ones are so bad and rude.They even curse and use bad words in-front of customers.Do not waste your time and money on that place.

Been doing my laser sessions for myself and my daughter I am extremely happy with the services they offer and they very caring as well. Highly recommend their laser sessions very hygienic.

Very friendly staff however there are issues.Firstly i do not recommend paying in advance. They will ask you to do that.Always at least 30 min waiting time for dental appointments and was sent home numerous times because the dental chair was not working.Dentistry equipment appears extremely outdated. Main focus is aesthetics, not medical. Dentists are knowledgeable and well trained however the business itself does not seem to be investing into that side of business. I had to go to another dentist to get what i needed. Not ideal.Dermatologist is super nice, highly recommended

I was kept on waiting for 40 minutes and no one even bothered to explain why they let me wait for so long. Ladies at reception just walking here and there ignoring me for 40 minutes. Very bad experience. I will never suggest anyone to take any service specially dont pay in advance for any package or offers because you may face same experience in your 2nd and 3rd visit even if 1st visit is very good.Furthermore they forgot me after I took package, no follow up. I managed to book appointment for 25 days ahead of my requested appointment day.I was so disappointed that I didnt want to take the treatment and i left, although I paid in advance. But nobody cares.

I have been going here for over 6 months for lazer hair removal. The technicians keep changing and the last lady has actually burnt my skin off. Its been 2 weeks and my skin is still burnt. I have messaged the related whatsapp number and called the clinic but no one cares to even return back my call. I asked to speak with the manager but the matter does not seem serious enough for them to respond back.Strongly do not recommend this place.

A Disastrous Experience at Dr. Beauty Medical - A Review of Negligence and Poor ManagementI had an extremely disappointing experience at Dr. Beauty, where I purchased a laser service package. Despite choosing this salon solely for its convenient location, the service was an utter disaster.Right from the start, I encountered issues with the receptionists, who struggled with English communication and displayed unprofessionalism. This lack of effective communication became particularly problematic when it came to confirming my bookings. On one occasion, I arrived for my appointment only to discover that another patient had been double-booked, leading to a chaotic 40-minute altercation.The problems didnt end there. Attempting to reach the salon by phone proved futile as nobody responded, and callbacks were nonexistent. My last appointment, which was over 1.5 months ago, was abruptly canceled due to the absence of a specialist. Shockingly, despite this, I received no follow-up from the salon to reschedule or provide alternatives.In an attempt to escalate the issue, I requested a call from management, but to no avail. Its evident that Dr. Beauty not only fails to prioritize customer satisfaction but also lacks basic organizational skills and accountability.Considering the multitude of issues I encountered, I cannot in good conscience recommend this salon to anyone. Its imperative for businesses to address customer feedback and make necessary improvements, but sadly, it seems Dr. Beauty falls short in this regard. NOT RECOMENDED!!!!!!!!

I went for full body laser for the first time and nurse Apple talked me through the whole process whilst doing the procedure. She informed me what not do after the procedure to maximize results.Iina also introduced me to other treatments/services they offer which got me to book my next appointment. Iina also entertained my questions online promptly that got me convinced to do lipolysis.Also met Doctor Kinan and educated me about the different methodologies on face and body slimming/contouring available in the market and offered his professional opinions about which one works best.Also the interior facility is lovely and smells amazing!

My wife had an appointment today and she canceled everything to attend it, she tried to postpone it but they told us they won’t be able to postpone it. However, after I arrived the secretary told me surprisingly the technician is not here today and she asked me if i can do it tomorrow (which i was asking them for it and they rejected) without apologizing!!Never recommend this clinic especially for their appointments

Over the past two months, I have not been able to attend any appointments due to their cancellations and rescheduling without informing me. This has caused conflicts with my prior commitments.Most recently, I called to reconfirm my appointment, and the receptionist confirmed it. However, a few hours later, someone called me to cancel and reschedule it to the following week. This lack of organization and communication is unacceptable.——————Horrible experience to book appointment for follow up laser session. The first time went smoothly, staff was friendly. I tried to book the second appointment but they are fully booked for the whole month, regardless which date. Noone answered on WhatsApp, they took forever to pick up the call, the tone of the receptionist was uninterested. I regret to commit to 6 sessions as nobody bother to even follow up.

Waited 10 minutes as the doctors were running late, I dont mind waiting 10 minutes.. however when I asked how long reception said another 20 minutes as the doctors were in traffic!!! The same traffic I travelled in and I was early for my appointment. Being late for work when you dont start until 12pm is baffling!!! So disappointed as I travelled an hour to be there I was willing to book several treatments at the clinic however with NO apology from the staff I left & will not return. Biggest waste of my time.

The clinic is getting cheaper quality and prices. Yes its less price but I dont feel comfortable cause they keep on knocking on the door or calling the phone. They only give 1 hour exact for full body with full stomach and back for me and I am large body size. Better to do it in two visits cause technician is very patience and good.

Dr Zeinab is Amazing ! She is a professional, honest and dedicated dentist. She explained the whole process in great details and answered all my questions. I am still waiting to see the results in my teeth but I am sure I will be happy with what I will see.

The service is real disaster, it’s been 3 months now for the veneers which supposed to be finished 1 within maximum 1 month, but it is now almost 4 months, they were happy to take full payments but they are not committed to deliver the services on time, they always call last minutes to change the bookings, with different excuses like doctor is not available, or the teeth are not ready etc… I really don’t recommend this place, you can find so many other clinics with same prices or shipper

Worst customer service ever! They are rude, unprofessional and run like a fish market. They don’t answer WhatsApp, phone calls or Instagram messages when trying to make appointments and then when you finally make an appointment they cancel it or postpone it without any notice. The Egyptian guy on the phone is very rude and unprofessional and the other receptionists are also very rude. My wife had the worst experience. Avoid at all costs!

I was very excited to get a complimentary hydro facial in Dr beauty medical center. it was actually my first time but i was not nervous due to the professionalism of the clinic. technician NARBE talked me through out the process and explained every stage one by one . i was very relaxed and enjoyed the section with her. I regret to commiting to 6 laser sessions, the first 2 or 3 appointments were fine, but then they started canceling my appointments for silly reasons, like for example they forgot that they had off at the beginning of December or that the machines are under maintenance... And to reschedule is so difficult, because they always say that they are fully booked... Now my hair is long again and I can start laser treatment from 0 again...

This is the most terrible service I have ever seen. Be prepared for the fact that the reception and call center do not know how to talk, are not well-mannered and are rude to clients. They are absolutely not professional in their work. I think even in grocery stores they speak better than the employees of this clinic.

Dr. Kinan listens, explains, advises and reassures the patient, and most importantly he’s very gentle and knows what has to be done! I caution anyone seeking beauty treatments to steer clear of this greedy clinic, as their unsafe procedures can cause serious health harm.My friend did here the surgery...But unfortunately I feel so sorry for her...She was calling many times but no one answers her...Begging a lot... But they refuse to help her...

I am very happy with services, they are really good in their work andthey attend the clients with so much of respect. Ms Nataly frontend and Technician Myline are so nice. Very happy with result.

One of the worst after buying the package in few weeks they dropped the price of same package 50%, After booking my first session the called me few days later to change the time, after booking my second session I went there and had to wait 1 hour as the previous client was late to show up... on my third session the called me and change the time of the session again, and lastly on my fourth session after struggling to book it they called me again and change the time of the session and then they called me again to tell me the guy who does the laser is on leave if I want to cancel and we confirmed the booking a female who cant do for me full body they called me again 30 minutes before the session and cancelled it as the machine laser is not working.

Never do your services in this place!!!!Dont care about them clients and quality!

The receptionist is terrible. I have been trying using for one month to make an appointment and every-time she says she has no availability and will call you back and never calls. They are a fraud. They take your money for a block booking and then they don’t give you appointments.
